    Summoning:

    (Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Haka Sono Shiranai Tori )- Summoning: Tomb of the Unknown Avian
    Type:Summoning

    Description:
    This is a highly advanced summon invented by "Sacrifice". The user must carry a large scroll that looks and is carried the same way Jiraiya carries his. When the time comes to use this summon, the user will open the scroll on the ground, preform 3 handseals, then slam their hand in the middle of the scroll. Instantly a tall, thick, 20 foot pillar appears with hieroglyphics all over the tomb, the hieroglyphics glow from the start and the top of this tomb blows open as if something has shattered the top of tomb. A skeletal gull appears to rise out of the top, he has some pitch black feathers that are still attached to his wings. The gull only sits half way out of the tomb, seeing his head and wings. Once the tomb appears and the top instantly breaks open, it shoots out a thick fog that covers the battlefield instantly covering the user and then the whole field (aspect of Hidden Mist). The only thing the target can see is the intensely bright red eyes of the Skeletal Gull; these red eyes have special abilities. It's near impossible for the target not to see the eyes because how they shine and reflect it's light in the fog, the target goes under a very intense S-Rank Genjutsu, this Genjutsu makes the target see themselves in an ancient city on the side of misty, haunted mountain. They picture themselves walking through this city, with nobody around, the city is run down, the target can hear the wails of lost spirits. In the real world, the target walks around aimlessly while under the Genjutsu open for attacks. The Gull eyes have another ability, it is able to see the enemy through the fog he unleashed earlier, this allowing him to fire sharp bones directly at the target or any other objects within the mist.

    Notes:
    - Summon lasts 4 turns
    - Only usable once per battle
    - Fog lasts while summon is on field (or until a strong wind blows it away)
    - Genjutsu acts as one of the three turns
    - Though Gull can see target the user is still unable to see the target
    - Sharp bones share the same rules as kunais/shurkiens
    - Max 3 sharp bones per turn
    - Tomb has to be destroyed first (B-Rank & up) before the gull can be directly attacked (A-Rank & up)
    - Unable to use another summon while Tomb is on field
    - Only usable by signers of Gull contract
    - Only usable by Sacrifice.. & those he allows

    ~Declined~ You're kind of missing the point on how a genjutsu works. I affects all your senses, so you can make your opponent see himself walk around this creepy town you're creating in the genjutsu, but you can't actually force him to really walk through it. Same goes for what's happening outside the genjutsu, you can't say your opponent will start walking as if he was in the genjutsu.

    Secondly, what is this gull? If it's a dead one then it needs to be changed, we don't allow any form of Impure World Resurrection jutsu. Also, how can it throw bones? Is it related to Kaguya?

    You say in your restriction that the gull can see the opponent but yet the opponent can't see it. Didn't you made it very clear that because the gulls eyes were so bright, they could be see from anywhere withing the mist (as long as you're looking in the right direction)? If you mean they would reflect on the mist then take that out, I won't accept that as it's OP.

    Take out the part where you specify what is required to kill the summon. I'm ok with destroying the tomb first, and the restriction on the rank required is fine, but summons can't be restricted to a specific rank considering there's many way to hurt them (the tomb is made form solid rock so it's your decision on the rank, the summon is a living being, it's different).

    That's about it O__O.



    Paper Techniques;

    (Muttsu Juuoku Kibaku Kujo) - Six Billion Exploding Tag Destruction
    Type: Attack

    Description:
    This is Konan's ultimate Paper Technique that she used against Madara but this one is preformed differently. Konan will take out a Scroll and preform 3 hand seals then slam her hand on the scroll. In doing this she is able to summon her "Six Billion Paper Exploding Tags". As soon as it's summoned she is able to form it to a massive Tsunami of the paper tags. The Tsunami is then sent to the direct of the target. Since the astronomical amount of tags sent at the target, when it crashes down it creates a sea of tags. Konan is able to let the Tags explode for 10 minutes straight in the area. This technique is nearly unavoidable by the sheer amount of destruction, The amount of tags and force it contains makes it almost impossible to stop fully . Due to the large amount of chakra it takes to preform this move, Konan is hit with severe fatigue.

    Notes:

    - Only usable by Konan
    - Only usable once per battle
    - Unable to preform an Paper techniques for 3 turns afterwards
    - Only able to use 2 techniques in the move this is used
    - Due to huge strain on the user for 2 turns after technique used, Konan is only able to preform 2 techniques in each turn
    - Only usable/trainable by Sacrifice..

    (Pe-Pa Gikou: Koudo Kami Bunshin) - Paper Technique: Advanced Paper Clone
    Type: Supplementary/Attack/Defense

    Description:
    The user is able to summon Paper clone but these clones are much more advanced. The paper clones are able to preform paper techniques and elements the user is able to preform. Other than that they act like normal Shadow clones.

    Notes:
    - Only usable by Paper Technique user
    - Usable twice per battle
    - Two clones maximum at one time
    - The move Clone preforms counts as 1 of 3 moves
    - Only usable/trainable by Sacrifice..

    ~Approved~ That's a waste of a custom in my opinion, it's an exact copy of the shadow clones. (Shadow clones can perform paper techniques if you have the right bio).

    Description:
    This is an ancient Cestus (battle gloves) passed down from the greatest earth users in the Ninja World. There was a secret society known as the "Masons of Earth" this is the society that created the Cestus and the one who past it down to the leaders of this group. Nobody knows for sure who is apart of this society, but it is said many shinobi from Iwagakure are apart of this group as well as from all the hidden villages. Though this Cestus is simple in appearance, it harnesses the greatest of the Earth's prowess. When the wielder wears both gloves, they create an internal link in the user which allows them to increases their fist power, like "Hardening" technique but just by wearing the Cestus. It also allows the user to have their Earth techniques increased in power. This Cestus has specialty techniques that harness the Earth only if wearing these gloves (separate jutsus)

    Abilities/Restrictions:
    - Earth techniques power increases by +5
    - While wearing gloves; fists get as much power as "Hardening Technique"
    - Able to deflect one A-Rank and up water style per battle (counts as move)
    - Able to deflect two B-Rank and below water style per battle (counts as move)

    While wearing "The Earth Shadows Cestus" the user with literally put his hands into the ground like he's grabbing it. He then pulls up a large amount of Earth from the ground about10 feet high and 20 feet wide. Then they slam they earth back into the ground with such force and power that from that point of the earth being slammed into the ground, the ground will erupt upwards with several spikes that move in a wave from short to mid-range. The spikes go up about 15 feet high.

    Notes:
    - Must wear "The Earth Shadows Centus"
    - Unable to use another Doton tech in same move
    - Only usable by Sacrifice..

    ~Declined~ Please elaborate on the technique, do the spikes emerge all around the user or in a specific direction (range would be the width of the wall and up to mid?).

While the snow is falling, vision is drastically reduced and it's almost impossible for both, the opponent and user, to see each other (unless Dojutsu users). Due to his chakra being infused in each snowflake, user can sense every movement on the battlefield.

    Description: After the user released a Suiton jutsu he immediately releases a Hyouton chakra wave. The wave is very fast and it catches up with the previous Suiton jutsu before it hits the target. It carries very cold air which freezes any body of water on contact. The air wave is cold enough to freeze water but still not enough cold to harm a living being (because the freezing point of water is 0°C). It doesn't require any handseals but it can't be used unless a Suiton jutsu is used previously. When the cold air wave freezes the water, its structure changes and forms into hexagonal prisms which make the attack solid. Due to the attack being solid it’s powered up for a whole rank. Note that an S-ranked Suiton jutsu doesn't become Forbidden but instead a very strong S-rank jutsu.

    *The special ability costs 32 chakra
    *The special ability does count towards the 3 moves per turn rule.
    *The special ability can only be used once every 3 turns.Meaning you use it,than wait 2 full turns for it to cool down,than on the third you can use it again.

The users chest also becomes red, since the extreme use of multiple chakra, this overuse of chakra temporarily clogs the chakra circulatory system, causing it not to flow efficiently which will lead to the the use of only three of the basic five elements for the next three turns.

    Description: the user will take out a small pill ( with no effects) and put it between his two hands in the tiger hand seal he will focas all of his chakra into the pill and sallow it he will then make 5 hand seals and the pill will expell a larger amoint of chakra then that which was given the chakra will suddenly begin to surround the user the increase in chakra will make the user faster and stronger ( almost like the raikages lighting armor except not as fast) it will also decrease the amount of time it takes to switch elements and to use ninjutsu as the chakra is already flowing out of him. After 4 turns the chakra will implode on the user killing him the chakra will then explode in a shock wave of chakra hitting anything within mid range
    Note: can only be used once ( after it wears off user will die)

    ~Declined~ You didn't get what I meant when I said there were openings in the armor. It means that you aren't fully protected from the fire. A big enough fire could severely burn you even if you have your armor. Take out the restriction on the openings and make a new one. Lastly, this is only an A-rank technique, make it so it can block 2 A-rank fire before melting away, not 3.

Getting hit by this causes also nerve damage to opponent, giving slight sensation of burning to the nevers and opponent once hit due fire chakra in leg.
    • Causes strain to user's muscles and leaves user limping if used for long durations.

    2. ( Raiton: Tesura Raikō ) - Lightning release: Tesla Lightning

    Description: Tesla Lightning is a lightning element based technique which unlike most Lightning release techniques, doesn't hold much brute force in it. To use Tesla Lightning user must focus chakra into their arm and gather a small ball at the center of their palm. Once the ball is created user can release it in form of a straight lightning bolt towards their target(s). This is where the Tesla Lightning differs from many other lightning techniques as the Tesla Lightning can fork and cover up a large area without being shot multiple times (original bolt can fork max 15 times and it will last three meters without forking before disappearing). The forking happens as user wishes it to happen and once it hits target, it will travel as an electrical current through their body and fork again into more bolts which then attack other enemies. Having a strong electrical current like that travel through body will burn the target's/s' body, shock and damage without killing. Even though the lightning can fork, the strength of it will decrease while travelling through a target's body. As said earlier, Tesla lightning won't have much destructive properties but can nullify the effects of earth techniques once it hits them.
    • Causes damage to user varying on the strength of the technique

    Description: An user that knows Black-Leg taijutsu and has speed level of at least eight (speed chart) can, once taught, use Highest-rate Mincemeat. The technique includes fast footwork and will work only if the target's short or close range from the user. To begin with this technique, user must jump in air and once he/she gets close enough to the opponent, user starts delivering fast paced kicks aimed at mainly opponent's torso area. The technique isn't automatically 60 damage but can be less if the opponent is a taijutsu specialist and/or has sharingan to increase their reaction time that he/she uses to block the hits. Even the hits are blocked, the kicks will hurt. If not blocked, user can aim at opponent's vitals and cause quite alot damage by hitting opponent's internal organs and bones. If this is combined with Diable Jambe, the technique gains burning attributes. As long as user's airborne he/she can attack their target with more taijutsu but once user lands, he/she is forced to jump backwards and allow their feet to rest for a short period of time (the higher user's rank is, the shorter time is required for feet to rest).
    • Can be used only if user is properly trained and has speed level of eight and above.
    • Can be used twice per battle with three turn interval between each usage.

When it hits it doesn't really cause much damage to opponent but it will send the opponent flying to longer distances than a normal kick would. This can be used to send ally flying at opponent or to avoid attack if other person jumps on the user's leg before he/she kicks. This will send the ally flying to mid range from user.

    - User cannot move while preparing the kick.

The kick can also be used to send allies flying into other ranges, though once a strong(er) kick is attempted user must spend more time concentrating before kicking. This can also be used quickly in openings to deal a quick hit to the opponent and then expose them for further combinations.

    • If you attempt on sending your ally to other range, the ally must jump on your leg just as you're kicking to guarantee the strength of kick to send him/her away.

Combining these two attacks, Black-Leg taijutsu user is able of using a technique that is fatal on closer ranges. First, one must have activated Diable Jambe. After that the user jumps above opponent and starts spinning horizontally in a position where user's leg is pointing down at their opponent, he/she starts furiously kicking with one of their feet at opponent's chest and belly area as already activated Diable Jambe increases their strength. The kicks aren't dealing internal damage but are extremely strong and the places where hits are dealt can be seen through opponent's back as the user's ignited, glowing leg lands kicks on the target. After the spinning stops, user finishes with a powerful axe kick on the opponent's head/shoulder area which is strong enough to break stone. This technique is strong enough to deal considerable damage even to medium-sized summoning creatures.
    • This technique disables Diable Jambe after using (without strong cramps/leg strain to user that would come from Diable Jambe).
    • Can be used once per battle, and like after every fast paced attack, user requires few seconds to let their leg muscles relax.

    The user performs one handseal and takes a deep breath,He will then exhale a large & thick black fog which will cover most of the battle field.The Fog acts as a haze and will block the foe's vision while he inside.The fog is a large thundercloud infused with the users chakra, this allows him to locate anything inside the fog.While inside the fog its impossible for the Foe to use any S-ranked and below Raiton jutsus as it will be absorbed by the thunderclouds.On the Contrary the User gains a +5 boost to Raiton/Ranton jutsus.The Foe will have nearly no sense of were he is giving the user an advantage.Since the fog is made of Thundercloud every turn the Foe is inside the Fog he takes 20 damage from the thunder and the Foe cannot simply just run/jump out of the Haze as they would get electrocuted back inside..This fog is similar to the Hidden mist jutsu although can only removed by a strong wind of S-rank and above and it has be a AoE(Area of effect) as a a direct, small wind would only remove a segment of the thunder cloud.At any time the user may Dismiss the Thundercloud.Since the user and the Thundercloud share the same chakra type it would be impossible to locate the user using something like the Bykugan.

    -What's true for your opponent is also true for you, so if the fog absorbs lightning, it won't boost yours.
    -Take out the part where it damage your opponent while he's inside (or make it a 1 move jutsu, not lasting for 3 turns).
    -Fog is fog, mist is mist, wind is wind. Any good wind gust can clear the fog, no need to be S-rank. Rank is often subjective to elemental manipulations (making spears/knives...etc), so it doesn't reflect the actual effect of the technique.
    -Impossible for a Byakugan to spot you? I don't think so. Take that part away.
    -Make it once per match.

If it it's a wind jutsu the sword will just "absorb" the wind and send it back on the opponent causing a A-Ranked wind gust that travels up to Mid-Range.

    Elephant is the largest puppet made by ~The Norwegian~. It looks just like an elephant and weights just the same, the only difference is that the two horns of the elephant are larger and sharper. Elephant can suck up water in it's nose and spit it out at the opponent like an A-Rank water attack that reaches Mid-Range, and it can stomp the ground causing a B-Rank earthquake that will reaches Mid-Range. Due too it's size the elephant can withstand B-Rank attacks and lower. Elephant is kept in a scroll and can be summoned when the user wants it.
    ~Note: The water attack and the earthquake counts as one of the three moves per round

    The Knight is a puppet made by ~The Norwegian~. It has the same hight as a normal man but is so much stronger, and wields a large sword. The Knight wears an armor making him so strong that only A-Rank attacks and above can pierce it. The Knight's only weak point is under his legs, where he has no protection. The Knight is kept in a scroll and can be summoned as the user wants too.

Once the Bats are summoned the Bats blast forward at the opponent, the opponent will be encircled by the bats with tthem attacking, biting, clawing, and making a vortex like shape around the opponent. Once the bats surround the opponent, the user will emerge from the bats and begin attacking the opponent.

Arnold also has 50 bomb tags all located inside its head and should the need arise can be detonated with a single hand seal, using arnold's head and shoulders as sharpnel to damage the enemy (if in short range)

    Description: User claps his hands together and summons a 6th huge scroll that, like his other 5 scrolls contain one of his Magnet Zombie creations. This huge scroll contains Eustrass Kid's most monsterous Magnet Zombie to date, the Bullseye creation is as tall as Gamabunta and dressed in a huge black robe, on its forehead is a massive Bullseye hence the name.
    After unrolling the scroll and summoning Bullseye underneath the user (user is standing on the scroll when performing the summon and his head after the summon) the user opens a compartment in Bullseye's head then steps into it then closing it effectivly keeping himself inside bullseye's heavily armored head and begins focusing his chakra into the head and body and after 30 seconds a huge wave of chakra is released from bullseye who extends his arms straight out to each side (making the aftermath seem like a large scale shinra tensei), destroying everything around him leaving a deep crater around him. This, being Kid's largest zombie is very heavily armored and made of very rare chakra metal that allows kid to infuse with his chakra and thus use this powerful blast from the inside of Bullseye without taking damage. After the blast wave Bullseye remains on the field but user is too drained to use him again for the rest of the battle.

    Sorry but I didn't really get what you meant, as I think it's already stated in the next exluded the last bolded part. I just added that one, as I simply forgot to add in my first submission. How they're gonna be triggered is aswell already noted in the CJ description. So, to be honest I haven't really changed much, as I think it's already stated in the CJ description/restrictions. =S

Generally, when manipulating raw chakra to the point where it's dense enough to harm someone, it's visible (example: rasengan). Re-submit with a good explanation and it's good to go.

    Description: Dei Dei created this fighting style that he made after learning the Rasengan and using his great chakra control and Lightning, and Fire specialist. He uses the spinning of the Rasengan around his hands and feet with Fire or Lightning chakra he makes a spinning lightning or fire ball around his hand with his hands and feet in the middle. The user has chakra wrapped around their hands and feet to protect from the shocking or burning from the lightning or fire. This takes extra training to do and it took him three NB years to perfect this style. The lightning or fire surrounding hands or feet are yellow(lightning) or red(fire). When hitting something it leaves burn or a hole from the fire or lightning. The user is harmed too. The user hands and/or feet gets burned or body gets shocked. If the hands and/or feet are burned from the fire the user can`t use any jutsus that require more then five or six hand seals. If the user body is shocked they will be slowed down by one rank. This is also a taijutsu used to defend against elemental ninjutsu(B rank and below wind jutsu=fire, B rank and below earth jutsu=lightning, C rank and below water jutsu=fire, C rank and below wind jutsu=lightning)

The armor itself has no special properties about it but it is capable of enduring small impacts that could come from normal punches, kicks, kunais/shurikens (small amount up to 10 at once), etc. that do not have special properties. When the armor is released, it is equiped with a lance and an oversized shield which each have different abilities and are connected to the armor.

    So far so good...

    -L.O.D Shield: The L.O.D Shield has a special barrier made from 4 kanjis that are capable of blocking and dispersing incoming chakra based techniques with no definate mass up to A-rank meaning it can block any incoming jutsu with no particular solidness such as lightning, wind, fire, and other elements with no definate mass and can block anything up to D-rank, even other weapons with no particualr special abilities. The shield is practically big enough to cover the entire user's body so even full scale jutsus of B-rank wont affect him.

    ...try and slip in some drawbacks in there. You can't make it so easy as to be able to block 4 attacks up to A-rank without having some sort of restriction of drawbacks put on you...

    -L.O.D Lance: The L.O.D Lance is an advanced piece of equipment capable of converting chakra into the wind element to enhance it's piercing power being able to pierce through other armors and rock and can also be used as the medium for some wind based techniques that require a sword. As it is a lance it can only stab and not be swung as the point of sharpness is at the tip. Its special ability known as L.O.D Shot is when a large amount of chakra is channeled into the lance and is compressed at the tip of the spear. when released, it sends a shot of compressed wind at the opponent equal to A-rank with enough force to break bone and send them flying. This technique is clearly visible giving off a yellowish hue.

    ...Take out the ability to shoot blast from your spear, I don't care what you change it for but I've had enough of all those chakra blasting swords.

    Restrictions:
    -The armor is unfit for earth and water ninjutsu so these techniques do less damage than normal
    -The L.O.D Shield is only capable of blocking and dispersing 4 techniques in battle
    -the L.O.D Shield can't block incoming jutsus with a particular mass such as water, earth, or other elements with a definate mass besides D-rank
    -The L.O.D Lance can only shoot 4 L.O.D shots in battle
    -While wearing this equipment, the user is slowed in movement due to the heavy weapons but not drastically... ( I cannot match the speed of someone my rank who is a taijutsu specialist) Although, the giant shield and spear make up for that.
    -Once their abilities have been used up, the armor is reversed summoned back into the seal
    -The user cannot perform hand seals unless it only needs one hand while using the equipment
    -Can only be worn by Taiketsu Yagami and who I choose to let wear it

The lance is very adept in the fire and element and is linked to the user. Whenever the user performs a fire jutsu, the lance's white coating will turn flaming red. The user can channel fire chakra through this lance to add the burning effect of what it pierces or slashes. Its most famous ability known as "Flame Spike" is where the user channels fire chakra through the lance and expanding it. The user will look as if he is carrying a giant spear made of fire 4 times the size of the lance itself. This flaming spike can be shot at the opponent at very high speeds inveloping everthing it touches in flames while also having the piercing and destructive power to punch through concrete. (Equal to A-rank).

    Restrictions:

    ~Restrictions to L.O.D Armor:

The funny thing about this technique is that it has the force of wind and solidness of water making it stronger than wind based techniques alone but due to this, it is clearly visible having a blue hue to it.

    -Must be an ice user or have yin/yang training

    Description: The Talons of Ra are very special golden gauntlets and greaves that are equiped with talons or claws at the end of the hands and feet. This equipement was forged using the golden armor like feathers of the Buzzard Ra giving it the special ability to channel lightning aswell as the special chakra found only in the buzzard realm being able to slash and stab through even materials of greater density such as metal or iron. Its special ability known as "Winged Dragon of Ra" is where the user charges his/her talons causing them to take on a green hue rather then gold which takes a second. The user will then strike the air causing a green spark which turns into a giant lightning bolt in the shape of Ra himself which charges at the opponent at high speeds and apon impact, it levels anything in its path. (Similar to Kirin but not nearly as fast)
    Notes:
    -Can only be summoned once and last three turns
    -Winged Dragon of Ra is only usable twice in battle
    -While wearing the gauntlets, the only element the user can use is lightning release.

Effect is able to use lightning up to s-rank without using any hand seals thought for does jutsu that need hand seal the raven will be tired for example, if Effect use a lightning jutsu that is needle hand seal the raven chakra would increase for each jutsu that need hand seal Effect chakra would go from 40 to 43 since each jutsu with hand seals is +3 chakra. Effect senses are inhuman his five senses are amazing and powerful his hearing, sight and taste is good enough to find/know a Swift release user.

    - His only able to be summon once and while Effect is summon the user can only summon one more summoning while Effect is on the battlefield for example, Effect is on the battlefield and the user decide to summon another summoning the user could but after one more summoning is on the battlefield with Effect the user can't summon another one while Effect is on the battlefield but after eight rounds the user is able to summon all the summons that he wants.

Eleenes is a female rave which is mostly use on war, of course only when she is needle. Eleenes stand and walk like a normal human and shes also, able to freely move her wings like a human hands and the same for her legs. Eleenes is very tall and strong for being a lady it has been said that she weights about 2000 pound thought she is not fat. Her speed is a normal ninja speed which is able to track normal ninja speed. She has one sword on her left hand and one shield on her right hand the shield is big enough to cover at least eight people in it and the sword is really long which this make Eleenes slower. Eleenes senses are inhuman shes able to sense people with the well know 'Swift KG' without a problem.

    -She can't overuse her five senses for example, if she smell the opponent on turn A she can't use her senses on turn B thought shes able to use it on turn C since a turn passed already and it keeps going on
    -She can only be summon once
    -She last eight rounds on battle

    ~Declined~ Seriously dude, what's with all these exaggerated summons? With a B-rank summon, you don't get to summon a gigantic animal that can sense Swift users and everyone on the field. Check around how other people submit their summons and make them more credible next time.
