      Declined. Different opponents have different reaction times which can be amplified by using certain techniques, so you cannot force a condition like that. Please re-phrase the bolded part in order to make a more generalized assesment of its speed.

You added no restrictions whatsoever concerning the rank of lightning it can absorb, which I was asking for. Also, do you really believe that adding 10 damage to yourself will change anything in my decision? If you wanted to add physical restrictions, add ones that really have an impact on your abilities to fight~

      The reason is that I just got the contract from a friend and also learned a few limitations on summonings and these were pretty under powered Compared to the limitations so I figured I'd adjust them while taking advantage of this contract and bring some life into it

      ~Declined~ there are a few things not right. First and for all how the hell can it do +20 damage if a genjutsu by default doesn't do any damage at all. Your harp is not going to change that as then it's not genjutsu anymore. And can agree on being immune to genjutsu, however not against forbidden and not infinitely or without a single drawback

      Description: The user ignites his whole body in fire, and he runs at the opponent at hige speed raming into the opponent and dealing huge damage to the target, after the user rams into the target he can also use his leg or arm to shoot the opponent upwards.(When the user is running towards the opponent he gains +2 levels on the speed)

      Usable once per battle
      -No fire jutsus for this and the next turn
      -No forbiden ranked jutsus for the rest of the battle
      -In the same and in the next move this jutsu was used the user wont be able -to use 3 jutsu per turn, instead of that he will only be able to use 2 jutsus per turn
      -The user also gets 5 damage for the next 3 turns cause of the little burns which will appear on the skin.

      Regulus:
      Regulus is a type of mostly short-ranged attacks. It was created in a long time ago by te first white lions from Šiškovci. Its a fightning style which you can only use by signing the white lion contract. Another of the things you have to do to learn Regulus is to get the Howaido Raion Ring which is made of Stones from Šiškovci, some stones in Šiškovci have the similar effect as the oil from Mount Myōboku. The stones from Šiškovci allow the user to use Regulus, cause for it the user needs a strong link with Šiškovci and the lions. Regulus is a ninja art where the user uses his chakra to boost his attacks by pressing the chakra from the ring in any part of the users body.

      Restrictions for using Regulus:
      -Must have signed the white lion contract
      -Must have a Howaido Raion Ring
      -Must have a quite good chakra control
      -Must be Kage rank
      -Must have mastered Fire
      -Must have mastered Taijutsu and Ninjutsu

      Lamp Dial

      Global restrictions for Dials:
      *If the dial is attached to an object to give this object elemental property, it will not count as a jutsu.
      *If the dial receives an attack while having absorbed one previously, the dial won’t be able to absorb it and it might break; this will depend on the attack launched at the dial and its power.(A weak water attack might not break the dial while a lightning one would)
      *There are more than one dial of each kind.

      Description: The user confines the jutsu of Flying Thunder God to the form of an easily transportable paper seal that the user carries on their person. This jutsu allows the user to "prime" the seal, meaning that the seal will teleport whatever it next touches to the location of a Flying Thunder God "destination" seal. The seal that this technique primes can be attached to a special Flying Thunder God kunai and then thrown. Upon contact with an object, the kunai will then teleport that object to a destination seal of the user's choosing. These seals can also be used to teleport previously-used jutsu (ie., a rock formation created by an an earth jutsu). Since this technique is simply a modification of a seal version of the Flying Thunder God technique, the number of its uses depends solely on the number of paper seals that the user has pre-prepared and on the user's chakra - there is no limit to the uses of the Flying Thunder God Technique. However, the larger the intended teleported object, the more chakra the user must put into "priming" the seal. The "primed" seals wear off after one turn; if the seal does not successfully come into an object within one turn of being primed, it must be primed again for further use.

      NOTE: This technique appears to not be restricted much. This is true; the usages of this technique are not restricted, partially because of the unrestricted nature of Flying Thunder God and of the relative simplicity of the idea behind this technique.       ~Declined~ Now, first of all, I must say this is a very well thought out jutsu and shall not touch it's core. However, this technique leaves me with many question regarding it's applications, hence explaining why it got declined, for the moment.

      I want you to clearly explain the followings points and place them somewhere in your jutsu (description added notes):

      -Can it activate upon contact of "intangible" source, like fire and lightning? If yes then will it trap the entirety of the jutsu or part of it? (this is tricky considering it'd have to act as a vacuum to transport all of it).
      -What is the size limit and how does the seal recognize the boundaries of what you're trying to teleport? To be more precise; if you were to prime it and shoot it toward the ground, would the ground vanish? I certainly hope not, though I want to know what would happen. Also, what defines a "large" target? Be precise.
      -I need you to restrict the amount of time this technique can be used to negate the usage of your opponent's jutsu. Even after reading your added explanation on the necessity for this jutsu to stay restriction-less, I feel it could be very easy to turn it into an easy way to counter almost anything (i.e: placing destination seal on a kunai, throwing it away, and throwing a primed kunai at any attack coming).

      I think that's about it. It's worth it, great jutsu. Good luck ^^

The user gains Enma's jaguar pelt, which is able to reflect Taijutsu of C-rank and below. The user gains the ability to stretch his limbs and body to lengths of up to 10 extra feet, a trait granted by the extension capabilities of Enma's staff form. The user also gains increased speed and strength rivaling that of Sage Mode. Additionally, the user's Fire, Earth, and Lava jutsus gain increased power and speed of use. This mode lasts for only three turns, however, and during those turns the user is completely incapable of using Water and Wind jutsus. These katanas are both kept inside a hardwood scabbard (each) strapped to a sword belt on the user.
      Although as much as they seem normal, these swords posses a set of special abilities when used in Shinobi battles:

      • They react to the user chakra and gain a layer of fire around the blade that doens't hurt the user but it will harm an opponent. If the user's chakra flow becomes irregular (genjutsu, jyuuken etc) the swords will release flare of fire around the user before burning the user for a brief moment (50 Damage Points), dealting enough pain to be release out of an illusion.


      • The katanas can be use as a medium to perform fire jutsus, eliminating the use of the mouth, thus making the interval time between the use of jutsus very small. The time this takes is the same as performing the hand seals for each jutsu though this isn't much of a problem if the user has a fire affinity.


      • When the user chanells fire chakra directly into them, the blades can output flames as a blast to either attack, defend or to propel himself through the air at high speeds with great maneuverability.       Description: This jutsu is a style that was created by the Third Kazekage in order to fend off invaders of Sunagakure. After gathering an immense amount of Iron Sand, he begins to create a gigantic "armored" warrior that holds a spear and shield. The guardian is formed behind the user and exposes the user. The spear can be launch from the guardian's hand by changing the polarity of the Iron Sand. The spear loses shape once passing mid-range however. The shield can block one focused S-Rank jutsu and then it will dissipate. The guardian himself loses shape after being hit by an A-Rank jutsu.
      ~The user must have used Iron Sand Gathering twice.
      ~The user can use the Iron Sand from the guardian for a medium for his Iron Sand. (No Iron Sand jutsu used without using him as a medium unless it's with a detached part of him.)
      ~The guardian lasts three turns and then loses shape.

      After reading this maybe (and maybe not ) you would reconsider and approve the jutsu - I know you said "Do not resubmit", but really. Far-fetched? Isn't this jutsu one of the "realistic" ones? With this jutsu, I actually do a thing that is scientifically explainable. How about transforming you body into fire (or earth; water; whatever)? In jutsus like that you basically transform every molecule of your body into given element (yeah, definitely not far-fetched -.-) and things like that can't be explained even by science - yet, they got approved.

      What I meant by far fetch is, there's a difference between the Narutoverse and our world. Even if something is possible in one, doesn't mean it works in the other. Our laws of physics obviously aren't the same in the Narutoverse.

      Also, to efficiently separate the molecule into both H+ and OH-, you need to run an electrical current in the water, it's called electrolysis. If you were to separate a whole body of water, you do realize the air around you would be filled with Hydrogen, right? And since you needed to use an electrical current to achieve this, you'd most likely blow up all the air around you. When someone perform electrolysis, they generally do it on a small scale, and if they do it on large scale, it's certainly not in the open.
