Because she's a bad example of a women...she was attracted to the way Sasuke acted, cold and distant she was also heavily attracted to his talent as a ninja or in her words Sasuke was cool...I still believe that's what she thinks to be honest I've heard people say it's because he saved her from death at times but to me that's bull, Naruto saved her just as much even more to be honest.

She's might also be attracted to his clan status being raised in a civilian family she was probably taught that families like the Uchiha where cool.

However despite the multiple murder attempts and and having her feelings rejected she continues to chase after Sasuke in some deluded thinking that Sasuke will change and will swipe her off her feet.

Personally I hope she starts to feel romantic feelings for Naruto...but due to her crush on Sasuke left it to late and has to watch Naruto with Hinata.
