Regarding Deidara
So first time he "died" it was actually just his clone that got blown up. But now he's actually killed himself in his fight between Sasuke and Deidara. Or so it seems.. Some people have been telling me that Kabuto revives him or that Pein preserved his body.. Then other people have been saying that he could possibly have pulled off another fake death, and might appear again later. What's true? What do you think? I have no idea and really want to know..

Re: Regarding Deidara
The only reason people don't think he's dead, is because he was on of the first members of the ominous "Akatsuki" that we got to see in action, showing his power in being able to bring down Gaara (already a fan favourite), and being the most visually appealing of the pair that attacked Suna (before we saw Sasori's true appearance, at least), instantly got him a huge fanbase.
And now they can't accept that he's gone.

Re: Regarding Deidara
I really really hope he is not dead.
Along with itachi, them 2 have possibly the biggest fan-base in Naruto and make the manga what it is today.

Re: Regarding Deidara
If you think about what the Akatsuki said when they met Deidara, that "he seems like the type to die young", they were exactly right. He was meant to go out with a bang, and I think the writers meant it that way. After becoming his own epic genjutsu, I think his death was appropriate. Why take away his glory by bringing him back? (As much as we would all like to see him return). Besides, the writers have to get rid of old characters to make way for new ones (like Suigetsu).
