    Description: The user stands one one foot and begins to emit chakra in a circular pattern through the foot that is on the ground. By doing this, they rapidly spin there entire body around. By doing this, the user is able to increase the power of punches, kicks, kenjutsu techniques, etc... by using the momentum gained by the speed. By increasing/reducing the flow of chakra, the user is able to instantaneously control the speed at which they are spinning. By focusing the direction at which the chakra is actually exiting the foot, the user is able to 'spin off' in a certain direction, thus, they are not bound to the location at which they started spinning.
    Note: While this technique is active, the user is unable to use S-F Rank Ninjutsu or Genjutsu.
    Note: If the user is somehow stopped from spinning, the technique ends.

Due to the extreme cold and density of the wave, it isn't effected by anything below A-Rank Fire.

    Description: The user weaves a series of handseals, and then finishes with the "Snake" handseal. While the user holds the "Snake" handseal, they can create walls and pillars of earth as long as there is an earth source (including an already-made earth pillar/wall). If the opponent detroys part of a pillar, causing an uneven face, the pillar will re-create itself to make a flat face. This jutsu is usually used in collaboration with (Doton: Iwagakure no Jutsu) - Earth Style: Hidden in Stones Jutsu, allowing the user to move in and out of the pillars, allowing the user to enter one pillar and exit (after moving to) any other pillar; however, the user's own chakra in the pillars makes it so their opponent cannot enter their pillars.
    Note: ~Only lasts for up to 4 turns

    This Fighting style is a very advanced kenjutsu and is mostly preferred by the people who have there sword placed on there back instead of on there waist. This is a very obscure kenjutsu style and is known only to a select few who have survived the rigorous training necessary to master this fighting style. Thanks to the extremely hard training and the low number of people able to completely master it this technique is known only to a few elite swordsman. This fighting style is more concentrated on the fluid and faster leg movements of the swordsmen in which case it relies on extremely quick speeds to attack and defend. This fighting style also helps a swordsmen to wield the blade using even his mouth. Whence using this technique the user receives a speed boost and a clarity of perception his speed now would rival Narutos sage mode speed. So basically it will help the user to move at very high speeds for three times in a battle either to attack or defend.

Haruka is an extremely well mannered ringtail and she is extremely skilled in using the earth element. She is twice the size of a normal human being in terms of height and with proportionate other features. She is extremely skilled at burrowing through the earth and moving extremely quickly inside the earth. She is so skilled at burrowing that there are not even small vibrations while she is burrowing and there is no trace left at the point that she burrows. She is able to take one shinobi wrapped in her fur into the earth to travel long distances her tail masks all the chakra signals of that shinobi.

    ~Both Declined~ I will say it once again (I feel like I'm writing this everyday lol) Forbidden techniques are forbidden they inflict great damage to the user (not just -30 damage or something similar since it basically doesn't change anything). An F-rank tech must really cripple you for the following turn(s). Also, I will not allow summoning to use Forbidden rank technique. One last thing, considerably lower the size of your crow, otherwise he would just swing his wings to swipe everyone off the field. Lastly, follow the proper template for the ranks/damages/chakra...etc

    (Meiton: Teikoku Sasshi) - Dark Release: Imperial Judgment

    Description: The user performs these set of handseals (Horse → Bird → Tiger) and gathers a huge amount of dark chakra into the center of his body where after he releases the dark chakra while using shape manipulation abilities to shape the dark energy into the shape of 3 dark orbs that are constantly spinning around the user which the dark orbs also have a line of dark chakra spinning around it giving it an atomic look, the user can use these dark orbs seperately to either attack or defend as they are continuously spinning around him until a certain amount of time, another advantage to this technique is that the user can sacrifice each of the orbs to enhance a dark release technique, Lightning and fire technique used after this technique by +25 additional damage points for each orb that's sacrificed and giving the lightning and fire techniques infused with the power of the dark orbs the dark energy properities but due to the constant draw of chakra the user can't use techniques other than dark release techniques, fire or lightning techniques because the fire and lightning are the elements that are combined together to give the dark release.

    - The dark orbs continuously spin around the user for 3 turns unless they are used/sacrificed.

    Description: The user drinks large amounts of sake, becoming very drunk, and brings his arms in front of him. He then grabs several more bottles of other types of alcohol and drinks those very quickly, becoming severely intoxicated and begins to stagger in his movements and becomes completely unpredictable. His movements are so wild and random that it would take a Mangekyou Sharingan to accurately predict his movements. Due to drinking such levels of alcohol, the user can stay in Drunken Monkey Mode for up to four turns and can activate this mode twice a battle. After sobering up the first time, the user is left with a severe headache that restricts his concentration and limits him from using taijutsu higher than A-rank for 2 turns. After using the second time, the user’s headache is worsened to the point that he cannot use any ninjutsu of higher than A rank and taijutsu of higher than B rank, each for three turns and he is left feeling very sick and with large amounts of fatigue, causing him to be able to perform only two jutsus per turn for three turns.

The user will then suddenly fall backwards, swinging his arms behind him to catch himself and swinging his legs upwards, kicking the enemy in his chin, and then quickly boosting himself in the air from his arms, landing with one foot in front of the other. He then immediately stumbles forward, and uppercuts the enemy several times in the chest and face as he/she rise from the “upper-kick”. As the drunken punches are thrown, the user continues to stumble forward, causing them to rise even further. The user then strikes the enemy with a powerful, uppercut sending them a few feet into the air. The user then falls forward, but catching himself by his forearms and using the momentum from falling to flip himself over his head into the air, upside-down. He then catches the enemy almost as if by accident, looping his ankles around the target’s neck, catching him. He then drunkenly rolls over in the air, causing the target to twist around under him. As they hit the ground, the user lands with his chakra enhanced arms hitting the target’s neck, causing deep damage to his throat, severely restricting his breathing and if used twice, can break the enemy's windpipes.

    *After using, the user’s balance will be thrown off on a level that the user can’t focus and/or stand straight enough to perform jutsus higher than A rank for three turns*

    Drunken Monkey Style: Vodka’s Miscreant| Hebereke Seiyuuki Youshiki: Uxokka Hitodenashi

    Description: The user uppercuts the enemy while leaning backwards and extending his right leg, kicking him in the groins as well. As this happens, the user stumbles to his forward and slightly to the left of the enemy, ending up behind him and to his right by a few inches. He then falls forward, swinging his right leg backwards as he does so, hitting the enemy in the crouch once more. As the user hit’s the ground, he rolls forward and drunkenly rises and turns facing the target once more.

    Description: This is modeled after the lightning pulse jutsu. The user will make one handseal, Build up an enormous amount of katon chakra throughout their body and will form another handseal releasing an enormousness amount of incredibly hot fire from their body that Incinerate everything on the field. The fire goes through the ground as well due to such hot flames leaving a crater in the ground around him/her. If the user only charges enough katon chakra for one move then they will make one handseal and release a massive amount of fire from them that burns anything within mid range and can burn/destroy small trees, grass and flesh.
    Notes:
    - No katon on the next 2 turns if charged for F rank.
    - No katon on the next turn if S rank.
    - No other fire technique can be used in the same turn for F rank version.
    - Counts as 2 of the users moves For both the S and F rank version.
    - No water techniques can be used in the same turn for the F rank version.
    - The user takes 20 Damage from heat for the F rank version.
    - The user moves slowly due to burns on the next turn. This will make even a kage rank ninja perform seals slightly slower than a chuunin. And will move as if they were drained of energy for the F rank version.
    - The user must be at least sannin rank to use this jutsu.
    - Can only be used once per match For the F rank version.
    - The S rank version can be used twice.
    - Must have mastered Katon and Cannon Techs to use.

    By "moves" it means using double the chakra as the S rank version. Like making two rasengans and putting them together for an even more powerful attack, the F rank version is the user charging double the chakra as the S rank version and releasing it.


    I basically just wanted a fire version of my lightning pulse CJ. And this will be the last F rank tech I submit as I see these are pretty common now.



    (Doton: Futatsu Kabes) Earth Release: 2 Walls

    Description: The user makes a single handseal, stomps their foot on the ground and 2 20ftX20ft (20ft in height and 20ft width) Size walls rise from the ground that are 6ft thick and are both equal to S rank. These walls take no more than 2 seconds to rise from the ground. These walls are capable of stopping 1 Forbidden rank attack With the exception of lightning techniques but would bring the lightning technique down to S rank. Other than that it has the durability to stop almost any technique. The walls are both filled with earth chakra to make them even more durable to achieve a good defense and make a loud rumbling sound when rising from the ground. This technique really shows the defensive power the earth element has.

    Notes:
    - After performing this technique the user feels drained of earth chakra and can't use earth techs on the next turn.
    - No other Earth techniques can be used in the same turn.
    - Can only be used once per match.
    - No other S rank jutsu in the same turn.
    - This jutsu counts as 2 of the users moves.


    (Doton: Hagetaka Difensu) Earth Release: Condor Defense

    Rank: Strong S (Both Condors are S rank)

    Description: This technique was created by Hagetaka Tsuchi the Condor of Earth and so if he is ever summoned to the field he can perform this jutsu with a mere stomp on the ground but for the ones who have signed the condor contract they will do 2 Handseals and stomp their foot on the ground. Due to basic required knowledge of condors, this technique can only be performed by those who have signed the contract. So, the user makes 2 handseals, stomps their foot on the ground and raises 2 giant condors made of earth from the ground that are both the size of Gamahiro (only in height, and they are both 6ft thick including wings). They stand 6ft apart and together they can stop any S rank attack with the exception of lightning base jutsus. They rise from the ground with their wings apart and the condors are made of earth and cannot move. They take no more than two seconds to completely rise from the ground.

    - No earth on the next turn.
    - No other Earth techniques can be used in the same turn.
    - No other S rank techniques can be used in the same turn.
    - Can only be used once per battle.
    - Counts as two of the users moves.

They obviously can't summon it inside solid objects or that will be instant death for the condor.
    - Must have signed the condor contract.
    - Can only be used twice per match.
    - Must wait one turn before using this again or summoning an animal again.
    - Can only be used for animal summoning that are tied to a contract.
    - Counts as one of the users 3 moves per turn.

Due to speed of the light being adjusted which is a flash that stays light up for 3 seconds or until the lightning attack hits or is over and instantly fades back to normal the opponent can't just simply close their eyes as they don't know it's going to happen. Once the target is blinded they will stay that way for one turn.
    - This does not increase the power of raiton techs, only adjusts the brightness.
    - Can only be used twice per match.
    - Must use a lightning technique of B rank or higher before using this jutsu. B rank due to the size and amount of electricity that's in B rank techs that C rank techs lack.

Due to being a expect sword user he is capable of performing the silent killing technique with his sword which is a Odachi. Along with his natural gifts of hearing and smell which allows him to listen for the movement of the enemy and smell them out which aides in the silent killing technique useage when unable to see the target.

This mode is a mainly for taijutsu use and with every taijutsu attack the user makes, the fire and lightning will surround that part of the users body increasing the attack by +15 do to the damage of the fire/lightning. The lightning will be released from the attack too, creating a parylising effect on the target.

    ~Declined~ Follow the proper template for forbidden jutsus. Change the part where you can be inside the tornado since it'd be an instant death, same with short range from you. Also, work on the description cause form what I read, it could be inferred that you can created it around your opponent or short-range from him. In fact, make it so you can only create it at a long-range distance from your opponent (meaning your tornado is long range from the opponent), otherwise it'd mean it's instant damage being dealt to your enemy and that's unacceptable. I think I've explained above what we expect of a forbidden rank technique, work on it or lower the rank.

The fire screams through the air that will light up anything it touches. when it reaches contact it implodes and then burst out a small radius of fire. The A-rank fire will Easily burst through A-rank rock and Wind although can easily be dowsed by B-rank water. The sword can also enter a Blazing heat mode.     Description: One of the rarest technique that was found and developed by Aburame clan, the user will order(without hand seal) his queen or female bug to lay a special chakra seed onto the enemy, the enemy won't able to see or even notice unless the enemy is a doujutsu user or high level chakra sensor , what does this chakra seed does is to absorb chakra from the enemy rapidly but it will only activate when the enemy perform jutsu therefore it is very hard to notice the lost of chakra because the enemy will assume that the lost of chakra is due to the technique he about to perform therefore lowing the power of the enemy technique, giving the user advantage to overpower easily. After 3 turn, the chakra seed will automatically explode into a cloud of chakra and this cloud of chakra will automatically form into shape of bugs(each seed explode can create about 50) and will attack the enemy this is to just distract the target for a short time.

    Can be used three time per battle
    Can only lay up to 10 seed max(per female bug/queen bug)
    Can only be used again after one turn

It can be heard by the enemy but its not a good sign because not only the enemy hearing will be block(due to the bug will continuously release information to the user)

    Can only coat the same bug once and can coat any amount bug the user decide.
    Coating effect lasts for 3 turns before running out.
    The user cannot use any Aburame technique on the same round/turn once this technique is activated

    Sannin: Is able to pass through really strong earth such as a Rampart, once it pass through a strong earth jutsu such as c-a-rank earth jutsus the Arrow low's to an B-rank jutsu.

    Sage: Is able to cut almost anything, such as kunais, shurikens and a lot of stuff is able too pass through an s-rank earth jutsu but once it does that the jutsu low's to an c-rank jutsu.

    This sword is known as the Holly Sword, one of the legendary swords that will ever be on Naruto history due to what it has done on the past. This sword was on battlefield with a guy known as 'Peace'. Peace was a man who loved swords his was known as 'The man that cuts through everything' he was the best swordman on his time. On his time swordmans just began, he was already a master with it when Peace turn fifteen. Peace started to be known when he turned twenty like i said before he was known as 'The man that could cut everything'. Madara Uchiha wanted him to join his group of course Peace declined his invitation because he wasn't surprise that Madara would invite him after a few days Madara came back and wanted to make a deal with him, that deal was to help him on the war on Konohagakure, Peace as a missing nin accepted the deal, Madara gave Peace a Sharingan, that was the deal. When the war has just begun Madara tricked Peace about summoning the Nine Tails Fox which was never Madara and Peace plan, when the Peace found out that the Nine tails fox was summon he went to the terrain and cut eight tails of the Nine tails fox by using his ultimate attack. Peace than fought Madara it was a long fight thought Peace knew that their could only be one winner. Peace fought well but Madara still survived Peace ultimate attack by using his Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, Peace auto kill himself by finishing the battle by using a forbidden jutsu which would summon the sword to some hidden place and would make an amazing cut that is able to destroy the whole Konoha. After a few years almost twenty years a guy name Mihawk found the sword. The sword was hidden on Konoha at the very bottom of Konoha. Mihawk was kinda nervous to use such a sword so he decided to not tell no one about it and first, practice with it. He began to understand the sword itself and the abilities of the sword; the sword has different abilities one of them is speed which i will be talking about on the chart. Last, but not least the sword is very lightly thought it is very strong and big.

    Abilities;

    The sword has different level/abilities most of them are really useful and powerful.

    Genjutsu|

    The sword is able to trap the opponent on a genjutsu by screaming really high which would also, make the ground shake. This genjutsu is able to predict the user moves and control the user mind, the genjutsu only last's two turns.

    Speed|

    The sword is able to give the user amazing speed, increasing the user speed six times faster than before making him have incredible speed.

    Senses|

    The sword makes the user senses better such as smelling, sight, touching, taste and hearing giving the user better senses almost the senses of a beast it increases rapidly.

    Speech|

    The sword is able to talk, and think by itself too. The sword can tell the user when something is coming for example, the user is facing his back but the sword is facing straight and the sword see a fireball coming the sword is able to tell the user that a fireball is coming.

    - The sword can only be use by Pain..
    - If the user last more than, five rounds with the speed the sword is going to absorb the user chakra

    The user will chew his/her saliva for about three/two seconds (depending the user speed) when the user finish that the user will spit a poison which color is purple is noticeable but this could make the opponent speed slow down and make the opponent loose conscious little by little. When the poison is release on the floor (it doesn't have to hit the opponent) smoke is going to come out of it which is able to also, make the opponent slow the speed down and loose conscious too. Thought if the poison touches the enemy, the enemy is going to loose a big amount of consciousness making the opponent loose sight and slow him down.

    Special note; the poison is made out of normal chakra the user will focus chakra on his/her saliva and chew the saliva around (not chew but move the saliva around his/her mouth) making a purple poison.

Basically, any hard structure, such as Rock, Harden Mud or Earth will turn into fine sand, up to a large area around the user. With two handseals, the user will charge wind chakra through the fine sand, which will erupt a gigantic winged cow, with all the speed and agility of the wind, but the solid substance of the earth.     Declined. In my opinion this is too complex to be one move considering it contains both a potential defense and separate offence which are used in two seprate stages, and not just one formation of chakra. I think the conversion of earth to sand should be one jutsu and the use of wind to pick up the crushed earth and form that into birds should be a different jutsu.

But with a third handseal, the user will coat the with lightning, which will make them shoot out at great speeds. The lightning coat will not only protect the balls from lighting, making it spread harmlessly along the surface of the balls, but will also expel small electrical discharges whenever they touch anything, which will only make the balls propel further way. With the handseal meant to create the lightning chakra, the user can focus the attack on a target, by forcing the balls to be propelled off the ground into chosen directions. The heavy balls are capable of smashing the bones, and will kill if left unprotected.

    I am the creator and holder of the Columbidae Contact. (Note that when the contract was approved, it was approved saying that the birds where allowed to transform into human forms - I mention this, due to noticing a summon being declined for this reason on a previous page).

    Description: Morpheus and Selene are both Bleeding-Heart pigeons of average size, with Selene having a primarily light pink plumage, with blue accent around her head, giving her the appearance of wearing a masquerade mask, and on the tips of her wings as accents – the “wound” on her chest is golden, as is a large arc that extends from the tip of one wing, across her back, and to the edge of the other; Morpheus is covered in stark black feathers that have a very sleek, shiny finish, despite his rather ruffled appearance – his “wound” is snow white, as is the crown on his head. Among the signers of the Columbidae contract, it is widely believed that these two are the next in line for leadership over the contract. These two both specialize in Genjutsu, giving them rather interesting powers. While in Avian form, it’s obvious that Selene is the powerhouse. While she flies around, she rapidly molts, scattering her feathers – which give off a soft glow – all over the battlefield; this causes the opponent(s) to become very relaxed, as they start to fall into a deep, soothing sleep – this is effectively Selene’s own version of the Temple of Nirvana Genjutsu. Due to the constant and continuous nature of the Genjutsu, it makes it not only difficult to avoid, but difficult to resist. Morpheus mainly runs support in this form – he uses a form of the False Surroundings Genjutsu to make it so that neither Selene nor himself can be easily pinpointed, but constantly randomizing their location, or so it appears to the opponent. Once Selene’s Genjutsu takes effect, though, both automatically assume their human forms – and in this form, Morpheus is the one to be reckoned with. Selene starts to sing, ensuring that the opponent stays in a deep, peaceful sleep, which only helps to augment Morpheus’s powers as this allows him to ensnare anyone who hears Selene’s singing in their sleep into his own Genjutsu. He taps into the opponent’s subconscious, and draws forth their deepest fears, allowing their mind to create their own nightmares. He then amplifies them and gives them form while adding a few of his own touches, making them very real to the enemy, as if they are experiencing the most horrific of nightmares – due to the peaceful sleep they came from, the nightmares are more exhausting on the enemy’s mind than they would be normally. After a short while, with the opponent mentally exhausted from the barrage of nightmares, he makes it appear as if a large black portal opens beneath the opponent’s feet, sucking them into a large, bleak nothingness. Nothing is present there, and the opponent’s psyche welcomes this, falling into an extremely deep, comatose like trance. After this, Morpheus and Selene take their leave, and are dismissed.
