    New Jutsu:

    (Subarashii No Jutsu)-Awesome No Jutsu
    Type: Attack/Defense/Supplementary
    Rank: S
    Range: Short
    Chakra Cost: 40 (+5 for every turn that it's active)
    Damage Points: N/A (+10 if used offensively)
    Description: The user forces chakra out of their chakra nodes into a visible aura around themselves, similar to a jinchuriki's Tailed-Beast chakra cloak, but on a much weaker level, for a maximum of four turns. This chakra cloak can defend against weapons that aren't chakra-infused, up to B-rank taijutsu (excluding Kaito's Tai, as it incorporates chakra, which will break through the chakra shield), and up to B-rank tangible elements (earth and water) by concentrating the aura into one spot/area to become a small chakra shield (due to the nature of how the cloak defends, it cannot defend against attacks coming from different angles, and the user must be aware of the incoming attack). It can also defend up to B-rank ninjutsu and up to C-rank intangible elements (wind, fire, and lightning) by redirecting the chakra that makes up the attack around the user. This cloak can also defend against up to B-rank genjutsu by sensing a disruption in the user’s chakra system, and returning to the users body, thus breaking the user out of genjutsu in a similar way to jinchuriki.
    This jutsu can also create 'arms' similar to Naruto's fox cloak to attack the enemy from an angle unattainable by the user. These arms are slightly weaker than the user’s actual arms, making them desirable only for a defense/distraction until the user can actually attack. When the user uses taijutsu while in the cloak, the chakra focuses around whatever is attacking (fist, foot, sword, etc.) to increase the power of the taijutsu. The cloak also makes all projectiles (kunai, shuriken, etc.) fly through the air with more speed and precision. In addition, with chakra molded and at the ready all around the user, ninjutsu takes much fewer hand seals, though it's power is not increased at all.

    Note: ~Genjutsu, elemental jutsu, and Kekkei Genkai cannot be used while in the cloak
    ~After the cloak does work once (defends, creates arms, increases taijutsu power, increases speed of projectiles, reduces time to use ninjutsu, etc.), it disappears
    ~Kekkei Genkai/Custom Elements (lava, ice, etc.) cannot be defended against by the cloak

    (Jojishi No Jutsu)-Epic No Jutsu
    Type: Attack/Defense/Supplementary
    Rank: Forbidden
    Range: Short
    Chakra Cost: 50 (+10 for each turn it's active)
    Damage Points: N/A (+20 if used offensively) (+15 to the user for every turn it's active)
    Description: An advanced version of 'Subarashii No Jutsu', Jojishi No Jutsu creates a denser chakra aura around the user that lasts for a maximum of three turns. The cloak looks exactly the same as 'Subarashii No Jutsu', meaning that only sensors and dojutsu users can tell the difference. This cloak is capable of defending against chakra-enfused weapons, up to A-rank taijutsu (exluding Kaito's Tai, as it incorporates chakra to use, which will break through the chakra shield), and up to A-rank tangible elements (earth and water) by compressing itself into a small shield (slightly larger than 'Subarashii No Jutsu'). It can also defend against non chakra-infused weapons, B-rank and below taijutsu and tangible elements coming from different angles (up to two different angles). The aura also defends against A-rank and below ninjutsu, and B-rank and below intangible elements (wind, fire, lightning) by redirecting the chakra flow making up the jutsu around the user. It can also defend against up to A-rank genjutsu by sensing a disruption in the users chakra system, and returning to the user's body, breaking out of genjutsu similar to a jinchuriki. In addition to this, in a way similar to Gaara's sand, this jutsu can defend without the user being knowledgeable of the attack (can defend against a surprise attack).
    Like it's weaker counterpart, Jojishi No Jutsu can also create arms, but at the same physical level as the users actual arms (without enhancements by weapons or chakra) to attack or defend from any angle of the cloak. The cloak also surrounds any part of the body performing taijutsu (fist, foot, sword, etc.) to enhance it's attacking power greatly, as well as being able to increase the speed, precision, and power of projectiles (kunai, shuriken, etc.) thrown from inside. This jutsu also makes A-rank and below ninjutsu take only one handseal to form (unless it requires none; ie. Rasengan), and has increased power (ie. if two A-rank ninjutsu clashed, the user's would win).
    Unfortunately, due to the great amount of chakra required to use this jutsu, and maintain it, it puts a great strain on the users body, physically exhausting and harming them after the cloak dissipates. After the cloak leaves, the user is too exhausted to stand for one turn, leaving them vulnerable to their opponent. For the next two turns, the user can stand, but their chakra system is still too exhausted to allow them to use chakra, meaning that any jutsu with a chakra cost cannot be used during this time. They can also only use two jutsu per turn during this time. After those turns, the user is back to full power and can use chakra-required jutsu, and three jutsu per turn once again.

    Note: ~Genjutsu, elemental jutsu, and Kekkei Genkai cannot be used while in the cloak
    ~After the cloak does work once, it dissipates
    ~Kekkei Genkai/Custom Elements (lava, ice, etc.) cannot be defended against by the cloak

    Description: A puppet pair, Akuma and Tenshi resemble oni (or demons) and are often used in conjunction with one another. Akuma is a bulky puppet with two powerful arms that can crack a boulder with two punches in succession. It has two horns on his head, both of which are attached to steel wires and can shoot up to mid-range as spikes to attack, or to use the wires to wrap around an opponent. A small compartment on its stomach can open up to reveal a small cannon which can launch a ball made entirely of explosive tags. From its shoulder blades he can shoot small steel wires that can attach to Tenshi's shoulders, and retract to pull the two puppets together. Should one of Akuma's arms be detached, the user can detach one of Tenshi's wings and reattach it to Akuma's remaining arm, the wing growing blades along the edge to become like Asuma's trench knives.
    Tenshi is slimmer than its counter-part, and has a pair of wings that can retract onto its back, making the wings a part of his back instead of retracing to the inside of its body. Tenshi's wings allow it to glide along the air, propelled by Akuma, for an aerial strike, ready to retract at any moment for the puppet to drop like a bomb. Its stomach can retract into its body to reveal an area of spikes, mainly used for when Akuma attaches the wires on its shoulder blades to Tenshi's shoulders, and retracts in order to impale the victim. Tenshi's arms can bend backwards at the elbow so its hands are gripping the back of its shoulders, and from its elbows, Tenshi can shoot flames (short range, B-rank). In addition to this, Tenshi's wings are made from the same material as Salamander’s shield, and can also be used as shields (for up to A-rank jutsu), though the wings cannot extend very far; only being able to cover the top half of its own body, the user having to take cover behind Tenshi for the shield to be effective. Should one of Tenshi's arms be detached from its body, the user can detach one of Akuma's arms, and reattach it to Tenshi, giving Tenshi Akuma's strength in the one arm alone.

    Note: ~These puppets can be summoned separately, and summoning both of them counts as two moves for the turn.

    Description: The user uses chakra to collect a number of explosion tags into the shape of a kunai, using a low-scale Transformation Jutsu to make the tags look exactly like a real kunai. Then, the user throws their psuedo-kunai at the opponent, the weapon acting exactly like a kunai. As the kunai reaches the opponent, the kunai's tip peels back to reveal explosion tags, and the entire kunai peels off after it, creating a cloud of explosion tags surrounding the opponent. The user then makes the Ram handseal, and all the explosion tags ignite at once.

    Description: While in Wolverine Mode, the user will focus chakra in his claws until they get bright glow then he makes a slashing motion that creates giant "claws" of solidified chakra from the end of each finger. This ''claws'' act as a ranged claw attack, which the user controls like if they were the actual claws. When making another slashing motion the ''claws'' will be shot from his fingers and head out for the target. The power and force behind are enough to harm a summoning or a Jinchuriki in his complete form, if however the target it's just human the ''claws'' will drag him and shatered his/her bones along the way. After usage the user will feel drained out of his chakra and his fingers will hurt really bad.
    Note: This technique finishes Wolverine Mode.
    Note: No techniques that need hand seals can be used after usage.

    Description: User imbues his elemental chakra in any projectile and when makes a single handseal the chakra comes into action and enhances the projectiles abilities. User can Imbue one nature of elemental chakra into one projectiles while user can imbue multiple elemental chakra into multiple objects but not a Single projectile can have multiple chakra essence.

    When the Handseal, If the Projectile is imbued with

    1. Katon: It shoots with increased Speed by 1.5x thus turning into a fiery projectile, With Advantage over Wind defense.

    2. Doton: It makes the projectile more Durable and gives advantage against water nature defense.

    3. Raiton: Increases Speed 3x and makes it stronger against Earth Defense.

    4. Suiton: Makes it extremely effective in piercing Fire type Defense.

    5. Fuuton: Makes it sharper and can pierce Rocks and Raiton defense.

    The chakra infused Projectiles can contain chakra for 3 turns.

    Note: I got this idea from Hanzo Hatori, So I am allowing him to USE this Jutsu But not Teach nor Share. If this gets approved.

Utilizing her Water Chakra, the user drastically increased the cohesion of the water molecules and decreased the adhesion of the water molecules, thus creating thick beads of water that will bounce off any object. The user can redirect the beads of water by stomping on the ground, thus erupting (up to 10) small pillars of earth (Counts towards the jutsu count) , until either she decides to pop them (using one handseal) or the beads collide with a sharp object, thus breaching the spheres and blasting the sticky substance inside onto the target. the user can infuse Fire or Lightning into the balls (For Boiling Beads or Electrified Bead, isntead of Sticky Beads), without changing the Adhesion and Cohesion levels. Wind jutsus might burst the ball aswell.

The user can redirect the beads of water by stomping on the ground, thus erupting (up to 10) small pillars of earth (Counts towards the jutsu count) , until either she decides to pop them (using one handseal) or the beads collide with a sharp object, thus breaching the spheres and blasting the sticky substance inside onto the target. the user can infuse Fire or Lightning into the balls (For Boiling Beads or Electrified Bead, isntead of Sticky Beads), without changing the Adhesion and Cohesion levels. Wind jutsus might burst the ball aswell.
    With one handseal, the user can make each bead burst into 10-20 smaller yet faster beads, with the same characteristics, despite the size.

The earth one his the hardest and the slowest but it can spit out small rock projectiles. The fire one can cause small burns on what ever it touches and can also spew fire. The lightning one is the fastest and his bites/scratches cause numbness to the area they hit. The Wind one has extremely sharp claws and tooth that can stab into 10cm deep on the skin. The water one is very agile and can spew small bullets of water.
    *All of the cats have as much health as a clone so 1 good hit would kill them
    *The cats are destroyed after 3 turns from their creation
    *Can only be used once per battle
    *The cats posses night vision and senses equal to that of regular cats
    *Even if they cant talk they can still "meow"(make cat noises) to warn the user

The sword itself was made for peace. After a few months Uchiha Sasuke start to understand the sword power the sword have two different level of power one is speed and another one is physical thinking. The first, level of the sword is speed it increase the user speed four times better than, the normal user speed. The second power of peace is physical thinking meaning everything you think of would come to reality for example, if i think of a wall the wall would come to reality.

When lightning techniques pass through short range of the pillar, the orb electrifies the technique increasing it's power and speed allowing it to travel up to Long range. Another effect of this technique is that if the user (or his allies) enters short range of it, he can be (if he chooses) electrified as well and is sent to mid range of the pillar at high speeds in the direction they are facing(the lightning does harm the person). The tower will continue to regenerate if damaged but means that the user cannot use any earth techniques while this technique is in use.

    Description: The user begin by creating a giant ice barrier, which will surround the user, or desired target. For the mighty guard technique, the user will then summon a water barrier in beneath the ice barrier. The two will act in a cycle feeding off the other. As the ice is chipped away, water will fill in through the cracks, and re form into ice, at a high speed, and keep the barrier strong, not allowing any attacks in. As well, the ice barrier can send spikes from the outer walls, and reform from the water, for those who venture short - mid range. The secondly part to this this jutsu is the grand prison technique which is almost the exact opposite in theory. Instead of place the water barrier beneath the ice, it surrounds the outer layer of the barrier, and thus keeping the target inside. As well, spikes can form from the ice wall, or fire from the ice wall, and pierce the target within (360). Both techniques are very strong, and only the strongest of attacks can actually penetrate and destroy the barrier itself, before it reform from the water. Furthermore, this jutsu comes with great risk as the user’s chakra is being drained in order to keep the jutsu active, making it impossible to perform more than 2 jutsu per turn while this technique is active.

    * This jutsu can also be use when Ice Release: Demonic Ice Crystal Prison active as well.

Sharingan users are not able to view their opponents chakra through this earthen cloak. Rinnegan can see through the cloak but cannot comprehend the chakra's pattern. Byakugan users can see the chakra but chakra points appear in different locations, and overall blurred. The bonus is that this technique allows the user's chakra to be blocked/interfered from sensory types and chakra sensing jutsus.

    Description: Arapaçu (Bird with a big beak), is one of the biggest and heaviest parrots one can summon, standing taller and heavier than Gamabunta itself. He is a large bright yellow and green Kakapo inspired parrot with Earth affinity (He can't achieve flight because of it's weight and anatomy). It's feathers are like steel, and thus he is able to withstand the power of up to 3 direct S rank jutsus. The user is able to summon him above the opponents, and have him fall on top of them, or can make him erupt from the ground, trapping them on their beak, or simply as a quick shield. Arapaçu speaks in a thick Australian accent, but weirdly uses some Tupisms, given his stay in Altorio. Being the largest bird, he refers to everyone with the sufix -mirim, which means small, and only refers to others as -guaçu(big) when he has a great respect for the person/animal, such as the Parrot Boss, he is usually very cheerful and joyful. He doesn't require handseal for earth techniques.
    *Can only be fully summoned once per battle, lasting 4 turns per battle*
    *Can be summoned partially, such as only the beak or a wing 3 times per battle, as a shield for the power of 2 S ranked Jutsus.*
    *Once per battle, Arapaçu can propell itself in the air, and come right down, causing a massive quake throughout the ground and waving the earth in a circular matter all around himself, leaving a large crater beaneath him, Earth Technique called The Quake of Arapaçu.

    Before dening me here's some info that my summon is not made up (Pain has the ability to summon many creatures. One such creature is this giant chameleon-chimera, which has the ability to turn invisible. The chimera itself has the body of a chameleon, wings, horns and a snake tail.) The released chakra will be used to manipulate the movable electric charges (electrons in this case) around area and concentrate them on the battlefield. Because of the increased amount of movable electrical charges, the air around the user and the opponent will temporarily act as a batter medium for lightning based techniques, meaning we could now compare the air's capacity to conduct electricity to a metal. This adds a new versatility to lightning techniques as it makes them faster and through manipulation of chakra, the user can change the trajectory of a lightning release technique. Although the opponent doesn't know how to change to trajectory of his lightning release techniques like the user, his lightning techniques also become fast.
    Example: I use this technique. Then i use Gian. Because of this technique i could manipulate the trajectory of the lightning which instead of going forwards like it should, goes zig-zagging and both of the lightning blasts hit the opponent from his left and right side.

    Description: This technique consists on multiple pre-prepared seals tattooed on the user's body, including two on the chest: one on the lower left of the chest, under the heart and other on the upper right side of the chest. Both these seals are previously filled with lightning chakra. These seals function as a way to treat (more commonly) cardiac arrhythmias, ventricular fibrillation and pulseless ventricular tachycardia, however, it can also be used during a battle to reanimate the user. This seal is set it to activate once the user goes unconscious, has abnormal activity in the heart, uncoordinated contraction of the cardiac muscles, tachycardia or even if he has any paralysed muscle (similar to Danzo's seal which activates upon death). These seals will immediately send electrical pulses through the user's body to reanimate him with an aditional pulse of energy to give him more energy in order to be reanimated and immediately continue fighting or to neutralize the electrical currents which affected the user's muscles, allowing him to keep on fighting. If the user is to be reanimated, the seals take will take around 5 seconds to do it, but if to cancel an electrical current on the user's body (numbness on a limb), they will treat that faster, taking around 2 seconds to cancel the electrical current (numbness on the limb).
