This clone is able to use ice attacks upto B rank.
    -The user is hidden only as long as he remains behind this ice figure otherwise he is just more than clearly visible.
    -Can be used five times in a battle.

This net then restricts the opponents movement and also stops him from doing any raiton jutsu since the net absorbs any lightning that leaks out. By doing another Tiger handseal the user can set the net ablaze with fire reducing the opponent to ash.
    -Can be used twice per battle.
    -Requires mastery of wind and fire.
    -the net can be easily destroyed by B rank fire while its in the air. The trick is to notice its formation.

    • When a suit of armor is equipped, all elements, except the element the respective suit of armor boosts, are unable to be used.
    • The resistance against their respective element each armor gives, will only protect the wearer against a few basic injuries, they will not be of any help against a lethal attack.


    ~Declined~ Lower the boost you receive from those ring/armor, it's even greater that those of the 7SM. Check the bold part, elaborate on it (what is it and where is it placed specifically). I may have misread it, but can you summon all piece of armor at the same time? Restrict it to 1 use per match please.

    I lovered the bonus to 25. If you think that's too much, do me a favor and just change them to 20 ^_^
    When i describe that the seals summons all parts of the armor, i mean that a full set of armor usually doesn't consist of just one piece of metal. There's many pieces to it. Like bracers, the helmet, the chest-guard, etc.

You also didn't work on the part where I asked to elaborate on each ring's description "the exact location depends on the wielder", make it fix and describe where it is on the armor's part. Lastly, elaborate on this "resistance" to an element when using a ring, what does it protect you from? If your next submission isn't acceptable I'll decline it for good, you barely made any of the changes I asked for.

    I simply removed the steel part. But honeslty, ATP can make angry moms lift cars and cause obese policemen to accelerate faster than full-blooded race horses. Why can't i smack steel with my ninja powas? =/

    ~Approved~ I edited the restrictions. Did any mom/fat cop punch through steal recently? It's simply ridiculous and OP. A ninja would need to open several gates to gain the necessary strength to do that, but I'm still pretty sure his bones would break as he tries to do it. Maybe a Kaguya could do it but that's it. Also, I think Naruto and company have been under several life or death situation so far but none have yet to show the incredible ability to punch through metal-like substances.

If it passes trough a mass of chakra, it can disturb it effectively enough to disperse it or neutralize it (These ability is to be used only trough techniques hereafter created).

    This sword was specifically made to do internal damage in order to neutralize the opponent. This way the user could end a fight in a ''delicate'' manner, without spilling blood everywhere.


    ~Declined: Please explain to me, in details, how disturbing an elemental attack's chakra would cause it to be nullified? A wave of water rushing at you will remain a wave even after it's hit by your sword, it doesn't need to be structured. You sword claim to have abilities that work on everything, which it don't. Either change it's description (actually making it like tayuya; either chakra. This way you could reduce the size of incoming attacks), or do something completely different~

    Description: The user will first build up a great amount of chakra in Takamagahara and will stab it on the opponent or on himself, aiming for one of the Eight Inner Gates. By disturbing one's chakra flow on that point, the user and Takamagahara force the respective gate to open.
    One can either use this technique on himself or on the opponent. When done, whoever was forced to open a gate, will temporarily gain access to it during one turn, however there is a disadvantage to that: after the gates' effects wear off, on the next turn, their after-effects will be felt increased many times.
    The after-effect of the gate which was opened will be equal to the gate two levels above (4th Gate opened, after-effect will be the same as the 6th gate; 6th Gate opened, after-effect will be the same as if the 8th gate was opened: death.). If the 7th or 8th Gates were to be open with this method, one will have his Chakra Pathway System completely destroyed and will possibly die, without even being able to access it's powers, meaning it is completely useless for the user to try and open the last two gates if he doesn't know how to do it normally. Everything listed above will only happen if used on someone who can't control the Gates. If used on a Gates user, he will be able to control it normally, like if he had opened it himself.

    Well, i decided to try and make it a solid sword, to avoid those confusions with spiritual energy and chakra, so i changed it's description and appearance, maintaining only the ability to disrupt chakra. Also, i tried to explain how an elemental attack is nullified. It is on the note^^

    Description: Takamagahara is a large living sword comparable in size to the Kubikiribōchō. This sword was created before Samehada, but soon abandoned and sealed away when Samehada was created, as it was significantly stronger than Takamagahara.
    Takamagahara is very similar in appearance with Samehada, the only difference being that the actual blade is covered in needles instead of scales, which can be shoot to inflict damage. It is also covered in bandages and inflicts shredding or shaving damage rather than cutting what it comes into contact with. While it ordinarily remains rigid, Takamagahara is able to stretch and bend to a great extent (the same range Samehada can extend), allowing it to be used like a flail.
    Takamagahara has the ability to disrupt chakra and it can be used in two ways: to disrupt the chakra of an incoming technique and disperse it (mostly energy based techniques like fire, lightning and wind) and to disrupt the chakra flow in the opponent's chakra pathway system.
    Note: All of the sword's abilities will be submitted as custom techniques techniques, which obviously will count towards one of my three moves per turn, except the ability to shoot needles which is part of the sword. The sword can shoot needles up to three times per match, and every time it does it count toward the user's three moves per turn.
    Note: The sword can disrupt mostly energy based attacks since that energy can be disrupted and dispersed. Solid attacks, like water or earth, can also be cancelled, but it depends on the attack itself. If it's a rock or wave of water coming at me, i can't cancel that, but creatures made of water or earth for example, can be cancelled by disturbing the chakra which is maintaining them ''alive''. This way they loose their form and turn into rocks or a lake, depending on the element they are made of.

    Description: When both the opponent's and the user's swords clash, with his free hand the user will quickly grab another sword of his. He will then use the Quick Draw and Re-Sheathe Method to cut the opponent very quick. Because the opponent's focus is directed to the swords which are clashing and the Iaido method is so fast, he won't even notice the user's attack unless he has reaction time above the normal like the sharingan. Then, while the opponent is startled because he was suddenly cut, the user will continue with the original attack.

Although quite useful, it is not as effective as normal Iaido techniques performed at close range and thus, because of the distance between both the user and the opponent and also the time it takes for the Samurai Sabre technique to extend to mid-range, it can only interrupt techniques which require a great number of handseals (around 10 or above).

    *The poison will affect the sight after one turn has passed and the burning sensation is beggining to fade.The sight will evuentually get better as time passes in the battle(unless the opponent does something to remove or cancel the effects of the toxine).^

    If a summon falls asleep and its timer runs out, it will simply dissapear and return to its world.

    *Can only be done more than one time if it doesnt hit the enemy( having aimed at something else of the enemy having avoided the attack somehow).

The user's mind must be clear when entering the Seikūken and can be done so at the start of a battle. The user can react to A-Rank Taijutsu and B-Rank ninjutsu. Although with the reactions to Ninjutsu, the user can only use Wind jutsu to counter Ninjutsu.

The reason they do this is to add a more natural movement to their attacks due to being tensed in a battle.     Description: The user puts his hands into pockets and focuses all the chakra from his hands into the rest of his body, and mainly into his legs. Thanks to this, the user´s strength in legs increases. Logically, the user cannot use any Jutsu that requires hands or hand seals, cause if he puts his hands from his pockets, than this mode ends.
    This mode has been found by ~Mig J.J. Quiksilver~ when he was too tired to use his hands in Taijutsu so he decided to make use of the chakra from his hands, he than made some techniques which can only be used in this mode.


    Note.
    *Can only be used once per battle
    *This mode lasts only 4 turns
    *Only in this mode the user can use Hands-In-Pockets techniques (power bonus from this mode DOESN´T work with these techniques)
    *The user can use every jutsu that doesn´t need handseals or hands

I understand he'll undergo some "mental" pain, but the only way he could faint is by being mentally shattered (same as Kakashi when facing Itachi's Tsukuyomi). You can still cause your opponent to faint, but change the description as to how he gets there.

    Explained why the enemy would faint after the 2 turns and also added the limits of the dispel. I added this last part because the user keeps fueling the Genjutsu for the 2 turns, so like odor driven genjutsu or sound driven, while the source is kept active, only high amounts of pain would be able to dispel it. But if you think it doesn't make sense or its just too big of a trait just delete it if possible ^^

    ~Approved~ I took out the part on how to get out for a simple reason; if you're not a Kaguya or didn't create a clone before hand, it's nearly impossible to get out of this genjutsu considering it makes it impossible for you to move. Also, I took out the restrictions about you needing to stay still and maintaining the hand seal (Genjutsu always require the user to keep a chakra connection anyway). Also, you said it could be broke with Kai, but Kai can only be used on B-rank and under genjutsu (that doesn't matter though since I took out the restriction).

    Description: This bow, specially crafted by the land of the skies blacksmiths, is made of a light but very resistant metal which is deep blue and trimmed with gold alloy. The bow's trims were sharped relentlessly in order to ensure that, over the years, it may still cut through rock or common metals. The bow has a black handle made of tar-covered sharkskin, just like samurai katanas, ensuring maximum grip. The user of this bow can infuse raiton chakra in great quantities and apply shape manipulation in order to create a thick arrow of pure lightning energy which can be later shot in a straight line but at great speeds and a normal chakra bowstring. The arrow have a penetrating power comparable to chidori, but once they struck the opponent they will revert back to lightning energy and shock the particular area numbing it.

    Description: This jutsu is based off of the principle that where there is light, darkness lingers near. The user draws in nature chakra from his/her surrounding area and instead of stoping at that, the user concentraits on their own hatred and malace. The darkness in that nature chakra is drawn to the user and used instead. When the transformation is complete, The Users hair becomes longer and black, there nails become black and slightly pointed, their iruses become yellow and the sclera becomes black. The Dark nature chakra is shaped into black feathers and stored arround the waist and back. The user uses the dark nature chakra to enhance their strength and ninjutsu. Because of it's dark nature, the user risks loosing themselves in there own hatred. As the jutsu begins to wear off, the feathers start to fall of of their body and eventually dissapear all together. When Karasu Mo-do wears off, the user is left exohsted.
    Note: Can only be taught by Uchiha91.
    Note: Must have signed the Raven contract.
    Note: This jutsu lasts for 5 turns.

    Description: A Zanbato (斬馬刀 Zanbatō?, literally "horse-slaying sword" or "horse-chopping saber") is an especially large type of Japanese sword, the historical use of which is disputed. The sword closely resembles the Nodachi or ōdachi, however it differs from the Nodachi by having a ricasso of approximately 12 to 18 inches (30-45 cm). This lends more credence to the theory of the sword having a practical use in feudal Japan. The increased length of the blade, along with the extra grip, would give it dual use both as a sword and as a polearm for attacking advancing cavalry. This style of Zanbatō sword can be found for sale in rural tourist shops and stands in Kyoto and Nara prefectures of Japan. This sword may have been inspired by the Chinese zhan ma dao (see below), as both were said to have been used for killing the horse and rider in one swing.

These blades weigh almost nothing, and can be swing in high speeds. Because of their weightless mass, they cannot stab nor do they have almost any power. When these blades make a slicing motion at objects such as kunai, shurikens, or any other regular ninja tool, the tool is split in half and the halves are sent in 90 degree angles away from their original destination.The user can swing these blades as hard as they can, and by doing this, they release B-rank wind waves. When these B-rank waves come into contact with D-rank fire or anything of another element below B-rank, the attacks are immediately cut in half. Also, Fuuton chakra is being input into the swords at all times, meaning that if the user attacks with the sword in short range, even if the opponent blocks the sword, they face slight cuts where the sword was aimed

    Description: King Leo, after emitting his Poisonous skin, can eject the hairs on his back to pierce his prey. The needles are covered in Leo's poison and is very harmful to his targets. These needles are like bee-stings in that if they are not taken out in the correct manner, the poison will do more damage then it would've. The needles cause the same pain as a bee-sting would (Making the target want to take them out as fast as they can).
    ~Only can be used by King Leo.
    ~Can paralyze target if struck 3 times (2 if they are not taken out properly).
    ~If needles are not taken out in the correct manner, the target can be paralyzed quicker.

The user's motor movements on land and on water become faster (From beastly instincts and muscle expansion). The user is also able to use Reopon Arts to his ninjutsu arsenal as well as his own.

    In Summary: Fusion increases speed and reflexes and senses and allows user to use Reopon Arts.

    ~King Leo must be summoned
    ~King Leo cannot be summoned again for the rest of the battle
    ~Lasts 4 turns and can only be used once
    ~Must be used in the 1st time of King Leo's summon.
    ~The turn Beast Mode wears off the user can only use 2 moves in the turn (Instead of 3)

And, this jutsu can be be used in combination with Magma Shower to make the Lava storm even stronger and more brutal thats why this jutsu is forbidden it becomes even hard to encounter with a high level lightning jutsu.

He can de-activate the dome anytime he wants. It takes up so much chackra because of the amount of chackra you are putting into the dome to make it so thick.

    Note: Can only be used 3 times in battle.
    Note: Can only be taught/used by -Hatake-.
    Note: The user cannot use any S-ranks the next turn because of the amount of chackra it drains.
