    Description: This weapon was made by Dei Dei. It took him over four years to develope. He was experimenting with different materials, after he had an experiment done on him by Nexus and Nero which allowed him to stretch his arms, legs and neck. He made this material that stretch just like rubber but isn`t rubber. He wasn`t proud with it so he did more experimenting and made a material that stretched, is thick which makes it a strong material and able to channel normal chakra through it so it can be manipulate it for various objectives. The objectives are, throwing weapons, wielding a katana, lifting up to 150lbs and punching an opponent. The material is shaped like a scarf with a hand on the end and is all black.

    Idk about effecting the mind. Maybe interrupting genjutsu. edit and resubmit.

    This jutsu is a human version of Bat Controlling: Ultrasonic Mid Wave Technique which is on B rank ninjutsu thread, and Bat Controlling Technique is on C rank ninjutsu thread if you guess was wondering what it is. So yes I can use Ultrasonic Waves.

    Description: The user utilizes their fire chakra and using manipulation they're able to form several flame monkeys which are the size of a regualr monkey. They take on the aspects of regualr monkeys; able to climb trees, move at very fast paces, and small. Now when these monkeys gets close or attaches onto anything they can be denoted to explode. When they explode near or on a enemy they can intensely burn the area which was closest to the monkey, they can also be used to cause a quick fire in the forest or on any type of wood. If 3 monkeys explode near an enemy that is capable of causing the enemy much pain and very unlikely of continuing the rest of the battle, If 5 or monkeys explode near or on the enemy the target will perish.

    Notes:
    - Only 7 monkeys able to be created at one time
    - Monkeys only explode on command of user
    - Only trainable/usable by Dexter..

    ~Summons~

    (Davy Jones Todana) Davy Jones Locker

    Description:
    This summon is very similar to "Iron Maiden" summon. The user able to summon a old, sea forged, metal crate that is the size of a human under the enemy at either short or mid range. Once summoned the crate very quickly rises out of the ground and trapping the enemy, the opening in which the target is engulfed is similar to the way a puppet traps an enemy. Once the target is trapped then a summoning of chains even faster wraps around the entire crate just like the "Iron Maiden". The crate has many holes on the top of it. The user can either keep the enemy trapped in the locker or if near water the user can kick the locker into the water up to mid range, causing the enemy to sink very fast because the locker is very heavy and drown in the process.

    Notes:
    - Trap lasts for 1 turn
    - Drowning happens within 2 turns
    - Unable to use water and/or earth technique in same turn as summon
    - User must have some type of Taijutsu training to be able to kick "Locker" in water
    - Only usable/trainable by Dexter..

    (Hisan Dutchmen) The Flying Dutchmen

    Description:
    The user preform 3 hand seals then is able to form from the earth a huge replica of "The Flying Dutchmen". The ship travels on the earth at a fast pace and is able to crush an enemy, the user is able to ride it as if he was riding a wave towards the enemy. The ship can be used to protect the user from oncoming attacks etc. Just like the actual "Flying Dutchmen" this replica is able to sink back into the earth and rise where ever the user wishes. One technique that the ship is able to do it send out a great pulse which creates a wave of earth that goes in a 360 degree shape of the ship (basically it goes from all angles of the ship) This is similar to the wave that is sent when the Dutchmen calls the Kracken. The ship can be destroyed by two S-Rank attacks or three A/B/C rank attacks. D Rank and below attacks don't do enough damage to sink the ship.

    Notes:
    - Ship last 3 turns or until destroyed
    - If ship goes underground, user is unable to go with it
    - The wave of earth goes up to mid range and counts as 1 of the 3 turns
    - Ship is unable to fire cannonballs
    - Only usable/trainable by Dexter..

    Thought of it as a joke but realized it could be much greater than one lol.
    1. Pelvic Thrust Cannon|Kotsuban Tsuppari Taihou
    Rank: S
    Range: Short-Mid
    Chakra Cost: 40
    Damage Points: 80
    Description: The user focuses his calcium into the bones of his pelvis and makes a thrusting motion at the enemy. By doing this action, he forces out the bones of that area, releasing a cannon ball shot of bones at the enemy. The force of the cannon is so great that if hit in close range, it will break the bones of the enemy and cause severe and possibly lethal internal damage to the organs and bones of the enemy. If hit in mid range, it will cause enough damage to the enemy, to slow their movements for one turn and cause much muscle pain from impact. After using, the user's leg's movement will be slowed for the rest of the turn and the turn afterwards due to the bones having to grow back.
    *Can only be used by Kaguya Clan Members*
    *Can only be used twice and with a waiting period in between of at least 3 turns*
    *after using, the user cannot use any Shikotsumyaku jutsus that relate to the bones of the lower body for two turns*

    At first I was unsure of whether or not to submit this but when the rules were adjusted so that Kaguya could use ninjutsu and our KG the same turn, I thought it might be more possible. Furthermore, when the second Mizukage used that Water Gun technique, I realized that it very much would be possible to use now.

    2. One Point Bone/Lightning Bullet (Ichi Ikkaku Hone/Denkou Tama)
    Rank: Forbidden
    Type: Offensive
    Range: Short-Long
    Chakra Cost: 50
    Damage: 90 (-20 to the user from initial explosion)
    Description: The user will point his arm out towards a target. After doing so, he will then form a "gun" shape with his fingers (thumb pointing upwards with index and middle fingers pointing towards target). Using the basis of Tenshi Sendan, the user will begin to develop a fingertip from his hand that he doesn't shoot outwards but it rather 'sits' at the edge of his fingers. The user will then infuse lightning chakra around and behind the bone, making it have lightning chakra imbibed into it. The user then forcefully releases it with a loud explosion that forces the user and everything within short range backwards several feet (explosion generated from lightning). The bone then travels with great speed towards the target with a sonic wave of lightning (wave is around the size of a car as well as wide as the front of a car) behind it from the initial blast. The jutsu in its entirety takes around three seconds to form. The user can create two fingertip-bullets at once, one on his index and one on his middle finger, with both being fired at the same time. The only noticeable difference is that their are two large lightning waves coming at the enemy and the user is noticeable damaged (fingertips burned, cannot perform any other jutsus that require hand seals that turn due to this). The lightning wave reaches the enemy a few seconds after the fingertip does. The two lightning waves together are equal to power and size of a S-rank lightning blast.
    -Can only be used twice.
    -Must wait at least three turns before using again.
    -After using, the user cannot use any lightning jutsu for two turns.
    -The user cannot use any Shikotsumyaku jutsus the next turn.
    -If two bullets are made at once, no lightning jutsus for three turns.
    -If two bullets are made, the user cannot use any other jutsu that require hand seals with that hand.
    -The blast at the beginning of the jutsu is strong enough to blast the user backwards by around 15-20 feet.

    3. Wind Release: Aeolus's Slice (Fuuton: Aeolus's Suraisu)

    Description: After performing a short string of handseals, the user hand will be coated with wind. Then by raising his hand to the desired height, the user will make a swift motion with his index, sending an extremely sharp and fast crescent of wind. This attack is so devastating that some Fuuton masters have already manage to cut giant bulder in the blink of an eye with this technique, but only up close. The further away the target, the longer it takes for this jutsu to work.
    -Can only be used twice per match
    -After using this technique, no wind jutsu can be used the next turn.
    -After using this technique, it can only be used again after waiting at least two turns.

    I hold the Liger contract, which are the cross-breed of Male lions and a tigress. The leopon contract was recently approved which is the hybrid corss of male leopard and a lioness. Seeing as to how both of those contracts are approved and are legitimate animals, I wish to submit the inverse of the Liger contract, Tigons (or Tiglons). Tigons are the hybrid cross between male tigers and lionesses.

    Description: As the user is in the mid air, he points both of his hands towards the sky and opens both of his palms at 90 degrees at the sky, then he begins to concentrated and gather an enormous amount of dark energy above his hands as he starts making pitch-black energy while using shape manipulation to contain the dark energy into a large orb of black energy with lightning crackling around the outer layer of the orb and a center of rotating black energy working as the orb's core and has massive amounts of dark energy compressed altogether into the center of the huge orb, the orb is roughly 20 meters wide and 10 meters tall, the orb resembles a replica of the moon in the user's hands but with dark energy, as the user controls the dark orb with both of his hands, as he crashes it down onto his opponent and on impact with the earth the core's dark energy that's highly compressed all releases at once making a humongous explosion to form with the black orb expanding and absorbing nearby objects into the pressure of the explosion and completely eradicates it, the orb's explosion covers a huge area within two ranges, meaning that it covers from short to mid range from the user and nearly destroys the battlefield, while being so devastating as a technique when it fully forms into an orb of black energy, it takes quite a long time to fully form by the user and takes nearly 5 seconds for the user to cause it to reach the ground due to the massive energy of the black orb.

    - This technique takes one full turn of the user concentrating his dark energy into the black orb to fully form and requires that the user remain completely still with his hands facing the sky for one whole turn.

    This is the ultimate wind users technique. This technique basically has two parts in it the first is the S ranked part and the second is the forbidden ranked part. To activate the S ranked version of this jutsu the user claps his hands together and with tremendous efforts brings forth a large amount of his Futon chakra. This Futon chakra spreads through his entire body and his muscles accelerating all the activities like muscle contraction and expansion. It also cleans all the air that the user is breathing letting him intake nothing but pure oxygen which accelerates also the rate at which the brain of the user functions since this pure oxygen now mixes with the blood that flows throughout his body thus making all the organs to work better than they would normally do also the brain becomes superactive thanks to the oxygen rich blood flowing throughout users body now. And all the users cells accept oxygen and release carbon dioxide waste faster increasing the functioning of the body to its optimum. Also the futon chakra starts moving around the body as under users supplementary control aiding and abating the movements of the users body thus reducing the air friction further boosting the bodies reaction and movements. Due to these reasons the users movement reaches there maximum potential and achieves a speed that would rival the Sage mode speed. Now for the F ranked version of this technique the user clasps his hands together and starts bringing out all his futon chakra as before but this time he would wait for one whole turn before he can activate this jutsu during which he cannot perform any other jutsu. A clone can be used to collect the chakra and transfer it to the original body. The user gains all the abilities as his S ranked version of this jutsu but in addition to that there forms around him a large figure of Fujin the wind god made up terrifying wind. This figure has giant arms made up of wind with one arm holind a wind sword similar to that made by danzo that the user is able to manipulate at his own free will and which stretch upto mid range. Upto short range Fujin controls all the wind power. Fujin is also able to destroy any lightning in short range. In either ranked version of this mode the user is able to understand the opponents location thanks to the breath that leaves the opponents mouth and the chakra that leaks into the air nearby him.

    I took out the part where the spirit can only use jutsus that does not require hand seals because most if not all cannon techniques require hand seals and it's pretty much useless if it can't use them. I also took out the part where the user can't use taijutsu while the spirit is on the field because even throwing a kunai is considered taijutsu so this is pretty much useless restriction.

If needed it can even form a complete sphere around the user to protect him. The speed of this defense is slightly higher than Gaara's (Suna no Tate) - Shield of Sand. This shield reacts automatically to both Water and Fire attacks but for other attacks the shields activation speed is bound to the users own reaction speed and bound to his visual field. Can defend up to Forbidden ranked Katon, S-Rank Suiton, Fuuton or Raiton and up to A-Rank Doton. Each turn it can block up to one jutsu while activated.

In today's standard, this jutsu can't be approved. Faster then Gaara's sand? That's fast enough to block attack coming as fast as the 2-3rd gate while blocking basically anything on water. I gave you my reasons, but since a similar technique already exists, you can't resubmit this one.

    The user spreads blood through his summoning tattoo and makes the required hand seals and claps his hands. From a portal in the ground, a large rusty metal box completely engraved in Kanji spells rises, all tied up in chains, floating only a few inches from the ground: The Grave of Maria. The chains then release and retract, letting the box open and reveal Maria. Maria is a human size female panda with a very delicate and fragile look to her although having her body all tied up in rusty chains which are also engraved with kanji spells. The user must expend chakra to keep the chains restricting her and keep her controlled through the kanji spells. She has a demented, mad and slightly psychotic look on her face that is completely in tune with her own mad personality. The moment the box opens, Maria's chakra spills into the battlefield creating both fear and unease amongst all enemies, unleashing the effect of an S-Rank Killing Intent (Sakki). Maria's special ability is a wicked S-Rank Genjutsu that's inherent to her and that she can use at will. Through this Genjutsu she can alter the enemys perception of the battlefield and his surroundings much like a stronger version of (Genjutsu: Kokohin) - Illusion Technique: False surrounding. This Genjutsu enables her to manipulate what the enemy can see, hear, smell or feel to create false "visions" of the environment/battlefield and other illusions. When she activates her Genjutsu her eyes glow in white and a small high pinched evil giggle is heard through the battlefield.

    Abilities and Restrictions:
    -The genjutsu can only be used once per turn to a max of 2 times
    -The genjutsu illusions can last as long as Maria is in play, unless dispelled
    -This genjutsu can't make the enemy feel pain or any type of distress or damage the enemy in any way

    This special Genjutsu is a formidable defense. Its a technique that stays dormant on the users mind until an enemy connects with it. It can only be triggered by offensive enemy eye techniques (like Sharingan ones), aggressive mind manipulation (like the Yamanaka clans) or any other aggressive technique in which the enemy manipulates the users mind (like Genjutsu). Once the users brain is attacked, this defense activates, backtracking through the link created by the enemy and stimulating his dream center to make him suffer horrible and terrifying nightmares as he loses his grasp on reality, leading to complete mental breakdown, physical pain and ultimately can make him faint. This defense is only possible through years of mental training with the Panda Elders; a training to boost ones mental strength to such a degree that if his mind is breached, his chakra attacks whatever is breaching it to defend himself.

    Note: This technique is released automatically with little control from the user
    Note2: The moment its activated it releases a massive burst of chakra in the users mind that disrupts its flow and dispels any A-rank and below genjutsu that might have been affecting him

    Description: The user will perform the "boar" handseal and gather a great amount of their swift chakra. They will then perform the handseal once more releasing it throughout their body, muscles, organs ect. In return they gain incredibly faster movement similar to that of shadow-less flight which can be tracked by 3T and 3T users can react to it. along with increased senses and reactions. The user will also force regular chakra to their muscles pushing them to their limit and the user will send small amounts of swift chakra to certain locations of their eyes increasing tracking ability to where they can track their own movements. The user will be able to perform a row of 10 handseals in the time it takes to do 2 hanseals. This mode lasts for 3 turns and afterwards the user is almost drained of their swift chakra and can't use swift techniques for 2 turns.

    - Only usable once per battle.
    - Only lasts for 3 turns.
    - Can't use any swift techniques while in this mode or in the same turn as activation.
    - Can't use wind or lightning techniques while in this mode.
    - Can't use swift techniques for 2 turns and then can only use 1 per turn.
    - User is slightly slower for 2 turns after this mode is over due to soreness of their body. In this case the users speed will decrease by 2 ranks. If they were a normal sage ranked user than their speed is reduced to that of a sannin. Then on the next turn their speed will go up by one rank and on the turn after that it will return to normal.

    Description: Uchiha's are known for not only their kekke genkai but for their great use or "mastery" of the fire element. This style of fighting shows the true skill the uchiha clan has with the use of the fire element. The user will gather Katon chakra for 2 turns. They will then release it throughout their body enhancing their fire jutsus strength by allowing them to add more katon chakra to each fire jutsu easier at the cost of their wind elemental chakra suffering from it. They will be able to send some of the katon chakra to certain locations of their body and releasing it (see below for details) causing small fireballs to be released from those points that are equal to C rank. This is mainly used for close combat and the flames only reach out to short range.
    Fist work.
    The user will send katon chakra to their fist and release it causing a small C rank fire ball to erupt from their fist and come at the opponent/target.
    Foot work
    The user sends katon chakra to their heels and will release it shooting out a small fireball at the opponent.
    Notes:

    - Each fire ball counts as one of the users 3 jutsu per turn however due to them being low and short range and small fireballs ranked they do not require handseals.
    - Can only be used by an uchiha biography who has mastered katon with aact's.
    - Can only be used once per match.
    - Lasts for 3 turns.
    - The user must gather the katon chakra for 2 turns before using this and thus cannot use katon jutsus for 2 turns before use.
    - The user can also only use 2 jutsus per turn while gathering the needed katon chakra.

    ~Declined do not resubmit~ The reason for this boost is just ridiculous. Aren't Uchiha's strong enough as it is? Anyway, there are already plenty of Fire modes out there so yours can easily be considered a copy. Similar techniques already exist.







    (Fuuton: sansaku Oite Tenkuu Gikou)- Walking on air technique:

It cannot be used for attacks in any way.
    - Must be at least sannin rank to use due to chakra control.
    - Must have mastered fuuton with aact's.
    - No S rank wind in the same turn

    For the next jutsu I did a lot of research on the cm, sasuke's personality and abilities of chakra and the effect/abilities the curse mark can place on the user.

    Description: This is only to be used when in a serious fight when all else has failed. Sasuke will suddenly start to get extremely paranoid making him focus more on hearing and sight giving him smewhat increased senses and will start to slowly go insane by the thought of not being able to kill his foe. He will unleash 70% of his chakra throughout his body increasing overall physical strength and endurance. His eyes will stay locked on his opponent as he slowly starts to lose himself more and more. Chakra will continue to release but he won't be able to tell nor will he be able to tell of how much pain he's in at that moment and with this going on his body is tensed up and in severe pain from the strain of releasing that much chakra at once. Due to so much chakra being released from him the curse seal will automatically activate to inject chakra into him as a natural reaction as seen in the chuunin exams. The curse seal of heaven gives the user 80 chakra. Once activated Sasuke will go into a pit of pure psychotic rage where he will release the chakra his curse mark brings to him and will use 20% of it in techniques adding more chakra to them so that he can perform jutsus and 80% using it to increase movement further this is at greater cost tho. The effects it has on his body are severe as just the regular curse mark effects caused him pain in the anime/manga and sometimes so much that he couldn't move after completing a rather simple task. This gives 5 times those effects due to him taking the chakra that is being used to try and aid him away. With this, his every movement is based off of his own unconscious yet motivated mind to go completely all out against his foe. Every move he makes that's driven by him in that state is forced with his own chakra like how he used his curse mark in the forest of death to gain almost double his usual speed and strength. Since he is said to be nearly as fast as rock lee without weights in the anime/manga also with the wiki saying they are actually equal in speed in the wiki chart and he has activated his curse mark while unconsciously using his chakra to increase succession and speed of movements this puts him at around 4X the average Ninja's speed. He will use up nearly 10% of his chakra each turn and after 3 turns he will die from chakra exertion. Since his chakra is being used up so much that on the next turn he will only be able to perform B rank jutsu while his chakra continues to drain in this state then on the 3rd turn he can only perform C rank jutsu. The user can only use curse mark of level one while in this state of mind, going any further would put too much stress on the body when there's already enough.

    Advantages: 4X speed and slightly heightened hearing and sight mostly a 15% improvement induced by fear/paranoia.


    Notes:
    - Only able to use if you haven't used S rank on the previous turn.
    - Must not have used Basic ninjutsu for 2 turns before this jutsu.
    - No Ninjutsu while in this state, just elemental Ninjutsu.
    - No Genjutsu while in this state either.
    - only B rank the next turn and C rank on the turn after.
    - Can only use 1 jutsu per turn.
    - -10 Damage per turn altogether = 30 damage but either way, user still dies.
    - Using any other modes will kill you in this state.
    - You die after 3 turns no matter what.
    - This restriction will defeat any hope of being alive after the 3turns are up no matter if they use a jutsu that will keep them alive or not. After 3turns the user is paralyzed from strain and can't use any jutsu as they have no chakra at all but that's only to eliminate any chance of using a jutsu to keep yourself alive after this.
    - Can obviously only be used by a sasuke uchiha bio with curse mark.
    - Can't exceed level one curse mark while in this state.
    - This is not necessarily a "mode" that you can deactivate. Meaning once you use this there is no going back.

Simultaneously with this, the user focuses chakra into his feet and follows up with any type of Taijutsu or Kenjutsu attack. By using Kagami no Gyakuen along with an attack, the user is able to increase the effectiveness of the attack. If the attack involves approaching the target in any way, this particular branch of Freestyle Art will enable the user to integrate very confusing and blurry moves into his attack, thereby making it very hard for the target to follow the users movements. Kagami no Gyakuen also enables the user to severely increase the brute force behind his attack by integrating marginal improvements in the users stance and the attack itself. By shifting his weight forward to add momentum and by maximally torquing his body, the user drastically increases the strength of the attack. There is a limit to how many beings the user can affect with the chakra-enhanced sound waves, for the rest of the listeners it will be like listening to perfectly normal music.

    機嫌 (Kibun) | Mood
    Music can be used to change a person’s mood, with or without his cooperation and willingness to listen. Music can be used to induce several moods, it can rob the most bloodthirsty warrior of his will to fight, and give even the lowest human the courage to fight a God. There are an infinite amount of moods and emotions, but the general overview of Kibuns mood-inducing abilities during battle looks as such:
    娯楽 (Goraku) | Entertainment – At the most fundamental level, music provides stimulation. This branch of Kibun gives the affected a strong will to fight that cannot be quelled. This branch of Kibun also slightly increases the effectiveness of the affected, giving them a slight boost of strength and speed due to their induced will to fight and survive.
    再生 (Saisei) | Revival – When used correctly, music can decrease the negative backlash of injuries. This branch of Kibun serves as a strong painkiller; it can calm the affected down and release the tension in their bodies. Without being so tense, the affected will become more flexibility, and the music will assist them in getting a calm overview of their surroundings.
    強い感じ (Tsuyoi Kanji) | Strong Sensation – If the right music is played, it is possible for music to provoke strong sensations in the affected. This branch of Kibun can send the affected into a state similar to that of a mad adrenaline rush, simply by awakening their bloodlust with music. It is also possible to cause a painful sensation to hit the affected; the pain can affect almost any point on the affected bodies and can easily be mistaken for an attack. The strong sensation can also be one of pure ecstasy and glee; such a strong sensation can overwhelm all but the most strong willed, and will often cause the affected to act rashly and interrupt their current action.
    転換 (Tenkan) | Diversion – Music naturally distracts the mind from unpleasant thoughts, this can be finely tuned to serve a number of purposes. This branch of Kibun can momentarily distract and interrupt the affected. Diversion can also be used to slightly manipulate the affected beings thoughts to use another tactic. The distraction music creates can also be used to avoid negative emotions and feelings temporarily. With mastery of music, it is also possible to slightly project the music towards another area to mask the user’s precise location.
    排出 (Haishutsu) | Discharge – When used correctly, it is possible to release emotions with music and free the mind. This branch of Kibun allows the user to rid the affected persons of any undesirable emotions and replace them with another. Discharge can also be used to free the affected from illusions by rearranging the emotions they feel, thereby shattering the illusion, or by simply playing a very loud sound that will induce pain in the affected beings eardrums.
    精神作品 (Seishin Sakuhin) | Mental Work – Music can affect the memory and brain in a number of ways. This branch of Kibun allows the user to manipulate the memory slightly. Some genres of music, and especially classical music, are able to activate both the left and right half of the brain. The simultaneous left and right brain action maximizes learning and retention of information. The information being studied activates the left brain while the music activates the right brain. The simultaneous usage of both half’s of the brain allows the affected beings brain to process information much easier, and therefore react faster. This branch of Kibun can also be used to place affected in states similar to illusion, this can be achieved by making the affected explore their minds and become lost in old memories, or simply by inducing daydreams.
    慰安 (Ian) | Solace – Music can be a great source of solace for the lost. This branch of Kibun allows the user to greatly increase a group’s efficiency. Solace forges a bond between the affected that binds them together and strengthens them as a whole. The strengthening isn’t as much physical as it is psychological. It involves making the affected share some of their immediate and more obvious emotions through the music and by forcibly making their bodies release more adrenaline into their system, making it feel natural due to their sudden urge to protect their comrades. Solace also allows the affected to feel a greater degree of acceptance towards the possible outcome of the battle they are participating in, removing the chance of hesitation and other lingering doubts.
    Restrictions:
    -The user must be playing some kind of music at all times as long as this technique is active.
    -This technique can only be used once.
    -This technique lasts until deactivated.
    -This technique can maximally affect 5 beings. When the technique is activated the user chooses maximally 5 targets and thereafter he can only change 1 target once per turn.
    -All illusion and illusion-like states this technique employs can be broken free of through pain, though not through a chakra infusion/foreign source of chakra or by the usage of Kai.
    -The usage of one of the branches of Kibun counts as 1 of the 3 moves that can be used per turn, the same counts for the abilities of each branch.
    -Elemental Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Fuuinjutsu, clones and summoning technique cannot be utilized while Kyoku is active, and all existing clones will disappear during activation, as will all summonings.
    -Elemental Taijutsu can be used, but there is a 15+ added chakra cost to every technique utilized.
    -As it is the very life-force of the user that is used for this technique, the users body will shut down and he go into a coma 2 turns after the technique ends, only fully trained medical personnel will be able to stabilize him. If stabilized, the user will awaken exactly 1 week after the technique ends.
    -Ather the technique ends, the user will be unable to use S-ranked and above techniques.
    -No more than 1 branch of Kibun can be activated simultaneously.
    -Can only be taught by Zero Kelvin.

    First of all, this is really one of the projects i've been burning for, please do not label it with a Declined. Do not resubmit, i'm ready to take as much time as i must to get this approved.

    I have RokuNR's permission to make something that even closely resembles his Music Arts, as long as i don't copy his techniques: I honestly don't think this technique is anywhere near what Roku made.

The human body is very quick to adapt compared to other species and plants, and with extensive training and usage it should theoretically be possible to expand ones chakra coils and Tenketsu points, to allow the user to access and utilize techniques faster. The longer the user has been utilizing his chakra network, the bigger his chakra coils will be, as such, a Genin will hardly benefit from the this ability, whereas a Sage will feel a significant change. The expanded chakra pathway system and Tenketsu points makes it much easier for the Hyūga clans Jūken to be utilized effectively against the user.

The only way to escape this technique is to inflict pain in the affected beings ears. This illusionary technique is the perfect counter-measure against affected beings who would try to block their hearing to escape the effects of Melody Art techniques. The illusion makes the affected firmly believe that they cannot hear anything, it is possible to use this Genjutsu to block out specific sounds. But even though the affected feels as if they cannot hear and even if they actually can't hear, they’re still affected by Melody Art and other sound-based techniques because of this illusion.

In the end they found a special method of how to do it. In a battle, they would wear their opponents down as they store a certain amount of chakra into a seal they would create on their chest, that is shaped like 2 swords crossing. Then after a few minites they would release this chakra throughout their body and into their mind. In doing so, they would release the body's limiters that holds back the bodies capabilties in battle. This would stimulated the nervous system, increasing the bodies reaction time. It would increase the amount of chakra into the muscles increasing the power of all tai/ken based abilities. On top of this it would increase the bodies natural reactions entering a new state of mind to become an ultimate sword master. This new found speed, power, and reactions would help them to defeat the greatest of sword users, but it came with a price. This increases the users speed, power and reaction times by x3

    Note: Lasts for 4 turns
    Note: Once used, this jutsu take 2 turns to gather enough chakra to activate and gathering the chakra for this jutsu takes up 1 of the 3 jutsu per turn.
    Note: Only can be used once.
    Note: when this is activated, the user can only use kenjutsu and taijutsu techniques and can't use handseals. Though sharingan users can use their eye techniques.
    Note: Once this has ended the users body will be worn out as they will only be able to use A ranks and below for 2 turns.
    Note: After this has ended, if the users body is hit, their bones will be broken from C rank attacks and below as their body becomes vulnerable

You're basically invincible to all taijutsu/kenjutsu, work that out. Also, make it last for 1 turns and twice per match. Add some restrictions related to the jutsu you can use after water (can't use S-rank and above for X turns...).

While he does so, he will camouflage himself and be completely unseen from regular eyes. Moreover, he will convert his chakra to make it look as if he is nothing but a part of the chakra emanating from the body of the one he hangs to, thus deceiving sensory techniques like Chakra Sensing Rain and sensory abilities like the sharingan. When he is summoned, it will appear as a fail as he will already be in camouflaged mode (i.e. he will be the size of a lizard and hanging/fused to the summoner’s back, as well as camouflaging into the summoner’s chakra and hidden from regular eyes).     ~Declined~ I like the concept of this one, just take out the part about it flying. Also, make it that only an Orochimaru bio or a wood user can summon that snake (considering Oro was the one using the 1st cell for experiments). Lastly, take out the part explaining what it requires to kill it, that are many ways to kill a summon and it shouldn't be restricted to rank (and for a lol look at the bold part).

    ~Declined~ many things wrong here. Why is it forbidden? I see no restrictions and no reason why it should be classified as forbidden. Check out all the bold parts, they need to be fixed (how huge is that torrent? Similar to the jutsu used by Oro when fighting the 9 tails? Infections and air bubble? One of those effect if left very vague and the other is an instant kill the moment the bubble reach the heart; which is unacceptable in both cases. Lastly, make it as fast as a kunai (even there's it's a bit far-fetched IMO)).

    Water chakra: thins the blood of the opponent causing them to become dizzy and disorientated, this issue lasts for 3 turns. During these 3 turns, the opponent will mess up every other handseal and have to correct himself. Meaning his handseals become doubled.

The armor is a bit different as it is more of an exo-skeleton, partially fusing with the users own body. The armor regulates the body causing chakra to channel more fluently aswell as muscles to work to their full capacity and at the same time pumping that special chakra to fuse with the user's own. This causes the user's ninjutsu to be enhanced in power and also causes him/her to become faster and more reactive. The user gets speed and reaction time beyond a normal shinobi. The user's speed rises to that of a taijutsu master. Of course, due to the new level of speed and regulating of his/her system; The user gets the reaction time to match.
    Notes:
    -Can only last 3 turns at the most
    -After deactivation, the user can only use B-rank ninjutsu for 2 turns (that includes elements)
    -Can be activated twice but it must be sent back to buzzard realm and take 6 turns to absorb the special chakra.
    -Can't use genjutsu in this armour
    -The user takes damage from muscle exhaustion after useage and needs a turn to recuporate.(The person loses strength and speed on a large scale. Couldn't even beat up a todler )
    -No taijustu after deactivation until done recuporating
    -If activated a second time. After deactivation, the user will colapse from exhaustion and lose the battle.

    (Meiton: Kuro Munashii) Dark Release: Dark Void

    Description: The user forms a giant sphere of dark chakra and compresses it into a soccer ball sized sphere within a matter of seconds. He then throws or kicks it at high speeds toward the opponent and once it reaches its mark, the user makes the tiger hand seal causing it to explode, releasing a wave of bone shattering force while still retaining its circular shape making it looks as if a void just appeared in the area around the person(s). The void is so dark that it hinders the vision of those inside unless they have a dojutsu.(If not defeated by the attack)

    -Must be a two turn interval before using this technique again
    -The void last as long as the after effect of using rasen shuriken
    -Can only be taught by Taiketsu Yagami

    ~Declined do not resubmit~ This type of jutsu as been done countless times in almost all the elements. There's a limit to how many time you can copy/paste a jutsu to another element.

    Description: Slip Stream is the fastest of all buzzards in the buzzard realm and is another guardian of Storm Skyress. Slip Stream is only big enough to carry two people on her back, but her small size has no effect on her power. When Slip-Stream is in the air, she moves so fast that if you where standing there as she flew by, all u would see is a black blur pass u. Also just like almost every other buzzard, Slip-Stream is capable of using wind style techniques up to A-rank. What gave her the rank of guardian is her original technique called "Slip Stream Assault" where she cause her wings to become sharp as swords by using wind manipulation and uses her awesome speed to slash the opponent at breakneck, causing major damage which would have the equivalent power of S-rank.

    Description: Just like most other contract signers who can summon items from those respective worlds, people who have signed the buzzard contract eventually learn to summon Air Trecks or A-Ts. The original contract signers created these to almost fly with the buzzards and where called "Gravity Children" by those who used them. Air Trecks can be considered modified skates with special abilities that allowed the users to do remarkable things. The naturally granted abilities of summoning the air trecks are being able to move fast without using a lot of energy and having more air time when jumping while also being able to wall ride on earth or riding across water by channeling chakra into the wheels. (Similar to walking up a tree or walkin on water but with air trecks) What really makes them special is that they can be equiped with "Regalias" which give the air trecks a special ability. The regalias known so far are the "Wind, Flame, Jade, Thorn, Fang, and Gem Regalias". Each of the regalias have a special abiltiy that can give the user an edge in battle although only one can be used per summoning.
    Notes:
    -Can be summoned 3x
    -The skates last 5 turns each unless summoned back
    -Can only be used by those with the Buzzard summoning contract
    -Can only be taught by Taiketsu Yagami
    -The speed of the user while wearing these is even faster than if he/she was running. (Example: I would move faster than a Sannin who is a taijutsu specialist)
    -The user can have the skates by themselves without the regalia but if they have a regalia equiped, they must post the jutsu for that regalia which essentially count as two jutsu for that turn
    -Once one pair of A-Ts have been broken, the user cannot summon another pair with same regalia
    -This video shows all the stuff a person is capable of while wearing the A-Ts


    Note: All Regalia abilities are submitted as seperate jutsu...

The A-Ts are able to do this because of its build up. The wheels and soles are able to channel and compress air around them, allowing for a variety of wind based nintaijutsu such as "Infinity Atmosphere Pile Tornado". The next ability is that the user can release a seal on the back wheels unleashing the "The Wing Road" where the back wheels will construct into wings. This will allow the user to glide through the air and ground while also being able to jump as high as mid-range, making it seem as if the user was flying! It also makes "Infinity Atmosphere wind Road" nintaijutsu even more powerful.
    Notes:
    -Must be used at the same time as Buzzard Kuchoiyse: Air Trecks

The flowers are large (mostly 3 meters high, few of them can be higer- up to 5 meters) and they are made of very clear ice making them transparent and allowing some sort of vision through them (though mostly unclear and distorted as the ice is bending ligh). If the flowers are not destroyed by enemy's next move, they (the turn after) all shatter into tiny pieces of ice, blinding everyone (including the user) by the high amount of light that is reflected.

    Description: The user focus their fire chakra into the ground (it is created similiar to "Firing Biscuit technique"- on a specific place rather than releasing fire from mouth), creating an underground fire, though, it lasts only for very short time as there is nearly no air underground. Although the fire lasts only for a short moment, the superheated fire chakra causes the earth to heat up significantly, burning anyone who get caught underground by the technique.

    ~Declined~ Elaborate on how the fire is created and where, I didn't get that part. Did you make a whole in the ground and shot the fire in or are you simply creating fire from nothingness and heating all the ground around you?

    Description... you gather a small amount of chakra to your foot (left for me) and stomp on the ground and exert the chakra from you foot cracking the ground about 5 feet around you in a circle or you can guide the chakra to the your enemy to cause mild damage to your ememy by burning there feet with your chakra. note this hurts your foot so 10 damage backlash

    ~Declined~ Put a Japanese name, take out the "backlash" damage, this ain't a forbidden technique.

    description... you preform the hand signs tiger, snake, dragon... then you hold tiger for 2 seconds and gather a small amount of chakra to your hands and put you hands together strait in front of you and say Go! and a small wind burst will shoot at your foe, once it hits them i will send them flying back 5 or 10 feet (depends on size and Strength) and barly burns the skin or clothes

    ~Declined~ Same as above for the name, also take out the part about the wind burning your opponent. Make it "slight cuts".
