    Description: This sword is made of a metal that can absorb and store raiton chakra it has three abilities the first is it can rank up your raiton jutsu, this works up to S rank and S rank is uneffected, but it ranks down your Doton jutsu down one rank and S rank is affected, the second ability is a quick burst of A rank raiton the flies across the ground or can be sent through the air to shock the opponent it can be sent into long range or if stabbed into the ground it can be channeled through the ground and deep into the ground shocking a hiding opponent, the final ability that is given is the ability to do any Raiton jutsu with one hand seal...

    Description: The user focuses their wind chakra into their hands and sends it to the sky. They use that chakra to gather clouds above the opponent and alter the weather conditions to the point of which wind will start to spin around the opponent until it turns into a tornado around the opponent.
    The opponent will be caught in the eye of the tornado so he/she will be trapped inside and so the user throws a large amount of shuriken into the tornado and uses their wind chakra to control the blades. After doing so the user controls the shuriken with their wind chakra and uses them to violently cut their opponent.

    -The controling of the shuriken counts as one of the users turns
    -Can only be taught by Hightimeshoward and those who he teaches can teach this tech to others as well.

    Description: Rakurai no bureedo is a family sword passed through generations. The legend says that the God of Thunder gave the enchanted sword to a poor missioner to save the world, but his greed for power got the better of him. The God of Thunder realize his mistake and took the sword out of his possession, and gave it to a guardian family to take care of the sword.
    The sword has special characteristics, lightning is always flowing through the blade, and only members of the guardian family can use it; any external member that tries to use the sword will be instantly shock to death, to avoid further disaster. Any adversary that is cut or that tries to block the sword will be numbed and unable to play for 1 turn. God of thunder has four special characteristics:
    1. It strengthens any raiton attack for 20%
    2. It weakness any enemy raiton attack for 20%
    3. Has an special attack, Thunder God's revenge, which consists on the liberation of lightning energy from the tip of the sword, which does not require any seals, the power of this technique is equal to an A rank.
    4. Can absorb any raiton attacks up to S rank

Because of the larger amount of physical energy in the chakra, it will feel more ‘real’, and increase the amount of damage the user can do, since the chakra acts as extensions of the user’s limbs. Every motion the user does releases a bit of the chakra around his limbs, since it’s not controlled at all. This means that all attacks done by the user will become chakra enhanced, and do more damage. Because of the massive amount of chakra used, the user will also experience that his strength will increase drastically. This chakra coating takes under a second to appear, since it requires no control other that the ability to burn chakra like hay in a stove. The user takes advantage of his great strength and chakra enhancement, and punches forward multiple times. Each punch will send a small shockwave of power forward, because of the great strength involved with the punches. This attack gets stronger proportionally with the users strength.

    • The chakra coating disappears the second the Taijutsu attack is done.

When the ball makes contact with the target, the wind coating will open slightly, thereby allowing air to enter the ball. Because of the vacuum inside the water ball, this will cause everything close range to the technique, to be sucked into the wind coating, and end up inside the compressed water ball, and because of the density inside it, everything inside the ball of water will immediately be crushed with gigantic force. As soon as the ball is filled with air again, the ball of water will explode outwards in a massive blast of water that will shoot 360 degrees around the ball, and leave a gigantic crater behind. The wind coating will also be shot outwards like a cannon, and will smash everything away with bone crushing power. This technique takes very little time.

    Description: This is a very complex technique which requires years of training in the arts of sealing and barrier methods. Because of that is one of the strongest techniques of those types in existence.
    The user will have to perform a row of 37 hand seals and will then clap his hands to activate the technique. A cubicle barrier with a slight purple glow will appear surrounding both the user and the opponent (including beneath them, on the ground), covering a huge area.
    This barrier has five seals with the kanji for each of the five main elements: four on the side faces and the last, on the top one. With a single hand seal, the user will make the chosen kanji to glow even more bright and the others will loose their glow. The respective seal will seal off all other elemental natures, being the chosen element, represented by the more intensified glowing kanji, the only usable element inside the barrier. This works for both the user and the opponent, but non-elemental techniques, such as ninjutsu, taijutusu and gengutsu can still be performed.
    Everything that touches the walls of the barrier, is immediately projected a few meters forward and will be numb, as if a lightning shock wave has been released.
    Another fact is that this barrier is indestructible and inescapable, unless via time-space techniques, such as reverse summon or transportation techniques.
    These abilities reveal the true purpose of this technique: to put the user at an elemental advantage in a fight to the death against the opponent, meaning this technique is only used in very serious or dangerous situations.

To finalize, the user will do the last and eleventh hand seal, making the barrier to seal away the severed body part, disappearing immediately after. Although a very powerful technique, it doesn't come without drawbacks, as the user will need to stay stationary and concentrated between 20 to 25 seconds, or the technique will be cancelled, which is very difficult to happen in the middle of a fight. Such strain caused on the user, causes him to see blurry for a while (around 10 seconds).

The armor is a very thin featherweight titanium alloy layer of coating clipped onto his feathers that gives his body a platinum appearance, and can be shot towards opponents as senbon when he flocks his wings hard enough. From the time of summoning he crashes down with his body and claws with the same surprising speed and force as Gamahiro. He flies at high speeds which creates a small layer of wind to form around him which protects him from some lightning based jutsu. Inuyasha has a unique telepathic ability which allows him to communicate with his summoner at all times.

    Description: Its a terrain enhancing technique, it is activated by the user clapping his hands together in a "praying" form. Chakra begins to be unleashed around him whistling in the air, and enters into the enviornment around the user.The enviornment and every aspect of it becomes so flooded with the user's chakra that that is can be labeled as an "infinite voided control" over the envoirnmental characteristics by the user.

    The terrain, is referred to as "infinite void control" because of a few things though the user can change the structure of the terrain, it's climate, humidity, weather conditions and so on, the opponent can freely use the features of this jutsu - for example, if a plateau was created, the opponent can freely manipulate that earth with his jutsu to create spikes, walls, etc. To give a better example, if the climate has been changed to a desert with sand, the opponent can freely use sand techniques against the user.

    -Note: This technique cannot be used to harm the opponent, such as creating a pit under him, spikes, geysers etc..
    -Note: In effect, the user has infinite control over the characteristics of the enviornment, not how it is used and by whom it is used..
    -Note: The chakra drain caused by this technique allows the user to utilise Forbidden Techniques only once per two turns, and prevents him from entering modes that require extra chakra to be unleashed like EIG.

The wings are also able to shoot out ranton needles which can block up to C rank tecs of any element except wind.

He is also one of the youngest Lions in the Šiškovci savana, so he did not master the technique of walking on 2 legs and using the frontal ones as hands, but he started his training so he can stay on 2 legs for 15 seconds.He can carry up to 2 people on his back, but when he is caring someone his speed decreases. Ikazuchi has the bad habitat to spit into a summoners face if he thinks that you arent strong enough to cooperate with him. He also likes contesting with others in some raiton jutsus which he can preform without making any hand seals because they are his affinity, he can use raiton jutsus up to A rank. Once the summoner gains Ikazuchis respect he will always be very happy to be able to help. Like every other White Lion from Šiškovci Ikazuchi also wears a long white coat with the White lightning thunder on his back. 白雷雷.

The whole city is made of heartwood, (the hardest type of tree) and is infused with the users chakra, the city is about 3x3 kilometers big. The user is able to make the whole city sink down into the ground again, by performing 6 handseals and using 40 chakra, this counts as a seperated S-ranked Mokuton jutsu.
    Notes:
    • Because of the giant strain on the body, the user cannot use B-ranked and above techniques for three turns, after this turn.
    • It takes about 15 seconds for the city to fully appear.
    • it's not required for the user to have his hands on the ground, after slamming his hands against the ground.

The Knud is very usefull since when transfered Fuuton Chakra into it's capable of striking through B-Ranked and lower Ranked Doton jutsus, not only that though, fighting against Raiton The Knud is able to Defend ore either attack through S-Ranked and lower Raiton Jutsus.

    Description: User casts wide area genjutsu which can influence all humans in that area. Genjutsu itself isn't versatile. It traps user and his targets into world placed in their very own minds where they continue the battle. In that world user has a role of architect and is able to change certain parameters like restricting bloodline limits, certain types of jutsus, changing terrain etc. All these parameters affect user as well and the only thing that this jutsu actually does is evening the odds. Once someone dies in this world he dies in real world too due to death of the brain (like in matrix). Although user gets the chance to even the odds against fighters stronger than he is, being the architect puts a lot of strain on his own brain which can kill him if the genjutsu does not end before certain time.
    -User can maintain this jutsu for up to 5 turns after which he has to deactivate it or he will die.
    -If the user deactivates jutsu after 5th turn he will fall unconscious.
    -User can't change parameters once they have been set and they affect all humans (both user and his targets) under genjutsu equally.
    -User isn't able to, for example, trap opponent in a cage while he is free or summon him right on top of vulcano. Jutsu can only be used to even the odds, not to benefit either of affected parties.

    If you think that the concept of jutsu is fine, but you don't agree with some effects, feel free to change any effect or restriction.

    Description: König, meaning King in german, is a very tall painfully dark Marten, from the size of his queen, Rot Krallen. He is extremely well versed on fightning arts, and it's blood tainted gaze releases a Killing Intend one Rank stronger that the summoner, being that König will always be superior than his summoners. He fights mostly with his bare paws, being so that a strong punch from him will vibrate through the direct vincity, causing severe damage to the internal organs. He wears clawed steel gloves, and holds a large steel machete on his back. His right eye has 3 ripped scars, made by the only opponent who ever wounded him, his wife, of course, Rot Krallen.
    He speaks in a very thick german accent, in a very harsh and cold basso tone. It is really hard to have control over König. Female summoners have to be in the good graces of Krallen, while male summoners have to impress him deeply. Lili-Chwan has achieved both.

Or when the person runs electricity through his the body, loss of control makes it short-circuit and shock the body. Or when the user encases him/herself in earth, the earth constricts around the body, harming and preventing breathing. This does not serve to augment the damage of the technique, if the opponent manages to fulfill the technique, it just makes it backfire. This genjutsu doesn't work on every technique nor on every situation, the user must balance the usage of this technique with situations where increasing the technique would make it backfire. Only one jutsu is affected by the technique, the following ones will not be.
    *The genjutsu will only affect people from the same rank and bellow. Sharingan users or other Genjutsu specialists will be able to affect one rank above*

    Description: The user concentrate's Sand chakra and releases it against a jutsu to Cancel it, this jutsu doesn't require any Handseals but it require's allot of chakra control, if a opponent attack's the user with a Fire/Earth/Wind/Water/Lightning technique's then the user can release a Sand out his gourd which is strong enough to let every Fire, Earth, Lightning, Water and Wind jutsu be gone because of the extremely high Sand Control, If someone perform's a S-Ranked Earth jutsu and below then the user will release sand out his gourd which will cover the Earth and let it crumble. If someone perform's a Fire technique which is S-Rank and below then the Sand will simply surround it thus making the Fire getting absorbed in the Sand thus making the Sand as hard as Solid and Crumble. If an Opponent perform's a Water technique which is S-Ranked or below then the Sand can absorb the water and turn wet and muddy, hence it falls to the ground and lose control. Using any Wind technique's then there will be a wall created in front of the Wind technique, the Sand will turn into Solid Sand after performing the Boar handseal thus making the Wind technique Clasp on the Sand wall, using any lightning technique's then the lightning will go trough the Sand, but because of the High amount of Sand chakra control the Sand will be strong enough to get protected by B-Ranked Lightning technique's.

He can exhale a hot, dense, concentrated A-Rank short to long range fire stream from his mouth once per turn (counts as one of the users jutsu except if Shiroi is in play) and is immune to fire up to B-Rank. He's a strong taijutsu warrior that can fight and move upright in his hind legs like a human, with strength that rivals a well trained med ninja at his best but has the average speed of a normal ninja. He has quite a shy demeanor for such a big, menacing body. If his sister Shiroi is in play, they both receive a +10 damage bonus and their abilities don't count as a move, but their stay in the battle field is reduced to 3 turns.

    the part about the med ninja i was unsure if it was accepted to put Sakura/Tsunade as a reference but i also don't know if one can consider that all med ninjas have that kind of strength (as none have shown it so far)

    Akushuu is a very small panda the size of a pincher dog. Although his looks may be deceiving since he almost looks like a baby-panda, he's a very old being, nearing 500 years. With his old age and his small body he can't attack or cast jutsu. He was born with a birth defect that granted him isolation from the Panda Kingdom throughout almost his whole life: his sweat glands constantly produce a pheromone charged with his chakra that affects the Peripheral Nervous System, rendering humans/animals paralyzed after some time. This means that anyone who inhales/swallows his pheromone instantly becomes affected by an A-Rank genjutsu. This Genjutsu causes progressive numbness leading to ultimate paralysis. He meditated and trained for 2 and a half centuries in complete isolation, until he was able to control it. By controlling it, Akushuu gained the ability to use his own chakra to dispel genjutsu from his allies. This happens because his allies continue to breathe his chakra infused pheromones while he is in play, keeping a constant source of foreign chakra to enter their systems. The time it takes until the enemy suffers full paralysis depends on the amount of pheromone swallowed/inhaled, so it’s related to their rank:

    Gennin and Chunnin: Same turn that Akushuu comes into play
    S-Jounin: Turn after Akushuu comes into play
    Jounin: Second turn after Akushuu comes into play
    S-Ninja: Third turn after Akushuu comes into play
    Sannin and Kage: Forth turn after Akushuu comes into play
    Sage: Fifth turn after Akushuu comes into play (Akushuu is already out of the battle field)

    When Akushuu comes into play, a light musk smell spreads on the whole battlefield. To release the Genjutsu, one must either vanish Akushuu, or have a constant supply of allied foreign chakra, constantly repressing the Genjutsu for as long as Akushuu is in play. Momentary repressions of the Genjutsu will lessen the numbness and paralysis but are irrelevant to the end result. After the 4 turns, when Akushuu vanishes, any normal ways to release A ranked Genjutsus are possible, but if the enemy doesn’t dispel it, he still gets affected by it. If the user possesses any type of enhanced smell/taste, the time for total paralysis will be reduced in half.

    When facing an enemy lightning technique, the user extends his right hand while infusing his body with his own lightning chakra. Upon receiving the enemy lightning in his hand he uses his own lightning chakra to direct the flow of electricity through his body to the ground (effectively grounding the lightning). The user must possess a great amount of chakra control and great experience in both shape and nature manipulation, as he has to make the electrical energy pass through his body without passing trough his heart as he also matches the exact amount of electrical energy received to enable him to control its flow. The amount of electrical energy one can direct is proportionate to ones own chakra, meaning that the users rank defines the rank of the technique. Upon releasing the electrical current through his feet, the energy produces a short range electrical shockwave that travels mostly in the ground in all directions around the user paralyzing both enemies and allies caught in it for 1 turn. The strength of the wave is 1 rank below the rank of the defended jutsu.

    Description:
    Pandas are the masters of balance and equilibrium. One of their teachings is "when in the mist of a difficult struggle, start with a deep breath before your first blow". Panda Sages have discovered that emotions and some external influences, can create a "noise" in the persons Chakra Circulatory System. This noise, while innate and benign to all beings with chakra, disrupts the maximum output of chakra, limiting the individuals abilities. Mastering this ancient art is the first step in mastery all the Panda Arts. The user closes his eyes for a split second and takes a deep breath, calming his chakra flow. When he opens his eyes again, the kanji for balance will be visible in ones forehead in black like a tattoo and his chakra flow will be calm and perfectly balanced. This is achieved by controlling ones emotions and body, which can only be achieved by years of both meditation and complete comprehension of ones true self. This means that the natural use of chakra is optimized to the maximum, enabling a boost in all vital functions, giving the user more strength and speed as well as more durability. The balanced and optimized chakra flow gives the user a boosted damage in all elemental jutsu and regular jutsu, and strengthens the chakra flow, raising the resistance to Genjutsu:
    -User gets +10 damage in Taijutsu.
    -User becomes 1 rank quicker.
    -User gets +5 damage in Elemental and Regular Ninjutsu.
