    Description: The user will excute a little chain of hand signs Consisting of three. A Haxagonal formed plate will appear on the users chest with a seal in each corner, which a seal in each corner. It's seal have each special ability and marked with a special Kanji, representing what they now stand for. The top left one is marked with the Kanji which represents fire, top right - water, middle right - lightning, middle left - wind, lower right - earth and lower left wears the kanji for illusion. By tapping their hand on one of the seals, the favoured seal will be activated and it's effects will be put in place. Once all seals are tapped and drained the Hexagonal plate will crumble.
    Fire seal; The seal located top left in the Hexagonal plate. Once the user taps the seal it will release a burst of fire chakra through the users body boosting the user's fire techniques with +5, for two turns. Once activated it cannot be activated again for the rest of the battle.

    Illusion seal; The seal located lower right in the Hexagonal plate. Once the user taps the seal it will release foreign chakra throughout the entire chakra system of the users body for whole two turns, the foreign chakra will make him immune to genjutsus meanwhile activated.     ~Declined~ I have nothing against this technique, but the restrictions are off (also, re-read your description, there's some redundancy). Make it so you can only tap 3 hexagons (otherwise it's just a free boost for the rest of the match; 12 turns). Make it count as a move every time you activate a seal. Finally, any drawbacks?

    (Fuuinjutsu: Doroki!) - Sealing Technique: Surprise!

    Description: This seal wears the Kanji 風 which stands for wind, it's located underneath one of the users armpits. This is a rather advanced sealing technique as it activates itself upon the user getting hit by foreign lightning chakra, and paralyzed. Upon activation it will in an instant release a light amount of wind chakra through the users entire body and kills off anykind of foreign lightning/lightning chakra that shoulda been within his body and woulda paralyzed him or given any further harm to the user.
    ~Useable twice, a seal under each armpit.
    ~Once used Fuuinjutsu above B-rank cannot be used next round.

    ~Declined~ I know you want to counter Chidori Nagashi, or any lightning jutsu that paralyze, but this isn't how it work. If you read the description of Nagashi on wiki, you see that the paralyzing effect is caused by the sudden contraction of the muscle, it's not related to any remaining lightning chakra left in the body. It's more similar to a cramp.

    ~Declined~ OP. I get the fact that your hands are protected by the heat because of the chakra layer, but why isn't the rest of your body incinerated as well? And make it everything you touch, not everything near them. Don't make it last for more then the move in which you activate the jutsu. If you are to keep it a Forbidden rank technique, work on the restriction to fit such rank. Add drawbacks.

    (Doton : Terakotta-gun) – Earth Style : Terracotta army

    Description: By utilizing earth-based chakra, the user summon 100 legendary Chinese army made of rock, the Terracotta army which their body as solid as the hardening tech can be use to protect the user for incoming attack and only could be destroyed by strong lightning, they will move charge with rumbling sound, then attack the opponent with strong fist and kick from different angle and direction.

    Restriction :

    -Able to defense from Earth, water and fire attack with similar rank and 1 F rank (when they are gather as a human shield in front of the user)
    -Only usable once in every battle
    -No Doton jutsu for the next 2 turn
    -Can only be use and taught by Oasis Nara

    ~2nd Layer, mitigate the attack power

    (Fuuton: Kyodaina Rasen Shuriken) - Wind Release: Massive Spiraling Shuriken

    Description: Another variant of Rasengan and wind manipulation but the different is the user gather his massive wind chakra with his both hand raises upward toward the sky then massive size spiraling sphere shuriken look alike start to forming above the user palms, this massive rasen shuriken would be thrown by the user using his both hands and flies to the enemy with high speed nearly unavoidable as it wind based affinity, , this massive rasen shuriken not only will encases group of ten people at once in a huge violent orb of slicing wind and cuts on the microscopic level but also shattered their flesh brutally into pieces which will cause sudden death.

    Restriction:
    -usable once in every battle
    -Causing extremely exhausted to the user and will not be able to use any jutsu for the next 1 turn
    -After the next 1 turn, Only A-Rank jutsu for the next 3 turn
    -Can’t perform jutsu which required hand seal after the next turns for the rest of the battle as the user both palm injured badly
    -If using Kage bunshin to perform it then the user will not be able to use Kage Bunshin for the rest of the battle and the remain Kage bunshin shall be disperse while performing it.
    -Can only be counter by F-Rank jutsu
    -Can only be use by Oasis Nara and can't be taught to others

If, this jutsu hits it will caus you to die in a split second due to the heat of the lava and the flying hot ashes in the air. This jutsu can melt earth in a split second.
    (This jutsu is similar to fireball jutsu)

    Description: This technique offers the user both offensive and defensive capabilities. An attacker using a strong taijutsu will be able to enter the rings of the gyroscope, but will still suffer an electric shock as he/she enters, which paralyses him/her for few seconds. The user is able to move around while the shield is active, however at a slightly slower speed.

    Description: L.O.D Reach is actually a full body armor that can be summoned through a seal tattoo on the user's back. The armor itself is made of a special alloy built to be light so that it does not effect the user's mobility. The armor itself has no special properties about it but it is capable of enduring small impacts that could come from normal punches, kicks, kunais/shurikens (small amount up to 10 at once), etc. that do not have special properties. When the armor is released, it is equiped with a lance and an oversized shield which each have different abilities and are connected to the armor.

    So far so good...

    -L.O.D Shield: The L.O.D Shield has a special barrier made from 4 kanjis that are capable of blocking and dispersing incoming chakra based techniques with no definate mass up to A-rank meaning it can block any incoming jutsu with no particular solidness such as lightning, wind, fire, and other elements with no definate mass and can block anything up to D-rank, even other weapons with no particualr special abilities. The shield is practically big enough to cover the entire user's body so even full scale jutsus of B-rank wont affect him.

    ...try and slip in some drawbacks in there. You can't make it so easy as to be able to block 4 attacks up to A-rank without having some sort of restriction of drawbacks put on you...

    -L.O.D Lance: The L.O.D Lance is an advanced piece of equipment capable of converting chakra into the wind element to enhance it's piercing power being able to pierce through other armors and rock and can also be used as the medium for some wind based techniques that require a sword. As it is a lance it can only stab and not be swung as the point of sharpness is at the tip. Its special ability known as L.O.D Shot is when a large amount of chakra is channeled into the lance and is compressed at the tip of the spear. when released, it sends a shot of compressed wind at the opponent equal to A-rank with enough force to break bone and send them flying. This technique is clearly visible giving off a yellowish hue.

    ...Take out the ability to shoot blast from your spear, I don't care what you change it for but I've had enough of all those chakra blasting swords.

    Restrictions:
    -The armor is unfit for earth and water ninjutsu so these techniques do less damage than normal
    -The L.O.D Shield is only capable of blocking and dispersing 4 techniques in battle
    -the L.O.D Shield can't block incoming jutsus with a particular mass such as water, earth, or other elements with a definate mass besides D-rank
    -The L.O.D Lance can only shoot 4 L.O.D shots in battle
    -While wearing this equipment, the user is slowed in movement due to the heavy weapons but not drastically... ( I cannot match the speed of someone my rank who is a taijutsu specialist) Although, the giant shield and spear make up for that.
    -Once their abilities have been used up, the armor is reversed summoned back into the seal
    -The user cannot perform hand seals unless it only needs one hand while using the equipment
    -Can only be worn by Taiketsu Yagami

If the user were to send it down on top of the enemy, the impact would be strong enough to form a small crater in the floor. 2.) It could be used to block incoming jutsus from anywhere but the ground. 3.) It can be used to propel the user to any location above ground as far as long range. (Mid-range if used on water) The funny thing about this technique is that it has the force of wind and solidness of water making it stronger than wind based techniques alone but due to this, it is easily visible having a blue hue to it.

    -Usable 4 times
    -Can still be stopped by A-rank wind or water
    -Must be a ice user or have yin/yang training to use

The layer is made especially to prevent electricity and lightning based techniques generally from electrocuting the user, though focused attacks will easily pierce the armor. By using Shinrai Kaika along with a Taijutsu or Kenjutsu technique, the user is able to increase his own chance of survival even if faced with an advanced counter-attack. Shinrai Kaika mainly improves the footwork and perceptive ability of the user during a Taijutsu or Kenjutsu attack.     Description: The Elementalists form is one of the only purely chakra based Taijutsu forms that centers around the deflection of elemental techniques. Erementa-Kata requires in-depth understanding of the element you wish to defend against by the usage of this style and as such, if you’re not a user of that particular element, you cannot use Erementa-Kata to defend yourself from it. Erementa-Kata revolves around finding weak points in a jutsu and instead of spending huge amounts of chakra on absorbing or negating the whole technique, which would quickly tire the user out, this style revolves around destabilizing a technique by finding a weak point in it, or simply deflect it by changing its trajectory slightly. Of the two solutions, deflection is the easiest to use. By focusing great amounts of pure chakra into his hands or feet, the user is able to make a thin transparent shield of chakra; there is no limit on what form the shield can have. When a technique collides with the shield, the smooth surface and nature of the shield simply causes the technique to move along the surface of the shield. Depending on what form the shield has, the technique can be directed anywhere, though advanced techniques cannot be guided back towards their original user. Destabilization is a bit trickier and is usually used against larger scaled techniques, which cannot be directed back towards their user. By compressing pure chakra in their hand and using the rotation aspect of the Rasengan, the user is able to send a shockwave of chakra into the targeted technique.     ~Declined do not resubmit~ Hear me out, this jutsu looks good on paper and maybe even in the Narutoverse, but it simply can't be accepted for the sake of our RP. You're basically making yourself invincible to anyone who's can't use S-rank or won't use S-rank because he doesn't want to spam powerful techniques. Also, raw chakra is naturally weaker then any elemental chakra. Think about it, there are two manipulation you can do with your chakra; shape manipulation, and elemental manipulation. Hence, an elemental technique which is manipulated to take form will always be stronger then an equally ranked chakra manipulated jutsu.

This is merely the first stage of the technique. When the appropriate emotion or feeling has been chosen, the user focuses a large amount of pure chakra near the targets position. By compress-ing the chakra exponentially, the user causes a large amount of effects to occur. Kanjō Kyūsai gives the target a feeling of being crushed by the users chakra, it forces suicidal thoughts onto the target and induces a feeling of absolute fear and paralysis. If used correctly, Kanjō Kyūsai can give the opponent a feeling of having their very soul and life squeezed by nothing more than the users Ki. By compressing chakra near the opponent to such a level that the chakra becomes almost solid, the user is able to turn the feeling of being crushed and squeezed into reality. The compressed chakra will follow the rhythm of the exuded emotion or feeling while it crushes the target.

    Description: The Demonic Mirrors Edge is a gigantic Zanbatō. The sword has the ability as to grow to fit its master. The blade itself will always be as tall as the user and it will be just as broad and the handle will be as long as one of the users arms, from shoulder to fingertip. Makyo no Gyakuen was forged in the flames of music and determination, and as such, it will never break or shatter before its master’s life ends. The blade is sharp like nothing else and has the ability to cut through anything, except other indestructible items. The ability to cut through anything is sadly not able to save the wielder from Ninjutsu, since a thin cut in a fireball or something similar would be all but mockery. To the user, the Makyo no Gyakuen feels extremely light, but it will crash unto an enemy with the force of a thousand hits even with the slightest power behind it. Makyo no Gyakuen can only be wielded by the one it finds worthy, anyone else whom tries to use the blade will be unable to even lift it.

Take it off, the ability to cut is dependent on both the durability of your sword (which isn't made of diamond so it's breakable) and the strength used when cutting an object. Graphic example; if you drop your sword on the ground, will it cut through it endlessly? (This is an exaggeration to make myself clear). "Crush the enemy with the force of a thousand hits with the slightest power behind it [...]", my precedent example is still valid. While this is narutoverse, some basic physic laws still applies. Btw, your sword sounds like an transformed version of Mjolnir

    Description: The user focus solely on his spiritual force and will then increase its levels. The bigger the user's chakra pool the more effective this technique is since chakra is composed by both spiritual and physical energy.
    Opponent's with less will and spiritual force than the user will feel the pressure on their own spiritual energy and their will, will be overpowered. It will feel like the user's spiritual energy is crushing the opponent's. One can be so overwhelmed by this technique, it can be left on his knees, grasping for breath or even unconscious. On other cases, if the difference between spiritual energies is not that big, one with a lower level can be left paralysed for a few moments. Also, the closer the opponent and the user are, the more the opponent is affected. If he manages to increase their distance to long distance, the opponent simply feels a shivering and may feel intimidated.
    This technique can be used in multiple people at once. With mastery, the user can select his only targets, out of a great amount of persons, without affecting the rest.
    One rank lower: No effect.
    Two ranks lower: Target is left paralysed for a few seconds [4-6s].
    Three ranks lower: Target can be left on the ground grasping for breath [1 turn].
    Four ranks lower or more: Target can be left unconscious for a few moments [1 turn]

    Restrictions:
    • Usable three times per battle.
    • Jinchuurikis are not affected due to their large chakra pools.


    (Gengu Kinjutsu: Yajuuinai) ~ Forbidden Illusion Technique: Beast Within

    Description: This is a gengutsu made specifically to be used on a Jinchuuriki. The user will use the heightened prowess of his Sharingan to enter the opponent's subconscious (like when Sasuke did the same with Naruto and encountered the Nine Tailed Fox).
    Both the user and the opponent will continue doing whatever they're doing, because the user will only use some chakra and spiritual energy to do this technique. The spiritual technique will then materialize in his form inside the opponent's subconscious. Then the user will remove the seal which will cause the opponent's bijuu to be released. The opponent will then enter in his complete bijuu mode two turns after this technique is performed.
    This technique is considered kinjutsu because if someone cannot handle the bijuu once released, it will roam free trough the world.

    (Gengutsu: Fuude no Bakuyaku) ~ Illusion Technique: Explosive Arm Seals

The user will then taunt the opponent, saying the seals will explode and saying they are impossible to remove. Using the powers of his gengutsu, the user will make the opponent feel extremely paranoid and will feel an immense urge to cut his arm off in order to save himself, ending up doing so.

    Restrictions:
    • Usable three times per battle if used with hand seals
    • Usable two times per battle if used trough dojutsu.

Some have specialize in gengutsu, which in the end is quite similar with their ability to blend with the environment (deceive their enemies).

    Description: This is an advanced ninjutsu technique utilized in a way similar to stealth attacks, by taking advantage of the user's mastery of the basic five elements, If the user is attacking using a fire technique against a water technique, the user releases water chakra into the fire technique that he is using allowing the fire technique to be as powerful as the targeted water technique declining the elemental weakness against the fire technique and making it as stronger as water techniques meaning that the power of the techniques only differ by rank, so if a B-ranked fire technique attacked a B-ranked water technique, both techniques would cancel each other, this works also to all other basic five elements in the same way, meaning that if a wind technique is released against a fire technique that's made by his opponent, the user releases his fire chakra into the wind technique he perfomed instantly after releasing the technique making the wind technique as strong as the targeted fire technique, basically when the user is using an elemental technique to counter another elemental technique but the technique that's the user countering has an elemental advantage against the user's technique [Wind < Fire], the user releases the same chakra as the targeted technique as shown above, making the user's technique as powerful as the targeted technique without an elemental advantage whatsoever.

    ~Declined~ This doesn't really make any sense considering the cycle of elemental weakness is based on the physical properties of the elements, not just the chakra. Water is strong to chakra because it as a high enthalpy, allowing it to store a lot of energy before breaking it's H2O bonds which is necessary for the fire's combustion, hence the fire dies out because it lacks oxygen before the water could boil. You get the general idea for the others.

    Description: The user bites his thumb and wipes blood across a tattoo that's located on the back of his hand summoning Fuu a giant crow, Fuu is half the size of Gamabunta, he has thick black feathers all over his body and two lines of grey feathers across his belly and his wings, ever since Fuu was born he was trained in the arts of the wind release and can use up to S-ranked wind techniques without having to use a handseal in order to perform them, being greatly accustomed to the wind element and specially because he's a giant crow with giant wings a special ability was unlocked when he mastered the wind element, Fuu can use 2 wind techniques at the same time by gathering chakra in both his wings and belly, by flapping his wings and using his mouth as a medium he can use a wind technique by shooting it from his mouth and another wind technique by flapping his wings at the same time, due to this particular special ability his wings are lighter than any other crow and his feathers aren't as thick as other crows not granting him any immunity against wind elemntal techniques whatsoever, his ability in using the wind element has increased rapidly to the point where he performs each wind technique with more chakra than the wind technique requires originally, boosting any wind technique he uses by +15 damage points.
    ~Can only be summoned once per battle.
    ~Stays on the field for 5 turns.
    ~When he performs two wind techniques simultaneously he can't enhance the power of any of those wind techniques.

    1. Luffy is the ultimate taijutsu puppet. He really looks like Luffy. He can spit out mulitple poison tipped needles. His top half of his body can stick out one inch thick and one foot long poison tipped spikes. His arms, legs and neck can deattach with a poison tipped blade on the end.
    2. Wrath is the ultimate defensive taijutsu puppet. He looks like Wrath. He have large metal fists with poison tipped spikes on the end to defend against B rank and below attacks with a single fist. He also have a huge shield he holds that blocks B rank and below attacks.
    3. Bruce Lee is the fastest of all three of the puppets. He really looks like Bruce Lee. He has two pair of poison tipped spiked nunchakas that attaches from his legs. He can spit out mulitple poison tipped kunais.


    ~Declined~ If you're going to make them poisonous, please make a separate custom first to submit the poison itself. In order to do so, you need to be a med-student and have learned to work with poisons.

    Description: Elemental chakra can be infused into kunai's to increase their abilities. For instance, infusing a kunai with wind chakra would increase the kunai's cutting power to not only stop an incoming kunai attack, but would slice through the kunai easily along with increasing the speed of said kunai. Infusing a kunai with doton chakra would increase the kunai's force tho this is done by the user using doton to increase the strength of his arm when throwing the kunai. Katon chakra would increase sharpness of the blade by heating it up and allowing it to cut through objects easier. Now you can do the same with pushing a certain type of chakra to your feet to increase speed or sending it to a limb to increase it's ability. What this technique is basically the user will send out chakra throughout his body infusing the chakra in his muscles/limbs to increase their abilities depending on the elemental chakra they used. Tho, they can only use one type of chakra for this.

    Earth enhancing skill: If the user sends out Doton chakra throughout their body infusing it with their body, they will gain increased strength by 2X, being able to lift boulders and crack concrete with their fists.

    Wind enhancing skill: If the user sends out Fuuton chakra throughout their body infusing it with their body, they will gain increased speed by 2X of what they had before.

    Water enhancing skill: If the user sends out water chakra throughout their body infusing it with their body, they will gain increased stamina. Scientifically, muscles rely on water to work for longer periods of time and this reduces the build up of certain acids that makes your muscles feel as if they're on fire when working out too long. This gives a good performance boost making it harder for the user to tire out.

    Notes:
    - Can only use one element enhancing skill once per battle and the enhancing effects only last for 3 turns.
    - Can only use one element enhancing skill at a time.

This acts sort of like armor and at the same time they will have chakra flowing through that arm increasing strength of that arm and bracing the bones, muscles and muscle tissues of that arm as well as sending it to certain locations of their body bracing their body. This will allow them to catch certain attacks that are solid like earth and some ninjutsu techniques that use pure chakra for attacks. When the attacks hits the users hand, the chakra around the users arm will make it so they don't take damage and it being braced with chakra will make it able to stop that technique a.k.a "catching" it. It will not work with water, lightning, fire or wind only pure chakra based techniques and most earth techniques. Examples of this technique would be: Your opponent swings a sword, you activate this technique and you catch the sword in hand with/o harming you. Your opponent shoots a fist of earth at you, you activate this technique and catch the fist, stopping it completely, if the technique that the user is trying to catch is pure ninjutsu chakra based then it will slowly fade out in their hand.

This technique allows a swift user to be capable of tracking movements of shadow-less flight's speed.

    I don't believe I should place the "no wind or lightning jutsus in the same turn" restriction on that one since it's just basic chakra infusing and doesn't make sense to but I will just in case it's still required.

    ~Declined do not resubmit~ While swift is chakra based, it's a kekkei genkai limited to your body (since it's basically a speed enhanced body). It's like saying a gate user could use his new found chakra when opening the gates to give his kunai a faster pace by infusing them with chakra.

    Description: After having studied Naruto's Nine-Tailed Fox Mode, Kirabi and the Hachibi realized because they have a very good relationship and as such whenever Kirabi needs chakra he can easily access the Hachibi's, with or without it's will intact. By doing this, Kirabi's chakra shroud becomes purple and the defining characteristics would be the four chakra horns jutting out from Kirabi's head. Much like Naruto's Chakra Shroud it releases chakra from it in flicker of flame and with this power under his control Kirabi gains a increase to his bijuu's innate chakra natures. His speed isn't as great as Naruto's though but still requires at least a 3-tomoe Sharingan to track and be able to react to this form. Again as in Naruto's form, Kirabi has the ability to create chakra arms giving him greater range with his attacks, dexterity and maneuverability. But, shelving his own chakra he can only keep this mode up for three turns before it deactivates and renders him temporarily unable to regain manipulation of his own chakras when he exits the mode and requires pulling a large amount of the Hachibis chakra in order to maintain the form proving the technique isn't on par with the nine tails mode.

    Fire [ Blaze] - Samehada spins releasing the fire chakra back at the opponent as fast moving projectiles.

    Description:The user enters this mode by gathering natural wood chakra from the trees and plants surrounding him,and mixing it up with his own.The users body gets covered in a layer of wood which presents an armor.The armor is thick enough to protect the user from A-rank and below taijutsu techniques and other techniques that are based on physical contact (Kaguya bones,Earth and Metal pillars,weapons such as kunai,shuriken,senbon etc.).The armor is constructed to move with the user thus not hindering his movement.The user can at any time release S ranked pillars and spikes from any part of his body and use them for attack,defense and/or retreating.While in this mode the user gets a boost of +15 damage to all Wood,Earth and Water techniques he uses.The users strength also gets enchanced giving the user a +10 boost to all Taijutsu moves.

    Description: Ra is one of the two Buzzard elders in the Buzzard Realm. Unlike other summonings, Ra is the the strongest Buzzard known thus far. His sheer size and golden armor makes him look godly to those who don't know him. Ra's size is half that of Gamabunta but his wing span stretches past gamabunta's width meaning he could crush almost anything under him. He is actually worshipped as a deity to the low ranking Buzzards. Ra is capable of using "Killing Intent" to the degree of S-Rank where he shows his domination and killing intent over what he considers inferior beings causing them to be paralyzed with fear. Ra's best know ability is being able to use all lightning based techniques and the ones that require hand seals can be done by the summoner. The best part is that due to his sheer size it will seem like techniques reach a range longer. An example is that if he used Gian it would reach up to Long-Range (in other words if used jutsu is only up to Mid-Range, it would reach to Long-Range). The armor like feathers Ra has is sturdy enough to be unaffected by techniques of B-rank and below.

The shield has the ability to block A rank and below attacks that are shot at the weilder but can only block 3 attacks when fused it has the same ability and can be used to deliver devestating short range punches. The Sword can be used to cut through jutsu shot at the user of A rank and below but can only be used two times when fused with the weilder the arm can be used to cut/chop through water, earth and wind jutsu but would be affected by Fire or Lightning. Together this sword and shield pair make up one of the best defensive weapon pairs. The sword and shield when fused with the user gives one last ability the weilder can rank up Raiton based jutsu by one rank this only works on A rank and below jutsu it doesn't effect S rank jutsu.

It only takes about 3 seconds to gather the chakra and 1 second to clap your hands so this jutsu happens extremely quickly, fast enough to catch almost anyone of guard.

They are about 3 1/2 feet tall and weights range from 80 to 95 pounds First is Sparky, he is the Alpha male and the leader of the group. He will easily kill and tear out a person's throat just to finish the battle his affinity is Raiton and he can use it up to A rank any Raiton jutsu the user knows he can use(Up to A rank). He is the biggest of the group weighing 95 pounds and being the tallest. Next is Breeze he is a free spirit and has a kind heart for him it is harder to just brutally murder an opponent. He has an affinity for Fuuton and can use it up to A rank. He is about 87 pounds. Than there is Pinky she is the only female of the group and is stubborn she won't listen to anyone in the group but Sparky or the Summoner. She can use A rank fire and is about 80 pounds being the smallest and weighing the least. Lastly is Philip and he is athe loner. He will do anything to fit in witht he group but most times stays close to the summoner due to lack of confidence. Each of the Nin Puppies have a great sense of smell and can sense an opponent from a mile away in the thickest forest. They each can move pretty fast easily out running most Shinobi but their jaw muscles are not fully developed so, in retrospect their bark is worse than their bite.

Other variation is, the user hammers down Mjolnir, hitting the ground. The user send raiton to the hammer and it creates a dome of lightning underground and it expands underground to mid-range (mirrors the first variation)

    Description: User wields Mjolnir, he then channels raiton chakra unto the hammer and throws at opponent. As the hammer flies at the opponent, it creates a tail of lightning chakra. The lightning expands outward for 5 meters, meaning opponent can not just dodge with jutsu because even if Mjolnir will miss the opponent the tail of lightning will still hit with S rank lightning. The hammer itself is engulfed with raiton and not only will the lightning hurt the opponent but also the force of the impact will increase the damage as well.
    -Must have Mjolnir as CW
    -usable three times in a fight
    -User can not control Mjolnir while in flight, meaning it only goes straight but the hammer can always be called back to user

    Description: The user, wielding Mjolnir, sends raiton chakra unto it. The user then swings the hammer, hitting the ground Mjolnir sends raiton into the ground. The lightning travels underground, opponent wont see what is happening. Then the user manipulates the chakra and creates spears of raiton that burst through the ground surrounding the opponent, 5 meters around the opponent field of spears.
    -Must have Mjolnir as CW
    -usable three times in a fight
    -Byakugan and 2T sharingan will be able to see chakra underground

    Description: The user will create a bone from his forearm, and the user will swing the arm and launch the bone at the opponent. The user then makes a handseal and the bone will explode into little bone shrapnel, all will be launched forward in a spray fashion. Each shrapnel is denser than steel and is sharp enough to cut through anything less dense than itself.
    -Must have a Kaguya bio

    ~Declined~ Similar jutsu exists, and OP(on another note, its basically the combination move I tend to use, which you have put into one jutsu, with much less restrictions)

    Chakra cost: 40 Chakra
    Description: Adrenalin forces the brain to "think" faster, making the person perceive time much slower. This uses chakra to imitate this effect and time "seems" to slow down resulting in better reaction time.
    -Lasts 5 turns
    -Can only be used once in a battle
    -This only increases reaction time by x2 doesn't increase strength, speed, or durability of body
    -Does not give better vision, only slows down time for user
    -Can only be taught by ~Piccolo Kaguya~

    Btw, you might want to contact Mugi and Goro to check that post if you want thing to go faster.


    The first three is based on Goro Kaguya's CW that is why it must go through him but I am submitting it as its mine...
