um aizen is super op hax now... remember when aizen thought he beat ichigo and he said he's become one with his zanpakto? well that would explain how he altered juha bach's perception of time. also he was chained up.

Not necessarily Aizen is good with words confusing someone is not impossible to do without the aid of a Zanpaktou, and we don't know what Juha and Aizen talked about other than trying to recruit Aizem.

Um no I believe aizen said the hogyoku decided he no longer needs his sword an that's why it faded away.

It has definitely suggested that this is a possibility OP. We are still yet to see an actual physical appearance of Aizen with dialogue since his imprisonment though so all we can do right now is speculate.
