Sorry but I don't know who you're talking about. If I miss something, please do tell me.
And I really mean it.
Joki boy is the 2nd mizukage's jutsu. It is shaped into a little boy, then gathers heat from the surrounding, grows really big and then explodes. Does that ring a bell?

I think you are overrating Gaara's defence.
What do you think, the Hirudora can destroy it?

And what has to do Joki boy with Gaara?
And yes, now I do remember, no need to be hasty.
I really asked because I didn't remembered who or what Joki boy was.

No it cannot. You see your problem is that when Gaara's defense is mentioned, you only think about that small sphere. Well his defence goes well beyond that he can make defences ranging from a small human body sized one to a huge village sized one. So you have to ask yourself would he use an inferior defense to block a powerful attack or would he an equally strong defense to block a powerful attack?

The joki boy produces large explosion even more powerful than tsunade's attacks and Gaara blocked the explosions on more than one occasion successfully, that is what it has to do with Gaara.

Mangafact for the moment is that Susano'o is better defense than Gaara's. And it was the skeletal structure which Tsunade did broke.

Nobody said that, Manga fact: Naruto said that Gaara has the best defense. And why are you avoiding joki boy?

I am not. But see, in order to make it effective, Gaara has to compress it, which leads to Tsunade breaking it. He uses the sand differently for every opponent.
He takes his minerals from the same ground Tsunade breaks like nothing.

Hidan is immortal, where is he now? Tied up in a hole, just like tsunade will be.

Tsunade can escape from a hole.
She makes the holes.

Compressing it no doubt makes it hard but it still retains its sandy cushioning nature.

And the same cushioning nature can be found in Katsuyu who resisted Chibaku Tensei + Naruto's corrosive chakra up to 8, ongoing 9 tails.
This is for example how she could resist the sand burial and combined with her nature of making shockwaves can escape it.

She cannot escape 200m worth of sand, if anything she will be too heavy and stuffed with sand to begin with, oh dear.

Good luck with cushioning sand funeral which even devastated kimimaro. Pressure from all sides will turn tsunade and her pet into a puddle of blood.

And this is where you're wrong, no offence.
It didn't devastated Kimimaro. He should've been squashed, yet he was not.
And here I am talking about his skin tissues and everything like that, excluding the bones.
And from the responses you're giving, I already see where this is going...so yeah.
When another "pet", which happened to be in a quite small size will withstand Chibaku tensei + Naruto's corrosive chakra or being ripped to shreds, please call me.

it doesnt work that way , its not because 1 jutsu is good against or has well defense that it will respond the same attack
This is not pokemon nor rock paper scissors

Kimimaro said that he had to make bone masks directly under his skin or else he would have been CRUSHED.
Shino, kiba and a few others survived chibaku tensei. Naruto himself survived his own corrosive chakra many time, so it is no great feat.
By the way I will call you to come and retrieve tsunade's body once Gaara is done with her or you could give Gaara the honour to give her a proper sand burial.

Re: Tsunade vs Gaara- The final debate
This is a hard one, Tsunade's advantages come in close range combat. Gaara's perfect defense probably wouldn't work (if Tsunade can punch threw incomplete Susanoo then she can punch threw sand.
But Gaara can fly and fight from a distance. It would all probably depend on the location.

How comes it's not, since they both are referred as impenetrable defenses due to the hard structure?

Chikabu Tensei? They survived Chibaku Tensei you said? This one?

Sorry if my memory fails me...
You mean Shinra Tensei which was due to Katsuyu, again.
