    [Goma ofu za Konpaku] - Seeds of the Soul

    Description: The user takes a handful of seeds which are always with him and fuses their chakra with the seeds, changing the molecular structure of the seeds. Now the seeds are black colored and are thrown by the user on the ground, the seeds then fuse with the ground and travel to the opponent through it, no matter if the opponent changes his location, or not. The seeds when reached the prey jumps out of the ground and a spike comes out of every seed, which stabs into the opponents body. The needle-thin spikes easily stab through clothes and skin. As soon as the seed pierces the flesh, it begins to wiggle inside, sprouting roots as soon as it is able to tap into the flow of chakra from the victim (could take anywhere from one to six seconds). Once that is accomplished, the roots begin to spread on the inside of the victim’s body like a virus, following the pattern of the chakra system until the roots of the other seeds touch. With that accomplished, roots burst from the victim's legs and shoot into the ground, effectively holding the victim in place, disallowing any movement if nothing is done. The process doesn’t really deal any damage to the victim, but if the connection is broken when the roots successfully entered his body, he feels really strange as the roots are leaving his body and is exhausted for the following two turns, restraining him from moving much and using genjutsu or taijutsu. Since the roots in the opponents body is infused with the user’s chakra, the user is able to enter/leave the victim’s body when the seed roots successfully connect, using mayfly. This techniques is really fast and the seeds are small and hard to notice, though not unavoidable. The roots of the seeds can be cut, except the victim would have to cut deep in the skin in order to do so, it is the same if they use fire to destroy the roots, they would have to burn themselves as well.
    ~This can only be used once.
    ~The user can’t use any elemental techniques the same turn he used this technique, though is able to use ninjutsu and taijutsu.
    ~The opponent can use chakra based attacks the first turn, but on the second turn he is unable to do so, because the roots blocks the chakra system.
    ~The user can’t use any of Zetsu techniques the same turn using this and on the following turn. Only mayfly may be used the second turn.
    ~No genjutsu for two turns, because of the great chakra exhaustion.
    ~Can only be used by Zetsu.

The vines bind the soil tightly and doesn’t allow the opponent to use the earth under, thus leaving him without air to breathe.

    ~Declined~ remove the bolded part or place more restrictions on that part as just saying you can't use suiton jutsu's isn't really that big of a deal. A time restriction is essential and a restriction on the usage of higher rank jutsu's might work too. Also this is a suiton jutsu so why isn't that in the title?

The blade it's self had many strange features for it seemed to retract into the user's arm when such length is not needed, so that in the passive state, only 10 links can be seen embedded into their arm. While it does look like the user's arm is cut up by the chain, it doesn't actually harm them. The second notable feature is that withe the implantation of a special ore known as Zodiark Ore, the metal would bound with the users chakra pool and thus made it so the user could manipulate with their mind fairly easily, showing fluid and simple control and being able to bend in ways a normal chain shouldn't be able to. Due to the presences of Zokiark the user can focus on the Dagger Tail and it can be used with many different jutsus for added power and alternative effects.
    ~It's really a blade which is infused in user's hand and can be extended like a chain anyway the user wants. The blade has many edges on the sides, that can easily cut anything...

    ~The blade is indestructible, though this doesn't mean it can destroy everything.

    ~Declined~ a solid metal weapon of 12m is not going to dissapear into your arm. That you can make it extend/retract is fine, though not that way. Second if you mean with "manipulate with their mind" that you're going to say that you can actually move it with just by your mind and without your body moving it's a no go, not to mention it's a chain, those can be bend in a lot of ways as long as it's physically possible. As last I don't mind that you write such a history, however keep the history and the effects clearly separated from each other.

    Description: The user will use their earth chakra to encase themselve in a large 20ft tall human shaped body of earth.
    The user is kept in the stomach part of the body of earth with 2 holes where the user will stick their arms out of in order to preform other jutsu.
    The user can then use their earth chakra to make the body of earth move like how humans do with their brain and energy.
    This can be used to increase defense and attack power.
    Notes:
    -Must be taught by ~yard~
    -User cannot see his opponent while being in the body of earth unless he/she has either a byakugan bio or a special jutsu that allows them to see with their eyes being covered (which I have learned a custom that does)
    -takes 3 seconds to make this body of earth.
    -user cannot move his/her body while being in the body of earth except for their arms which will be sticking out making them vulnrable.
    -Since the body of earth is so large and depends on chakra for mobility, the body of earth moves a little slower.
    almost 2 seconds per each step when walking. almost 3 seconds when moving their arms from their sides to being strait up in the air.

In addition, user also rearanges the particles to form spiked knuckles on enlarged arm.
    *Note - This jutsu can last for a maximum of 3 turns and it can be activated one turn after deactivation occurs.

Additionally, user can still move on his own in the staff form, allowing him to return to wielder.
    *Note - User must have used "Assimilate All Creation Technique" to perform this technique
    *Note - User can stay in this form for maximum of 4 turns

    *Note - User must have used "Assimilate All Creation Technique" to perform this technique

    Description: the blaze sword is made out of a special metal that is able to use the user's fire chakra , it has a dark red blade with a light red handle it's worn on the user's back like Kakashi's sword when he was young , when the user channels his fire chakra into the blade, a fire Aura surrounds the black blade making the sword more lighter and enhancing the user with faster reactions and turning the blades color into bloody red , it can be used to shoot A-rank cresent shaped fire waves at the opponent which reaches up to long range , the blade can block against up to B-ranked wind techniques by utilising +20 points from the user's chakra , as long as the user is weilding the blade , he can perform fire techniques without the use of handseals by utilising the fire Aura around the blade.

As the droplets fall, they collide with other droplets and become larger. The falling droplets create a downdraft of air that spreads out at the Earth's surface and causes strong winds associated with thunderstorms , by combining the user's hands together and utilising lightning chakra in the right hand and wind chakra in the left hand alongside using the incredible power of the thunderstorm and the pouring rain droplets , the user makes a giant wind, water, lightning tornado that reaches from the surface of the ground to the sky like a hurricane , the user directs the tornado to the direction of his opponent , due to the powerful wind currents that forms the tornado , the opponent cannot escape by either flying in the air or going underground.

It doesn't provide a force field or any kind of shield from these weapons instead it turn's all weapons charged with lighting, and if they have proper hilts they can be used with addition of the lighting power. User's Body becomes a lighting discharge machine and opponent can't touch him with bare hands. The Lighting Jutsu doesn't affect the opponent even if he's within range unless he has metal or good conductors with him. Even kunai's thrown at user will go through their bodies as this is not a Defensive Jutsu. It Jutsu turns user's body into a lighting releasing machine which affects Metals or Good conductors till Mid-Range of user's Body even if they are in Air or Underground. All Metals or Good Conductors get charged.
    Note:
    1. Usable only Once.
    2. Lasts whole Battle.

When the opponent tries to block it his sword cuts the scabbard and is stuck for the moment. At that exact time you pull out your sword out of the scabbard (while the opponents sword is stuck in it) in one fluid motion you slash the opponent.

    (Ryuumeisen) - Dragon Howl Strike -

    Description: This is a sword-technique opposite to battoujutsu/Iaido, the art of Shinsoku Noutoujutsu (lit. god-speed sheathing). In Iaido a sword is drawn, attacks, and re-sheathed. However now instead of drawing and attacking the sword is only drawn partially, around 1/3 of the length of the blade and then re sheathed. The user uses his strength to re sheath his sword with as much force and and as fast as possible. When the sword hilt connects with the sheath, this sheathing produces a sonic boom due to the force of the impact that temporarily stuns an opponent's auditory nerve, impairing their hearing and equilibrium and as a result causes loss of balance and even paralyzation.
    Because the human hearing isn't that great it only lasts for a few seconds on the average opponent, though time enough to strike him. However it's especially usefull against people with sensitive ears and/or an upgraded nervous system like Inzuka clan members and their dogs, Thunder Assault Armour which increases the user's the nervous system and someone who has released the 8IG as that also makes the user's nervous system work in overdrive. So those people are longer down for the count, at least one turn.

    Just to clarify, Harinezumi Kyouran looks similar to this...

He is a large hawk with a wingspan of 3 meters. Horus is one of the most educated hawks as he has mastered many techniques such as fusing with a human ninja or even the arts of the great Hawk mode. To fuse with a ninja who posses the hawk contract, Horus will fly behind the ninja placing his feet on his back, fusing into the ninja, combing to make one being. The ninja will have the wings of the hawk giving him the ability to fly as agile as a hawk itself. Also the user will gain hawk senses, their eyes will see with more precision and detail and be able to see things at distances in great detail. Also the user will gain a kind of 6th sense, like when you run at a bird from behind they can sense you coming, this is simalar. Due to his training from the Hawk lord himself, Horus has the abilitie to control the natural energy used for the hawk mode. This is similar way that ma and pa help maintain sage mode, Horus has the ability to do the same for hawk mode while fused.

When its summoned it is infused with the users chakra from that moment. Svengali is a special mechanical doll made of chakra metal that responds to the sound of the users voice comands, but not just any comands. From the moment this doll is summoned it begins to mess with the opponents head. After being on the feild for one turn the doll will put a kind of transe upon the opponent. This transe make the opponent become like the doll turn by turn. See below for details.
    After being on the feild for 2 turns, the opponents arm will go solid like the dolls metal limbs, making them unable to move it.
    After being on the feild for 3 turns, the opponents other arm will go stiff like the dolls other arm.
    After being on the feild for 4 turns, The users legs will go stiff, unable to move them or feel any sensation in them.
    After svengali has been on the feild for 5 turns, the opponents whole body will be stiff like svengali's and they will not be able to move or feel anything.
    When svengali has control of all the opponents limbs they are unable to battle.
    Due to this abilitily they are unable to move any part of their hands and can't feel any pain in their limbs. It is almost as though someone elses limbs are attached to their body that they cant feel or move. Not only does Svengali take over the opponents actions through hypnosis, he also becomes on with the target, so if svengali is poked, the opponent possesed by him will feel it too. The same effect applies in a painful way. If svengali has taken effect on of of the opponents arm, and the same arm on svengali is stabbed, the opponent will cry out in pain as though their own arm was stabbed, though they would still be unable to move it.

The table is made of metal and the bands are made from rubber so that lighting wont work.

The armour is shown as below and is controlled through the users chakra. The wings can be used for flight. The wind can be used as a sheild but if they are used this way, they will be destroyed by and A rank attack or above. The armour is strong against earth, wind and water as the metal will just absorb the impact. The armour is weak to fire due to melting it and heating it up and burning the user on the inside. In the armour the user is vulnerable to lightning jutsu. All abilities are boosted by one rank in sage mode. When this armour is summoned so is the sage sword and sheild:

    Sage sword

    This is the legendary sword that has been passed down from each sage master to the next. It was forged in the ancient sage fires in the toad villages by the first sage mode user himself. Due to it being a sage sword, the user can channel fire wind and lighting chakra into the sword but only one at a time. This swords combat attacks are that of B rank unless you infuse an element into it, then they become an A rank strike. If you are in sage mode, the attack power is increase by one rank.




    Sage sheild

    The sage sheild is a ancient sheild that was forged at the same time as the sage sword and armour. It is capable of stopp B ranks and below and can stop 2 A ranks and 1 S rank attack. All these abilities are boosted in sage mode by one rank.

Simalar to the rasengan, these fire/wind balls are 6 inches in diamete as the user spits them out but expand to a 1 meter diameter after a second or 2. On impact these balls will expand in a cutting distructive dome burning and cutting withing a 5 meter radius, and then explode leaving a crater where they hit.

Skyress is her mother´s heiress, so if/when Storm Skyress dies, she will touch the Jewel Of Buzzards which will transform her into Storm Skyress. Skyress is more aggresive than her mother, but it is calm too. Skyress, as her mother can speak perfect English.

    Skyry is very little green like Skyress buzzard, looks very similar to Skyress, but as said, it is very small, Skyry isn´t very effective in fight, the only thing she can do is that she can shoot it´s feathers which regenerate back. These feathers have the power of normal kunais, but are faster a bit. Skyry is the guardian of the summoning contract of buzzards. It is the fastest of all buzzards and almost no other flying summon can keep up with his speed. Even tho it is very small, it is incredibly aggresive a lot. It is used most of the time for scouting missions. Unlike most of the buzzards, she cannot speak english at all, but it can connect it´s mind with the user who summoned it and to everyone who EVER (even if he dropped it) signed buzzard summoning contract.

These watches have one big disadvantage which is that in order to use lightning jutsus, the user has to give 20 more chakra. These watch even got ability to stop opponents jutsu with barrier to which the user must give +20 price of the blocked jutsu.

    Description: The Smoking Mirror or Obsidian Mirror is a legendary item from Jaguar lore that is a personal item of the Jaguar God, Tezcatlipoca. Legends say it gave its owner the ability to see all, though thats not entirely true. The mirror has two abilities. First, it emits a dense smoke that covers the battlefield by constantly converting its wielder's chakra into smoke. This smoke is denser and heavier than normal smoke and is in constant production meaning if it gets blown away it will be recreated. The second ability is that the mirror allows the user to track the opponent's movement by tracking their chakra. Once summoned the mirror latches on to the user's back. This smoke can be used for any smoke related techniques and boosts the power of those techniques.

    Raiton| Mystic Seal - The seal spreads out underneath the opponent spreading to just under mid-range and glows for three seconds before bolts of lightning then come from the ground and pin the opponent down. from the outer edges of the glyph then burst raiton energy lifting the opponent into the air which then condense into balls of light which then shoot out interconnecting beams of Raiton, further damaging the opponent.

    Doton| Ruinous Seal - the seal spreads out and glows for 3 seconds just under mid-range creating a glyph, which after the seals create a nigh inescapable barrier. Which, then masses of earth get uplifted and thrown violently around at the opponent.

    Fuuton| Fleeting Seal - the seal spreads out and glows for 3 seconds just under mid-range creating a glyph, which afterwards creates a vacuum of slicing wind, cutting the opponent numerous times.

    Suiton| Diffusional Seal -the seal spreads out and glows for 3 seconds just under mid-range creating a glyph, afterwards large water balls exit from the edges of the glyph and crash into the opponent sending them into the air, which then a torrent of rapidly spinning water traps the opponent in a bubble of water and slams them back down into the ground dealing the finishing blow.

    Katon| Raging Seal - the seal spreads out and glows for 3 seconds just under mid-range creating a glyph, afterwards the glyph creates a mass of small explosions damaging and distracting the opponent as pillars of fire come up from the outer edges of the glyph rising them into the air and then the whole glyph explodes causing damage.

    Description:This weapon is was once revered as the parent to the Kusanagi blade, as from this blade Kusanagi was forged. Murakumo (or Gathering Clouds)'s form is that of a huge sword that can transform into armor; Murakumo was made and Kumo and has been passed down from Kage to Kage though the generation's. Now in the hand of the 4th Raikage, Murakumo is very reactive to Raiton, due to many of the Kage's first nature primarily being the Lightning Element. In Sword form, the weapon is rather huge but due to the immense strength of the Raikage he swings it like a normal sword and can use many of Kumo's kenjutsu with the weapon. In defense form, the weapon breaks apart at will, and coats the Raikage in a sleek, but powerful armor, that although has less attack power, provides a great defense, being able to withstand the power of 3 S-rank or below technique.

Then, after the user slams the end onto the ground a paw-print is stamped into the ground and the scroll disappears. A few moments later, Cerberus the boss summon of the Nin-dogs of Mount Fang, appears below the opponent, thus chomping down and crushing anything in its path, before he disappears.

This technique requires for the user to be a master of Taijutsu. By showing very deep rage and using ones Taijutsu experience and knowledge of one’s own body to continuously tricking the brain into releasing adrenaline into the body, the user will become what is known as The Hulk. The user’s skin will become green due to the adrenaline infused chakra coursing through the body, and he will grow to double his normal size in a matter of seconds. The Hulk possesses an incredible level of physical ability. His capacity for physical strength is potentially limitless, due to the fact that the Hulk's strength increases proportionally with his level of great emotional stress, anger in particular. The Hulk has a high resistance to physical damage nearly regardless of the cause, and has also shown resistance to extreme temperatures. The Hulk also has superhuman endurance. The Hulk can ignore almost any strain on his body and is able to ignore pain. The Hulk is little more than an animal; he can use all Taijutsu but is reduced to an almost primal state. This technique is irreversible until the specified turns have passed, but when the user returns to his original state, he is left completely exhausted and unable to battle any further. Not only that, this technique has a toll, it is so powerful that it costs some of the users very life force to use.
    Notes:
    • Lasts for 5 turns.
    • The user cannot use Ninjutsu Genjutsu Summonings or clones while this is active and for the rest of the battle.

The speed also increases and it can reach up to the speed or Rock Lee without his weights. Strength is increased up to Raikage’s level without the ration armor. Claws are formed and they are extremely sharp. Of course this mode has his disadvantages too. After the use of it, the user’s chakra will be limited for only 5 more turns and after they are over he wont be able to use chakra due to the hard pressure of the user’s mucles. Also his reactions (after the use of the mode) will be slower and the speed will be limited too.
    • Lasts for 5 turns.

Yet there are great disadvantages of this shape-shifting The user will only be able to use techniques that require only less than 8 hand seals no more.. The other effect of the technique is that the user can extend his fur and attack from multiple directions, pretty much like Jiraya’s hair style techniques.     ~Declined~ the shinobi parts are fine, though you need a restriction for when a samurai uses it. I mean now it's like when a samurai uses it the opponents attacks are permanently reduced dramatically without any real drawbacks for the samurai. So for samurai there should be placed a time restriction or something.

    I think I fixed what you were talking about. I reworded it some, and I also reduced the 50% total to the amounts in the original Bushido (50 for physical, 25 for energy). I also boosted the chakra cost to 400, which is 1/3 of a Sannin's total chakra. Shinobi are under the same restrictions as they have been.

    If I misunderstood, sorry. =/ If you mean that even the 50% for physical in the original technique is to high still, I can reduce it to 25% as well. >.< Sorry.

The resulting value will continue to have (x) subtracted from it every time the user is hit.     Added an algorithm in an attempt to give the jutsu a type of limit to how long it can be active. o_o I can change the formula if it's not large enough.

The hole is also mid-range deep, and has spikes at the bottom. The earth that is being displaced by this jutsu is compacted by the chakra to fortify the walls of the jutsu so that the hole does not instantly collapse – after a few seconds, though, the chakra no longer forties the edges, and the hole will collapse inward, trapping anyone inside.

    *Only useable three times.
