    Description: Legend says this sword was created during the first great ninja war and has wiped out several platoons of ninja, after the war the sword was said to be lost but was later found in a cave located in Iwagakure. The Sword has the appearance of a katana with the body of a dragon as the guard then the tail of the dragon extending out becoming the hilt its connected to the scabbard by a chain, see pic for further appearance details. While in the scabbard the sword takes the appearance of a normal katana but once drawn from the scabbard its length extends to 7 feet, the chain that connects the blade to the scabbard is normally 3 feet but can extend up to 10 feet if the user inputs chakra into it, the chain that connets the scabbard and the blade can't be severed from either the scabbard and or sword unless the user wishes for it to disconnect. The swords blade is forged from obsidian giving it a very sharp edge. The swords scabbard has the ability to transform into a circular shield that can block c rank and lower jutsu. The Scabbard can be used as a blunt weapon and can block other weapons due to its true form being a shield.The shield can only block 2 Jutsu a battle or it will break but can block and infinite amount of simple weapon attacks. Any Normal weapon will be cut in half by this sword only custom weapons can block it.The sword has enough cutting power to cut through B Rank harden materials, 2 A rank harden material or 1 S rank if the user cuts through and S ranked harden Material the sword cant be used for 2 turns and when those two turns are up the user can only use the sword to cut through c rank and lower harden materials.If anyone other then the user touchs the blade they will see a genjutsu where they are being ate by a dragon

    Descritpion: This technique is an adapatation of Jiraiya's crushing toad stomach technique which reverse summoned the user and their opponents into the stomach of a toad on Mt. Myoboku. In this variation the user reverse summons him and his opponent deep into the homeland Rain forest of the Jaguars. Giant trees fill the forest with their thick canopies hundreds of feet in the air and to those below looks like a pitch black night sky. The thickness of the canopy blocks out light limiting vision to both the user and the opponent so that nothing can be seen at long range, at mid range a person's silhouette can be seen while at short range they are fully visible. In this forest it is constantly raining in a heavy down pour that saturates the area. This location is a specifically forbidden section of the forest due to its mysterious and sacred past. People who remain here too long will be forcible removed after three turns by unknown forces.
    ~Can only be used once per battle.
    ~After three turns the user and opponent will be forcible returned to their starting location.
    ~Must be capable of summoning the boss Jaguar summon.
    ~No Jaguar summonings or reverse summonings can be used for the remainder of the battle.

The victim must be same rank or higher than the user to break through the static charge, if they do, the electricity will discharge but they will take a little electrocution.

    Note: To use again the user need to wait two more turns

Flame Sword form zero is able to make the flame sword as the same user that has flame sword is just like Kiba Inuzuka and his dog as you can see on anime and manga Akamaru kiba dog is able to make himself like Kiba is just like that. Once level zero is activate and the sword get hit it does not happen nothing to the flame sword and on three more rounds the user can do level zero again if the user didn't activate level two. Flame sword form one is able to suck the opponent speed if the katana touch the opponent and make the user that has the flame sword even faster then his normal speed since the sword has been suck the opponent speed. Once Flame sword level one is activate it can be deactivate when the user want to and it can only be activate twice per battle, if the opponent does break the sword can form back again but it can't use level one and if this technique last five round the katana can suck twice the speed then it's normal suck of speed. Flame sword form two, level two this technique gives the user 3rd gate speed and while this is activate this start to suck the user that is using flame sword chakra and when it reach the user limit the user gonna be out of chakra and can't user non of the levels either level zero or level one either level three just a normal sword.

    Description: The user scatters his body or parts of his body into sand particles when attacked. this instant process can be performed when immediately feeling the attack and the user reacting to it. Moist weapons and objects hitting the user negates the effect such as a wet sword or a bloody fist but the opponent must state they have covered it in water or have been hit by a water attack or it is raining.
    reforming the body generally takes a couple of seconds however if scattered by wind it will take 10-15 seconds, giving any able ninja ample time to launch an offensive barrage.

    Notes:
    ~ water, lightning and fire can't be defended against this way. aswell as elements including moisture, e.g. mud, ice etc.
    ~ wind scatters the sand particles taking it slightly longer to reform whether it just be a limb that was scattered to avoid harm or the whole body.
    ~ maximum 4 uses per battle.

    Description: Crocodile's left hand is infact a hook. it is currently unknown how this accident happened where he had to replace the hand, however it is generally sheathed with metal. when unsheathed it reveals a metal poisonous hook.

    Description: Reaver is the boss summoning of the crows. Reaver is a giant black crow with red eyes. He's the same size as Pein's Giant Drill-Beaked Bird (Giant Drill-Beaked Bird - Narutopedia, the Naruto Wiki). Reaver is capable of releasing a cawing sound from his mouth that momentarily brings a torrent of small crows that come to his aid, approximately five seconds after the release of the caw (he can release this caw thrice per battle, must wait three turns between doing it, and it also counts as a jutsu for him to do this). The appearing crows are mainly used to confuse or distract the enemy and obscure his/her sight. Reaver is able to use any crow-related jutsu, as well as spew any fire jutsu from his beak of A-rank or lower. He flies at an extremely quick pace, something that had improved simply from having to keep up with the awfully quick Itachi when aiding him in battle. At the speeds that he flies at, and the sheer power that his beak has, he is often able to cut through trees while flying.

    Description: Terra is a medium-sized crow with feather colors that are closer to brown than black. Terra has the most powerful beak of all birds, and along with the speeds that he flies at, Terra is capable of going through the earth underground as though he were a drill ripping through the ground, tucking in it's wings as it sinks down into the earth to give him a sort of torpedo appearance. While underground, or simply standing on the ground, Terra can sense the location of any opponent on the ground, making this useful to intercept opponents using Underground Fish Projection or another such jutsu by him intercepting them. However, Terra must always be moving throughout the ground, and cannot simply stay still, and must always move forward, making it slightly difficult for him to turn if he misses the opponent, and, needless to say, the summoner cannot stay on Terra's back as he drills through the earth. Terra's powerful beak is capable of stabbing through anything as strong as concrete, and is capable of making dents in metal (provided he has gained enough momentum).
    Note: Terra can only be summoned twice per battle, and the user must wait six turns between summoning him.

    Description: This is a crow-related genjutsu, being done either by looking into the eyes of a crow or into the eyes of it's summoner. This genjutsu is incorporated smoothly into battle, to the point where it's difficult for the captured opponent to even tell that they are in the genjutsu (we've seen genjutsu be done that are done in battle where the victim doesn't become aware of the genjutsu until it's effect kicks in and makes it obvious) and therefore, the user will have the same surroundings that they did while out of the genjutsu. Within a second, the crow (or crows if there are more than one) will fly directly above the opponent, converging above him/her if there are large numbers of them. Immediately, the crow(s) will completely burst, and their feathers will all rain down on the opponent, coming down on and around him in a circular form with a very large diameter. The opponent will then see all of these feathers simultaneously explode, injuring them badly. However, this genjutsu is mixed in with a physical attack that the summoner of the crow does outside of the genjutsu. They will immediately jump over them when the opponent is caught in the genjutsu, and then throw countless kunai with explosive tags wrapped around them, coming down on the opponent and explode simultaneously with the feathers. This jutsu is extremely versatile as far as who can perform it. Any crow can do this; if the user looks into the eyes of even a small crow, they can still be caught in it (but since small crows are usually in large flocks, all of the crows on the battlefield will appear in the genjutsu, and so there must be other crows around) and for medium to large-sized crows, they are capable of doing this genjutsu from a greater distance (bigger eyes) and they are able to do this completely alone. As said earlier, anyone with the crow summoning can do this as well, provided there is already a summoned crow on the field. However, in order to do this, the actual summoner must be within mid-range of the opponent, in order to make it above them in time to throw all of the explosive kunai.
    Note: Only usable twice per battle, and the user must wait three of his turns between using this again.
    Note: Being that this is an eye contact genjutsu, this requires no actual hand seals and can therefore be done quite quickly.

    Description: The user will use their ice chakra to burst out of their backs and solidify into two large wings made of ice that will protrude out of their backs. Both wings are around the same size as the user (similarly sized to when Sasuke used to go into his second curse seal stage). The main function of these would be, obviously, allowing their user to fly into the air, however the ice wings have several other functions. By powerfully flapping the wings a single time, a thick blast of what resembles the the vapor in the hidden mist jutsu will shoot out in front of the user to long range. Anything that this blast touches (the blast is equal to A-rank) will, rather than being pushed back, be instantly frozen. The wings are also capable of releasing multiple ice senbon when fully spread out that all rush towards the opponent (this can be done by spreading one wing or both). The wings are also capable of acting as a defense mechanism, allowing the user to cocoon themselves within the wings. In this stage, they are capable of defend the user from enemy jutsu, projectiles, or taijutsu. The wings are consistently releasing a smaller version of the said cool mist, simply radiating from themselves, and therefore whenever the wings move in flight the mist surrounds the user from being spread around. Anyone near the user while the wings are moving (so this only applies when the user is flying), or anyone who touches these wings will begin to be slowly frozen (slowly enough that it still allows them to possibly save themselves, but the freezing starts from the hand, or foot, that they touched the wing with, beginning with a bluish radiance and then slowly encasing them). The wings allow the user to move in the air at a much quicker pace then they would at the ground (equivalent to something that the second tomoe sharingan would have slight difficulty in keeping up with). This jutsu is done relatively quickly, requiring no hand seals, and when the user does this, they can choose to already be in a cocoon form if necessary (similarly to how when Sasuke first went his curse seal level 2 mode he was already being defended by the wings when they appeared).
    Note: May only be used twice per battle and lasts three turns each time (must wait at least two turns, excluding the turn it deactivates, before doing this again).
    Note: If the user uses the ice wings to protect them from a jutsu, it only protect against fire A-rank and lower, one S-rank jutsu, two A-rank jutsu (excluding fire), OR three B-rank jutsu. Emphasis on "or," meaning it can only do one of those, if the opponent uses two B-ranks and one S-rank, for example, the user cannot defend against the S-rank jutsu using the wings, not fully anyway. These jutsu can be blocked periodically (meaning that if the opponent uses one B-rank blocked by this, and then a few turns later the user blocks another B-rank using this, and another later, it is considered valid). After doing blocking any combination of the said jutsu ranks, the wings are both destroyed.

    Description: Way to Dawn is the name of Riku's most highly favored sword. Riku constantly keeps it in his sheathe, having to often use it in battle, but if not already sheathed, he can call it to the field at any time (this requires no hand seals, so he can do it fluently and quickly in battle, but does require the above chakra amount). It's appearance is quite peculiar, most notably the wing on the inner part of it's blade. The main color of the blade is somewhere between a dark red and black, transitioning in colors from black to dark red from the blade edge to the blade's back respectively. One half of the blade's guard is compromised of what seems to be a demonic wing, whilst the other seems to be an angelic counterpart. Way to Dawn is of fair size for a blade, and Riku most often uses it with one hand, allowing for quicker attacks than most swordsmen could muster. The blade's affinity, being that it's Riku's blade, belongs with ice-related techniques and jutsu. First, whenever the blade is in Riku's hand, he is capable of doing all ice jutsu with barely any handseals, but rather simply by swinging the blade or, in some cases such as the ice spike jutsu, stabbing it into the ground and any jutsu carried out through the sword will be a rank stronger than normally (does not apply to S-ranks, which will remain at normal strength). The sword can, at any time, be imbued with ice chakra that will increase it's durability and cutting power, though this, obviously, requires the user to use up more chakra. When the user does this, the blade will also become larger than normally and be covered in what seems to be a light blue coating, giving the sword extra reach, though still leaving it at the same weight and still allowing Riku to hold it the same way and still be balanced. When focusing ice chakra into the sword, any cut dealt by the blade will gradually encase the opponent in ice (so if the opponent was cut in their torso area, ice will start to spread with that cut as the origin). The sword also has several other abilities (to be submitted as customs).
    Note: When focusing ice chakra into the sword, the user will lose ten chakra points per turn.

    ~About the bolded part are you talking about all jutsu's or only ice jutsu's? Also about the cut = freeze thing I can agree that it happens around the wound, but not that encases the entire opponent. I also changed the no handseals to barely any handseals as no handseals is something from the 7SM even though ice isn't one of them~

    Description: Soul Eater is the name of Riku's blade, peculiar in both appearance and abilities. Being Riku�s regular blade, he is able to have it in the beginning of the battle without summoning it but will lose chakra equal to if he did summon it during the battle. Soul Eater is a red sword, and on the blade of the sword is a blue trim, along with blue stripes on four places on the sword. A blue eye with a black pupil is found where the hilt is. On each side of the handle is a wing, one the wing of an angel and one of a demon. When this sword is stabbed into the ground, the user may make spikes of ice protrude from the earth in the form of one large ice spike (B rank) stabbing the opponent or three to four spikes surrounding the opponent, making a tent-like formation around them. Certain ice jutsu can also be carried out through this blade, such as sending a beam or a blast of ice, as well as make a dome or a protective wall. Ice jutsu carried out through the blade will be one rank more powerful. The blade is unique to Riku, so any time the blade is out of his hand, it will return to his hand at his will. A beam of ice can also be shot from the eye of the blade (also B rank). There are other moves unique to the blade (will be made as customs).

    Description: The user will make fire chakra run at fast speeds through the whole body acting as blood wich will creating a fire armour around the body while pumping blood at fast rate wich will make the user's heart work harder and faster, granting the user speed equal to Rock Lee with out weights; this jutsu is used to make taijutsu techniques more damaging since the user's body is cover by a fire armour not only will make the attack more fast it will also burn the opponent at the same time causing major damage to the skin. The downside of this technique is that limits the to use fire,lightning and water jutsus since each of these elements will create a disturbance to the jutsu, fire because all the body is using that kind of chakra, lightning is not compatible with fire and water because by logic it will put out fire but the earth and wind jutsus will have upgrade by heating every jutsu making them more powerfull. After this jutsu ends the user will feel burning inside of him and will have trouble breathing so this jutsu can only be used as a last resort.

He is extremely almost the size of Manda, Kyo can use his claws to destroy almost half a forest and has great agility and speed but in short distances. He has the wind and fire affinity wich lets him used fire jutsus from B-rank and below and wind jutsus from C-rank and below, however he can only used 4 jutsus within the time he's summoned. Once per battle he can release a very unpleasent smell through all the field making the opponent dizzy or just try to not breathe the smell wich could be deadly but this doesn't affect him or his summoner. He also has a very sharp sense of smell and hearing wich can help him locate the enemys and the summoner.
    Note: Can only be summon twice per battle.
    Note: 6 turns of the user must pass between each summoning.
    Note: Can only stay in battle for 4 turns

The spear has the same capabilities as when the blades are separate except it can absorb 1 a-rank lightning attack but within seconds will discharge the electricity outwards in a ten-foot radius of it and return to its original form and loose its charge. The user can also spin the spear in front of him while releasing electrical energy from it to create a force field that can defend against most a-rank projectile techniques. But doing this also harms the user, leaving him paralyzed for 4 seconds.
    -Force field counts as a move and can be done 2 times per battle and once per turn.
    -After 3 turns the spear loses its charge and can be recharged 2 turns later.

    An advanced version of the Exploding Flame Crater, this technique follows the same set up, with the user stomping on the ground and then breathing ( a much hotter ) flame into the tunnel thus set up.
    However, in this technique, the tunnel and the fire remain underground, forming a network of criss-cross tunnels all across the battlefield underground. With one handseal, the user can then create a foot wide hole at some particular spot and make some of the fire erupt from it like a fountain.
    Much like it's simpler version, the fire would have mixed with some earth, turning the fountain spray from a normal fire to a fire with bits of lava thrown in that are thrown across the nearby area.
    The added heat of the fire creates a weak version of a normal volcano, producing some sulfur dioxide that is also let out from the holes, and spreads out, causing burning to the skin of an opponent and also making him terribly short of breath and with weakened strength, speed and resolve.
    The user will know where the tunnels are underground exactly and can therefore move underground without harm. This technique is a joint effort between the plant and the talking straw hat.

    The technique does possess some inherent weaknesses and restrictions -
    • This technique may be used only once per battle.
    • After this technique is used, no other Forbidden-rank techniques of any element may be used for the next two turns.
    • Only a maximum of two "fountains" can be created per turn after using this technique.
    • Though the user, his bodies or clones are unaffected by this technique, any allies will be affected.

    This second one is a mild upgrade of my already approved weapon, the Tonbogiri; what I have added is marked in purple. I have also added one restriction to compensate for the extra ability.

    ( Tonbogiri ) ɸ Dragonfly-Cutting Spear

    An heirloom of Honda Tadakatsu, the Tonbogiri has been passed down among generations of skilled warriors, before reaching its wielder today. The spear's blade beggars description, the sharpness it possesses unparalleled, a dragonfly that came to rest on the blade instantly being cut in two. The weapon weighs roughly 15 kg.
    This eight foot weapon, comprising of three feet of deadly steel blade and five of reinforced wood handle, is one of the Three Great Spears forged by a matchless blacksmith.
    The blade of the weapon is similar to that of a chokuto, having a straight, double-edged blade ending in a sharp point. The edge of the blade itself possesses backward-facing serrations. This allows the spear to be swung and slashed with - the length of the weapon increasing its angular momentum, and thus striking power. Comparatively speaking, a sword swung with the same momentum possesses less strike force, compared to this blade. The weapon can also be thrusted or thrown to stab. In such a case, once the sharp point of the blade slides effortlessly into the target, the backward-facing serrations ensure that when the spear is pulled out of the target, a large part of the target's insides come out with it, creating a savager wound. Skilled wielders can produce a sort of kuba-yari-esque corkscrewing effect during thrusts to create deeper and deadlier wounds.
    The other end of the handle possesses a metallic rectangular piece tipped by a crescent, much like a monk's spade, that can be used to catch strikes from incoming weapons or simply to stab a target. The rectangular piece can be swung like a club, to deal blunt-force damage or break bone.
    A length of chain lies inside the weapon at each end, which can be shot out with thought, to send either the blade or the crescent shooting forward, an extra five meters of chain on either side. Through subtle movements of the weapon's body, the weapon end that was shot out with a chain can be made to move such that the chain winds itself around an opponent's limb or weapon or bypass a static guard.
    The weapon itself can be made to split apart into two, with a chain connecting both ends so it can be swung like a three-sectioned staff.
    The Tonbogiri is stored in a seal the shape of a bisected dragonfly which is on the wielder's upper arm of his dominant hand.
    The Tonbogiri like all legendary ninja weapons, is indestructible, though this does not mean it can slice or stab through everything.
    The blade of the Tonbogiri is made of a pyroelectric material, which means electricity is generated with heat; this basically means fire chakra can be channeled to the blade, setting it aflame while it crackles with electricity at the same time, thus doing much more damage when it strikes. The fire/electricity remains for one turn.

    The weapon does possess some inherent weaknesses and restrictions -
    • Once fire chakra is channeled to the blade, then there has to be a one-turn gap before it can be channeled again.

    ( Fuuton: Sanju Suimon ) ɸ Wind Release: Triple Sluice Gate

    After performing nine handseals, the user channels his chakra, creating three huge gates of wind, each roughly the size of a Rashomon. These gates are not exactly normal ones. Much like a real life Sluice Gate, they possess a hinged "opening" that lets part of the gate open and close.
    The purpose of the Sluice Gate is this. Once they are made to form, if they are near the flow of water, in front of it, on a water body, etcetera, they can control the direction and speed of the water once it begins moving, by either closing their hinged opening, opening it slightly, or fully, regulating the amount of water that is allowed to go through that particular direction also.
    This prevents even the most powerful Water techniques from bursting through, though it depends on the amount of water. If it would be to much, the gates would just be flooded. If fire hits the Sluice Gates, unless the fire is S-rank or higher, they maintain their form and let the fire merge with them, forming three fiery Sluice Gates that evaporate water uncontrollably if it comes near them. If doused, they return to their wind form.
    Their size and thickness mean it is hard for an opponent or a weak jutsu, or one elementally disadvantaged to pass through them, obviously.
    By paying 10 chakra, a gate can be moved to another position on the battlefield.

    The technique does possess some inherent weaknesses and restrictions -
    • This technique may be used only once per battle.
    • Each turn, one gate can be moved with the payment of chakra; if two gates or more are moved, then it counts as one of the jutsu of that turn.
    • The gates, if closed, do not allow even the user's techniques to pass through them.
    • While the gates are on play, no Animal Summonings can be used.


    ~Approved, though I edited bits. I added that it only works depending on the volume of water. I also added that it only works with fire lower than S-rank, otherwise you just completely switched the elemental weakness~

    ( Shurai Kusarirenku Kanmon ) ɸ Lightning Chain-link Barrier

    The user tosses a scroll into the sky, aimed and thrown with chakra so it reaches even a long distance. Once in the air, the user makes one handseal, and the scroll unfurls itself, and from it numerous metal chains spew out and strike into the ground, forming a huge dome ( roughly summon-sized ) of metal chains. This is used to trap the opponent.
    Immediately, the gaps between the chains are covered in a lightning layer, preventing an opponent from going outside the barrier due to the presence of it.
    Next, the lightning forms into a large sphere that hovers at the top of the dome, before crashing down on the opponent ( if they are within the dome ) and exploding in a shockwave of lightning that covers the engulfs the entire inside of the dome.
    Once this is concluded, the lightning barrier in the dome disappears, but the chains remain in position until destroyed.
    If water touches either the lightning barrier or the sphere, it will result in a huge short-circuit of the dome, amplifying the electricity until it becomes a raging storm inside the dome that devastates the entire area in the dome ( including the user if he is present in it ) as well as snapping the chains.

    The technique does possess some inherent weaknesses and restrictions -
    • This technique may be used only once per battle.
    • The chains are made of re-inforced metal, but are not strong enough to withstand focused cutting jutsu or weapons that are indestructible.
    • Once the lightning barrier disappears after the sphere, if the opponent has somehow survived it, he can then escape the dome through the gaps between the chains. A larger object, bigger than a human, has to break the chains before it can exit.

    A devastatingly complex, confusing technique. To a person caught in it, it seems to bend reality, to an observer it seems that the opponent killed himself through his inaction.
    First, the user places his hands with his fingers linked together, and palms facing the opponent. A genjutsu then activates on the opponent, making him believe that the ground/water under him is pulling him under it to suffocate him.
    Any good ninja will realise it is a Genjutsu, and break out of it, either through pain or with the help of Kekkei Genkai.
    Now, the user places his hands in the same motion once more ( the position is recognisable easily due to its unique-ness ) and the ground/water begins swallowing the opponent into it once more. This time, however, it happens in reality, due to application of earth or water chakra.
    Looking at it from the viewpoint of an opponent, he has just been put in a Genjutsu and broken out; and now the user is making the same motions, and the same effect is happening to him. Logically, he believes this also to be a Genjutsu.
    When the opponent now breaks out of the fake "Genjutsu", a real, second Genjutsu is immediately cast on him, that makes him believe that, once he broke out of what he thought was a Genjutsu, things returned to their normal form, with the fight continuing. The opponent is thus even further convinced that he broke out of the "Genjutsu" when it was used a second time, and is also convinced that he is now in reality, and is fighting with the user once again.
    However, in actual reality, the opponent is pulled under, unable to breathe and suffocates, even while his mind believes he is fighting.

    The technique does possess some inherent weaknesses and restrictions -
    • This technique may be used only once per battle.
    • The three-tomoe Sharingan and above, will automatically notice that what they perceive as reality, really isn't and will break out again and realise they are being actually pulled under, thus letting them know and escape.
    • Only one other move can be used the same turn.
    • No Genjutsu for the next two turns.


    ~You need to specify better as what the specific rank is of genjutsu 1 and 2. The whole can be considered forbidden, but I'm not going to approve it when both genjutsu are forbidden too as to escape the first genjutsu you would need to cut off a limb or something. And I need to add to that no S rank both~

    the users chakra becomes an aura of fire that surrounds and encases the user. the armor boosts the
    strength of the users fire based techniques, and protects the user from B-rank and below fuuton.
    the aura is very close to the skin so after continued use it begins to dry out the skin and cause major buns
    leaving the user charred from over use. the user aslo gains a slight speed boost.

    Note: the user can not use water or wind or earth jutsu while the armor is active
    Note: the jutsu begins to damage the user after 3 turns of use
