    Description: The user holds thier hand in the tiger claw popsition when attacking the in close range combat. When the user is about the hit the opponent with thier "claw" the user will shoot cutting jets of water from thier fingertips. These jets can cause deep cuts when used in a slashing motion or can pierce deep into the body if thrust stright towards the opponent. The jets of water are very condensed at the tip of the finger, but as the fingertips move farther way from the target the jets lose ther concentration, so maximum cutting power will require direct contact (or a few millimeters away).
    Notes:
    -Requires no seals.
    -While normally used as a supplement for hand to hand combat, this jutsu can be used to block against fire attacks.

    Description: The Blue Dusk is a big Blue Crane. This crane is pale blue-gray in color with a white crown, a pink bill, and long, dark gray wingtip feathers which trail to the ground. She is the queen of all cranes and a mastermind of perverseness. Her majestic looks contrast highly with her dirty mind. She has a wingspan of fifteen meters and can fly at high speeds with two humans on her back. Her main asset however is her agility and her Suiton chakra nature that both give birth to her abilities. While flying she is very quick and agile. Her chakra is constantly pulsing, thus being released into the field. As it's mixed with the air it reacts to water molecules and moist which allows her to feel everything around her up to long range. Due to her affinity to Suiton she can use it for both attack and defense. When attacking she exhales a high volume S-Rank spiraling stream of water, enough to flood most of the battlefield which can serve also as a water source for the rest of the match. When defending she creates a S-Rank spherical water shield around her and the user. She is also immune to water below B-Rank and fire up to B-Rank. Her jutsus count towards the three jutsus per turn.

    Range: Short
    Description: The blade is a gift from the Orangutans and is made of special metals unknown to anyone but them. It is indestructable and has the ability to absorb Lightning attacks(see Restrictions.)
    The blade will absorb a lightning attack no matter where the blade is on the battlefield as it attracts the lightning to it like a magnet it negates the use of lightning in the battle by both the wielder and the opponent.
    The only way to use Lightning is to holster the sword(As the holster also made by the Orangutans holds the "magnetic" charge) or get the sword out of range of the battlefield.

    Restrictions:
    • Cannot use Lightning jutsu's unless blade is holstered or away from the battlefield
    • Can only absorb 1 S rank, 3 A rank and B rank or below can be absorbed continuously.
    • Can only be wielded by a user who has signed the Orangutan contract

    ~Declined~ Interesting idea, please tell me (and be precise), how will your enemy be able to use that water if it's highly infused with your chakra? If your answer is; "he can't use it", then it's an auto-decline. You could be standing on the sea (terrain) and hence make it impossible for your enemy to do anything.

Once done, that body of water will no longer amplify speed of user's water jutsus.

    Explained how could opponent use water infused by chakra of this jutsu and added that it can be used twice since the opponent can nullify the jutsu.

    This jutsu is made after gaara's sand eye tech (can't remember real name) so I don't think that any restrictions are needed (as there are non for sand tech)

    ~Declined~ Like I said, I saw that technique done with water before, if it wasn't yours then it means that its already been done. Similar technique exist.

    And I want to power up the old jutsu of mine (which I made when I was just starting thus the D-rank ) I added the bolded part because I don't want the opponent to easily break it with water-drill or rasengan.

His Ninjutsu is what makes Rowan stand out from other Orangutans he can use all 4 elements up to B rank and no jutsu at C rank affects him. He also has a giant explosive tag strapped to his back, if he is to ever be captured or going to be killed one handseal from the summoner or Rowan will detonate this tag anything within Short Range will die, Mid will be made unconscious for 1 turn and Long Range will not be affected.

    Restrictions:
    • Can only be summoned once per battle
    • Can only harden hair twice per battle
    • Can only be summoned if the Orangutan contract has been signed.
    • Explosive Tag being detonated kills Rowan

    Description: The Toppatsu, also known as "Outbreak", is a unique Blade that has seen many battles. It is a rare "Kusanagi" similar to the one Orochimaru wields. It is mad out of a strong metal that resembles Jade Stone. It is able to infuse it's self with it's wielders Chakra increasing their ability to Perform Jade Release. This gives the User a +15 to Jade Release and allows them to use half the amount of handseals needed to use it. This blade will move according to its wielders finger movements just like Orochimaru's, the blade emits a bright green light when it's levitating. and has been seen to turn into Eels and slither/swim back to it's owner. Unlike Orochimaru's blade, this sword doesn't have the ability to extend it's reach, meaning it can only strike from close range of itself.
    Note:
    -Cost 10 chakra to levitate
    -Can only be wielded by Serpent

They can tunnel after ground-dwelling rodents with amazing speed.

    Badger summons are usually the size of big dogs(Akamaru's size) except for their boss Sunflash who is as big as Gamabunta. They have the ability to sense their opponents while they're burrowing in the ground as long as the opponent is touching the ground. Because of their earth affinity they are weak to lightning. They are also rideable. Badgers can enter a state known as blood wrath,it causes the afflicted to go berserk with anger and taint their vision red for a short period of time, enabling him or her to cause a fantastic amount of damage during battle and to withstand a great deal of pain and injury.     Description; This is a special taijutsu stance that was first thought of by the Spirit Terra. The user will bring there legs together on both sides and bring both hands together in a praying stance with perfect symmetry. As this happens the user is releasing chakra into the earth as he stands there with his eyes closed waiting for the first movement. As he blocks out his eye sight he/she is enhancing his other senses such as hearing and touch. When the opponent makes the first move it will give a sonar like vibration in the earth which will send a message to the opponent telling him what is about to happen. Also with his enhaced hearing he can hear even the slightest exhale of the opponent. This stance is known as almost perfect due to its very few errors but the opponent cant see so it may be easily tricked with the right strategy. The fighting style of this stance is based around blocking all of the opponents moves until you feel his most vunerable moment then strike will all you power.

    Goldbrands unique trait is called "Chakra enchantment" which enables katanas defensive and offensive improvements. When "Chakra enchantment" is on , it makes Goldbrand sharper, which swiftly increases its damage (+5 dmg , - 5 chakra(each turn) ).
    And as it is a sword , Goldbrand can dodge other swords,kunais,shurikens, cut thru armor.
    "Chakra enchantment" is activated by a hand sign. (Boar)

    ~Declined~ You need to elaborate on this one, it's too vague. Some jutsu can't be re-directed this way or wouldn't have enough velocity to go back to the opponent and deal any real damage. I really can't imagine a fire technique making a loop, it would most likely crash into your earth dome first and die there.

    Description: The Hammer is of unknown origins. The wielder of the Hammer feels as if the hammer weighs 10g to others it feels as if it weighs 3tonnes. Being struck by it is the equivalent to a punch of this weight. It can be thrown by the user and called back thanks to a seal on the hammer and the user. It has the ability to cast lightning from it that is similar to a chidori spear that reaches mid range and does not require handseals. If the user strikes the earth it will cause an earthquake that goes to Mid range causing nearby enemies to simply fall over and negates their current jutsu. If spun continuously it will also cause a hurricane to mid range and throw opponents to long range and disperse any shadow clones.

    Restrictions:
    • Can only cast Hurricane once per battle
    • Hammer is not indestructible
    • Can only cause 1 Earthquake
    • Using Lightning from Hammer counts as a turn
    • Can only be wielded by Thor

    Description: It is a special sword named Demon Sword and was wielded by a true shinobi named Dante and it was passed down to his brave family member i.e. Enzup, after many hard works. This Sword is 1.5 m high and 15 cm broad. The Sword has its affinity towards lightning and can use upto A-rank lightning. And also the Sword can protect the user from any lightning jutsu as the user will intake the lightning jutsu of the opponent in his sword and will pass that lightning to the ground by stabbing the ground with his sword, or that lightning can be used in combo with combining it with other element like water, but that jutsu (which has to be combined with the opponent's lightning) has to be used instantly after intaking the opponent's lightning.
    And also this Sword is mainly popular due to its shape and structure i.e. it has a trigger beside the handle of the sword, which can be pulled and then the sword bends by making a right angle to the blade and the handle, then the blade of the sword starts spinning very fast in clockwise direction, then user can fly by facing the sword in upward direction, just like helicopter's blades.
    Note: ~User can block any lightning jutsu by passing it in ground. User can do this to all lightning jutsu because he is not absorbing it, he is just simply passing it underground.

Due to which he user gets very angry and a few drops of tears is seen in his eyes and wants to kill everyonw who comes in his way. A dark chakra is observed around his whole body. Due to the wrath and the dark chakra the user gains +15 speed, gives extra 50% damage points and receives 50% less damage points to any jutsu. While in the dark mode genjustu upto A-Rank have no effect on it. Also in this mode, he can sense the chakra and the danger.
    Note: ~This mode can only be used once per battle and lasts for 4 turns.
    ~ Before entering in dark mode, user first has to be injured for awakening his feelings.
    ~After the dark mode is over, the user gets very exhausted and fatigue due to which the speed is decreased by 5 levels.
    ~Cannot use any jutsu above B-Rank.
    ~Gives less 20 damage points, receives 20 more damage points and requires 25 more chakra points for any jutsu.
    ~The all demerits lasts for complete 2 turns and after that user comes to normal.

    ~Declined~ I'm pretty sure I declined a very similar technique lately, if it was yours, you always need to quote your last submission when re-submitting while putting the added part in bold. If it wasn't you, then don't resubmit since this jutsu already exist.

Consequently, the user will gain full control of the opponent's body, while the victim's mind remains trapped within the immobile puppet.

    Like the original technique, the user's body is left defenceless while the ability is active and any injury done to the victim's body is also reflected upon their true body, but this can be rectified if the user cancels the technique just before any damage is received.

    Description: the user performs hand seals while focusing his water chakra into his gut to spit out a sphere of water. The sphere then grows in size from the moment its released till it’s stopped. As the sphere travels it tears up the ground in the direction of its target. The farther the sphere travels the bigger it grows in size. It’s size has no effect on its rank.
    *Note: No S-rank and above Water the next turn.
    *Note: Can only be used once per battle.
    *Note: The strain from this jutsu does -15 damage to the user.

    ~Declined~ Either make it S-rank or change your restrictions and description so it can be classified as Forbidden. You need physical drawbacks, -15 won't do anything in a real fight.

    (Doton- Dosei no Hanabi ) Earth release- Earthen Fireworks

    Rank: Forbidden
    Range: Mid-Long
    Chakra cost: 50
    Damage points: 100(-15 to the user)
    Description: the user will string together a chain of hand seals and slam his hand on the ground releasing huge amounts of earth chakra causing chunks of earth to protrude from under the opponent to jag him as they begin to explode causing even more damage from the shrapnel being released from the explosions. The radius of the jutsu, covers short range all around the opponent. If used within short range, the user will need to defend against this technique as well.
    *Note: No Earth for the next turn or S-rank the turn after that.
    *Note: All Earth jutsus will lose -10 DP for the rest of battle.
    *Note: Can only be used once per battle.
    *Note: The strain from this jutsu does -15 damage to the user as well.
    *Note: Can only be used by Toku.

    (Suiton- Mizu Gattorin Juu) Water release- Water Gatlin Gun
    Type: Attack
    Rank: Forbidden
    Range: Short- Long
    Chakra cost: 50
    Damage points: 120(-15 to the user)
    Description: the user will gather his water chakra into his dominant hand and mold it into a gatlin gun of water that will begin firing countless water bullets. This technique is a more advanced form of the "water gun technique" but puts a great strain on the user‘s arm as well as leaves it damaged.
    *Note: Cant use water for the next turn or A-rank and above 2 turns after that.
    *Note: The strain from this jutsu does -15 damage to the user.
    *Note: Can only be used Toku.

    (Katon- Honoo no supaiku) Fire release- Flame Spikes

    Description: the user will focus his fire chakra under the opponent raising it out of the ground as spikes of fire that will burn the opponent as they emerge.
    *Note: can only be used 3x per battle.
    *Note: can only be used by Toku.

    (Kuchiyose no jutsu- Duffy Ahiru) Summoning- Duffy the Duck
    Type: Attack/Defend
    Rank: S-rank
    Range: Short-Long
    Chakra cost: 40
    Damage points: 80
    Description: the user will summon Duffy, the oldest son of Luffy, by performing the necessary hand seals and smearing his blood on his palm and clapping his hands together. Duffy has an elemental affinity of Lightning allowing him to release lightning from his wings to strike opponents. He is big enough to carry one person in flight and can fly at high speeds. He is able to use A-rank lightning jutsus and gives them (+10 damage points) when performing a user/summon combo.
    *Note: can only be used once per battle.
    *Note: can only stay in play for a total of 5 turns.
    *Note: Lightning bolts strikes are A-rank and count as one of the jutsus of a turn.
