    ~Declined~ I'm declining that one because of the description. There's no official rule against anything in this jutsu, and in the manga you'd probably be allowed to do it, but I still won't accept that jutsu the way it's phrased right now. Basically, you could take control of any weapon on the user and instantly turn it against him:

    Example; It's your first move, you made a row of hand seal (or not) and use that jutsu. Every kunai in your opponent's pouch would then be under your control and you could all turn them around and stab his leg through the pouch. It's unavoidable considering the time frame rule.

    The only way I'm accepting that one is if you restrict the range at which you can take control of a kunai (you can only control kunais that are mid-range from your opponent). Hope I made myself clear on the reasons why I'm declining this.

These Magnet Zombies vary in build and abilities and each contain their own limits and an increase in the amount of concentration it takes for the user to control them the more advanced the summoned creation is. Once a Magnet Zombie is destroyed the remaining metal from them isn't poofed away and can be used for other attacks.
    -Only Magnetism bios can use.
    -Only taught by Professor Sarutobi.

    (This is kind of like a summoning contract but using your magnetism KG to control them instead of animals.I won't be passing it to anyone if it gets approved and i'll submit the different ranked zombies next week starting with D/C and a B rank one)

    Removed any type of speed boost, but I gave it a "SuperArmor" (in video game terms), just so the attack has a higher chance of working since it previously relied on high speeds. =/ If the SuperArmor's a no-go as well, I guess next time I'll just remove that and submit as is. =/

    ~Declined~ Two things, why is it forbidden and what those this super armor protect you from? The basic criteria for a Forbidden technique is that it's dangerous for the user and his opponent. So far, your technique is more of an S-rank then anything else. If you want my opinion, it would be better off as a S-rank considering F-rank techniques require a lot of drawbacks and restrictions to be approved meaning you'd have to change your jutsu description. Also, follow the proper template for F-rank technique.

    Reduced rank, slightly increased range, melded Multiplication's aspect into it (as discussed), explained the Super-Armor in somewhat better detail.

(if you want to add lightning to the barrier use another hand signal right before you stand still to emit electric around the wind so if your oppenent attack they gets hit while attacking you.

    -Oppenent can attack while your in the barrier, if the barrier isnt surronding with lightning nothing happens to them

    Description: The user focuses Katon chakra in his body. He highly compresses it, and then sends it out of his body. The output of it goes so fast and the amount of chakra is so big that it can’t be sucked in by any kind of chakra-leeching ability. This technique is used for the sole purpose of killing any kind of parasitic creature that is on the person. Zetsu spores for example can’t suck this in because of the rapidness and amount of chakra of this attack.
    Note: Can only be taught by Wesobi
    Note: This attack can’t be used to defend from wind attacks. The flames would go out of control and severely burn the user.
    Note: Can only be used to defend against any kind of chakra-leeching power
    Note: Can only be used twice.
    Note: The sudden outburst of chakra damages the user a little, though not enough for it to affect him for the rest of the battle.

    Description: Black Hollow is one of the sword that has made history of swords due to the damage that this sword did to the Nine Tails Fox during the attack of Madara Uchiha. The sword use to belong to a rare guy named Kyuui (Peace) he used to be an Uchiha but he betrayed the Uchiha clan and he turn into a missing ninja he started to travel for over four years. When Madara Uchiha took the eye of his brother he knew about Kyuui and he went to look for him it took him over three months because kyuui was hiding. When Madara Uchiha finally found him they both made a plan to attack the Leaf Village but Kyuui found out what Madara Uchiha did so when he summon the Nine Tails Fox Demon kyuui cut four of the Demon tails because that wasn't part of the plan after the battle kept going the demon killed kyuui. Then, a missing ninja name Mihawk found the sword on the battlefield it was under the leaf village before kyuui die he did a Forbidden jutsu that when he die the sword would be summon on a hiding spot and this spot was under the leaf village when Mihawk found it during a research on the leaf village he start to understand what it was made for. The sword itself was made for peace. After a few months Mihawk started to understand the sword power the sword have two different level of power one is speed and weather and another one is basic sense. When the first, level is release the user speed increase to five times faster, making Mihawk have amazing speed, almost as the speed of two gates though is almost the same amount of speed as the first gate, but is not that fast making the sword and the user itself have a great amazing speed, level one also, have another power and that's too control the weather for example, if Mihawk put the sword up facing the sky and concentrate water chakra on the sword while facing the sky, is going too change the weather from hot too rainy day. Basic sense make the user increase their ear-lisining for example, the user is on short-range he can hear everything from short-range to long-range, eye-view making him see through mist and stuff alike, and smell-sense making the user smell sense three times better than, his normal smell-sense. The sword is really lightly it really doesn't weight much.

    NOTE: Only -Pain- is able to use it and it can't be stolen.
    NOTE: Once level two is release the sword start to suck the user chakra little by little.

The user first, need too focus fire chakra on the tip of both of his finger, the user need too make a cross when the user finish making the cross the user will send a little fire that look like a cross, the user will quickly will make the dragon hand seals releasing a wind technique that is also a cross but the wind is a lot faster too do and easier when the user do that the cross will attack the opponent with amazing speed when the attack touch the enemy or something near the enemy touch the attack the user body will get on ash. This jutsu is also, able to explode when the user want's too for example, if the jutsu is not gonna get the enemy and the user want's this jutsu too explode near the enemy it could.

    Description: This squad is made up of 10 puppets of the 100 Puppet Army. These puppets have seals on them (feet, arms, and chest) and work in two teams of five; the tags are to make a five seal barrier; that burns the opponent if touched. The puppets, after surrounding the opponent, plant their legs underground (via drills); in a pentagon formation and release the seals at once. This instantly makes a barrier from puppet to puppet, three feet underground and eight feet above the ground (block style). The barrier can be destroyed by an aggressive S-rank technique or two A-rank technique. The user can shoot Senbon/smoke into the barrier (counts as a move) from the puppets that make up the barrier (via small holes in front of the puppet’s mouth)

    Description: The user summons five puppets called The Five Great Beast. The five puppets are made to look like human/animal hybrids, each with different looks and abilities (A-rank & below). The puppets are outfitted with the normal puppet gear, with a few extras. The animals are Bat, Panther, Eagle, Tiger, and Octopus.

    1. Ulquiorra-Bat: Has large spring loaded wings that give him the ability to generate A-rank gusts of wind. He also has a whip tail, and uses it as such.



    2. Grimmjow-Panther: Is a basic combat puppet with blades extending from his elbows and legs. His lack of weapons, slender frame, and sharp claws give him an speed advantage over other puppets, this also increases his attack power to A-rank taijutsu




    3. Redder-Eagle: Has large wings with sharp feathers (kunai size) that can be shot out at the opponent with the flap of the wing (B-rank). He also has sharp talons for feet.




    4. Vega-Tiger: Has a sharp blade on each hand and a whip-like tail with a sharp short dual-sided blade on the end. On his head he has two steel fangs on each side of his face, with wire attached; these fangs are capable of being shot out and retracted. Vega has a small generator inside his head that applies a C-rank electrical current through the wire and fangs.




    5. Luppi-Octopus: Has eight large steel tentacles extending from his back. The tentacles can reach to short-range to attack and have retractable spikes in the ends, they also can be used to make an B-rank shield

    ~Declined~ Seriously, how would be bugs deal S-rank damage on this one? I'm pretty sure anyone would notice their chakra is being sucked and that they're covered in bugs. Maybe I'm misunderstanding something in your custom (hence making it unacceptable anyway), but how many bugs are attacking?

    2. Grimmjow-Panther: Is a basic combat puppet with blades extending from his elbows and legs. His lack of weapons, slender frame, and sharp claws give him an speed advantage over other puppets, this also increases his attack power to B-rank taijutsu




    3. Redder-Eagle: Has large wings with sharp feathers (kunai size) that can be shot out at the opponent with the flap of the wing (B-rank). He also has sharp talons for hands and feet.




    4. Vega-Tiger: Has a sharp blade on each hand and a whip-like tail with a sharp short dual-sided blade on the end. On his head he has two steel fangs on each side of his face, with wire attached; these fangs are capable of being shot out and retracted. Vega has a small generator inside his head that applies a C-rank electrical current through the wire and fangs.




    5. Luppi-Octopus: Has eight large steel tentacles extending from his back. The tentacles can reach to short-range to attack and have retractable spikes in the ends, they also can be used to make an B-rank shield

    Note: Gama has a strong bond with the contract holder and/or creator, and thus he stays on the field indefinitely when he’s summoned. As for anyone else, he only stays on the field for 4 turns and can only be summoned once.

    Description: CEB is made of high density crystal which is the reason why it's so firm and sharp. A very old and secret blacksmith technique was used to create this blade. Rumors say that all five previous owners were sealed within it, upon their death, giving it the power to become chakra infused. When it's chakra infused it gets the corresponding elements color and starts glowing. When it's infused, for example, with Fuuton chakra it starts glowing green, adds boost to Fuuton jutsus and allows the user to use its Fuuton effect. Because the user concentrates a large amount of chakra into it, it gets compressed and when he releases the jutsu it gets boosted. Same goes for other chakra natures. Once it's infused with one type of chakra it can't be infused with other, during that battle. CEB is 50 inches long and it can be wielded with one hand.

Bakusaiga also has the awesome ability to absorb or extract lightning attacks and turn it into lightning chakra which can be channeled into the user to amplify his lightning attacks, although there is a time limit with each absorbtion which extends when absorbing more powerful attacks. The sword causes all lightning attacks from the user to take on a greenish tint but gives no added effects. It just makes it look cool
    Notes:
    -Can absorb lightning of A-rank and lower
    -There is a time limit with each absorbtion which extends with each higher rank.
    (D-rank=1 turn interval, C-rank=2 turn interval, B-rank=3 turn interval, and A-rank=4 turn interval)

    -When a lightning attack is absorbed, the next lightning attack by the user will have the added power of the absorbed attack.

At one point during his travels, he encountered a group of monks that practiced an extensive training regiment they know as the "Iron Palm". While watching the monks develop their hands to be as tough as Iron, the Third Kazekage studied and wanted to recreate this style of Taijutsu but didn't want to have to go through the work of working his hands so extensively and for so long. Instead of training, he would add a light coat of Iron Sand around his hands. This would give the illusion that he had hands as tough and as hard as Iron itself. Due to the light coat of Iron Sand, this wouldn't hinder his handseals nor would it slow down his rate of handseals.
    Restrictions:
    -This only affects fist-based taijutsu.
    -After using 5 fist-based attacks, the Iron Sand will wear off.
    -Lasts until deactivated or five fist-based attacks.

    Description: Kyōka Suigetsu is the ancient sword that was awarded to the uchiha clan by the kage of kumogakure.As Time passed Shisui Uchiha was awarded Kyōka Suigetsu due to his valiant efforts. Kyōka Suigetsu is said to be the Sword made from a thunderbolt and can only be wielded by True warriors.As long as the user holds Kyōka Suigetsu in his hands,Kyōka Suigetsu sucks the users raiton chakra(10 points per turn)and coats herself with this chakra,thereby making the sword much more sharper such that she could slice through anything except diamond hard substances.Kyōka Suigetsu has the ability to absorb raiton jutsu's of S-rank and below and gets coated with lightning chakra such that bolts of lightning could be seen surrounding the sword.The bolts last for 1 turn and if the user uses the sword to cut the opponent now,it will make the opponent numb.As long as the user holds the sword in his hands he cannot be affected by doton jutsu's of C-rank and below.

    • Can only be wielded by Shisui and if anyone else touches the sword a 1000V current strikes the wielder
    • Can cut through all elemental jutsu's of B-rank and Below and can absorb A-rank Lightning
    • Cutting through jutsu's and absorbing lightning jutsu's count as a move
    • Cannot use any Fuuton jutsu's of A-rank and above as long the user holds Kyōka Suigetsu in his hands.

    • When the sword is unsheathed the user cannot use any jutsu of S-rank in the same turn

    Description: The user charges a massive amount of his own chakra into his body and releases it out of his back. He pays a great amount of attention on shape manipulation forming the chakra into a Condor of chakra that swoops down slaming into the opponent with enough force to crush bones. It works much in the same way the Chakra Cannon jutsu works in that it is made of pure chakra. The Condor is roughly shaped and almost looks like just a mass of chakra that is released out of the user's back and formed into the silhouette of a bird. It puts strain on the user's body enough to restrict basic Ninjutsu for the next turn.

    3. ( Raiton: Tesura Raikō ) - Lightning release: Tesla Lightning

    Description: Tesla Lightning is a lightning element based technique which unlike most Lightning release techniques, doesn't hold much brute force in it. To use Tesla Lightning user must focus chakra into their arm and gather a small ball at the center of their palm. Once the ball is created user can release it in form of a straight lightning bolt towards their target(s). This is where the Tesla Lightning differs from many other lightning techniques as the Tesla Lightning can fork and cover up a large area without being shot multiple times. The forking happens as user wishes it to happen and once it hits target, it will travel as an electrical current through their body and fork again into more bolts which then attack other enemies. Having a strong electrical current like that travel through body will create symptoms such as; heart beating problems, heart stopped at rare cases, neurotic damage/problems as well with damage to nerves. Even though the lightning can fork, the strength of it will decrease while travelling through a target's body. As said earlier, Tesla lightning won't have much destructive properties but can nullify the effects of earth techniques once it hits them. Tesla lightning can also be fired as a S - ranked technique which requires more chakra and causes - 10 damage to nerves in user's hand as regular one causes - 5 damage to user's hand.
    • Causes damage to user varying on the strength of the technique
    • No other lightning techniques can be used at the same turn by the user
    • Can be used only two times per battle. Once if S - class version is used

    ~Declined~ Work on the description, how far does it branch out? Take out the part about the possible symptom of getting hit by lightning. Getting hit by lightning in the Narutoverse isn't the same as in real life, especially when it's lightning created by a ninja. Make it S-rank or A-rank.

    Description: Shinobi who have signed the buzzard contract and are capable of summoning Storm Skyress get a special seal on their right shoulder. When this seal is released, a special armor is summoned onto the user. Its called "The Ingram Armor" and it was forged in the buzzard realm with a very special alloy that is capable of channeling and absorbing a special form of chakra only found in the Buzzard realm (Similar to nature chakra but its not found in the normal world). The armor is a bit different as it is more of an exo-skeleton, partially fusing with the users own body. The armor regulates the body causing chakra to channel more fluently aswell as muscles to work to their full capacity and at the same time pumping that special chakra to fuse with the user's own. This causes the user's ninjutsu to be enhanced in power and also causes him/her to become faster and stronger. The user moves so fast that things around him becomes slightly blurred when moving at full speed and he/she gets the strength to crush boulders if using full stregth and stop large objects in their tracks. The armor also gives the user a good defense. He/she can take the full force of blunt attacks, swords, etc unless given special properties. The user can withstand the power of C-rank attacks and below due to the armor and special chakra to reinforce it. After using the armour, the user will be worn out and take damage from muscle exhaustion.
    Notes:
    -Can only last 3 turns at the most
    -After deactivation, the user can only use B-rank ninjutsu for 2 turns
    -Can withstand C rank attacks besides Lightning and fire. (D-rank for that)
    -Can be activated twice but it must be sent back to buzzard realm and take 5 turns to absorb the special chakra.
    -Can't use genjutsu in this armour
    -The user takes 25 damage from muscle exhaustion after useage and needs two turns to recuporate.(The person loses strength and speed on a large scale. Couldn't even beat up a todler )
    -No taijustu after deactivation until done recuporating
