My top 10 JUTSU list :)

I made this jutsu list based on effectiveness and power of the jutsu

1) Tailed Beast Ball - Now this is somewhat debatable to put this number one. But considering that it can no be spammed and each tbb already blows up a village, then it is safe to say that in terms of destruction, this jutsu has no equal and depending on the person using it, this jutsu can be effective against 5 tbbs and prevent everyone from dying.

2) Shinra Tensei - This jutsu already has shown to destroy a village and a weaker version sent 3 huge summoned toads flying! It is completely devastating simply because you have full control of gravity and there has been no real counter for it!

3) Planetary Pull (almighty pull)- This jutsu seems to work the opposite way of shinra tensei but when launched into the air, it becomes something that can pull even a 6 tailed naruto in. In fact this jutsu was so powerful, that it was able to create the moon for the sage of the 6 paths and even hold the Kyuubis gigantic body on it!

4) Kamui- Easily one of the most op moves in the game. I was goign to put this at number 1 or number2 but honestly after everyone started to find out how it works, I didnt think it would proper to make it top 3 but none theless, this jutsu is incredible pwoerful as well as an amazing defence. It can absorb tailed beasts, super fast objects, teleport you, protect you, and it even gives you your own dimension where you can live and train without being bothered! As far as pwoer goes, yeah maybe not top 3. As far as usefullness, you can argue that is the most useful jutsu in all of Naruto

5) Susanoo/ Perfect Susanoo- I decided to put Susanoo and perfect susanoo together because they are basically the same jutsu with perfect susanoo just being a more steady and bigger version. Not much has been seen about Perfect Susanoo other than the fact that it can take down mountains with one swing and survive the biggest Jinton EVER. But in all honesty, I was thinking, m why isnt Madara using it. Well I think that Madara knows it wouldnt work on Narutos cloack because Narutos cloack has survived a tbb from the ten tails and Naruto himself can launch 5 tbb at a time which I believe has a very high chance of not only destroying perfect susanoo, but extremely hurting Madara even in Edo. Other than that, a normal susanoo can take severe damage as well and have extreme offenseve power to back up their defence making each susanoo able to take out almost anybody!

6) Amaterasu - Do not call me a sasuke fan boy or an uchiha fan boy please. This jutsu simply deserves to be top 10! It is a near instanatenous jutsu that can hit almost anyone you look at! the flames do not even come off you unless you take off your explosed body part or have shinra tensei! Its very powerful and it would be number 1 if it wasnt for 2 things! The flames burn slowly, and it now has been dodged by raikage and Obito which kinda makes it go down and IM assuming Naruto can dodge it as well because hes got perception, and the faster speed than Raikage. Also I do not think that it can get past Narutos full 9 tailed cloak in any way and Naruto has been shown to shockwave after upgrading his bm which could work like shinra tensey and knock the flames off anyway! In fact a shockwave from naruto was pwoerful enough to knock back 6 tailed beasts so Im assuming the power of it would get black flames off instantly?

7) Jinton - easily very powerful and easily very large scale. Jinton has enough power to destroy 25 susanoo clones and it can truly kill 98% of NB if they are hit with it. THe only true way to dodge jinton however is to dodge for your life because so far, only perfect susanoo has ever survived a jinton!

8) Wood clones!- Now now, no body get pissed and say "mm why is wood clones here wth!!!!! TROLL." in all honesty, wood clones are the most op type of clones and are also one of the most op type of jutsus out there for a few reasons. Wood clones do NOT, I repeat, do not get poofed when hit and they can even regenerate!!! Not only that, but a wood clone is copied on a cellular level and has every single power the original has! One last thing, it is the most amazing jutsu for gathering info because you can track someone with it and communicate with the original when they are far away. it is this jutsu that we saw, that caused the kages the most trouble and only thing that saved them was a tsunade charged jinton!!!

9) Kotoamatsuki!- This jutsu would have gotten first place if it wasn't for the fact that it needs 10 years to be able to used again. In danzos case, he needed only 1 day but that is still way too harsh of a wait especially when it would have greatly helped against sasuke! Also, we dont know the exact limit to koto at all. We dont know if it works on everyone and have yet to see it be tried on anyone else but itachi and in the kage summit!

10) Tsukoyomi - Now this is where I will get the rage probably. Why does Tsuko deserve to be on this list? Simple, the only thing that has been shown to counter it is a blood relative who by the way got the easy Tsukoyomi as Tobi at the time said that Itachi didnt use its full power against Sasuke. In fact, This jutsu only requires a look into someones eye and in less than a second, it is over.... It was good enough to defeat hgih ranking kages from part 1 with ease and it trolls Oro who is a candidate for top 10 for some people! Not only that, this jutsu is the easiest jutsu to use on people and considering its incredible power and the damage it does, it deserves to be top 10! Also when fighting bee, itachi said not to look into his eyes. So that means that Tsuko works on Tailed Beast hosts as well because Itachi is one of the smartest people ever and he was trying to help bee win at the time too so he wouldnt have said that unless Tsuko actually did work on tailed beasts.

There is an opinion limit. Edo Tensei needs to be on the top ten AT LEAST or else it's just stupid.

After that, you can summon them at will. Like a normal summoning.

you obviously have never seen Edo Tensei take place. The user summons them and they come up from under the ground. Your argument is invalid.

Yes the dna and ritual are required if the user is summoning someone for the first time, after that they can summon the edo anytime

still if you were to attack an edo user before they get edo, tey would be screwed, the prep time is too big!
