As the drunken punches are thrown, the user continues to stumble forward, causing them to rise even further. The user then strikes the enemy with a powerful, uppercut sending them a few feet into the air. He then catches the enemy almost as if by accident, looping his ankles around the target’s neck, catching him. He then drunkenly rolls over in the air, causing the target to twist around under him.     Restricted the turn usage to three turns each time used and changed how the user can get "knocked" from it to A-rank jutsus and higher. Don't really know what else to edit/remove as it wasn't specified what made it declined.

    Last three were unchanged as they were most likely declined for being useable only in Drunken Monkey Mode and as it was declined, it lead to all jutsu being based on it to be declined as well.

    Description: Holly sword is one legendary sword, people have said that is very, very light and is really strong that only the chosen one's are able to use it, if you are not a chosen one and you used the sword the sword itself will absorb your chakra till death and kill you little by little without you noticing. This sword took act with a guy name 'Peace' that guy is known as the "Best swordman of the whole world" no one really know's about Peace pass story, about his childhood but their has been rumors around the whole Naruto system that his father was a guy name 'Monkey D. Luffy' the most wanted criminal on the whole world, no one know's if is true or false thought it may be. Madara wanted Peace to join his force known as 'Akatsuki' by those times Akatsuki wasn't so big and if Peace would join Madara would make him co-leader but Peace refuse to join his force. One fine morning the fearless Peace read the newspaper and saw that Madara declared war to Konohagakure which is Peace homeland even thought he left, it and became Missing-ninja he still love Konoha and couldn't accept this. When the war was about to start which was the next, day Peace got prepared to beat Madara but Peace didn't know Madara plans so before the war started Peace went to talk to Madara to get information but Madara didn't gave him information. Finally, the war started everybody on Konoha is ready for Madara fearless force which is Akatsuki. Peace came after, the Hokage which is Izuna came out to fight and as soon as Peace came he wanted to finish the war as soon as possible but he couldn't find Madara on that same war Naruto was born that's why Madara wanted the war that day. As soon as Peace found out his plan it was too late, Madara already summon Kyuui also, known as the 'Nine tails fox' Peace ran to the Nine tails fox with all his speed and mighty to fight, with his sword on his left hand as soon as the Nine tails fox kill's Minato which is Naruto father Peace cut's six tails out of the Nine tails fox which was amazing and incredible no one has ever done that before. While Peace is fighting the Nine tails fox Izuna is taking care of Madara but Izuna seen's to fail because Madara found out what happen to the Nine tails fox so he use his Eternal Sharingan to go to the Nine tails fox, Izuna couldn't do anything about it as soon as Madara got to the Nine tails fox he surprised attacked Peace by stabbing him on the back but before, Peace die's he did a forbidden jutsu which would make a great explosion and summon the sword to a hidden place, this explosion crash the whole Konoha but Peace wanted to stop the war not destroy Konoha when the sword was summon to the hidden spot Peace last words was 'Take care of my son, Izuna' and Izuna answer was 'I will'. No one ever knew that Peace had a son, only Izuna knew his son name is Miles "Ichigo". Izuna talked to Miles about his father, and Miles was really proud of his father when Miles found out of the sword he wanted his father legacy so he went to travel and look for it. On a research on Konoha he found the sword hidden under Peace homeland which is Konoha. Miles was scared to take it so he didn't took it the first, day but when he got into a fight and loose the fight Miles decided to get stronger so he went back to get the sword and didn't tell anyone about it. Miles began to train with it on a hidden place on Konoha. Miles master the sword power within three years and talked to Izuna about it and Izuna talked to him about how to use it properly. He then, was known as the 'Peace legacy'. One of the sword power is speed. The user first, will point the sword at the opponent straight up and focus a larger amount of swift chakra which would make the user speed increase amazingly good. The second, power is to increase the user five senses to the maximum increasing the user five senses rapidly fast an amazingly good. The third, and only power is to release a chakra wave from the sword that is call "Wave of chakra" for the user to do this the user, first, need to focus chakra on the sword.

    Restrictions|

    -The Wave of Chakra can only be use five times on battle.
    -The five senses can only last, up to three turns and can only be use twice per battle
    -The user speed can last, six rounds if the user last, more than that the sword will start to absorb the user chakra
    -This sword can only be use by Pain.. and it's abilities

    Back to business. This is simply unacceptable. There are many things wrong, and I will cite a few:

    -No chakra waves. We have enough sword that do that already. Plus, your restrictions are almost useless considering the amount of time you can use it.

    -If anyone touch it/hold it they'll die from chakra exhaustion? Auto-decline.

    -Your five sense enhancement is a rip off of one of my jutsu.

    -Boosting your speed was just the cherry on top lol.

    ~You can keep the bolt and not use it on the turn you made it, but must be used in the following 2 turns.
    ~If it is still in your hand, you must continously focus chakra into the lightning.

He then releases his control on the sphere, releasing that huge amount of chakra in a form of an ice shockwave that freezes all non-organic matter up to mid range, leaving only a frozen small crater with the user in the middle.

    Description: The user forms 13 handseals while molding a huge amount of fire chakra into his lungs as he inhales a specific amount of air and shoot out a highly compressed stream of fire while using shape manipulation to form the stream of fire into 5 highly compressed fireballs that each are in the shape of a crow that's the size of the water bullet Gamabunta used on Shukaku, each crow using the fire's high velocity and compression will race at the direction of the opponent at high speeds and upon reaching the position of the opponent each crow will cause an explosion that covers a wide area due to being highly compressed thus anyone that's in mid range of the opponent will suffer damage of the explosion including the user as one explosion of the crows is equivalent to kill a massive summoning like gamabunta.

    - If the user have signed the Crows contract or have a fire specialty can perform this technique with 6 handseals only.
    - This technique takes a large amount of chakra and is considered two jutsus out of the user's techniques per turn.

    Description: The user will make one handseal charging their raiton chakra and then forms another handseal which then releases a massive amount of electricity from their body. The amount of electricity that's released is based on how much raiton chakra they have charged. For instance, if the user charges it using enough chakra for two moves then the user can only use one more jutsu for that turn. But, will gain an extra rank in power. If Charged with enough chakra for two moves, this jutsu will release a massive amount of non focused electricity from the users body into the air and ground capable of destroying everything on the field and leaving a small crater in the ground around the user. The amount of chakra doesn't take more than a few seconds to charge since it's almost forced from the users body. If only charged for one move then it will release non focused electricity into the air and ground around around the user and opponent and will reach out to mid range.

    Notes:

    -No Raiton for the next turn if charged for Forbidden Rank.
    -No A rank Raiton for the next turn if charged for only S rank.
    -If charged for forbidden rank the user takes 20 damage due to the strain on the users body.

    ~Declined~ This jutsu doesn't make sense whatsoever. The reason why we say someone can't take his opponent's jutsu over with his own chakra is because of the amount of chakra found in that very jutsu. However, here you're charging the whole field with it (since it goes to long-range), you'd basically die from chakra exhaustion if you were to infuse enough chakra into the ground to keep your opponent from using it. Furthermore, it's the lightning element that negates earth, not the chakra in itself. Once you mold your chakra into lightning it takes all physical particularities of lightning, which are strong to earth.

Lastly, make it S-rank.

    Description:The user sends fuuton chakra into the air on any of the previous turns(must mention) and in any other turns after that when the opponent opens his mouth to perform a jutsu or talk,the user does a single handseal and the fuuton chakra channeled into the air around the opponent will rush in making a bubble of wind(the opponent is unaware of this when the ball forms and the wind ball forms instantly as the user does the handseal coz the opponent might have already inhaled the air that the user fused his chakra with).And right after the air bubble is formed(this air bubble doesn't restrict the opponent's mouth to spew out jutsu's(not yet) and so right after forming the air bubble,in the next turn the user does two handseals making the air bubble expand instantly blowing up the opponents head.

    • can only be used once per battle
    • must have wind element mastery

    Zaiki l Guilt

    Kirai l Hate

    Kirai is Zoros final sword, its infused with his hate for the world.With this he takes the power from the other two swords and infuses them together allowing him to create Ranton.The Sword covers the whole blade in an ominous dark purple/blue glow. This sword is razor sharp and can cut through most normal objects, but its real special ability is its power to create a bolt of lazer from it blade.This bolt is a singular version of the move Laser circus and can soar through A-rank rock and water although has a weakness to wind.While equipping Kirai the user gains a +10 boost to Ranton and handseals are reduced by 2



    Note: Effects can be used only three times per match
    Note:The user can only use one swords abiltiy at a time although can use all 3 Katanas as just normal swords.
    Note: Effects count as one of three moves per turn
    Note: User can’t use effect two consecutive turns
    Note: Ranton effect can only be sued twice epr battle and can be used for 2 turns after use

    Note: can only be sued by bio with Ranton

    A message to all

    Recently, meself and the other mods have been getting VMs and PMs regarding many custom jutsu asking us to re-check them because you feel they were declined unfairly. I would like to re-iterate that the people checking the thread are all experienced Role Players who have had years of experience. All custom jutsu are reviewed and weighed equally, and we never decline a custom jutsu without a reason. We may choose to share this reason with you, but it is not manditory.

    I find it disrespectful to go and ask one mod to check a set of customs after another has already declined them. That's like asking your mom if you can go to the party after your dad already said "no". Please respect the Mod's verdict, alter your jutsu, and re-submit.

She can fly at speeds that rival Rock Lee's movement without weights and her talons are enough to tear human flesh. She can be summoned and active for 5 turns but no summon can be done the next turn.

The user then can use their suiton and natural chakra to create lobster claws out of water that can crush the enemy and trees. The user can also create extra legs made out of water so they can move to the side faster then they could already. Since they user turns into a lobster kind person they can breathe under water and swim faster.

    Description: After the user does the require hand signs this technique that utilizes water to create 1000 water phoenixes that is send to the enemy in different angles and directions. The phoenixes are big as Itachi's crows when he uses Genjutsu.

    Description: After the user does the require hand signs the user will focus their doton chakra into the ground. When user does this they will create 1000 earth dragonflies that will attack the opponent from varies directions and angles. The dragonflies are the same size of normal dragonflies.

    Note: No A rank or higher earth jutsu for the next turn.

    Damage Points: N/A (+10 Suiton Jutsus, +10 Taijutsu, +2 Speed)

Since they user turns into a lobster kind person they can breathe under water and swim faster. The enemy can user Lightning jutsus to shock the user since he would be using their Suiton chakra. The lobster armor can block jutsus C rank and under but the user will take extra damage from doton attacks. The user will have a blindspot which is behind them since lobsters have their eyes closer together.

    Note: Must have signed the Lobster Contract
    Note: After it wears off the user can only use C rank water, nin and tai jutsu for the next 3 turns.

    Description- It is a shield of warrior and was wielded by a true shinobi and it's defense was said to be unbreakable it was found by gitanshu after many hard work and it was taken by him in his possesion this shield is capable enough of blocking all elemental jutsu up to B rank and is a mark of a true warrior, the user can pass his lightning chakra in the shield and can electrolyte the opponent if he attack head on or can electrolyte small living things like insect completely.
