    Description: After Performing a string of Handseals, the user brings his hands to the ground and sends tremendous amounts of Chakra into it. As he keeps channeling chakra into the ground, a Huge Coil emerges from the it.
    Any Lightning attack directed towards the the Coil is absorbed instantly, because the coil attracts all lightning jutsu within a Range from it.
    At Will, the Lightning attacks stored inside the Coil can be released in the form of a huge and powerful surge of Electricity.
    The electric blast emanating from the coil will be 20% weaker the the damage given by the original attack that was stored in the coil.
    ~Note : Can only Be taught by Nocturnal.

    ~Declined: You need to elaborate a LOT more on your abilities if you want to get this one approved. "Great speed", "great strength", "being able to block jutsu and kunai...etc", this is all so vague. What are the limits of your technique? Make it restricted cause modes are really hard to get approve~

    Im not familiar with submitting forms of taijutsu so please help me out if I do something wrong.

    (Buzzard Sentou) Buzzard Combat

    Description: Those who sign a contract with the buzzards are taught a special form of nin/taijutsu by Blaziken "The Combat Buzzard" in the buzzard realm. This form of nin/taijutsu is a special way of incorporating the fire element into the users battle style without hurting the user while doing it. Most of the techniques are wild and free such as fire itself and are just as destructive. The user learns this style of fighting by first being a master of the fire element. The next step is being able to release fire chakra through other areas other than the user's mouth. Once those steps are completed, the user is trained to release burst of fire through their limbs as they fight, making there attacks all that more destructive. (This fighting style is possible by releasing fire chakra through the very small holes in the skin that cant be seen by the naked eye which takes expert chakra control and causing it to ignite. The fire is special as the user is unaffected by the fire he/she releases due the training in buzzard realm, but can still be hurt by outside fire.) U can tell because the fire takes on more of an Orange-yellow hue than normal fire attacks.

As soon as the user unsheaths it from the scabbard, he immediately flows his chakra, that consists almost entirely of spiritual energy trough the small blade, increasing its size and shaping it like a katana, making it seem the user is unsheathing a blade made of chakra or energy. This created blade mostly composed by spiritual energy has two unique abilities:
    • The first is that it is intangible because it consists almost entirely of spiritual energy (similar to the worm-like creatures released by Tayuya's Doki), meaning it can pass trough matter and won't be able to cut the opponent, however, the opponent won't be able to know that just by looking at the sword (unless he possesses dojutsu).

    ~Declined: Please explain to me, in details, how disturbing an elemental attack's chakra would cause it to be nullified? A wave of water rushing at you will remain a wave even after it's hit by your sword, it doesn't need to be structured. You sword claim to have abilities that work on everything, which it don't. Either change it's description (actually making it like tayuya; either chakra. This way you could reduce the size of incoming attacks), or do something completely different~

If the user does a jutsu that way, the jutsu doesnt need handseals and uses 10 less chakra

Because of his ill attitude, he will become extremelly unstable as psychologically, and able to push out, matching ranks of a forbidden in water blasts, while he's out for at least one turn, meaning he's able to do it, in the 2nd turn and for the rest of the battle. After he has released all his anger in that matching forbidden water blasts, he'll lose consciousness for 1 turn. The most time he stays on the battlefield, the more evil/crazier he get's meaning for the 1st turn, he'll be only able to perform A-ranked, he's able to perform water in the 2nd turn, matching a forbidden rank, but if he releases his anger (the forbidden water) in the 2nd turn, he needs to rest for 1 turn, but if he releases his anger, after the 2nd turn, he'll be able to perform A-ranked water or lower, in the next turns (meaning if he releases his "anger" in the 3rd turn, there is only 2 more times, he can perform A-ranked or lower ranked water.)

That screwdriver motion makes not much sense as it works more against you than it benefits you, at least based on your description.

The Chakra will then instantly return right around the users body (it looks like it disappears, but a very small layer stays around the users body) and shoot out in all directions, blowing lightning everywhere over the ground on the battle field. Due to the speed of the lightning, only a 3 tomoe sharingan can see the speed of the lightning and correspondingly defend from it.
    Note: Can only be taught by Wesobi;
    Note: The user is left extremely exhausted after using this attack due to the strain which comes over the body when the chakra goes lightning goes back over the users’ body, meaning that he can't use any Raiton Jutsus above B-rank for the rest of the battle.

    Description: This snake is the personal summon of Mikami Uchiha. (The Silent Serpent) and he is the Under-boss of all snakes. Gatagata ("ガラガラ" or "Geta-Geat" meaning "Snake of the Song") is very powerful, and able to stand his own against Gamabunta or even Manda. Long ago Manda and Gatagata fought for the thrown to rule over the snakes. the battle was fearsome and both snakes showed the ability to shed skin in a manner similar to the Body Replacement Technique or Body Shedding, which has been seen during the battle with Manda, Gamabunta and Katsuyu. Gatagata is also able to move underground. His scales are stronger then that of Manda's and sturdy enough to take on strong attacks, and remain intact, while providing as an safe shelter for anyone to hide inside his mouth. because of his Heavy red and black Scales he is very slow. Manda was able to take advantage of this and win there battle. he is able to shake his tell making a fine sound that throws off the equilibrium of the opponent consing them to lose balance, this proves as an excellent hunting tool.

    Description: Two blades crafted by a swordsmith who wanted to create an exact double of an already made sword of his, but each with a different pommel, one with a dragon and other with masked man with flaming hair. Their both of average lenght and made from high carbon chakra steel, a tsuba made of copper and the hilt is made of hardwood with wrapped in a pitched black cloth. These katanas are both kept inside a hardwood scabbard (each) strapped to a sword belt on the user.
    Although as much as they seem normal, these swords posses a set of special abilities when used in Shinobi battles:

    • They react to the user chakra and gain a layer of fire around the blade that doens't hurt the user but it will harm an opponent. If the user's chakra flow becomes irregular (genjutsu, jyuuken etc) the swords will release flare of fire around the user before burning the user for a brief moment (50 Damage Points), dealting enough pain to be release out of an illusion.


    • The katanas can be use as a medium to perform fire jutsus, eliminating the use of the mouth, thus making the interval time between the use of jutsus very small. The time this takes is the same as performing the hand seals for each jutsu though this isn't much of a problem if the user has a fire affinity.


    • When the user chanells fire chakra directly into them, the blades can output flames as a blast to either attack, defend or to propel himself through the air at high speeds with great maneuverability. The force of the blast are the same as a B-rank technique with a long range. However if this in use, the user can only use 2 jutsus per turn.


    Note: Fire, Kenjutsu and any jutsu based on these swords gain 10 damage points.
    Note: The user can't summon anything else a turn before using these swords and 3 turns after starting using them.
    Note: The user must stop using these swords after 5 turns and wait 5 turn before using them again, but with double the Chakra Cost.



    Declined. The genjutsu release needs a restriction on it regarding the rank it can be released and the amount of times it can be used.

The sword use to belong to a rare guy named Kyuui (Peace) he used to be an Uchiha but he betrayed the Uchiha clan and he turn into a missing ninja he started to travel for over four years. When Madara Uchiha took the eye of his brother he knew about Kyuui and he went to look for him it took him over three months because kyuui was hiding. When Madara Uchiha finally found him they both made a plan to attack the Leaf Village but Kyuui found out what Madara Uchiha did so when he summon the Nine Tails Fox Demon kyuui cut four of the Demon tails because that wasn't part of the plan after the battle kept going the demon killed kyuui. Then, a missing ninja name Uchiha Sasuke found the sword on the battlefield it was under the leaf village before kyuui die he did a Forbidden jutsu that when he die the sword would be summon on a hiding spot and this spot was under the leaf village when Uchiha Sasuke found it during a research on the leaf village he start to understand what it was made for. he sword itself was made for peace. After a few months Uchiha Sasuke started to understand the sword power the sword have two different level of power one is speed and another one is basic sense. When the first, level is release the user speed increase four times faster making the sword and the user itself have a great amazing speed. Basic sense make the user incread their ear-lisining, eye-view and smell-sense making them three times better than, the user original basic sense.

    NOTE: Only -Pain- is able to use it and it can't be stolen.
    NOTE: Once level two is release the sword start to suck the user chakra little by little.

A Parrot summoner can create eggs on their hands and then throw them, as if they are projectiles. The smaller parrots will lay 5-10 eggs of about 5kg, or have the explosion abilities of a paper bomb. Normal parrots and human summoners have 3-6 eggs of about 15 kg or 5-7 paper bombs. The larger parrots (laying only 1) would follow the same line, the biggest eggs, from parrots about the size of Gamabunta would weight about two humans ( about 160 kg ) or explode with the equivalent power of Deidara's C3 bomb.

    Description: User stomps the ground and two S-rank pillars of earth immediately sprout from the ground and intertwine to bind the opponent, then separating from the ground to further launch towards the sky while forcibly carrying the opponent along with them. This move is so sudden that, by the time the opponent reacts to it, he is already launched in the air. And if he doesn’t escape the bind he is assured a freefall crash to the ground, where he will be knocked out.
    Note: Can only be used/taught by BluePhenix.
    Note: Cannot perform any other earth technique in the same turn that Doom Flight is used.

    Declined. Different opponents have different reaction times which can be amplified by using certain techniques, so you cannot force a condition like that. Please re-phrase the bolded part in order to make a more generalized assesment of its speed.

    Description: Aphrodite and Eros are twin swords that belonged to a Master swordsman who originated from Kirigakure. They were forged by a master blacksmith before the Second Ninja War in Land of Iron from a metal unknown to ninja nations. Still, as they were forged for a swordsman from Kirigakure, they share abilities that consume user's chakra. Both blades are 118 centimeters ( 3.87139 feet ) long with 100 centimeter blade and 18 centimeter handle. Even though they are two different swords, they share a special scabbard that allows user to carry both of them in it.

    The blades look identical but Aphrodite is lighter and white, almost mirror like sword where you can see your reflection from as Eros is darker, almost black colored and two ounces heavier. The blades share abilities that most common swords doesn't. They're indestructible and they cannot be used without user possessing both of the swords. Aphrodite can be infused with Wind chakra, granting longer reach for the sword and making it sharper as Eros can be infused with lightning chakra which will make electricity crackle around it. Though they favor these elements, they can still be infused with any type of chakra.

    Damage points: 30 when ends ( + 15 to leg taijutsu )
    Description: User will encase own legs with chakra by controlling chakra flow and taking away most of the chakra that circulates into hands. The extra chakra that's circulated from hands to legs boosts chakra circulation in them, and increases both user's speed and damage that user can do with his/her legs. Downside of this technique is that user's hand taijutsu loses 2/3 of its damage and the handseal making speed will lose 1/2 of the speed it used to be. The looks of this jutsu with different people vary. Someone's legs can look as if they'd be burning as someone's legs look pretty normal. The looks of it doesn't affect user anyway.
    Note:
    - Can be used only once
    - Lasts four turns
    - Causes harline fracture in legs when it ends, preventing movement and giving continuous pain
    - Costs - 20 chakra per turn
    - Grants 3rd gate's speed.

    Description: Black-Leg taijutsu master can activate a mode which will double their speed. The mode requires user to be at least Sannin rank and to be trained in other Black-Leg taijutsu techniques. To activate this technique an user below Kage rank must stop and spin while guiding chakra into their leg, granting temporary speed boost. User that has already reached Kage orf higher rank can activate this technique while battling without stopping moving. Once activated, the technique'll multiple user's speed with 2.0X and Leg taijutsu damage done by user will be multipled with 1.5. Using this technique for longer duratons will cause stress fracturing which decreases user's speed by 25% of the original speed. This technique can be used on one leg and can be maintained for max four turns. User's leg looks as if it were on fire when this mode is activated and is covered in chakra.
    • Causes stress fracturing on one's legs
    • Can be activated twice per battle and the second usage will be extremely painful and second usage will last only two turns.
    • Costs 15 chakra per turn.

    Description: Stealth Walk is a technique which is used to jump higher in air and to move faster underwater. The technique consists two different variations that can both be used for quick escaping and to give user upper hand in fight. First variation, Blue Walk, can be used underwater by user focusing chakra into their feet as if they were walking on water's surface and this would also prevent them from sinking into water. Then, user can kick water to the direction he/she wants and repeat this four times. Second variation is called Sky walk and using it will give user chance of jumping five times mid air. Upon jumping, user concentrates Wind chakra to their feet and kicks it down in form of air, lifting user up.
    • Technique can be used three times per battle
    • Only five jumps can be made with this technique.




    Declined. Since this can be used to dodge arial and underwater jutsu it's number of uses needs to be restricted.
