    Description: The user performs eight handseals (Snake → Ram → Horse → Rabbit → Ram → Horse → Hare →Tiger) and stamps on the ground, raising 4 walls and a roof made of solid rock in a little more than a blink of an eye to make a ‘locker’ in which the opponent will be trapped. The walls and roof are solid and infused with the users chakra, making them almost inescapable, also because the walls and roof are so close to the opponent that he cannot stretch his arm. After the opponent is trapped the user stretches his arms before him, palms out, and summons a huge amount of water that will form a layer of water on the ground that reaches 1 meter above the roof of the stone ‘locker’ in which the opponent is trapped, and thus changes the battlefield into a lake. When the water is summoned and the user stands on top of it he uses his focused chakra into the roof of the ‘locker’ to make it collapse, allowing the water that pressed upon it to crash onto the opponent, drowning him.
    - Note: The user must have mastered Doton and Suiton.
    - Note: The jutsu can only be used once a battle.
    - Note: The jutsu can only be performed while on the ground.

This is a self inflicting Genjutsu, just liek Izanagi. By activating this jutsu, the user places them self under the influence of their own Genjutsu. While under the influence of the jutsu, the user alters their own perception of time so that it appears that everything is moving in slow motion, whereas usually, you would alter an enemy's perception of time. Once your perception of time has been slowed down, you enter your own new "Time Zone" where you can walk around normally, while everything around you "seems" to be moving extremely slow.
    ~The effects of the jutsu cannot be used 2 turns consecutively
    ~Can only use two jutsu next turn.
    ~Cannot use any other Ninjutsu while this jutsu is active. This leaves the user left only capable of using Taijutsu, and Kenjutsu.

    My idea for this jutsu, is for one to control time in relation to yourself, and alter my own perception of time. By doing this, I would be able to enter a zone of time, where everything is either slowed down, or the latter, where time is sped up. One would go about doing this the same way Izanagi is used, by placing ones self under their own Genjutsu. Then, like Tsukuyomi, I alter my own perception of time, and enter my own distorted "Time Zone."

    Description:Is a black and gold gauntlet that has a small chain linking it to a stinger-like blade on the wielder's middle finger. The gaunlet is comprised of Steel, making it incredibly strong and resilient. The "stinger" is about twice as long as the normal length of one's middle finger, slightly increasing the users striking distance. Inside the stinger, a compartment for poison is hidden. Upon striking, or even cutting an enemy, the poison is released into their blood stream. This poison takes effect on the surrounding muscle tissue, numbing the enemy in that area. The poison will slowly spread to the rest the enemies body, throughout the remainder of the fight (Around 6 turns to completely numb the body) The colors and pattern of the resemble those of a hornet, fitting for it's name. In this form, Suzumebachi is still capable of withstanding an opponent's sword attacks, by using the stinger and gaunlet portions.

    ~Because of the shape, and size of the Gaunlet, it makes it difficult to perform handseals, and thus the user is unable to use any Ninjutsu that require the use of handseals while wearing it.

This huge scroll contains Eustrass Kid's most monsterous Magnet Zombie to date, the Bullseye creation is as tall as Gamabunta and dressed in a huge black robe, on its forehead is a massive Bullseye hence the name.
    After unrolling the scroll and summoning Bullseye underneath the user (user is standing on the scroll when performing the summon and his head after the summon) the user opens a compartment in Bullseye's head then steps into it then closing it effectivly keeping himself inside bullseye's heavily armored head and begins focusing his chakra into the head and body and after 30 seconds a huge wave of chakra is released from bullseye who extends his arms straight out to each side (making the aftermath seem like a large scale shinra tensei), destroying everything around him leaving a deep crater around him. This, being Kid's largest zombie is very heavily armored and made of very rare chakra metal that allows kid to infuse with his chakra and thus use this powerful blast from the inside of Bullseye without taking damage. After the blast wave Bullseye remains on the field but user is too drained to use him again for the rest of the battle.
    -Only Magnetism bios can use.
    -Cant use any other jutsu after Bullseye is used that turn.
    -Blast leaves a huge crater up to mid range the size of konoha after pain destroys it, long range ground isn't destroyed but anyone above ground during the blast would be hit with enough force to stun for 2 turns.
    -After using this the user can't use magnetism jutsu for 4 turns, can't use ninjutsu above c rank for 2 turns and can't summon any magnet zombies for the rest of the battle.
    -Only Professor Sarutobi can use.

    ~Declined~ No Shinra Tensei rip-off, change that part and explain how magnetism could create a blast. Why is this even forbidden? There's no physical drawbacks whatsoever.

Because of the fact that the air around the target is moving towards them, anything that is in the air will also be pulled towards a target. This includes people standing near the target, which could also include the user. Any others (once again, including the user) caught up in this will be put under the same effects as the target once they reach the center.
    Note: The air effected by this jutsu will span a five meter radius from the target.
    Note: Can only be used once per match.
    Note: Once this technique has been used, the user is unable to perform B-Rank or above wind techniques for the rest of the match due to chakra exhaustion.

All within must escape with two turns of activation, or will drown unless they can breath underwater. Undetectable (when "charging up") unless chakra sensory or chakra reading doujutsu is used.
    Note: Usable twice per battle
    User can only use one other jutsu same turn this jutsu is used.

Once the user has touched an opponent whilst this jutsu is active, it creates a magnetic field in which the user of the jutsu can sense,therefore can pin point the location of an opponent once touched, in addition due to the opponents strong magnetic presence the user of the jutsu can easily throw magnitised shuriken, kunai and other metal weapons, with great success as the object fly straight towards the opponent.

    Description: This "technique" is the result of a high fat diet and years of drinking unhealthy amounts. The person accumulates a large amount of weight through the formation of a thick layer of fat around their body. The thick layer of fat acts as a cushion against incoming blunt attacks, greatly reducing the effectiveness of things such as punches or kicks. It also acts as a buffer between the muscles and organs of the body. For instance a cut that would spill the intestines of a normal sized person would fail to reach the insides of a person using this. It will still hurt and leave a large wound, but won't be life threatening. Being an anhydrous tissue, fat is a poor conductor of electricity. As a result the person is protected from paralytic affects from unfocused lightning techniques. Fat is also a very good insulator of heat allowing the person to maintain a relatively stable internal temperature in cold weather, though they may be prone to heat exhaustion. The excess weight also reduces the person's speed and agility by the equivalent of one rank.

    ~Declined~ While I find it refreshing to see someone wanted to become morbidly fat instead of ripped like a DBZ character, you've overextended the abilities of your technique. While it does make it harder for electricity to be conducted toward your organs and muscle, the result is simple; severe burns. When electricity isn't channeled, it's because there's a resistance hindering it; meaning it will be released in the form of heat and or light. So all in all, your fat would cause you to be more succeptible to get burned to the second and third degrees when hit by lightning (be it focused or non-focused). You're the opposite from safe when it comes to lightning.

    I'm okay with the resistance to cold, but to what extent? Also, while you can't use the speed chart in your jutsu description, did you really thought that with all those boost I'd accept a mere 1 rank drawback? You need a lot more restrictions and physical drawbacks.

As the charge circulates a positive charge builds in the left hand while a negative charge builds in the right. The continued movement of electrical current through the system causes charge to build up to critical levels between the two hands. At that moment the user pushes their palms forwards breaking the circuit and releasing the built up energy in the form of a massive blase that shoots forward. Because what's being released is purely energy, the actual attack portion of the attack isn't composed of chakra and is much more like a directed explosive blast. The backlash from the blast harms the user, specifically the hands.

    ~Declined~ You're making me write a lot O__O.

    If you want to use science when making customs, you have to get your info straight. A capacitor will discharge between one plate to the other when it reach a critical point (based on the capacitance of your capacitor). If this limit wasn't reached while all your electrons were gathered into one of your hands, then breaking the circuit wouldn't do anything. Why? Simply because the one place where all those electrons want to go in to a possitivelly charged spot (your other hand). Since that other hand has basically no electrons in it, it is most likely the most possitively charged spot on the field, meaning your discharge would naturally flow from one hand to the other, severely burning you.

    The very basic of a capacitor is to "unleash" an arc of lightning composed of electrons when even the resistance caused by the air in between the two plates (your hand in that case), isn't enough to stop the electrons from moving. Conclusion, there's no way all those electrons would be unleashed as a wave, and even less chance they'd go anywhere other then toward your other hand.

    It's a 2ft long sword made out a special metal which can absorb doton chakra into it making it take a bit of a rock appearance. It has a gargoyle face for a hilt giving it's the name gargoyle. This sword is unique in a sense because instead of making high level jutsu more powerful then the rest it allows the lower rank jutsu to become more powerful as gargoyles have always been a kind of a tricksters. The sword has no true owner so anyone can wield it in battle which makes it a easy target to be taken.

    The weapon has mysterious abilities, such as the capacity to absorb/cut through ninjutsu. The user receives -5 of damage every-time he absorbs (such as Fire and Lightning) or cuts through elemental attacks, supposedly because the wielder of the weapon suffers from Hell itself.

    Description: A special technique in which the user commands his Kikaichū bugs to begin to release/emit a collection of fine, airborne particles akin to smoke or a mist. The resulting puff of "smoke" that is released is highly infused with the user's chakra and is in fact particles that are irritants or allergens which have devastating effects on the mouth, nose, eyes or open wounds of the opponent - causing slight pain in the target's nasal passages/cavity, lungs and stomach, but don't really do anything to their skin. The pain can be easily endured or overcome by experienced/battle-hardened ninja so it is best used a distraction for the user to flee or attack as the puff of smoke obscures any retreating ninja. Aburame are immune.

    The user gathers up his chakra and focus it to his hair. The hair then spreads around the whole body, and turns long and blue, and the face of the user turns into the face of a beast with sharp teeths. The arms of the user turns into giant muscles, and the user grows claws on his feets and hands. When in Hank mode the user can run 5 times faster then he normaly can, punch 5 times harder and jump 2 times higher. Entering Hank mode only takes the user a few seconds, but while entering the user can't use any jutsus. Clones can use Hank Mode (Normal, Lightning, Water, earth clone), but their mode only lasts one round, and only one clone at the time can use Hank mode. When in Hank Mode the user runs so fast that he can only be seen with opponents that have Sharingan with atleast 3 tomes or Rinnegan. When the user is is Hank Mode he's able to withstand the attacks of A-Ranks and lower, because of his thick skin and muscles.
    ~Note: While in Hank Mode, the user can't use Ninjutsu or Genjutsu. Only Tai and Kenjutsu.
    ~Note 2: The speed of Hank Mode is almost equal to A's lightning armor
    ~Note 3: Hank Mode only lasts 3 turns

When the snow spins around the opponent the opponent will belive that the snow are all shurikens and that if they move, they'll get sliced. This keeps the opponent trapped, and gives the user the oppertunity to strike a blow at the opponent.

    The user place the opponent under a Genjutsu by sending chakra signals to the opponents brain. When the chakra reach the brain, it goes trough the memories of the opponent in a second. Then as the ge jutsu has started without the opponent eaven realising it, the user make the opponent see that the user summons a door and the door door appears in front of him. The user then goes trough the door and dissepears. The opponent gets forced into folowing trough the door, and when he goes trough it, it dissepears and replaces with a huge black hole, where he's stuck. This is when the opponent knows he's under a genjutsu, and can try to break free. For all this time, the user and the opponent are just standing infront of eachother, and now the user can take the final blow on the opponent. However, if the user manages to break the genjutsu, the user can't move for one round.

    ~Note 2: After the opponent is beeing trapped inside the Gen, the user can't use any ninjutsus.

Also, I think it's pretty obvious it was a genjutsu when you disappeared in the door, no need to wait up until the opponent past the door to realize it's one.

The Blue secret technique is a combination of the black secret technique and the red secret technique, aswell as many other that ~The Norwegian~ has made. The Blue secret technique allows the user too make new puppets, that's not human puppets and can't use any ninjutsu, and also the Blue secret techniques have several unique puppet techs, aswell as the common puppet techs.. The puppets in the Blue secret technique can have special weapons aswell. All of the puppets in the Blue secret technique must be summoned from a scroll.

    This is basically a powered headbutt. It can be used to temporarily stun an opponent when aimed at the nose or forehead in order to give the user a chance at a counter attack.It can also be used as a counter to taijutsu techniques that involve the use of fists, when a punch is about to hit, the user can use this technique in order to break the fingers of their opponent thus disabling them from weaving hand signs and using that hand for taijutsu techniques. The user can add known elements to this technique by adding the nature element and focusing it in the forehead area. Fire element will burn opponent once it collides,Water element would distract the opponent because water would enter their eyes as its colliding,Earth element will make the an earth formed horn causing this technique to be deadlier, Wind blows the opponent away after contact is made, Lightning electrocutes the opponent paralyzing them as soon as they make contact and slowing their reflexes making them paralyzed for one turn.

    For example if the user were to add fire element their forehead would look like the picture depicted below.(Besides flaming hands)

    Description: Kakashi focuses on his opponent and becomes enraged about something the opponent has done. He releases massive amounts of chakra through out his body that increase his Ninjutsu and Taijutsu as well as make his movements flow easier and his hand seals faster. He calls upon the vast number of jutsu he has aquired over the years. Being the "Shinobi who has Copied 1000 Techniques" he easily recalls each and knows what to do in a moments notice. He relies on his killing instints releasing all thought of life and death both for himself and his opponent. He makes the firm decition that if he must die his opponent will as well. His Raiton jutsu gain a considerable amount of power. With the aid of his Sharingan tracking the opponent is near effortless and the fluid movements he gains from this mode make it possible for him to keep up with what his Sharingan tracks. Making fighting easier but there is a major downside to t \his jutsu. A lot like his MS it puts vast strain on his body enough to render his body alomost useless after deactivation. He will have enough chakra after this mode is canceled to fight for 3 more turns before collabsing from shear exaustion. His Raiton jutsu suffer to after this mode is deactivated forfieting the ability to do raiton jutsu faster due to his Speciality.

    Description: Demon Regalia is a demonic sword given to Jinnouske by his master on his deathbed. It measure around 4 feet long, and 3 feet wide and it emmits a purple-ish black aura. It can be infused with fire chakra to extend it 3 more feet, transforming it into a flaming longsword.
