    Abilities:
    -Channeling normal chakra through it and slamming it into the ground creates an A-Rank chakra shockwave up to mid range.
    -Slamming the ground with the hammer infused with doton chakra creates an A-Rank wave of earth capable of overturning the landscape up to mid range
    -User can channel doton chakra into the hammer and swirl it into a circular pattern in front of him to defend against up to 1 S-Rank technique (follows elemental table)

    (Doton: Sozou Rejiondonu-Ru) - Earth Style: Earthen Legionnaire
    Rank: A

    Description: The user spits out mud infused with their chakra, then by slapping their hands together the mud solidifies and becomes the form of a large upper half of a Roman-Looking Legionnaire. I comes up quickly and has a spear in one hand and a shield in the other. The user can either have the large Legionnaire use the spear but striking forward, impaling the target or swing the spear pushing the away. The user may also have the Legionnaire use his giant square shield to block an incoming attack of equal rank or less. The jutsu is only able to attack once or block once, it is not a clone that remains on the field. After it's ability is used, it crumbles on the ground.

    Notes:
    - Usable twice per battle
    - It can only block or attack when used not both
    - Only trainable/usable by Dexter..


    (Doton: Danmaku) - Earth Style: Sagittarii

    Description: The user spit a long row of mud on the ground in front of them. The user slaps his hands together and 10 normal sized Roman-Looking archers solidify in 2 rows, one row in front and one in back. Once they form the first row shoots all there arrows at once, then 1 second later the second row shoots all there arrows at the target. Once the arrows are shot the archers crumble to dirt. This technique may also be used with fire by adding fire to the arrows of the archers to do more damage or to burn an area.

    - Usable twice per battle
    - Only trainable/usable by Dexter..

    - No water source required
    - Usable once per battle
    - Unable to use another "Water Style" in same turn

The user is able to use the tentacle to slams down on areas creating waves or slamming to hit a target. The tentacles may also grab the target and throw them into the distance. All the tentacles can work in a motion that causes a lot of commotion in the area of land and water in range; this can cause a wide spread attack or just to allow the user to escape in the commotion.

    Notes:
    - Only usable with a water source
    - Usable once per battle
    - Lasts one turn
    - The Kraken and his tentacles do not reform when hit/cut
    - Unable to use another "Water Style" in same turn
    - Only trainable/usable by Dexter..

    Description: The user extends his shadow outward and from his shadow a shadowy puppet-like figure jumps out of the shadow quickly with a giant open hand that grabs onto the face and brings the target backwards to slam the back of the targets head into the earth. The puppet disappears on the target hits his head. This technique can be used in correlation with throwing a flash bomb behind the user, blinding the target and extending their shadow out much farther than normal.

    Notes:
    - Usable three times per battle
    - Must have mastered shadows
    - Only usable by a Nara Clan Member
    - Only trainable/usable by Dexter..

    Declined. Tone down the ability some. You may be able to "smell" the scent in the air, but it depends on the wind direction. it the wind is moving away from you, my scent will never reach you.

    Description: The user will raise one hand to the sky, pointing two fingers towards it. Using the Hidden Mist Jutsu as a basis, he will form a large amount of mist in the sky, at the cloud level which he will manipulate and condense into the shape of a large ghastly skull. The skull will emit a condensed mist-serpent from its mouth that will quickly travel and extend towards the opponent. Upon reaching the opponent it will bite down on them, causing a bit of crushing damage before quickly withdrawing back into the mouth of the skull, which is filled with very thick mist and is devoid of breathable air. As the opponent enters the skull's mouth, it quickly closes, trapping the opponent inside. Should the serpent be destroyed, the skull will fall the ground like a comet with enough force to crush whatever it lands on. After hitting the ground, the skull will lose its compressed form, releasing a large amount of mist over the field.
    Note: Can only be used once per battle.
    Note: Takes two of the three moves per turn.
    Note: This technique uses the basis of techniques that involve solid-esque objects being created out of mist, meaning that both the skull and the serpent are compressed enough to be physically touched. Similar to solid Fuuton objects.


    ~Declined~ I like that one, really, but you need to work on the bold part as they are unrealistic (even you try to compress the mist to much it'll become water, and when it gets destroyed, it should lose it's compactness since it's not under your control anymore). Also, what happens when you're trapped and in the skull?

The less scattered these needles are from each other, they are more compact and would compile together as they rain, making them more deadly and powerful.     Description : With this technique, the user is able to implement sand into the user's wind technique hence enhancing its potential such as wind's weakness towards fire. This will allow the wind technique to overpower a fire technique, one rank above it since sand is strong against fire shown when Gaara blocked Amaterasu with sand and it neither broke nor melted. When against other techniques, theres barely any difference except for the fact that the wind technique is now stronger thanks to the additional destructive power when mixed with the sharpness of sand when spun extremely fast just like a Typhoon.

    ~Declined~ That jutsu doesn't make sense as you only look at it linearly. Yes sand is strong to fire, but that doesn't change the fact that when your wind clash with a fire jutsu, the wind will strengthen the fire. Your sand will just fall to the ground afterward. Why sand was strong against Amaterasu and fire in general is because it was tight enough to keep air from feeding the fire. For it to work it'd have to be all sand, so this jutsu will most likely never work on regular wind techniques.

    Description: This technique is an advanced form of the samurai saber technique in which rather than coating the blade with chakra, the samurai instead concentrates chakra within the blade. By doing this the sword begins to shine brightly taking on a bright white color while maintaining its original form, representing the soul of the Samurai within the blade. By concentrating the chakra into the blade rather than around it, it becomes more focused and powerful allowing normal slashes to cut through metallic weapons such as kunai or other swords in the same was as a chidori current. Also due to the shine of the blade it becomes difficult for the opponent to follow its movements as it becomes harder to pinpoint where the actual blade is within the light. The light isn't enough to blind the enemy, but if there were to look directly at the blade they would have to squint. The technique is not without drawbacks. It must be used with their dominant arm and since the user must keep the chakra under better control it puts more strain on their body, especially the arm holding the sword. As a result once the technique wears off they lose use of that arm for two turns afterwards. It also makes the sword used become very brittle to the point that if it were to clash with another sword it would be easily broken (regardless of any custom weapon that says its indestructible). The technique can be activated and deactivated multiple times per battle, but the number of turns the technique can be active in total is not to exceed four. Every time it is activated it must be counted as one of the three moves that turn.

Normal ice is solid and does not bend, thoug, this one is flexible but needs small amout of chakra every turn to maintain it's flexibility and function. The bow can be also used to block certain techniques that it is able to withstand, like sword slashes etc.

This prevents any jutsus that are made by releasing chakra to certain location and take effect after that, such as erth spikes, swamp of the underword... if the jutsu is formed before reaching the edge of the barrier or inside of it, it will not be affected in any way. The downside is that it stops all such techniques including those made by the user.

    Description: The Tetsu suna no ha is a blade that was forged by the Third Kazekage and was made from Iron Sand that was loosely held together. The blade itself is a normal blade except for it's ability to change its form into near any kind of weaponry. The reason it has the ability to change it's form is because it can be extended with Iron Sand and have its shape change via the user's magnetism. When changing the shape of the blade, the user will hold the hilt as the Iron Sand from the original blade is added upon. The blade can also exert a small wave of Iron Sand when the user swings it.
    Note:
    -The form of the sword can only take onto weapons that are one-handed due to their being only one hilt.
    -The user has a moment in which they change the form that the weapon will be useless.
    -The wave of Iron Sand is only C-Rank.

The user will make a row of 8 hand seals and at the same time he pushes chakra trough his whole body, when he does the hand seals and releases all the chakra, lava will start coming out from his whole body(except eyes, nose, mouth and ears)that way he will have lava around him the whole time, and he will be able to use lava jutus by making just 2 to 0 hand seals, and he needs no lava resources for making some jutsus cause lava is coming out from him the whole time. While in this mode the user gets a 15 damage boost for all lava jutus and a 5 boost for all fire and earth jutsus, but there is a drawback of this form, while in it the user is only able to use Youton, Katon and Doton.
    Notes:
    -Usable once per battle
    -Must be Kage rank to be able to use it
    -In the same turn this was used just one more jutsu can be made
    -lasts 5 turns if its not deactivated before that time
    -when in this form the user cant do any other jutsus except Youton, Katon and Doton
    - After the mode goes of the user cant use forbiden ranked jutsus for the rest of the battle, and he wont be able to use S ranked jutsus for the next 4 turns

    Description: The Sunadokei is an artifact which was founded by the Fourth Kazekage in a long forgotten ruin in the outskirts of Sunagakure during his childhood. The Sunadokei is made of toughest type of glass, making it nearly indestructible containing a special type of sand, or that’s what the Fourth thought at first. He carried the Sunadokei on his waist, over the years the Fourth found out about his magnetism kekkei genkai because he was able to manipulate the “sand” within the Sunadokei. However he realized that controlling sand with magnetism was impossible. That’s when he found out about the true properties of the “sand” which were made up of Gold Dust. Over the years the Fourth created his own style of gold dust, gathering gold dust particles from the earth itself. Although it seems that he did not fully mimic the original Gold Dust. The Sunadokei seems to have its own chakra generated by the raw gold dust inside. The frequency of the chakra that is coming from the Sunadokei resonates with the magnetic chakra that is used by the fourth, boosting all the gold dust techniques by +15 damage. When the Sunadokei is held it feeds on the Fourth’s magnetism chakra to keep itself “full” loosing -10 every turn it is held.

The users’ eyes will slightly grow larger allowing him better overall view of everything, along with gaining great flexibility increasing the users avoiding capabilities. The user will grow fur from everywhere on his body. The fur will grant the user the ability to not get paralyzed by lighting techniques up to A rank. One huge drawback of this mode is that the users’ speed will drop dramatically. While this mode is activated the user will not be able to run, only walk.

    ♦ The users speed drops to the point that they can no longer run while the mode is active.

    Restrictions:
    • Using the damage enhancing abilities of the armors counts as one of the three moves allowed per turn.
    • Every suit of armor can maximally be equipped for 3 turns at a time.
    • Every suit of armor can be equipped once per battle, and there has to be a 2 turns interval before the same suit of armor can be equipped again.
    • When a suit of armor is equipped, all elements, except the element the respective suit of armor boosts, are unable to be used.
    • The resistance against their respective element each armor gives is equal to a -10 decrease in damage. This, of ocurse, only works if the jutsu actually hits the armor, and it doesn't make the enemies techniques weaker in any way.


    I lovered the bonus to 25. If you think that's too much, do me a favor and just change them to 20 ^_^
    When i describe that the seals summons all parts of the armor, i mean that a full set of armor usually doesn't consist of just one piece of metal. There's many pieces to it. Like bracers, the helmet, the chest-guard, etc.

You also didn't work on the part where I asked to elaborate on each ring's description "the exact location depends on the wielder", make it fix and describe where it is on the armor's part. Lastly, elaborate on this "resistance" to an element when using a ring, what does it protect you from? If your next submission isn't acceptable I'll decline it for good, you barely made any of the changes I asked for.

    I simply removed the steel part. But honeslty, ATP can make angry moms lift cars and cause obese policemen to accelerate faster than full-blooded race horses. Why can't i smack steel with my ninja powas? =/

    ~Approved~ I edited the restrictions. Did any mom/fat cop punch through steal recently? It's simply ridiculous and OP. A ninja would need to open several gates to gain the necessary strength to do that, but I'm still pretty sure his bones would break as he tries to do it. Maybe a Kaguya could do it but that's it. Also, I think Naruto and company have been under several life or death situation so far but none have yet to show the incredible ability to punch through metal-like substances.

Because of the link between the armor and its ring, the armor will instantly be sealed and disappear. The armors function by converting all the users chakra into the elemental chakra, of whatever armor the user is wearing. To actually use the armors damage enhancing abilities, the user must perform an extra unique handseal before utilizing the technique he wishes to enhance. Every suit of armor is in the colors of the element it’s afflicted to. Not one suit of armor is identical and every suit of armor can be different from user to user.

    ~Declined~ Lower the boost you receive from those ring/armor, it's even greater that those of the 7SM. Check the bold part, elaborate on it (what is it and where is it placed specifically). I may have misread it, but can you summon all piece of armor at the same time? Restrict it to 1 use per match please.



    First of all, there was no bold part, the only bolded parts of my submission was parts I myself had bolded, therefore I was unable to change whatever you wanted me to change. Second of all, why do you want the boost lowered? A +10 boost in damage is absolutely useless in a fight, unless mixed with something else that also gives +10. My damage enhancing boosts are already very restricted. I don’t see where this is terribly different from The Pervy Sage’s “expansion” techniques, which for your information, increases the damage of a technique by 25 damage by performing two handseal. I will restrict my armors even more this time, but I really don’t see how this is fair in any way. Now, before anyone calls me a copy-cat, I will inform you that my Elemental Armor Pentagon was submitted BEFORE The Pervy Sage submitted his expansion techniques. I’m honestly completely mind-raped by the fact that there’s such a big problem with getting this approved, but to completely remove any chance of misunderstandings, I’ll simply remove the parts you keep pointing me out on. Also, notice that the armors damage enhancing abilities can only be used once on a technique, meaning that it can practically only be used 3 times, since it can only be equipped for three turns. I have a question actually, what would it matter of two armors could be equipped at the same time? Having two armors equipped would mean that I could use no elements, and since I have to be the user of the jutsu to enhance its damage, it would be completely useless. An Answer to your question, “can you summon all part of the armor at the same time?” Would be: Of course I can! If it took me more than one turn to even equip a suit of armor, this technique would be so stupid and useless that I might as well make a technique for changing my clothes and using the bathroom. This really is my last try on this, I really have done my best to make it acceptable, but a +10 bonus isn’t worth anything in a battle, and you’re perfectly aware of that. I would prefer you VM'ed me about this, as you haven't answered my VM to you.

    第七謎の鎧 | The Armor of the Seventh Enigma
    The armor linked to the Toad Sages of Mount Myōboku. This armor grants the user a temporary connection with the natural energy in the nature around him, and allows him to freely manipulate it and use it as he see fit. This is possible because of the armor itself and the chakra the user supplements it with. The armor is made of two layers, with a layer of the special oil from Mount Myōboku between the other two; the oil doesn’t evaporate as it has no contact with the atmosphere at all. As long as the armor is equipped, it continuously absorbs the users chakra and infuses it into the area around him, and as the chakra passes through the layer of oil in the armor, it takes on some of its properties, the most important one being the ability to attract natural energy. The natural energy in the area will mix with the users chakra, and the user will then simply manipulate his chakra, now consisting of almost 95% natural energy, as he see fit. The user can only manipulate Natural energy short and mid range away from him, as his chakra simply can’t reach long range while maintaining its Natural energy absorbing abilities. If the oil somehow comes into contact with the atmosphere, it will start to evaporate and will be completely gone 2 turns after the contact occurs. Because of the constant draining of his chakra, the user will not be able to use any Ninjutsu or Genjutsu while wearing this armor.

    The armor linked to the Cursed Seal and one of the only ways to control Juinjutsu. This armor grants the user the ability to mutate and physically adapt his body to meet most situations and requirements. The armor is made of a thin organic material, which partially fuses with the users body when the armor is equipped. As long as the armor is equipped, it continuously absorbs the users chakra and forces his Cursed Seal into level 1. The organic material, which the armor is made of, contains thousands of different genes, samples of DNA and samples of RNA. When the user voluntarily enters the second level of the Cursed Seal, the armor injects all its different samples into the users still transforming body. With the appearance of new genes in the users body and with the help from the armor itself, the user will become completely aware of his transformation and able to manipulate it. While able to manipulate his transformation, the user is able to partially transform, like Jugo has shown the ability to, and fully transform. While in this state, the user has completely free control over his body, with the exception of his vital organs which he cannot transform. Because of the strain the transformation puts on the users mind, the user won’t be able to use any Genjutsu while wearing this armor.

    晒白い骨の鎧 | The Armor of Bleached White Bones
    The armor linked to the Shikotsumyaku of the Kaguya clan. This armor grants the user the ability to drastically enhance the strength and speed of his Shikotsumyaku. The armor is made of a hundreds of bones which form a sold armor without restricting the users ability to move. As long as the armor is equipped, it continuously absorbs the users chakra and stores it inside itself. The armor acts as a second skin to the user, meaning that whenever the user utilizes his Shikotsumyaku and pushes bone through his body in any way, the bone will naturally and smoothly go through the armor without damaging it. The chakra inside the bone armor will strengthen the Shikotsumyaku attack, and allow it to absorb a bit of the armor, thereby making the bones grow a bit bigger. The bone armor will regenerate itself if damaged by using the chakra it absorbed from the user. The bone armor will not regenerate the lost mass given to Shikotsymyaku attacks, and therefore the armor will be gone after ten bone techniques. The assistance given by the armor allows the user to manipulate his Shikotsumyaku better and faster. Because of the constant chakra strain, the user won’t be able to use any Genjutsu while wearing this armor.

    Restrictions:
    • All the restrictions that applies to Sage Mode, Cursed Seals and the Shikotsumyaku, also applies to the armors.
    • Each armor can only be equipped once per battle.
    • A suit of armor can maximally be equipped for four turns.
    • The user cannot equip a new armor the turn after he seals a suit of armor or during the turn he seals one.
    • The turn after the user seals an armor he cannot use any S-ranked or above techniques.

When it reaches terminal velocity, the projectile splinters into numerous individual pellets of explosive chakra, unleashing a fiery carpet-bombing of the targeted region; scouring the ground with blast craters and igniting flammable material.

    Description: A special bow created for channeling and amplifying nature chakra with no stationary solid mass such as earth and water. the arrows are made of special alloy that can channel these natures without effecting the user. When the user channels a nature chakra into the bow, arrows released from the bow are natured charged with different properties.
    Lighning: When an arrow is released with lightning chakra, it moves at extreme speeds and numbs the spot it hits aswell as damages.
    Wind: the arrows travels even faster and pierce almost anything they hit.
    Fire: The arrow has destructive properties of fire and burns on contact aswell as damage.
    Notes:
    -Can only channel one nature chakra into one arrow
    -Maximum of 6 shots
    -Can only be wielded by Cutie Pie

    (I was unsure if i could resubmitt this and worked out the description, since what i meant to say is that the basic principle behind the Rasengan is Shape Manipulation)

    User points his palm at the enemy after performing 2 hand seals (Bird+Serpent) and releases a large amount of unfocused wind chakra throughout the atmosphere up to long range around him. This increases the density of air to a degree that every basic ninja tool or weapon in the air at that time will stop on mid flight. They will then slowly fall to the ground. While its activated, all ninja tools thrown in the battle field will only travel a few centimetres before stopping and falling to the ground. This technique also disrupts all lightning techniques casted on its range of action since the air is so thick and filled with chakra that electricity becomes very hard to channel in it. If the user is a control freak he can shout out "I command you to Stop!!".

    Note: Disrupts all Lightning Jutsu S-Rank and below while activated.
    Note2: Lasts only 2 turns.
    Note3: Can only be used twice.
    Note4: Can only be taught by Scorps.
    Note5: Both enemy and ally Fire Jutsu receive a +10 boost in damage.
    Note6: Can't use Lightning techniques while its activated.

    Description:
    User gathers and focuses a huge amount of chakra in his middle finger and holds it with his thumb. When he flicks his finger upon his opponent he unleashes that chakra in a form of a focused impact that sends the enemy flying to long range at enormous speed. He can damage the enemy further by sending him flying towards a solid object.

    Note: Can only be taught by Scorps
    Note2: Can only be used in short range but doesn't require physical contact
    Note3: Can only be used 3 times
