    Orangutan Sword
    Range: Short
    Description: The blade is a gift from the Orangutans and is made of special metals unknown to anyone but them. It is indestructable and has the ability to absorb Lightning attacks(see Restrictions.)
    The blade will absorb a lightning attack no matter where the blade is on the battlefield as it attracts the lightning to it like a magnet it negates the use of lightning in the battle by both the wielder and the opponent.
    The only way to use Lightning is to holster the sword(As the holster also made by the Orangutans holds the "magnetic" charge) or get the sword out of range of the battlefield.

    Restrictions:
    • Cannot use Lightning jutsu's unless blade is holstered or away from the battlefield
    • Can only absorb 1 S rank, 3 A rank and B rank or below can be absorbed continuously.
    • Can only be wielded by a user who has signed the Orangutan contract

    BRONTE

    Range: Mid
    Description: The Hammer is of unknown origins. The wielder of the Hammer feels as if the hammer weighs 10g to others it feels as if it weighs 3tonnes. Being struck by it is the equivalent to a punch of this weight. It can be thrown by the user and called back thanks to a seal on the hammer and the user. It has the ability to cast lightning from it that is similar to a chidori spear that reaches mid range and does not require handseals. If the user strikes the earth it will cause an earthquake that goes to Mid range causing nearby enemies to simply fall over and negates their current jutsu. If spun continuously it will also cause a hurricane to mid range and throw opponents to long range and disperse any shadow clones.

    Restrictions:
    • Can only cast Hurricane once per battle
    • Hammer is not indestructible
    • Can only cause 1 Earthquake
    • Using Lightning from Hammer counts as a turn
    • Can only be wielded by Thor

    -the glove will catch the enemy, and throw him backwards at high speeds.

    Description: Much like Chidori Nagashi, the user will focus Katon chakra throughout his body before releasing it from his body as an outward-moving, multi-directional wave of fire that moves to mid-range before dispersing. Rather than an explosive or incinerating effect, this technique has more of a blow-back effect coupled with burning.
    Note: Can be used thrice per battle.

    Description: The user will take out some hand cuffs and put one of them on it's left hand.Once the user has its handcuffs on, he will take his Sogeking mask out and put it on his face.Once the opponent sees the mask, the genjutsu will start.There will be a small flash of light where the opponent will have to cover its eyes to protect them and once he opens them, he will see that handcuffed to Usopp/Sogeking, will be Caliburn.He will start to awaken partially his swordsman spirit, which manifests itself in two extra heads and four extra arms, all of them having a sword.Handcuffed with Caliburn's right hand, the creation of the legendary Hana Arashi Sword was done;by having Sogeking hold the sword and then using Sogeking as the hilt. Caliburn will then start to awaken partially his swordsman spirit, which manifests itself in two extra heads and four extra arms, all of them having a sword.
    After that, Caliburn holds the swords so the blades and Sogeking are pointing towards the opponent. He then leaps towards him slashing him with all nine of his swords at once, shreading the opponent completely, afterwards ending in a position where all the swords are held in a way to make them look like they're fanning out.
    All the swords cover a wide area around the user and are strong enough to break nearly any swordsman stance and to defend against it. By focusing chakra into the swords, the user increases also the defensive capacity of the attack so that it can even block A rank jutsu's.

Inside of the spoilers are simply pictures of what each of the techniques look like and the Asgardian definition/use of each of them and how I tried to tailor them towards the Narutoverse so you could grasp a complete understanding of what I was trying to accomplish. That is all. The techniques themselves are all completely out of the spoilers. Just didnt want you to think that they were apart of the techniques.

    Engai Oddin - Vault of Odin

    Description: The Vault of Odin, the most secure safe in all of Asgard, holds within it 5 Treasues; The Eternal Flame of Destruction, The Orb of Agamotto, The Tablet of Life & Time, and the Infiniti Gauntlet. There was a 6th treasure……The Cosmic Cube….but it is in the vault no longer, lost somewhere in the Narutoverse…….. When summoned (5 handseals while kneeling), it does not appear next to the user, but instead floats directly above him high in the sky. It floats wherever the user goes, making sure to stay directly above him. When the 5 treasures are summoned, they are brought forth from the Vault, and cannot be summoned without it being on the field.
    Note: Even if the user goes underground, the enemy will know his position as the Vault will simply be suspended in the air directly above him.
    Note: No Time/Space Jutsu can be used
    Note: Can only summon 1 Treasure per turn.

    Hateshiganai Honoo Inmetsu - Eternal Flame of Destruction"

    Description: The Second of the Five Treasures in the Vault of Odin. A scroll, with 6 handseals, the user summons a gold gauntlet with 6 gems placed/stuck on each of the knuckles. Each Gem has a specific ability that it grants the user. When the gem is used, the light of the Gem goes out, making it unusable for the rest of the battle. When each of the gems light go out, it causes -10 damage to the user.
    Soul Gem – Prevents one attack on the user’s senses (Hearing, Sight, Smell, Touch, Taste) or anything that may try to take control of or force the user to do something against his will.
    Mind Gem – Prevents one Genjutsu attack of A Ranked or above.
    Power Gem – Increases the rank of one of the user’s jutsu to cause a technique to cancel out or overpower with the opponent’s jutsu. Can only raise the user’s technique one full rank. Can only be done to jutsu A Ranked and below.
    Reality Gem – grants the user a one turn sight of an enemy who is blocked from his sight by object or other means, albeit by a jutsu or object
    Time and Space Gem – (used together for obvious reasons) allows the user to “follow” (with their eyes) the opponent through their use of Time/Space jutsu without the opponents knowledge. Grants the user speed, reflexes and reaction speed/time to counter or sidestep/escape an right before it happens.
    Note: Puppet bios cannot use this.

    The gauntlet is known as the Infinity Gauntlet. The jewels in it are known as the Infinity Gems and holding any single one of the gems gives you command over some aspect of the universe. There is the Soul Gem, the Mind Gem, the Power Gem, the Reality Gem, the Time Gem and the Space Gem.


    Kyuutai Agamotto - Orb of Agamotto"

    Some believe that the orb is the famous Orb of Agamotto, a device associated with Dr. Stephen Strange (Marvel's most famous "Sorcerer Supreme") that had many uses such as being able to detect magical activity in other locations.



    Majutsushi Boushi - Warlocks Eye
    Type: Supplementary
    Rank: S

    Damage Points: (-10 per turn to user)
    Description: The third of the Five Treasures in the Vault of Odin. Not unlike the All Seeing Eye of legends, the Warlock’s Eye, cannot be tricked. With a small sacrifice, it sees all those who try to hide or cloak themselves or the minds of others from what it is real and true, even if it is used to counter the Warlock’s Eye Specifically. Unfortunately, after 5 turns, the user will have complete loss of there normal sight.
    Note: Basically for Genjutsu attacks, the user simply applies chakra to the eye to expel all Genjutsu. After 5 turns, the user will lose complete sight, and will be more susceptible to attacks of the mind, having to apply the most extreme measures of getting out of a genjutsu in order to break the simplest of techniques.
    Note: User can spot a target no matter where they are, or what jutsu they have used to hide themselves. (ie the Hiding like a Mole, Seeing through a jutsu
    The eye is simply known as the Warlock's Eye and was an object of great power that Thor and the Warriors Three took from an enemy named Harokin. Harokin had used the Eye to defeat armies more power than his own and had conquered the realm of Muspelheim, intending to attack Asgard next. Odin was grateful that Thor and the Warriors Three recovered the Warlock's Eye, as there was a prophecy that it would one day be used to bring about Ragnarok, the "twilight of the gods" when Asgard and its people would fall finally to their enemies.


    ~Declined do not resubmit~ I'll be honest with you, I started reading it and thought I would correct all the artifacts one by one, but they're simply too OP. None of them are individually approvable and you thought you could summon them all at will, stacking up to 3 of those simultaneously? Sorry but that's getting greedy on ability. I will however allow you to submit one of those as a CW (meaning you drop whatever CW you already had). If you do so, be aware that it'll need to be restricted accordingly to it's power and that anything OP will be instantly declined even if well restricted.

    Description: This is an advanced technique in which the user is able to slow down their own perception of time. This phenomena is commonly seen during fight or flight situations where a person claims to have seen things happening in slow motion. Something that would have normally gone unnoticed suddenly becomes crystal clear. This is the result of the brain being forced into overdrive where its able to process more stimuli at a faster rate than normal. The result of this is the perception that time itself has slowed down. However during these events the body also experiences other side effects such as tunnel vision or panic, both of which would be detrimental to someone in battle. This technique is able to forcibly send the user's brain into overdrive while avoiding those negative affects. To achieve this, the user keeps a tattoo on the back of their neck which holds a base of 100 chakra. To activate it the user sends a pulse of chakra through it that in turn causes it to release chakra into the brain and increase its activity. By doing this the user is able to see and perceive movements or sounds that would normally be too quick to follow. While it increases their ability to perceive the movement, it doesn't increase their body's ability to react to that movement. So they don't get any speed increase along with it. Depending on which rank is used the effects vary. For the A-rank version the user releases 30 chakra from the seal initially followed by 10 chakra every turn after that. While the A-ranked version is active it allows the user to perceive things twice as slow as normal. The S-ranked version requires an initial 40 followed by 15 per turn. It allows the user to perceive things at four times as slow. If the user has activated the A-rank version on the previous turn they can upgrade it to the S-ranked version by adding 10 more chakra. Once the technique wears off brain activity drops to below normal levels. During this period the user's perception is below normal levels and makes them unable to follow movements they normally could. It takes several turns for the brain to recover to normal levels.     Description: The greatest jutsu of all swift techniques, the user floods their entire being with the most possible amount of swift chakra, something that can only be accomplished by complete will power to force out as much as they can, the user then enters a state where time appears to have changed speed altogether, a kunai speeding toward someone would appear to be standing still, a bolt of lightning would be inching forward over a very long period of time, the user is then able to move freely and interact with the world around them, the kunai can be turned around so that it flies back toward its thrower, a comrade can be moved out of the way of the lightning and replaced with an enemy, the user is able to stay in this mode for a very short amount of time as it takes so much toll on their chakra, beyond limits of average ninja. The reentry to normal time is a painful one, the users body is no longer able to handle the strain and completely collapses, the usual result of performing this technique is total unconsciousness for three days and three nights, but if completely necessary this technique can be used to save many lives on a battlefeild, however if the user has used more than 5 swift jutsus before using this technique during the battle, it is certain death for they will be so drained of chakra and there body so damaged from strain of using so much chakra that they die. 3T is capable of tracking the user when in this mode, however, their actions will not be able to keep up with the user if they are not skilled at all in taijutsu meaning they must be a taijutsu specialist and time their moves perfectly using their sharingan to the fullest to counter effectively. During this mode, the user can't use any jutsus at all and they can't use any techniques in the same turn before activation either. Afterwards the user still cannot use any jutsus for the rest of the battle and will hardly be able to move, it basically leaves such a big opening for them because they are too worn out to even raise a hand to defend. This mode lasts for for 1 turn.

    - Only lasts for 1 turn.
    - If the user has used 5 swift techniques before this they die after the mode is over.
    -No jutsus at all for the rest of the match.
    -No other jutsus can be used in the same turn as activation.
    -No Jutsus during this mode can be used.
    - The user takes 50 damage due to so much strain and chakra loss.
    -Usable only once per battle.
    - User feels worn out, as if he was beat with a base ball bat for an hour straight after this and thus movements are restricted to being barely able to move at all.
    - Only able to use if you haven't used S rank on the previous turn.
    - Must not have used Basic ninjutsu for 2 turns before this jutsu as well.
    - Being in any other modes while using will kill you in this state.
    - You die after 1 turn no matter what if you have used 5 swift techniques before using this.
    - This restriction will defeat any hope of being alive after the 1 turn is up no matter if they use a jutsu that will keep them alive or not. After 1 turn the user is paralyzed from strain and can't use any jutsu as they have no chakra at all and that's also to eliminate any chance of using a jutsu to keep yourself alive after this.
    - This is not necessarily a "mode" that you can deactivate. Meaning once you use this there is no going back.

This would allow someone to dodge Amaterasu at a split second due to this being a variation of shadowless flight which has incredible speed, as well as attacks that are like blasts as long as they aren't large scale as said before due to his has a 10meter range limit.

    The reason I said it could dodge Amaterasu is due to wiki actually saying it's instant speed while still being able to be tracked by 3T due to current rp rules. It can be tracked by 3T but it's still instant which leads wiki to believe that swift release may consist of the body flicker technique and some other element manipulation to push it further and seeing as Raikage could dodge Amaterasu with body flicker + his armor which I think that this would give a similar result as it's not as fast as raikage armour but it's still extremely fast. But If you think that part should be deleted, feel free to ^^

    - User can only stay in the air for 2 turns with the ability to move around freely in the air through the use of wind currents.
    - User can only use 2 jutsu per turn while this is active.
    - User cannot perform earth or wind techniques while using this jutsu.
    - Usable 3X per battle.

If the opponent looks at Tau'Mana's body, because of his alternating fur pattern, they are trapped in an A ranked genjutsu that reduces their ability to successfully connect with their chakra systems. Therefore, the amount of jutsu used by the opponent on the next turn is reduced by two. He is also capable of whipping up a B ranked wind vortex with his tail, which creates a powerful launching force. The user then can jump inside of it, and be launched across the battlefield. I don't think you understand how genjutsu work, you need to push your chakra into your opponent's brain and take control of their senses. Due to the lack the ice having less wind resistance, they fall to the ground faster, and thus gain the momentum they need to pierce one's skin. Due to the amount of iceflakes hitting both the opponent and the user, if left unprotected the victims can sustain a large amount of blood loss and pain.
    Note: Requires the user to have snow created by "(Hyouton no Jutsu) Ice Release Technique", falling from the sky.
    Note: The user is equally prone to the flakes.
    Note: When the iceflakes touch the ground, they turn back into snow.
    Note: Lasts three turns.

    ~Declined~ The idea behind this jutsu is cool, but it's still raw. IMO (which you can follow or not) the snowflakes need to be made much bigger, directed and accelerated using your wind chakra toward your enemy. Right now I just don't see it happening, it's just too far fetched. I live in Canada, so I know ice storms and ice in general, and it would never get enough momentum on it's own to cut me.

    Description: Benihime is a special blade forged in the Iwagakure village with sacred methods which allowed the blade to look black because they forged it out of many volcano diamonds that is why it is black. The blade itself is indestructible, making it quite effective in blocking and deflecting incoming attacks from basic weapons. Anything above a B-Rank attacks would hit the sword out of the users hand. If, benihime is unsheated it will cover itself with lava. This only works when the sword is in one of the users hands and they state that they are doing so. The user is able to focus their charka into the sword surrounding it with lava charka, though this lava turns to black due to the sword's effect. This black lava increases the damage of basic kenjutsu by +15 damage. This lasts for up to 4 turns and can be used once per battle.
    The abilities of this sword are quit simple: The use can release a small wave of lava from the blade but doing so they will need to add 10+ more chakra but this move can only be used once per battle and only if you're fighting a close range battle with your opponent.

    .Note: The user must have mastered Fire/Earth/Lava inorder to use this wepon.
    .Note: Only I Ichigo can use this sword.
    .Note: The user must be at Kage rank.
    .Note: This sword can only be used if your bio has the lava KG.

    ~Declined~ Questions: you said the sword would fly off your hand if it's hit with a B-rank or higher, does this mean you can block B-rank and under with it? Also, you really need to give me a good description of the wave. Is it a physical wave (like a water wave) that rush toward your opponent or is it a shockwave of lava? Lastly, but the chakra and damage to work with the wave that's shot from the blade (if the wave is S-rank, 40 /80...etc). Make it +10 for the kenjutsu boost.

This is done due to the stress on the inner ear which houses your vestibular system that controls balance. The opponent feels different effects/levels of dizziness (Disequilibrium, Vertigo, & Presyncope) depending on how close/far the opponent(s) are from the source of the sound. Happens as follows: Disequilibrium (long-range), Vertigo (mid-range), Presyncope (short-range)

    Description: This technique takes basic puppet strings and basic element infusion and puts them together. The user (without handseals) puts three times the amount of chakra needed to make normal chakra strings and infuse them with elemental chakra to make them stronger. These strings can be used to attach themselves to puppets and other objects under the user's control that are capable of moving of their own accord (weapons/like chiyo did with the kunai). The object/puppet gains that elemental affinity of the chakra string they are attached with. Each element gives the strings different abilities. The srings can be manipulated however the user sees fit.

    Water: gives them erosive property (not acid, more like water erosion)

    Wind: gives them more cutting property

    Lightning: gives them a paralyzing affect (2 turns if touched) and cutting (if stabbed)

    Submitting my very own Custom Taijutsu:
    Genkotsu Namakemono | Lazy Fist

    Description:
    Panda's aversion to physical effort and activity (mostly fueled by their dizzy-like movement and mostly drunken and playful behavior) lead them to become below average taijutsu fighters, relying more on their strong affinity to Genjutsu and Fire and Earth Ninjutsu. However, Panda Warriors soon saw that Taijutsu was the core ability to master by every fighter.
    So, by taking advantage of their inherent affinity with Genjutsu and unique form of movement they developed a new type of Taijutsu unique to them: Lazy Fist.
    This special type of Taijutsu relies on shallow, dull, soft and rapid movements to hit specific places in the opponents body, using their chakra and the impact to disturb the enemy's chakra flow. The disturbance of the chakra flow makes the enemy experience illusions, effectively putting the enemy under Genjutsus. This gives birth to a new technique all together: Gentaijutsu. The damage of a Lazy Fist move is a mixture of both physical damage (from impact) and the strain produced in the enemy's body by the Genjutsu placed upon impact. The impact serves as a medium to trigger the disturbance in the chakra flow through the chakra charged in that move.
    Lazy Fist moves are generally fast but a bit flamboyant, relying on soft rapid touches that inflict below average physical damage (if they did high physical damage, they would auto-release the enemy from the Genjutsu) but, by charging chakra into them, they disturb the enemy's chakra flow. The speed of the moves is slightly higher than that of normal taijutsu and the fighting stances are very soft and fluid instead of firm and strong. Agility and not strength is the core of Lazy Fist but, unlike most agility type taijutsu, the Lazy Fist user moves in a rather apparently uncoordinated manner, almost appearing drunk or dizzy.
    Users of Lazy Fist move faster than a users of normal taijutsu and have a greater dexterity and agility.

    The basic stance of Lazy Fist were the user takes a deep breathe and relaxes his muscles and articulations, acquiring a lose, light stance, concentrating his weight on his right leg (or left) and having his left leg (or right) slightly bent and retracted. His arms close to his torso, flexed and with his knuckles facing inwards (middle fingers slightly protruding). By assuming this stance the user immediately becomes slightly faster, more agile and flexible. This basic stance enables the user to throw up to 2 hits (fist jabs or kicks) in quick succession. Each hit gives the enemy the sensation of being hit with sharp, thin, deep needles in the place of impact as a result of the D-Rank genjutsu that each hit produces. This is, like any other Lazy Fist technique, caused by the disturbance produced in the chakra flow upon impact in that specific place.

This makes the enemy fall into a B-Rank painful genjutsu were he feels his chest tightening with severe pain, making him feel as if he's under a heart attack.

    The masters of Lazy Fist developed this technique as an ability to defend against stronger taijutsu enemies and long range weapons. This technique uses the basic Chu Gar (Southern Praying Manthis) open stance, with arms close to the torso but slightly extended forwarded and either their fists directed down or with their open hands (fingers upwards and palms directed to himself), while having the legs in a strong, wide and grounded stance, mimicking the Praying Mantis. By using this stance the user is able to use his hands in wide, fluid movements to deflect incoming projectiles or taijutsu attacks directed at him. He must keep his hands coated in a layer of chakra that protects them while he deflects the projectiles or attacks. When used to defend against taijutsu attacks, each time the user deflects a punch or kick, upon contact with the enemy, he induces a B-Rank Genjutsu that produces a drunken haze-like effect. This numbs the enemies' senses and slows his movements at each blow deflected. Because of Lazy Fists inherent speed, this defensive stance is slightly faster than regular Taijutsu, enabling the user to counter multiple projectiles thrown at him. However, this is a purely defensive stance as it doesn't do damage to the enemy, only deflects his attacks.

    Description: Kutsushini (literally means “Ripping Death”) is a shape shifting scythe. Normally it appears to be black colored rod to be used for Bojutsu, when unsealed by the users command it could extend sharp black blades from either of its ends or both. Soul Rippers has two main abilities, Size/Shape shifting and controlling its sharpness and weight. The snaith of the scythe is a straight black rod, unlike common uneven snaiths.
    With the application of chakra the user could extend the rod about 30m long to reach greater ranges. The blade could be shaped to extend upright to rod to further increase range like a War Scythe. The blades could grow small teeth spinning around them in a buzzsaw like manner. Or the rod could be separated into 2 kusari-gamas tethered together by a short/long chain. Any shape is possible as long the weapon doesn’t lose the similarities with a scythe/sickle.
    The other ability of Soul ripper is its user friendliness. Regardless of the shape/size of the weapon. Soul ripper would always be lightweight for the user, while the heaviness the target would feel on impact would remain the same. This makes Soul ripper an extremely effective weapon in combat. The user is able to maintain superb speed along with great ranges and a wide array of attack types. The increased speed with larger blades also increases cutting abilities. Any some cases Air could also be pierced to create small wind blades (C rank, does not counts as a jutsu)
    Note: Soul ripper could take any shape or form as long as its shares the basic properties of scythes/sickles.
    -Soul Ripper cannot extend more than 30 m in length, and cannot retract any shorter than the actual size of the rod.
    -10 chakra/ change in shape/size.

    ~Declined~ OP. We talked about this already, reaching 30m away with a buzzsaw scythe that can change it's weight and shape it the definition of OP.

    Genin: The gloves will be able to make small shields & tools of Earth.
    Chuunin: The user can create giant spikes from the knuckles and use these for fatal damage. The gloves can also now make larger shields and tools.
    S-Jounin: Gloves are now indestrucible unless hit with Lightning techs as they are constantly in an Iron Skin.
    Jounin: The giant spikes can now be fired from the gloves at high speed. The user can also create giant shields that cover his whole body.
    S-Class: The user can now fire earth projectiles like kunai by concentrating doton chakra before punching.
    Sannin: Forbidden-Rank mastered: The user can now by simply punching the ground cause an earthquake.
    Kage: All the above techniques are powered up i.e. faster/stronger.
    Sage: If you have Earth as an affinity + gloves all Earth Jutsus only require 1 Hand Seal

    Restrictions
    • Mastery of Earth needed for abilities after S-Class
    • Using abilities counts as a move

    Description: Ame-no-Uzume, a style of fighting named after the Goddess of the Dawn Sun. A style of taijutsu that only the most talented taijutsu and fire users can perform, passed down from master to apprentice for thousands of years, only the most talented taijutsu and fire users can perform it. The technique is quite simple in theory, as the user strikes, he releases his fire chakra through the striking limb, using the released chakra to increase his speed, and power behind it. It obviously also raises the user's temperature of the limb, burning through armors with relative ease, making it the ultimate taijutsu offense, rivaling that of the Third Raikage's taijutsu offense when used properly by a fire and taijutsu master. Through years of training in the arts of taijutsu and fire manipulation one cane fuse the two, to the point where he can use Ame-no-Uzume through every part of his body, or even multiple areas at once, though with slightly more recoil than using it from one area.
    *Ame-no-Uzume does considerable damage to the users body due to the exposed fire on the body part the user releases fire from. If used by the arms, the user has trouble using jutsus of S-rank and higher the next turn. If used by the legs, it slows the user's speed down slightly (a rank lower this the user's rank)
    *In order to be able to use Ame-no-Uzume, the user must be at least kage level, and a master of Taijutsu and Katon
    *Ame-no-Uzume can only be used once per turn, due to the amount of strain it puts on the user, afterward he must wait 2 turns before he can utilize it again.

    ~Declined~ Not only is this OP (burning through armors?) but similar techniques already exist. Everyone who ever made a "flaming fists" jutsu (shooting fire on impact), or "flaming kicks" could say your jutsus is an extension of their own.

    Description: The Elementalists form is one of the only purely chakra based Taijutsu forms that centers around the deflection of elemental techniques. Erementa-Kata requires in-depth understanding of the element you wish to defend against by the usage of this style and as such, if you’re not a user of that particular element, you cannot use Erementa-Kata to defend yourself from it. Erementa-Kata revolves around finding weak points in a jutsu and instead of spending huge amounts of chakra on absorbing or negating the whole technique, which would quickly tire the user out, this style revolves around destabilizing a technique by finding a weak point in it, or simply deflect it by changing its trajectory slightly. Of the two solutions, deflection is the easiest to use. By focusing great amounts of pure chakra into his hands or feet, the user is able to make a thin transparent shield of chakra; there is no limit on what form the shield can have. When a technique collides with the shield, the smooth surface and nature of the shield simply causes the technique to move along the surface of the shield. Depending on what form the shield has, the technique can be directed anywhere, though advanced techniques cannot be guided back towards their original user. Destabilization is a bit trickier and is usually used against larger scaled techniques, which cannot be directed back towards their user. By compressing pure chakra in their hand and using the rotation aspect of the Rasengan, the user is able to send a shockwave of chakra into the targeted technique.     ~Declined do not resubmit~ Hear me out, this jutsu looks good on paper and maybe even in the Narutoverse, but it simply can't be accepted for the sake of our RP. You're basically making yourself invincible to anyone who's can't use S-rank or won't use S-rank because he doesn't want to spam powerful techniques. Also, raw chakra is naturally weaker then any elemental chakra. Think about it, there are two manipulation you can do with your chakra; shape manipulation, and elemental manipulation. Hence, an elemental technique which is manipulated to take form will always be stronger then an equally ranked chakra manipulated jutsu.

    Description: Kanjō Kyūsai is a technique based on the principles of killing intention and the ability to exude feelings and emotions. This is merely the first stage of the technique. When the appropriate emotion or feeling has been chosen, the user focuses a large amount of pure chakra near the targets position. By compress-ing the chakra exponentially, the user causes a large amount of effects to occur. Kanjō Kyūsai gives the target a feeling of being crushed by the users chakra, it forces suicidal thoughts onto the target and induces a feeling of absolute fear and paralysis. If used correctly, Kanjō Kyūsai can give the opponent a feeling of having their very soul and life squeezed by nothing more than the users Ki. By compressing chakra near the opponent to such a level that the chakra becomes almost solid, the user is able to turn the feeling of being crushed and squeezed into reality. The compressed chakra will follow the rhythm of the exuded emotion or feeling while it crushes the target.

Makyo no Gyakuen was forged in the flames of music and determination, and as such, it will never break or shatter before its master’s life ends. The blade is sharp like nothing else and has the ability to cut through anything, except other indestructible items. The ability to cut through anything is sadly not able to save the wielder from Ninjutsu, since a thin cut in a fireball or something similar would be all but mockery. To the user, the Makyo no Gyakuen feels extremely light, but it will crash unto an enemy with the force of a thousand hits even with the slightest power behind it. Makyo no Gyakuen can only be wielded by the one it finds worthy, anyone else whom tries to use the blade will be unable to even lift it.

Take it off, the ability to cut is dependent on both the durability of your sword (which isn't made of diamond so it's breakable) and the strength used when cutting an object. Graphic example; if you drop your sword on the ground, will it cut through it endlessly? (This is an exaggeration to make myself clear). "Crush the enemy with the force of a thousand hits with the slightest power behind it [...]", my precedent example is still valid. While this is narutoverse, some basic physic laws still applies. Btw, your sword sounds like an transformed version of Mjolnir

Within the second round the opponent feels sleepy as they begin to yawn greatly, their reaction time becomes slow, their capability of performing handseals becomes drowsy.

    Description: The user throws a smoke bomb at the target. Then, the user amplifies the smoke by adding his chakra. This smoke makes the target inside cannot esacpe it. The target will just see the unending smoke field. A ninja with good concentration and a calm mind can break the smoke though. Lasts 2 turns.

    ~Declined~ You can't control the smoke, it ain't an element. If you want to make it plausible, say you used your wind chakra to evenly disperse the smoke and keep it in place. Also, you need more then 1 smoke bomb to cover the whole field, many more.
