She is physically the strongest person in narutoverse + she can strengthen her power with chakra. And she has a giant slug, who can heal her even if she is cut in half.

I agree, Gaara wins this, but Tsunade has good chances to defeat him. She is a Sannin and a Kage 4 a reason, she wont loose so easily.

Gaara's sand failed to crush to death all the ninja he fought even when he had helps from others kage, let alone Tsunade she's stoo much resistant and can regenerate at molecular level, one hit on gaara and he's death.

This is a tough one, the only way gaara would pull off a win IMO is if he just completely overwhelmed tsunade with his sand. But a good question is......could katsuyas acid melt through enough sand to save her? If so then gaaras ****ed

how would tsunade even win?,sand dosent react with acids,and HF dissolves it slowly,ama couldnt melt it either,you think katsuya can spit enough acid to dissolve a sand tsunami?,or save tsunade after she is pulled 200m underground?.@ bold,hope your joking
