    Nothing - it just fills the ground with my chakra. I'm thinking of somehow incorporating another jutsu with it in the future, but for now I'm just submitting this jutsu.

    just edit the section that says extremely fquick as although it would be quick it still would take a bit of time to cover a large area

    - Can only swing the sword a maximum of 5 times per turn

    Needs more restriction. 5 attacks per turn with no stipulation as to if they all need to be done straight after the other.

    Description: These ''Hidden Techniques Containers'' are small metal spheres - more or less the size of a flash bomb- with the user's compressed chakra inside of them. They also have a kanji on them which says ''hold'' Because they only have the user's chakra inside, they will only react once in contact with the user's chakra. These spheres were created with the objective of creating surprise attacks. They're often used attached to kunais like flash or smoke bombs are.
    Here is how they work: The user takes one and inserts his chakra inside of it, manipulating his chakra, just like how he creates a technique and then places the kani saying ''hold'', which holds the chakra of the user inside of the sphere. Then, with a single hand seal, the user makes the seal to disappear, making the already prepared technique to be released from the inside of the sphere. Suddenly, the sphere starts glowing and the technique is released.

    *No CE techniques can be stored inside the spheres.
    *No forbidden techniques can be performed with these chakra containers, as the great amount of chakra stored inside of them would sooner or later be suddenly released, making a huge explosion.
    *Only five of these sphere containers can be used per battle.
    *Only two S-rank techniques can be performed using these spheres.

    Here is how they look when the technique is about to be released:


    Example of it's usage:

    -I throw 3 kunais at you with small spheres attached, one at your left, one at you and one at your right

    -I counter the kunais with three kunais of mine which block them in mid way

    -As they're about to collide, the kunai which was aimed at your left releases a bright flash, it was a flash bomb which blinds you for some seconds and at the same time i form a hand seal causing the sphere which was attached to the kunai aimed directly at you to start to glow, releasing a spear of lightning which impales you as you're blinded by the light

    One of the spheres was a hidden technique container which had false darkness spear sealed inside of it.

He aswell can communicate telepathically with the user, thus will always be able to tell the user of the opponent's position and will also be able to distinguish a clone from the real opponent. Kowalski can aswell merge with the user's body like the Toads' amphibian technique, only he doesn't require any technique to be used. Kowalski also is able of summoning the user himself to him, and summoning other penguins.

    Helmet of the mindless one- This helmet is made from special chakra reactive metal and is designed to make the user impervious to genjutsu. What it does is trap the opponents chakra in the helmet, rather than it going into the wearer's mind and affecting him. There are a few downsides however. The first being that this does not protect the wearer from doujutsu genjutsu, and the second being that it also prevents the user from preforming any genjutsu other than doujutsu genjutsu, as the same thing would happen; the users chakra would be contained in the helmet and be unable to reach the opponents mind. The chakra trapped in the helmet is slowly released over time so that it can then contain more.
    *Only HiddenShadowNinja is in possession of this armor
    *Helmet can contain chakra from 3 genjutsu attempts before it must release the chakra to make room for more
    *Releasing the stored chakra takes 3 turns, during which the user is vulnerable to genjutsu.

    Description: Zanbato is a massive longsword, that can only be wielded by those with great strength (Must have at least a +15 boost to taijutsu to use this weapon). Because of its sheer size and weight it can only be swung vertically or horizontally, but easily breaks rock and bone. When swung vertically it creates a shockwave along the ground which can create a fissure straight from the point of contact to long range. Also because of its size and weight, it can be used defensively as an excellent shield. It can resist any A-rank or below physical attack and any C-rank or below elemental attack. Though if it blocks any fire jutsu, the user is burned due to the sword heating up.
    *User must have a +15 or more boost to taijutsu to use this weapon
    *This weapon is indestructable, but can block up to 3-A rank physical attacks and 3-C rank elemental attacks before the user can't use it anymore that battle.
    *Blocking a jutsu with this sword counts as a move
    *Creating a fissure with this sword counts as a move
    *Only 2 fissures can be created per battle

The targeted area can be any where mid range away from the user. These sharp Arank blades can cut any Arank and below rock jutsu.

The slabs are infused with chakra so nothing can be sensed inside of it.
    Wall only stands for one turn.
    Can only be used twice.

    add some sort of limitation to the user aswell as you wouldn't be able to know whats going on outside the tent if they cant know whats going on inside plus doujutsu would see through it

    Description:The main usage of the moonlight sonata is for the nara shadow techniques as it possessed a chakra reactive metal, which allowed the user to fuse their shadow chakra into the blade. Thus, this also allowed the user to use the Shadow Imitation Shuriken jutsu in a battle. Despite of the shape, the dagger can be used as a close range weapon and also mid-range as it can be thrown. However, The moonlight sonata can also be an offensive tool as it possessed a side-effect when it trapped the opponent's shadow. But this effect only works with the presence of the moon, thus the effect is unusable during the day.

Also, due to its incredibly strong hide it can withstand up to 2 S rank direct lightning, wind, or earth jutsu. Can spew out a very large amount of water sufficient for any water jutsu at the users discretion. This snake also has the ability to divide itself multiple times into less powerful, smaller versions of itself.

    Note: Can only be on the field for 5 of the users turns

    ~mostly based of water this snake will not take two direct hits from lightning, it would be vunerable if its mostly consistant of water, and i dont like the division ability thats copying Katsu's abilities but at the same time i like the idea that you give a basis for level of attacks that are required if to kill the snake

    The Devil Bringer becomes the users right arm, and the physical manifestation of his incredible chakra. The arm possesses superhuman strength, which manifests itself through a larger, spectral arm controlled by chakra. The arm itself is completely impenetrable and indestructible, enabling the user to defend using his arm as a melee weapon. It is composed of an unknown material from the depths of hell.
    Effects:


    1. Taijutsu attacks involving the right arm do double damage.

    2. If the user is caught in genjutsu, the arm automatically heats up to cause superficial pain to the user to snap them out of the genjutsu
    Abilities:

    1. Snatch - Send forth the spectral arm of the Devil Bringer and grasp a distant enemy within its clutches. The enemy can then be pushed or pulled at the users discretion. The user can also snatch other things, such as nearby trees or boulders to pull to safety. Dealing no damage. Can only be used at mid - short range. And travels almost instantly.
    2. Buster - After grabbing an enemy with the Devil Bringer, the user will slam the enemy on the ground repeatedly, slamming them on the ground will disorient them, and break there bones disabling their skill making them slower and take longer to form hand seals. Close range.

    3. Hold - After snatching, the user holds and binds the enemy in place. Dealing no damage. Mid to short range.

    Notes:

    1. Buster can only be used one time.

    2. The Devil Bringer is always on the user, but must be declared at the start of battle to be valid.

    3. The arm is only indestructible up to just above the elbow. Meaning, only where the devil bringer covers is indestructible. Your arm can still be hacked off at the elbow.

In this jutsu the user cleverly manipulates the earth or water (since wood is formed from both water and earth)too form wooden mines all around the opponent in random positions in a 3 metre radius with the opponent as the centre beneath the surface of the ground or water(about 1 inch below the ground or water surface). These wooden mines are extremely sensitive and if the user moves or there is any other movement around the mines like the ground shaking or anything falling on the mines, they explode like a mine,expelling no smoke but the explosion destroys the 1 inch layer of earth above it and causes wooden splinters to travel at high speeds and pierce the opponent like grenade shrapnel leaving the opponent severely damaged.

    Restrictions:

    *can only be used once per battle
    *no A ranked and above mokuton jutsus the next turn
    *doujutsu users and sensors can sense or see the mines but those who are not sensors or doujutsu bearers are oblivious too the wooden mines

So in this jutsu the user chains 8 handseals after which 2 giants, Vita and Orcus instantly emerge.They are about 25 metres tall and have a devlish personality.They dont have the brain too talk normally but they can comprehend basic commands.

    Vita is a thin giant and is very agile and uses both his hands and legs in combat very effectively and also carries a Halberd in his right hand along with a circular shield in his left hand(both made of wood).Orcus on the other hand is a well built giant and uses a sledgehammer(made of wood) as a weapon and causes a huge amount of destruction.They obey their masters command at all times and in no way can they hurt their summoner,but the opponent whom they consider as enemy feel hell.
    Restrictions:

    *can be used only once per battle
    *no mokuton jutsus while the giants are on the field(but jutsus that are already active are not effected)
    *they poof away after 4 turns

    ~are you unaware of the affects for forbidden, you have no damage to yourself listed on this jutsu you cant have a forbidden ranked technique without a level of damage to yourself minimilizing to at least -30 damage~

    Description:This jutsu is one of the most advanced non-sharingan illusion technique.The genjutsu is activated only if and when the user can see the opponent's body.Then the illusion is cast and the opponent views the user vanish from sight,apparently nothing appears to be amiss but then the user feels a kunai on his neck(part of the illusion)and feels the hand and presence of the user behind him,the said 'apparition' is tangible to the opponent and he doesnt realise that he is in a genjutsu.The opponent is then in shock by the sudden disappearence and appearence of the user and also in fear of his life due to the kunai on his neck.

    The fear and shock is aggravated by subtle manipulation of the opponents brain which leaves the opponent in shock and dismay and they loose hope and their will wavers seeing the might of their opponent.They are unable too use S rank and above techs for the following two turns.While the whole time the user is invisible to the opponent and can prepare for another attack.

    Restrictions
    *can be performed once per battle
    *given the nature of this genjutsu it is very difficult for non doujutsu users too realise they are in an illusion and is hence difficult or impossible to break
    *a 3 tomoe sharingan and higher can break the genjutsu
    *the genjutsu lasts for 2 turns only
    *if the user attacks the opponent while he is caught in the Genjutsu, the resulting pain will knock the opponent out of the illusion
    *can be used and taught only by Gaara of konoha

    Description:This genjutsu is a basic yet a very effective non-sharingan illusion.This genjutsu is activated by pointing a finger towards the opponent hence it requires the user to know the location of the user.So basically this genjutsu effects the sense of distance of the opponent. What happens is the user sense of distance is disturbed and everything seems to be 'far away' to the user (long range). So everytime he attacks the user the opponent believes the user and his attacks are coming from long range even when the user is in short or mid range too the opponent.

    This genjutsu hence effectively illusions the opponent in believng that the user is in long range and thus preventing him from using any short or short mid range attacks,but since the actual location of the user can be mid or short it doesnt bars the user from using jutsus of long and mid range.

    Restrictions

    *can be used once per battle
    *lasts three turns
    *due to the nature of the genjutsu opponents with no dojutsu cannot realise that they are in a genjutsu which makes it difficult or impossible to break the genjutsu
    *if the user attacks the opponent while he is caught in the Genjutsu, the resulting pain will knock the opponent out of the illusion
    *a 3 tomoe sharingan and above can break through the genjutsu

    Description: After using the Sasori’s Hundred Puppet Army tech Sasori does a couple of handseals and charges his fire chakra through the chakra strings he makes everyone of the 100 puppets explode in a flaming blast burning anything in a 2m radius with destructive fire. Each explosion isnt very powerfull on its own but when they all happen it forms a very strong attack. Each blast would make 2nd degree burns but if the oppnant is in range of 2-3 explosions he has a high chance of ending up dead. The user must make all of his 100 puppets explode and he must make them all explode at the same time.
    *Can only be used once and all od the 100 puppets get destroyed at the end
    *The user recieves 20 damage himself and he also feels the effect of explosions if he is in range
    *The user cant use any puppets except the one his chest is in for 3 turns

    Description: The 3rd Kazekage puppet rises wall all around itself anf the user creating a giant dome of Iron sand. The dome is 7m high and has a radius of 15m. Its 55cm thick and its very hard to destroy it. The dome is connected to the ground so any lightning attack would be grounded this would allow the dome to stand up to even Forbidden rank lightning attacks but its weak against fire since heat weakens magnetism making the dome weaker. A fire jutsu of A-rank would be strong enough to cover the opponant.

It can be used to attack and it can chage direction and fallow an opponant so somebody would need a space time jutsu or extreme speed to avoid this atack(2nd gate or higher) it can olso be used for defence by curling around the user and it can be used for other stuff like making bridges or carrying stuff too.
    *Can only be used 3 times per turn
    *the 2nd time it takes 40 chakra
    *the 3rd time it takes 50 chakra

    Iron Sand Ultimate Meteor of Destruction(Hakai no tetsu suna kyūkyoku no ryūsei)

    Description: This is the 3rd Kazekages ultimate technique, it is said to be able to level small mountains with its power. By focusing immense amounts of magnetic energy into any point high in the sky the user begins this jutsu. Quickly all of the iron sand and iron objects on the field start to be pulled thorwards the point where magnetic energy was focused. All iron sand tech end and all iron sand that was used immedeatly gets pulled into the point. Also all unatended kunais and iron weapons get pulled into the point(it doesnt effect any weapon that is hold or is in ninja tool bag) After all of the iron sand and iron objects in the area has been pulled in the user sends it down into the ground with very high speed(boosted by gravity) and crushed the meteor into target(the meteors size is about 7m in diameter but changes depending on the amount of materials gathered) After it hits the opponants and a milisecond after it hits the ground the user can disperse the meteor so that it only destroyes anything in 25m of the opponant and not more. If the user desperse the meteor at all it can level anything in 50m of the target.
    Its power depends on the number of Iron sand techs used before it:
    0-1 techs: 70 damage 5m ball in diameter
    2-3 techs: 80 damage 6m ball in diameter
    4 techs: 90 damage 7m ball in diameter
    5-6 techs: 100 damage 8m ball in diameter
    7+ techs 110 damage 9m ball in diameter.
    Restrictions and Weaknesses
    *The user cant use anymore Iron sand Techs
    *The user cant use anymore forbidden jutsu for 7 turns

    Description: This is a special desing included in Sasori's Sasori puppet. It can de attach any limbs and re-attach them(using the chakra strings in them) in an instant. Also there are poisoned blades inside every connecting points.(the user can seperate into 10 pieces: left hend-elbow, right han-elbow, left elbow-shoulder, right elbow-shoulder, head, body, left foot-knee, right foot-knee, left knee-hip, right knee-hip) This can be used to increase the users range of punches and kicks up to mid-range and it can be used to avoid taijutsu as well. Ex: The opponant trys to grab the users wrist, the users hand-elbow de-attaches and the user avoids it then it re-attaches before the opponant pulls his hand back allowing the user to hit the opponants hands with the blades.
    *can only be used 5 times per battle
    *an opponent with an enhanced reflex by technique of doujutsu may react accordingly to the movement of the seperation of parts.

    (i was asked what it's usefullness was, and it's simply because i've created a special bio for these CJ's, and some people might argue that he would've been knocked over by some pressure or something, so i would like to have this in reserve to avoid discussions.)

    ~If you wish this approved then i want you to edit to account for the change an earthquake can cause as it doesnt matter how much mental focus one has it would not happen if the land was sloped at a high gradient so it would require some limitation in that respect~

This technique does have some drawbacks, when it ends, the user will have used a big amount of power in his legs, making them weaker.

    Description: The second stage of the leg empowering freestyle tech, the user focuses great amounts of chakra in his legs and feet, and surrounds them with wind chakra, this techniques allows the user to temporarily enhance the strength of his legs, by strengthening the tissue and muscles in the users legs. The wind chakra around the users legs, serves as a wall for the great amount of chakra which is release when this technique is used, this “wall” is controlled by the user, and can be used to fire a shot of concentrated wind chakra, simply by releasing some of the chakra, which will build up in the users legs because of the technique. As long as this technique is active, the user gains a 10+ damage to any Taijutsu which involves using ones legs, and a great boost in speed, similar to Lee in 2 gate release without weights, to any action performed with the users legs, this technique has some major drawbacks though, when it ends the user will be completely drained of strength in his/her legs, and unable to use advanced techniques for some time.
    Notes:
    • Can only be used once per battle.
    • Lasts for three turns.
    • When the technique ends, the user will be unable to move his legs for the rest of the match. (exception Freestyle art Ultima legs)
    • The shot of wind chakra can be used twice, but can be fired at the same time, (in one jutsu).

    Description: The third and last stage of the leg empowering freestyle tech. The user focuses intense amounts of chakra into his legs and feet, this technique allows the users to, for a very short time, increase the power in his legs to incredible heights, by pumping his muscles full of chakra, and reinforcing and thickening the layer of wind chakra, created by Freestyle art Mega legs, on the users legs. By doing this, the user will stack an incredible amount of chakra, around and inside his legs. While doing this, the user will begin to spin around himself, because of the incredible amount of chakra in the users legs, the user will spin around himself with speed equal to the rotors of a helicopter. This will create an air pressure in itself, but by releasing all of the chakra stacked inside and outside his legs, the user is able to create a gigantic windblast, which will travel with incredible speed, and rip apart everything inside Mid range of the user. This windblast will be released in 360 around the user, and as said before, rip everything in Mid range and closer to the user apart, this also includes the very ground around the user. As soon as this windblast has been released, the user can light a lighter, and set everything in Mid range and closer, ablaze in an instant, both the windblast and the fire, travels so fast that even a Sage ranked opponent wouldn’t have time to for any handseals. The user’s legs will explode due to the incredible pressure on his legs, and because of the incredible amount of chakra and energy this technique requires, the user will be completely drained of chakra and power after use.
    Notes:
    • Can only be used once.
    • No Nin Gen Taijutsu and/or any other techniques, for the rest of the battle.
    • The user’s legs will explode, making him unable to move for the rest of the battle.
    • Can only be used while Freestyle art Mega legs is active.
    • Can only be used by ZeroGarra.
    • No other jutsus can be used the turn this is activated.


    The last three, i know they're a bit special and all, but i've worked very hard on the last three, and tried to make them fit into NB's power level, if you decline these, which you probably do, please just decline them, don't say do not resubmit, i will modify if necesarry.

    Description:The user splits into many small phoenix-like birds which can fly freely and join together to form the user again.one phoenix contains the user disguised,some contain user's chakra(not always) while the others are clones.However,ninjas with superb chakra sensing abilities can find out the phoenix in which the user's chakra is and hit it to make the user visible again.if there are more than one phoenix containing user's chakra then hitting any one of the chakra containing phoenix(other than the one in which the user is disguised) will lead to loss of chakra for the user and even sometimes break of concentration which will lead to the user becoming visible again.All the phoenix move very fast,therefore making them hit difficult.Since this jutsu uses phoenix as clone,it uses less chakra than Shadow Clone Technique.

    Description: Tiberius is the leader of the pangolins, he is roughly the same height and length as Katsuyu's complete form, he is the oldest and largest of his species. His armoured scales are said to be stronger than any metal used by ninja and therefore can protect him from all S-rank or below techniques, however, his face and abdomen are not protected by these scales and are therefore vulneable to attack. A single S-rank technique to the stomach causes him to leave the field
    Once per battle, Tiberius can curl up into his ball form, removing these vulneable areas from view, in this form he can roll at the enemy, causing considerable damage, howver, if the enemy has damaged his abdomen (hit it with one A-rank or above, or two b-rank) then he cannot roll into his ball form.
    Also tiberius may choose to try and catch the enemy with his tongue that can extend to mid range and is highly adhesive, meaning thet if the enemy is hit, he will be stuck on his tongue, hover, this tongue is higly suseptible to lightning and fire attacks ( a hit from a c-rank or higher tech will damage it)
    Tiberius has some skill in Doton techniques and can use up to B - rank Doton jutsus

    Description: Caliguya is the son of Tiberius and is the second largest of his species, bieng 3/4 the size of his father. As he is smaller and younger than his father, he is less well protected by his scales and any technique above a rank will penetrate them, he can roll into a ball and attack like his father, though a single A rank technique to the stomach (or two B) will prevent him from doing so for the rest of the battle, and can also use his tongue to attack, extending out to mid range and as the tongue has an adhesive nature, if it hit the opponent it traps them, but is vulnerable to lightning and fire techniques, a single c-rank or above lightning or fire technique hitting the tongue will prevent its use for the rest of the battle.     Description: Vitellus is the Second son of Tiberius is the third largest of his kind bieng 5/8 the size of his father, bieng fairly young and small, his scales only protect him from upto B rank techniques, like his father he can roll up to attack, a single B rank or two C-rank hits to the stomach will prevent him from rolling up for the rest of the battle, or use his tongue, which can extend out to mid range, and has an adhesive nature, trapping the enemy if it his, however the tongue is vulnearble to lightning and fire, a single c-rank hit from either element will prevent its use for the rest of the battle. Vittellus is fairly competant at doton techniques but unlike his father and brother is more willing to learn from others, (he may use doton techniques to the same rank as the summoner- to a maximum of b-rank)
    Restrictions
    1. Cannot attack at all the turn after he rolls up
    2. Cannot use jutsu and tongue in the same turn
    3. Cannot be summoned if user has used another summoning in the battle
    4. Can only be sommoned once per battle and stays on the field for 4 turns or if hit once by S-rank or above (twice by A rank)
    5. Cannot be summoned if his father has been summoned in the same battle
    6. Cannot be summoned unless you have signed the pangolin contract and have been taught how to summon him by ~Anbu Minato~

    Description: Requiring just two hand seals; tiger and horse. Fire element chakra builds to a pinpoint in the palm of the hand. This concentration of chakra produces incredibly significant heat and even at long range the jutsu is so bright it hurts the eyes.(like being poked in the eye with a stick) From mid to short range the full effect of the jutsu takes its toll. Causing a semi-sphere of blazing hot fire to burst forth the jutsu will scorch the skin and if the opponent’s eyes are open can burn their retinas. The blast expands out to mid range from the users hand(vertically and horizontally) growing in a ~270° spherical arc. Since this blast of fire is so intense, a water jutsu below A-rank will have little to no effect on it.
    Note: This jutsu only creates a "bubble" with the fire, the walls of the fire are 6-7in(15-18mm) thick, and there is breathable air inside.
    Note: This justu may only be used 3 times during a battle.
    Note: Must have signed the Marmot contract in order to use this jutsu.
    Note: Only DOD_bld can teach this jutsu.

    Description: The user creates spikes from their shadow and they surround them. The user can move without the spikes harming them as obviously their shadow moves with them. This prevents any possible Taijutsu attack also the user can just expand the spikes outward at any point in the radius.
    The user can attach explosive tags to the spikes and if they run to within range of an opponent or a number of opponents they can expand all of the spikes outward stabbing anything thats within range and killing them with the explosive tags.
    The jutsu can be maintained while using other jutsu but they must use a single handseal when expanding the spikes.
    Restrictions
    • Can only be taught by Hammy120290
    • Can only be used twice in battle
    • Expanding and then retracting the spikes deactivates the jutsu
    • Expanding the spikes counts as a move.

    Description:The user creates a Phoenix using Katon Chakra and Shape manipulation after doing 3 handseals. The phoenix will fly to the desired location and dissapate leaving ashes on the ground. The user can recreate the Phoenix at any time from the location with a single handseal and it will be recreated almost instantaneously and attack the nearest enemy.

    Restrictions
    • Can only be taught by Hammy120290
    • Recreating the Phoenix counts as a move
    • Must state where the ashes lie e.g. "the Phoenix dissapates 4m behind you and diagonally to your left"

    Chakra Cost: 20 per turn when used with Wind
    Damage: 40 - if used normally +10 when an element is added.
    Katana Description
    The sword itself has a seal on it as does the bottom of the holster where the katana usually lies so it can be summoned back at any time into this holder with a single handseal.
    It can be infused with Wind and power up Fire Jutsus up to A rank. It can also Split Earth structures up to B rank. The sword can also be used by spinning it behind the users back to increase speed creating a proppeler similar to a hovercraft.
    If the sword is infused with Wind the user can create a razor sharp slash of wind that extends to Mid range.
    The sword is indestrucible unless melted with a Forbidden Rank Fire.
    Katana Restrictions
    • Can only be wielded by Hammy120290 (unless permission is given)
    • It costs 20 chakra per turn when infused with Wind
    • Can only summon the sword back 3x during battle
