After reading the http://www.narutobase.net/forums/nar...ml#post1362064, please come here to submit your custom jutsus.

All information will be looked at carefully and all the jutsus submitted here will be checked in a matter of 4 days, but remember something may be denied if we believe it is not good enough.

The Rules:

1. Step One: Pick the Name and Japanese Translation
http://www.freedict.com/onldict/jap.html ; English to Japanese.

2. Step Two: Rank The Jutsu According to Power.
E-S depending on the attack and effects.

3. Step Three: Range the Jutsu.
Short Range, Mid Range, or Long Range.

4. Step Four: Chakra and Damage Points
Double the Chakra to make damage; 10 chakra, 20 damage.

5. Step Five: Describe the Jutsu.
Make a brief description of your jutsu and its effects.

6. Step Six: Post and Wait for Approval!

When creating a jutsu please use proper grammar as we have to actually read it and understand what was written in order to get it approved.

You can submit custom jutsus no matter your rank, but you are limited in their strength which goes like this:

CUSTOM JUTSUS:


Genin              ->   up to E and D rank jutsu of the selected element

Chunin            ->   up to D and C rank jutsu of the known element (s)

Special Jounin   ->  up to C and B rank jutsu of the known elements

Jounin              ->   up to B and A rank jutsu of the known elements

S-Class Ninja   ->   up to A and S rank jutsu of the known elements

Sannin              ->  up to S and Forbidden rank of the known elements

Kage       ->   no limitations & Custom Elements Jutsus

Sage       ->   no limitations & Custom Elements Jutsus

You can submit up to 35 custom jutsus from now on. They have to be realistic and if they have special affects like "Detects the position of the enemy" you have to explain how it detects the position etc. Powerful jutsus must also have side effects or they will be counted as overpowered.



Disclaimer:

NB's moderators have every right to deny any move we wish without true explanation, because some techniques submitted do not reach a certain criteria that we feel should be accepted. Please do not complain, please do not argue, just take it as it is and please move on by creating something else. Most Jutsus however will state a reason why a technique or custom will not be accepted.

This thread is to be kept clean, with no spamming and no chatting.

~A member can submit only 3 jutsus per week, this is added in order to give us more time to look more into all jutsus, and not just fly through hundreds every single day.

The mode can be kept up for about 10 turns in the cost of giving all your chakra but can be skipped before saving chakra effeciently.
Note;The user must give 10 % of his own chakra to maintain the form for 1 turn 20% for 2 and so on, Only Kage rank and above can perfrom this technique since they only poccess chakra strong enough.

Description:The user will place their hand on any object on the battle field and a blue, frozen hand of ice will appear anywhere throughout that object (Example: If the user places their hand on a tree then they can make the hand appear anywhere throughout the tree, on a branch, the top of the tree, anywhere). The hand has three, unique abilities. It can grab the opponent and make spikes all over its hand stabbing the opponent. It can also morph into either a giant ice sword to stab the opponent. And finally it can shoot an extremely cold blast from its hand freezing the opponent or the ground under and around the opponent. The user can also run their chakra through the something, and make it continue running to somewhere else. (Example: The user runs their chakra through the ground, and then runs it into a tree which is attached to the ground.) If a hand is destroyed, it shatters, leaving the enemy to deal with ice senbon that rain down upon them if they are within short-range.
Note: Can only be used 4 times per battle.
Note: Once this jutsu is used the user must wait 2 more turns to use it again.

Description:The user creates massive giant(s) made of ice. The giants basically are humongous, crystalized creatures that have some human features, such as hands and feet, but the features of their face are more gruesome than a normal humans. The giant is about as big as a two trees stacked atop each other. The user can make up to two giants. The giants are able to do simple attacks of course, swinging arms, kicking, etc. A hit by any of the ice giants� attacks freezes the opponent as well as touching the giant (this doesn�t apply to the user). The giants are also able to make giant spears/javelins to throw at the enemy. An attack would be mid-range while a throw would be long range. When a giant is destroyed, he freezes a short range area around him.
Note: The giants get slightly smaller after each turn and after 6 turns they melt into ice due to the user supporting two things at once.
Note: If two giants are made then this time limit is cut in half and they melt in 3 turns due to the user needing to support 3 things at once: themselves, and the two giants.

Description- After using Ryusui no Ugoki to flow around the enemy, confusing them with a constant change in speed, the user strikes from various points using one Kodachi (two Kodachi if combined with Kaiten Kenbu)
*Only HiddenShadowNinja’s bios can use/teach this jutsu
*Must know Hiten Mitsurugi style to use this jutsu
*Must have at least one Kodachi (short sword) to use this attack
*Must know and use Ryusui no Ugoki before using this attack

Description- The user spins around rapidly, while holding two Kodachi backhand, to slash the opponent six times instantly. It relies on confusing the the opponent on the direction from which each strike is going to come.

I plan on making more, but can only submit 5 at a time, and I've had these in mind and made up for a long time. She has the ability to manipulate all 5 elements to A-rank. Like all of the Neko family she is able to use a large amount of chakra, if needed. Her personality is that of a protective mother, if anything comes to hurt her young, or summoner, she will go all out against the person responsible. She is about 20 meters bigger than Gamabunta.

The only exception is Kusari Uchiha (Hazure), who holds the Contract of the Neko Family.

Description: To perform this technique, the user sends a sudden burst of Lightning Chakra through their sword ( a normal sword will suffice ; the user can theoretically do this in any electricity conducting object though a sword is preferred ) which causes a sudden, intense burst of light to be produced, temporarily blinding the opponent for approximately two seconds and causing hazy vision after that for a short while. The effect increases with proximity. Also, people with doujutsus trained on the sword will be affected more than normal people since their eyes are sharper. This move, however, does no damage in of itself.



( I named it Kenjutsu since that is the traditional name for Samurai's sword moves and this is done with a sword :D and the Emperor part is pretty self explanatory )
