    My first submissions for the week was on Sep 2nd. These will be my last two for the week.


    Resubmitting - Changes in Bold

    (Kage: Rippoutai)- Shadow Cube
    Type: Defense
    Rank: A
    Range: Short - Long
    Chakra Cost: 40
    Damage Points: N/A
    Description:
    This is used to defend against enemy attacks all around the user. The user connects with their shadow, then they expand the shadow all around them then manipulate the shadow to build walls on all sides of the user creating a shadow cube.

    This move can also be applied to trap an enemy. Only works when the user has connected with the enemies shadow. Once the connection is made the same rules apply, the shadow walls are made all around the enemy to trap them for 1 turn. If it blocks one A-Rank Jutsu it is destroyed, any other jutsu rank needs to hit the cube twice before it's destroyed i.e. two B-Ranks, 1 C-Rank and 1 B-Rank. The cube is fast enough to stop mid - long range attacks.

    Notes:
    -Able to protect user from A-Rank and below jutsu's
    -Only usable against mid - long range abilities
    -Cube can protect user for 1 turn
    -Cube can trap enemy for 1 turn
    -Usable 3 times per battle (Trap and Protection are each counted as one)
    -User cannot use Shadow abilities C-Rank and below for 1 turn after cube has been made
    -Only usable by Nara Clan members
    -Must be trained by Dexter..

    This technique is so ways mimics the stone golums/earth clones. The user will preform two hand seals and spits out mud from mouth to ground then it solidifies. By doing this the user will have three options on what will be formed from the mud. The three choices are Broad sword wielding Warrior/ Archer with Bow/ Viking with giant shield. Warrior attacks are basic Kenjutsu; Archer attacks are typical shots. These Marauders stand about 13 feet tall. With the exception of the Viking the Archer/Warrior are basic attacking types. The warrior is capable of attacking at short range and the archer is capable of attacking at mid - long distance doing the based damage. The Marauders are able to move as fast as a clone and they are quick with their attacks. These Marauders are unable to use jutsus of any kind.

    Notes:
    - Only one Marauder is able to be used at a time.
    - They last on field until destroyed.
    - Unable to use Doton technique in same move they are created.
    - Unable to reform after begin destroyed.
    - Usable once per battle.
    - Only usable by Dexter..
    - Only trainable by Dexter..

    I thought maybe a limit to how many turns they should be on the field for may apply here but I don't think it's necessary, if you think so please add it if it will allow approval.

The user can direct them and use one at a time to defend against up to S-Rank Wind, Earth, Lightning, Fire, Ninjutsu and Forbidden Rank Water or the user can sacrifice both at the same time to protect against 1 Forbidden Ranked technique. The Obelisks can also be used to attack the enemy, by directing them towards him/her/it.

    ~Declined~ please explain how a genjutsu could cause physical problems? I understand he'll undergo some "mental" pain, but the only way he could faint is by being mentally shattered (same as Kakashi when facing Itachi's Tsukuyomi). You can still cause your opponent to faint, but change the description as to how he gets there.

The user can direct the obelisk to defend against up to S-Rank Lightning and Water, A-Rank Earth, Wind, Fire. When the Obelisk is hit by Fire above B-Rank, the rock turns into lava from the combined heat of the Wind and the Fire, but the jutsu will still be stopped. The Obelisk can also be used to attack the enemy, by throwing it against the enemy.

    Note: can only be used 3 times
    Note2: stays active maximum of 3 turns

    Made a simpler version with only one obelisk and kept the basic idea. Tweaked the description in both grammar and description. Changed the restrictions and lowered the rank to A-Rank. Also changed the range of the trowing to long. When i get the rank i'll submit the S-Rank version with the basic idea but two obelisks. If this one gets approved that is ^^

An advantage this is over Mountain Smash is that its much faster due to it being lighter and only having one pillar, not two.

    Description : The user must first have been equipped with a regular blanket as a cape behind his back, colours make no difference. This technique's main purpose is to extinguish flames of any type and size. For this technique to be in use, a ritual has to be done beforehand. The ritual goes as follows, the user claps his hands together and starts imbueing chakra into his cape. The user's cape would start floating as if there was a wind blowing. The user would then point, open-palmed, towards the flame that he wishes to be extinguished while taking a deep breathe which is optional. In no time at all, the cape on the user's back starts expanding at the same time covering itself around the user. With this around the user, it protects him from any fire-related techniques. This technique is also able to conceal the user's very own presence once his under the cover as chakra does not escape the cape.

    Note : Can only be used/taught by -Yusuke-
    Note : Usable only up to 80 damage points
    Note : Works effectively for up to S-rank techniques
    Note : Must have a cape equipped/mentioned in the user's biography
    Note : User has to deactivate right after every attack to avoid suffocation
    Note : Works only for fire-related techniques, other elemental techniques would hit the user as though nothing was there.
    Note : Forbidden rank techniques would just burn the blanket with the user receiving 20 damage points thanks to the blanket taking 80 damage points

    ~Declined~ The bold parts are unacceptable, please change those to something less powerful. I'm not really enthousiastic with this whole cape jutsu so I'll give you another go at it but try and make it more like a tool and not an absolute defense against an element. (Example: a kunai isn't a sure hit when you throw it, but under the right circumstances it's deadly).

    (Ninpou : Nibankikai) - Ninja Art : Second Chance

    Description : The user performs a row of 4 handseals, ending with a final clap and takes in a deep breathe, as though as pulling something back. The user also does not need to perform any of the requirements needed for the previously used technique such as handseals, opening the mouth, be on the ground for an earth technique.

    Note : Usable only three times per battle
    Note : Can't be used for forbidden rank techniques

    Description : The user performs a single hanseal, 'Snake' while keeping his stand on the ground. Without further ado, the user is able to create a dragon-like shape projectile out of sand which will keep flying straight at the enemy but once a few feet away from the target, it will fly straight down into the ground with a huge crash. This will cause confusion and sand disrupting the sight of the enemy along with startling them. Out of nowhere, a sand dragon will erupt from the ground beneath the enemy, swallowing and then crushing them.

    Note : The dragon shape of this technique doesn't really make a difference but is there to startle the enemy

    Declined. (this note applies to the one above it also.) How do you make a scalding wave of water from mist? it doesnt seem like you would have enough water. Also, does the fire dissapear after heating the mist? just add a little more explination.

    Description: The earth is caused to rise up at least 10 feet and a steep sloped mound is made with the shinobi performing this jutsu at its peak. The mound soaks up water like a sponge making this an effective jutsu to perform when fighting any water using shinobi.
    Note: Can only absorb up to S rank and absorb one technique per useage of the technique and can only be used 3 times with two turns before being used again.


    Declined. when you say this soaks up water like a sponge it makes me think that If I spit out a lakes forth of water that this technique will soak it up. Is that what it does? All A-ranked earth barriers should be able to block S-ranked water so I fail to see what special purpose this serves. please give more detail as to what this jutsu does.

As they launch off, the use will have an aura of fire around them with lightning coiled around them too. If this hits the opponent it will cause 60 damage. The user looks like a flaming bolt of lightning being fired. The flames leave the users skin a little saw due to some burns.

    Description: Black Hollow is one of the sword that has made history of swords due to the damage that this sword did to the Nine Tails Fox during the attack of Madara Uchiha. This sword cut four tails of the Kyuubi during the old times of the attack that Madara Uchiha did to the Hidden Leaf Village. The sword use to belong to a rare guy named Kyuui (Peace) he used to be an Uchiha but he betrayed the Uchiha clan and he turn into a missing ninja he started to travel for over four years. When Madara Uchiha took the eye of his brother he knew about Kyuui and he went to look for him it took him over three months because kyuui was hiding. When Madara Uchiha finally found him they both made a plan to attack the Leaf Village but Kyuui found out what Madara Uchiha did so when he summon the Nine Tails Fox Demon kyuui cut four of the Demon tails because that wasn't part of the plan after the battle kept going the demon killed kyuui. Then, a missing ninja name Mihawk found the sword on the battlefield it was under the leaf village before kyuui die he did a Forbidden jutsu that when he die the sword would be summon on a hiding spot and this spot was under the leaf village when Mihawk found it during a research on the leaf village he start to understand what it was made for. The sword itself was made for peace. After a few months Mihawk started to understand the sword power the sword have two different level of power one is speed and weather and another one is basic sense. When the first, level is release the user speed increase to five times faster, making Mihawk have amazing speed, almost as the speed of two gates though is almost the same amount of speed as the first gate, but is not that fast making the sword and the user itself have a great amazing speed, level one also, have another power and that's too control the weather for example, if Mihawk put the sword up facing the sky and concentrate water chakra on the sword while facing the sky, is going too change the weather from hot too rainy day. Basic sense make the user increase their ear-lisining for example, the user is on short-range he can hear everything from short-range to long-range, eye-view making him see through mist and stuff alike, and smell-sense making the user smell sense three times better than, his normal smell-sense. The sword is really lightly it really doesn't weight much.

    NOTE: Only -Pain- is able to use it and it can't be stolen.
    NOTE: Once level two is release the sword start to suck the user chakra little by little.

    Description: '' Red thread '' takes the form a sleek, medium-sized sword. The grip has a gentle decorative bend that ends at a crimson tassel dangling from the pommel. Instead of a crossguard, there is a U-shaped decoration covering the first three or four inches of blade, with a flower petal design just as it meets a red string wrapping. The string is wrapped thrice around the hilt, with a three-loop bow on one side and a folded paper decoration on the other.     This technique is acutally a genjutsu, it can be cast upon the target without knowing(unless the target is doujutsu user or sensor) once the target is in this genjutsu, the target will see everything upside down and won't be able to force properly or even aim properly causing pain to his brain and eye and not only that, as the target is in this genjutsu his ear will also be deaf mean he cannot hear anything. This technique will be counted as one move into the 3 move per turn. The genjutsu is B rank, the user have to wait for a(1) turn before using it again, The user have to point the sword at their target to activate the genjutsu.

    3. Hold - After snatching, the user holds and binds the enemy in place. Dealing no damage. Mid to short range.

    1. Buster can only be used one time.

    2. The Devil Bringer is always on the user, but must be declared at the start of battle to be valid.

    3. The arm is only indestructible up to just above the elbow. Meaning, only where the devil bringer covers is indestructible. Your arm can still be hacked off at the elbow.

Because the wind will keep the water within the alligator moving, only the sharp edges of the technique will turn to solid ice, increasing it's piercing and slashing power. Once in lake form, temperatures only slightly above freezing, the user will be able to keep up to 6 smaller normal sized alligators colder than the lake, which can attack any underwater opponent freely, for 2 turns.

    Description: This Jutsu is based on the Earth Chakra's abilities to harden or soften any earth feature. By slamming the user's palm on the ground, or on any thrown or erupted earth structure, the user is able to soften the said structure, all at once. The technique is based on the user's chakra reservations, and thus the area and volume of the feature the user wishes to change varies with it. Basically, any hard structure, such as Rock, Harden Mud or Earth will turn into fine sand, up to a large area around the user. With two handseals, the user will charge wind chakra through the fine sand, which will erupt a gigantic winged cow, with all the speed and agility of the wind, but the solid substance of the earth. Likewise, the user can summon several cows, up to 4, yet smaller. The user can use the cows to achieve flight, or simply smash them against the opponent with great blunt force. Right before the cows erupt, the sand will spread across the terrain, creating a screen of dust which will lock away the opponent's sight, and mask the advance of the cows.

    Declined. This seems like it should be spread into 3 different jutsu. Earth to sand, guidable wind/sand crows, and a sand screen. This is dangerously close to being sand release jutsu. Take away the sand screen and it will probbaly be close to passable in my opinion. splitting it into multiple jutsu probably be your best bet though.

But with a third handseal, the user will coat the with lightning, which will make them shoot out at great speeds. The lightning coat will not only protect the balls from lighting, making it spread harmlessly along the surface of the balls, but will also expel small electrical discharges whenever they touch anything, which will only make the balls propel further way. With the handseal meant to create the lightning chakra, the user can focus the attack on a target, by forcing the balls to be propelled off the ground into chosen directions. The heavy balls are capable of smashing the bones, and will kill if left unprotected.

With the handseal meant to create the lightning chakra, the user can focus the attack on a target, by forcing the balls to be propelled off the ground into chosen directions. The heavy balls are capable of smashing the bones, and will kill if left unprotected.

It can only withstand wind one rank lower.

    What you are doing is essentailly creating a CE without going through the propper channels. Each elements has its own strengths and weaknesses even though the composition may change slightly throught the techniques. By infusing the watr with doton and changing its resistance to fire, you are creating a new element, which is not allowed in a standard jutsu.

No one knows how it got in, or how it got to use the Parrot Arts and can be called with the Parrot Summoning Contract, yet it can. It is actually considered to be a failed Parrot Summoning, and once it is summoned, it can appear anywhere on the field. It normally does nothing but standing there looking idiotic. The chicken as some secret agenda, possibly to rule the world.

The blades will follow the opponent until the blades stop moving to attack the target.

Hidden in all of those arrows are the one explosive kunai which would still be visible to them opponent.

The rock will then rain down on the opponent at high speeds from above stabbing the opponent if not avoided by this point.

The chunks of rocks that are saturated in the users doton chakra will then fall back to the ground due to earth's gravitational pull the speed at which the rocks fall can be increased slightly by the user making them fall faster. The rocks will hit the opponent as they fall and cause further damage.
