    *Cannot control Manda the snake boss summon.
    *User cannot summon anything of his own while controlling an opponents snake summon. Jutsu like the hidden shadow snake hands can still be used as it isn't considered a summoning.

    *The user can continue speaking in the language of snakes for the rest of the battle.

    Description: After using the Parseltounge jutsu to speak in the language of snakes the user takes advantage of the charming nature of snakes to place the opponent in a genjutsu. In many stories snakes have an alluring quality and often use this charm to draw things to them and tempt them. By speaking certain words/phrases in the snake language the target is put under a genjutsu that unknowingly draws him/her towards the sound. They won't want to get out of short-range of the user as long as the user is speaking this way. This jutsu can also be done by snake summonings if the user doesn't want to preform the jutsu himself as they naturally speak the language of snakes.
    *Only HiddenShadowNinja can use/teach this jutsu
    *Must be able to summon snakes
    *Must know and have preformed the Parseltounge jutsu or have a summoned snake on the field.
    *While having the genjutsu active the user cannot attack using anything but taijutsu, as it would be too difficult to keep the genjutsu active by speaking and preform another jutsu. The opponent can still attack as normal.
    *This jutsu lasts until the user stops speaking the words or is hit, preventing him from continuing speaking.
    wouldn't you stop speaking to utter the words of the jutsu you would perform?
    that should be included but i can understand a clone doing it for you.


    Note: This is similar to how Ma and Pa toad have their genjutsu song. If you want me to change it so only summoned snakes can preform it that's fine, but having the user do it makes him more vulnerable as he can only use taijutsu...

    (Kuchiyose: Chika Heibi Debari)Summoning: Underground Snake Projection

    Description: This is a variation of the summoning jutsu. Using this jutsu the user preforms all the same steps as a normal summoning, but upon slamming his/her hand on the ground nothing seemingly appears, making the opponent think the jutsu failed. What has really happened is that the user has summoned a snake directly underground, and at anypoint this turn or next, can have the snake erupt from underneath the target attempting to swallow them or bind them, etc.
    *Only HiddenShadowNinja can use/teach this jutsu
    *Must be able to summon snakes
    *Snake must come out of the ground either the turn this is used, or next turn, otherwise it will suffocate and die

    Declined. depending on the size of the snake this would be pretty much impossible to avoid.

    Description: After performing the neccesary handseals (4) the user will blow from his mouth a very small wind gust at the opponent. The wind will enter through the opponent mouth and nose and it flows through the pharynx, past the glottis and into the larynx and trachea, ending in the lungs. After 1 opponents turns passes the opponent's muscles of the chest and abdomen aids the airflow to move down when the opponent inhales, and then up when exhales, causing the opponent to have hiccups and limits the user to use jutsus that are blown,spew and spit from the mouth since the opponents haves hiccups the jutsus will get stuck in the lungs or trachea and damage them greatly (depending on what jutsu is used).
    Note: Can only be used once per battle.
    Note: Thsi jutsu's effect last for 3 turns.
    Note: No fuuton jutsus for the next 3 turns
    Note: Can only be taught by Ryuji


    Declined: I really like the idea, but it stops most fire
    and Wind jutsu.


    (Kuzuri Kuchyose no Jutsu:Kyo)-Wolverine Summoning Jutsu-Kyo

    Description: Kyo is the Wolverine Boss Summoning. He is the same size of Katsuyu, he also has a shirt similar to Pakkun's but with ''Fire'' writed on the back, he has claws and fangs with the half size of and average tree and thick brown-redish fur. Kyo has a Fire affinity that lets him used fire jutsu below A-rank but he can only used 4 of them withing the time his summoned he also has a very sharp sense of smell that can help him recognize or find his target or summoner but he can only used this skill 2 times within the time his' summoned.
    Note: Kyo stays summoned for 3 turns.
    Note: Can only be summoned once per battle.
    Note: Must posses the Wolverine contract.


    Seems good to me, i would however like emp to approve/decline.


    (Katon/Futon:Kunai Dzuki Ken)-Fire/Wind Style:Kunai to Blade

    Description: The user will grab a kunai and infused wind chakra in it, the chakra will expands into a sharp blade then the user will exhale fire to the chakra blade engulfing it in flames. It also give the advantage that it retains both the light weight and versitility of the kunai while gaining the length of a sword.

    to keep the fire burning you need to infuse wind constantly,
    this means the fire would be burning your hand by setting the fresh wind chakra alight too.

    i'd like clarification, it can only attack or defend per use right?

    Description: This technique can only be activated if the user is blinded or cannot see.(the user can cover their eyes with a blind fold for it to work properly). He/She focuses their chakra into the 2 senses of the body, the Ears,and nose. Once the user focuses a massive amount of chakra into these to parts of their body, the senses are heightened immensely. Here are the effects of the heightened heightened senses:
    ~ Nose: the users ability to smell increases drastically much to the effectiveness of the Inuzuka Clan. This Ability doesn't last long it only lasts 2 turns when this is activated.
    ~ Ears: His/Hers hearing is improved greatly. This part is powerful that it can hear an opponents foot steps and breathing from Mid-range. This only Lasts 2 turns.

    Disadvantages:

    1) While this is activated the user can only use Kenjutsu and Taijuutsu nothing else.
    2) This technique can only be taught 2 by two other people who can deem themselves worthy to learn

    Advantages:

    1) the user cannot be put under genjutsu that require eye contact.
    2) the users reflexes are heightened.

    Restrictions:

    (this can only be used once per battle)
    (this lasts 2 turns)
    (only Kenjutsu and taijutsu can be used while this is activated)
    (can ony be taught by Daemon)
    (after this jutsu is deactivated the users chakra levels are low and will take 2 tunrs for the chakra lost to return. meaning after the jutsu is deactivated they can only use b-rank and lower jutsu


    will leave for caliburn, as it seems based for kenjutsu.

    Description: Dog Clay is a katana sword. The swpord hilt is shaped into a dog and the color of the handle is white like Deidara's clay with four black diamonds on each side. On the blade it has the Uchiha crest on each side. The user wears the sword on his right hip. The sword can channel their lightning chakra through the blade, Ths user can also channel Chidori and Lightning Fang through the blade. This sword was only made for Deidara Nara and the sword will return to him by the him whistling.

    -When the user channels Chidori it will cost the same amount of chakra but with a added 25.
    -When channeling Lightning Fang through the blade it will be the same amount of chakra but with a added 20.
    -When ever the user channels one of this attacks the user can't channel their lightning chakra through the blade for 3 turns.
    -When the user channels their lightning chakra their the blade the amount of chakra is 15.

    seems OP
    the bold part is bad description,
    does this mean any attack used through the sword would only take 15 chakra?

    (Enjin Waruyoi Ryodan) Gorilla Drunken Brigade

    Description: The Drunken Brigade is a squad of 4 humanoid puppets (Drunkies), each with different abilities and hidden weapons. They're perfectly capable of being used simultaneously, but the user can choose to bring less into battle, with the option of summoning the remainning ones with a single scroll.

    Murdok Niccals (Kengou)

    Murdok, or the Master Fencer, is the main puppet, and it serves as a second body for the puppeteer, from where she can manipulate all the other Drunkies. While inside this puppet, the user is able to preform handseals and jutsus. Murdok is a fairly agile puppet, and weilds a cane, hidding a thin katana, but since it bears the user, it's movements are somewhat slowed down to those of a normal ninja. The user is able to remove her arm from the puppet's arm, increasing their movement greatly, making it seem as if the puppet has 4 arms. If needed, the user can escape the puppet extremely fast.
    • Guards the User
    • One Katana/Cane
    • Use Jutsus
    • Seems to have 4 Swords, due to Arm Speed


    Russel Hobbs (Yokodzuna)

    Russel, or Sumo Champion, is the largest and strongest Drunkie (2,5 meters tall). His fists are made of steel, and can grow spikes to increase it's offencive abilities. It's also the toughest puppet to destroy, not because of it's structure, but because of the Chakra Shields he can summon. He has one on each arm(which open from his forearms), one on each leg, two big ones (appear from his diafragm and from his back) and a spherical one that appear around his head. All of them can deflect up to large and heavy weapons, and up to B rank jutsus. (An A rank destroys the shield, and the correspondent Leg/Arm/Head(Not Torso)). Each shield can only be used 2 times max.
    Despite being a large puppet, it is surprizingly fast (though the slowest of all the Drunkies). He can shoot out each fist once per battle, at great speeds. Either to punch a target or grab it (Simply for Constriction, it isn't retractable)

    Stuart "2D" Pot (Kikeijin)

    Stuart, or the Trickster, is a poison puppet. His arms have 2 small compartiments with a seal inside, which summons small winged balls, like big flies. They're twice has fast as normal flies, and when thrown at an opponent, they fly aimlessly in zigzag until they reach their targets. Upon contact, they inject a deaddly poison (There are multiple injection points, so it doesn't matter the side that touches the target). These flies are very fragile, and at the smalles touch they simply disperse, injecting their poison.
    It can shoot out a shower of needles from his mouth, that poison at the smallest cut. His Legs (Up to the knee) and Arms (Up to the elbow) are filled with near invisible stings, which inject poison at the minimum contact. Once per battle, the puppet can spit a cloud of poison. He is the second fastest puppet, though it's still alot slower than the fastest puppet. His poison has powerfull paralizing abilities. The targetted person can't stand after 3 seconds, and will gradually loose motion. In about 3 days, the person stops breathing and it's heart stops beating.

    Noodles (Sokutama)

    Noodles, or the Speed Ball, is the fastest puppet, due to it's short size. His speed almost touch the 2nd Gate, though to reach it's top speed, no other puppet can move, including the user itself when inside the main puppet. He can bring forth an extendable blade from it's palms and feet, which can be as short has a dagger or as long as a katana, aswell as multiple ones from his back. The fists and anckles can rotate, giving him great sword agility. He has 2 seals on each shoulder, which allows him to summon 4 additional arms, with the same characteristics as the original ones.

    Top Speed, 2nd Gate Equivalent
    Extendable Blades (4) and Flexible Wrists/Ankles
    Multiple Blades Pop from the Back

    Description: Tsubaki is a Mini-sycth, linked at their ends by enchanted chains that are able to expand into long range and retract into short range at the users will. Tsubaki can be summoned in the users hand or in its sheath. Tsubaki has black and silver colored handles. The user can channel lightning chakra into Tsubaki to create an aura of electrical currents around the blades allowing them to cut through things easier. Also while the swords are active the users lightning techniques are increased by 10+ so that the users lightning jutsu are stronger. Once every 4 turns the sword can channel lightning chakra through the ground to electrocute the opponent (The lightning chakra can travel up to mid range). Tsubaki can absorb lightning chakra up C-rank.

    (The users Earth jutsu's drops by 10 damage points)
    (can only be taught by AJ)

    Description: After the opponent goes underground, Tsubaki's chains surround the ground around around the user in the form of a star (the star of david is the best example). If the opponent resurfaces within the star, it will quickly enclose around him until his hands and feet are bound in Tsubaki's chains.

    Description: The user infuses their chakra with the ground underneath the opponent and begins to loosen it. Then the user makes the loosened earth rise up from underneath their target. The opponent becomes trapped as the earth begins to rise around them and completely covers their body. The earth forms a large anthill, the size of the anthill depends on the amount of chakra the user puts into the jutsu. Then with one hand seal the user crushes the opponent while they are trapped within the anthill.
    ~Can only be used 3 times per battle.

    Description: Forming the necessary 10 handseals, the user will then focus their chakra into the earth, and summon underneath their opponent, suprising them, a large Dentist's Operating Chair, which then binds them to the chair by the arms and legs, to be 'operated on' by the user with their following jutsu, such as an attack like Chidori or Hard Water Spike, numbing or rinsing their mouth out, respectively, but more likely killing them since either jutsu would separate their upper head from their mouth. The jutsu rises up quite quickly however if the opponent doesn't counter within 5 seconds, they are drawn into the chair and bound, even if they try to move away from it.

    Approved: Added a sentence to make it not as OP.

    Description:

    A blade shining but also a furious bluster of flames as it strikes down. The blade Andúril, mighty as it is name.

    Andúril was created by an ancient blacksmith, broken in a huge war and later remade.
    At the point it was remade, it kept its legendary attributes, but also gained the attribute of indestructibility.

    Effects:
    • Gives +10 damage to every Fire jutsu the user performs
    • Each Fire jutsu the opponent performs loses -10 of its damage
    • The user focuses Katon chakra into Andúril, which then releases a bright flash after which a huge burst of fire is sent outwards, covering 180 degrees in front of the user. The flame exerted by the blade seems white, due to the reflection of the light exerted by Andúril before.
    • By making a downwards slash with the sword, the user can release a bow of fire, that scatters into multiple shots.
    • By focusing Katon chakra into Andúril, the sword gets heated so much that, if it slices through flesh, it immideatly burns the flesh shut, causing no bleeding. Due to this huge heat, the opponent will see waves of heat and reflections of Andúril around the sword, so he/she doesn’t know when or where the sword will actually hit. The user is protected from this by using her Katon chakra to keep the heat away.


    -Even though the sword is indestructible, it cannot destroy everything-
    -All active abilities can only be used twice a battle-
    -Focusing Fire chakra in Andúril will cause little burns on the user, as she cannot keep all the heat away. The Fire chakra exertion lasts for two turns-
    -When the user uses Andúril in battle, he/she cannot use another Custom Weapon during the entire battle-

The true power of this technique comes out after a few shockwaves have started to rebound: by striking the shockwaves with their sword the user can cause the shockwaves to rebound off the sword and back outward as an attack again. By doing this, they have strengthen the shockwave because slashing to reflect the shockwave has added another shockwave to it. If the user can pull off this technique long enough, it is possible to have hundreds of shockwaves flying through the air. The chakra acts as an invisible scabbard on the blade, allowing the students to spar without killing each other or wounding each other past minor bruises and aches caused by the blunt force of the “scabbard” blade making contact. The user activates this technique by extending their hand along a ridge and just letting a small amount of chakra out. This technique is very simple and quick.

She came to the conclusion that the blade's origin was a yet to be discovered country in some distant land. The sword itself is from tip to handle nearly six feet long with the blade making up at least four and a half feet. At the base of the flat side of the blade is a unique symbol that represents the sword's owner, changing to match their chakra signature. The hand guard is silver and creates two thin wing-like structures above the handle. The metal that the sword is made of is capable of conducting chakra making it an extremely versatile weapons. The wielder of this sword carries it on their back parallel to their spine with the handle sticking up above their head. It is carried with them at all times.

To the naked eye it will appear as though the user has not moved their arm at all. Because of the amount of chakra used and the speed the arm moves it takes a toll on the user. They will be unable to wield a weapon or use techniques with that arm for the next three turns and it can only be used twice per match.

The blade itself can slice through almost any material. As the Claymore is swung a layer of chakra will fly off the blade and is capable of cutting through earth. The drawback to this attack is that it is slow and predictable.

Because of the intensity of the vibrations this style can only be sustained for three turns after which it may not be used for the remainder of the battle.

    hi this is my custom weapon

    it looks like these

    it has the power to channel chakra or elemental chakra trough the entire legnth of the blade and when i want i can creat waves of the chakra that i channeled into the blade for example i can make a wave of normal chakra or a wave os fire chakra that would burn in contact.And when it has the elemental chakra or normal chakra in it it get's more powerfull and durable.

    Description: the user channels chakra to the blade and the blade gains a aura around it and then the user channels more chakra and swings the sword creating a wave of chakra that goes straight to the oponent.Depending on the chakra used it has diferent effects for wind chakra it will creat a devastating wave that can cut trough almost everything but get's weaker with the distance, fire chakra will creat a fire wave that burn at touch, water chakra creates a wave of water that's used basicly for defense from fire based attack's, earth chakra will not creat a wave will just make the sword more hard and strong, lightning will creat a wave that will numb the oponent depending on the amount used it can incapacitate the oponent. and these waves can be combined with normal ninjutso to boost it

    -can only make 3 waves for battle, after 3 waves it's just a normal sword
    -when used one element i cannot' use that element in the next turn

    Description: This blade was forged in a sacred place called mount Olympus, by the leader of the place Zeus: the legendery lightning user. Everyone on the mountain added a bit of their power to the blade making it extra strong. Zeus's brother Poseidon added his water release powers, his other brother added his earth release powers, Hermes gave a bit of his speed to the blade, Apollo gave his fire release powers and Ares gave the blade a bit of his power and Hephaestus's made the blade harder. This blade was used to stop the Kumogakure from destroying the place and this blade killed the 2nd Raikage the leader of the Invasion. The blade is pretty powerfull on its own but when the user acceses the power of the ninja's in the blade its real power is unlocked.By giving 10 chakra into the blade the user can acces the ninja powers 2 times per turn and it lasts 1 move. The Powers:
    Zeus's lightning: The sword becomes charged with high amounts of lightning, It makes the parts of the enemy it hits go numb
    Poseidon's Water: the sword becomes water itself and acts like a source of water for 1 water jutsu
    Hades's earth: It makes the sword hard and gives the user +5 damage to 1 earth jutsu
    Appollo's Fire: The sword spews pout flames burning anything it hits
    Hermes's Speed: The sword becomes lighter and it gains better airodynamic propertys making it move faster
    Ares's Power: The sword becomes very powerfull and able to break even metal.
    Hephaestus's power: The sword becomes unbreakable
    *Only 7 powers per battle can be used
    *Once the user uses 2 powers he must wait 2 turns to be able to use powers again
    *The user carrys the sword thus teh user doesnt have to summon it
    * the sword is very heavy so the users Tai-jutsu is weakened by -10
    * at the end of the turn the user uses a power he takes 5 damage per each power he used that turn
    *Cannot use any genjutsu the turn he uses a power of the blade

    Description: The user does 3 handseals and focuses high amount of lightning chakra in his palm then he shoots the lightning out of the hole in his hand. The lightning can be shot in 2 ways: 1 by compressing it so it deals more damage and is like a laser so it effects a very small area(a circle of 5cm radius), 2 by sending it like a wave to make it effect a greater area(a circle of 7m radius) but because it covers a greater area it is less powerfull. The user can adjust the mode by turning his hand(like he does with the water he throws) The lightning can be used to blast projectiles away, its much harder to blow away projectiles in compressed mode but it can blow away greater projectiles. Since its a lightning attack its specility is breaking rocks, In wave mode it can destroy the biggest of boulders but in comperessed mode it can even cut through plateaus. and it can cut through large boulders without losing almost any of its power.
    *can only be used by sasori
    *cant be used in the same turn as sasori's water laser or fire blast

The user can summon the temple infront of themselfs for defence or on the enemy to crush them. This temple stays on the field for 3 turns and if its damaged it will be summoned back immedeately.

He wears a really powerfull armor of gold that is hard to break, He also has weapons out of pure gold and can use Fire element up to A-rank. His skin is pitch black.

He then swings the fan, releasing all the chakra and summons a 5 large vultures called Kewsora's group. This vultures is the vulture emperor's knights. they have six large wings and two tails on his back with two strong claws which he uses to stand on. He's very fast in the air, and they are similar to the Emperor and have claws out over thier upper two wings. He also has the ability to using jutsus together, but when they do that they will take 20 chakra points from the user every time. they have many abilities that require the user's chakra and sometimes handseals. they are able to use lightening jutsus together and expand its range making a rod to the lightening using formations and chakra.
    ~ Can only be summoned once
    ~ Takes 15 chakra points for each turn they stays on the battle field
    ~ Must have signed the vulture summoning contract
    ~ Can not use more than one jutsu at time, and it would be spreaded through them as long as they are in short range between each other
    ~ Can only use up to S rank lightening jutsus from what the user's know as long as its not a special ability "Example: Lightening Armor" and the user can not use any lightening jutsu in the turn where they use lightening jutsus too in the same rank or higher.

    Description: The user do 3 handseals which takes a second then charges a huge amount of fire chakra into his lungs with high concentration, then while doing another series of handseals and meditation, then user spits a gigantic fire ball out of his mouth that is able to cover a large path he is facing with extremely strong flames and burns everything it made contact with,if possible, it also is able to make metals an the ground surface transform into lava or liquidize, and any water jutsu in S rank or lower will Evaporate Completely, this jutsu is originally taken from the Uchiha clan's fireball technique and developed, after the user is done with performing this jutsu, he will be completely exhausted and is damaged because of the great flame that he unleashed for a whole turn, he would hardly be able to protect himself and his ability of using fire jutsus will be extremely decreased to B rank fire jutsus after four turns of being completely unable to use it at all, this jutsu is very strong and deadly to both user and his targets and thats why its considered forbidden move.
    ~Can only be used once per battle.
    ~The user would be unable to use fire jutsus for 4 turns.
    ~After those 4 turns the user can then perform fire jutsu up to B rank.
    ~Anything that touches this flames would be highly burned and destroyed.
    ~This jutsu happens pretty fast so its almost unavoidable.

    Seriously... only forbidden moves can defend against it?

    - Chakra Balance Technique - (Chakra Amari Jutsu)

    Type: Supplementary
    Chakra points: 30
    Damage points: N/A (+10 for each taijutsu used)
    Description:The Monkey handseal as he charges his ears with chakra , and with concentration he charge it into his inner ear making him able to control his balance by controlling the liquid hidden in the inner ear which controll his balance, this technique would make him completely able to controll himself if any changes happens to the Terrain making him normally imbalanced but while using this jutsu it wont, and make his reactions faster than normal human, it will also makes him faster since his balanace is not limiting him from some movements, however, this speed does not make the user able to avoid jutsus but it still equals the speed of Lee without the wieghts he wore, this specially works with taijutsus and would also make them more powerful and also makes jutsus such as chidori and rasengen which needs directly hitting the enemy in short range have a better chance of hitting the enemy and make them almost unavoidable if possible.
    ~Can only be used two times per battle.
    ~It stays activate for 4 turns.

    Balance wouldn't make you react faster or move faster... people generally only have muscle and weight restricting their speed.



    Ice release: Shining Illusion (Hyouton: eisha genkaku)

    Description: after ice was created on the field, the user charges a huge amount of chakra into that ice and release it as a huge glow with extremely great power making all the enemy's eyes extremely hurt and his/her vision would be damaged after, this light does massive damages to the eye's nerves making it unable to work properly for some time, it can cover a very long range as well. if the ice the user charged was in a very close range of the enemy, its effect increase to make him become blind for the whole turn.

    ~can be used once per battle
    ~It blinds the opponent vision for a shot time and prevents doujutsu being activated by the opponent for 2 turns.
    ~this jutsu shines the light specifically towards the opponent and not the user, however, from the straight of the light, the user would be -10 damaged because of the flash's glowing which damages the user's eyes a bit.


    Blinding for 2 turns is OP
    Just Doujutsu prevention for 2 turns maybe...



    - Water Ultimate Release: Handred water drillers - ( Suiton kyoudai: hyaku suishuuren)

    Rank: A/S/Forbidden
    Type: Attack/Defense/Supplementary
    Range: Short/Long
    Chakra cost: 30/40/50 (+20 if it was done with the water explosion)
    Damage points: 60/80/100
    Description: The user charges a huge amount of water chakra into his hand, and with great concentration release it in the shape of a hundred drilles and punch the enemy with it, this jutsu sends the enemy back with massive damages, if used on a water terrain, the user can make the water under the enemy explode sending him up with great speed and also reduces imbalancing him then the user jumps higher than the enemy and punch the enemy with the drillers sending him back into the water which would be spitted from where he was standing, sending him down into the water as it reunite leaving him knocked deep underwater, this technique were created by the seconds hokage and can only be used by him because of his mastery of water nature which no one has, he can also use his water skating ability to make himself faster to approach the enemy, this speed makes this technique almost unavoidable, it can protect the user from fire jutsusas it actes a spiral drillers that covers the user.
    ~Can only be used once as a forbidden jutsu and after doing so the user would be unable to use over B rank water jutsus in the battle, three times as A or S rank.
    ~Only the second hokage can use this and its untaughtable.
    ~Damages the user's hand with -20 points if used as a S rank jutsu and -30 as a forbidden jutsu
    ~ if used as a S rank jutsu or above, it would be able to cut through rocks.
    ~This jutsu was shown in Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja 4: YouTube - Naruto: Ultimate Ninja 5/Accel 2 - All Specials (The Hokages) min 1:!3, and a less version "S ranked" was shown in Naruto Ultimate Ninja 3: YouTube - Naruto: UN3 Request - The Second Hokage Moveset 1:10 or so.

    Why the jutsu is realistic: we have seen akimichi clan members expand their own bodies with their techniques. We can clearly see all of their bodies are expanded (organs, tissue, chakra pathway system) in order to keep their body in in balance and to adapt to their current size. By utilizing the expansion chakra, and controlling it and molding it in the right quantities, the user can make his limbs and body parts stretch (alongside their bones, blood vessels, etc) without hurting them but also, without compromising their body volume.

    We actually can see choji stretching his arm to mid-range in an ougi jutsu of Narutimate accel 2 with the partial expansion jutsu.

    ~Can only be used by Orochimaru, Sasuke and Anko.
    ~Blazing twins wrath can only be used once in a battle while this jutsu is active.
    ~Your arms get's burned from using this jutsu (-10) else you're above Kage rank.
    ~Can't use other elements while this jutsu is active.
    ~After this jutsu has faded you can't use any fire for three turns.

    sorry but where does 100 damage come into this...
    then you say 30 damage to you and +10 damage if you hit them with the scales.
    you don't describe an attack at all...
    just snakes round the arms and not even their size.
    the rest that require this or the lesser version won't be approved.
    you'll need to fix this and resubmit.
