oh! i got it. by what you said jiraiya is not in the fields of sealing jutsu too. you proved it yourself jiraya is not the type of sealing user but he is a good ninjutsu and taijutsu user. he sealed the black flam by scroll not by his jutsu. he can sealed only the existed black flam but not an amaterasu

No. It was an example of where Kakashi and Jiraiya differ in these two situations. Kakashi isn't known for his prowess in Senjutsu or Rasenshruiken-making. Jiraiya IS known for his prowess in the Sealing Arts. He taught Minato about that stuff. Kakashi didn't teach Naruto ANYTHING about Sage Mode or creating a Rasengan, nevermind the next step.

am a huge jiraiya fan (obviously) but i still believe that a HEALTHY oro and jiraiya are equal, both are monsters and tsunade is not that much behind when it comes to combat, but she does make it up with her healing skills after all she is the best medic alive (she is better in a team, remember how they fought hanzo in the flash back) yet she is too hot headed and lacks in battle tactics thats why tsunade can never be as good as oro and jiraiya but she is close. so who is the strongest is between the j-man and oro (on the same level)
