Mrs. Beaver can cast both A-ranked water blasts up to 5 times, and S-ranked Fire blasts up to 3 times, as its capable of infusing its blasts with his owner's jutsu. Due to her shy personality, she's was living underground for her whole life, hiding from the surroundings, and she's very sneaky.
    Notes:
    -Due to her always digging and being familiar of being underground, she became an excellent digger, as she's capable to dig underground to long range, and able to match speeds with a human, maybe faster, via underground.
    -She's able to dig out a huge space underground, having the surface collapse in. If long ranged, it takes 1 turn.
    -Can only be summoned once per battle.
    -Because of her rather wide/thick/flat tail, she can defend with his tail against any lightning and wind jutsu up to S-rank as in 1 times (-15 damage to the user), as in A-rank, 2 times (-10 damage).

    Description: The offspring of the two elders, the Beaver Prince. As the battle get's heavier and more furious, his attitude will turn more furious, rather evil, wanting to destroy everything. Hence for all his life, he played in a pond, and beaver dams, he became skilled with the water, on a really high levels. Because of his ill attitude, he will become extremelly unstable as psychologically, and able to push out, matching ranks of a forbidden in water blasts, while he's out for at least one turn, meaning he's able to do it, in the 2nd turn and for the rest of the battle. After he has released all his anger in that matching forbidden water blasts, he'll lose consciousness for 1 turn. The most time he stays on the battlefield, the more evil/crazier he get's meaning for the 1st turn, he'll be only able to perform A-ranked, he's able to perform water in the 2nd turn, matching a forbidden rank, but if he releases his anger (the forbidden water) in the 2nd turn, he needs to rest for 1 turn, but if he releases his anger, after the 2nd turn, he'll be able to perform A-ranked water or lower, in the next turns (meaning if he releases his "anger" in the 3rd turn, there is only 2 more times, he can perform A-ranked or lower ranked water.)
    Note:
    -Either of the Mr or Mrs. Afcanc can summon him also.
    -Due to his condition, he can only stay on the battlefield as long as 5 turns.

Because of her affinity to water, she's able to cast S-ranked water blasts up to 3 times, and A-ranked water blasts, up to 5 times.

That would be practically dust particles. Also in the end you just ripped Kidomaru's and Kimmimaro's jutsu's.

    ~Declined~ makes no sense. If you're rotating, how are you able to perfectly aim your strings at the opponent? You wouldn't be able to aim all of them at the opponent. Not to mention that the strings would coil around you because you're rotating and that their pace increases is BS too as the strings go into a different direction. That screwdriver motion makes not much sense as it works more against you than it benefits you, at least based on your description.

    When the rock comes in close range of the opponent, the opponent releases chakra through the string by making the ram hand seal, making the rock explode and causing severe damage to the opponent. The injection of chakra goes fast.
    Note: Can only be taught by Wesobi
    Note: Can only be used twice per battle
    Note: The string is clearly visible to doujutus users, due to the injection of chakra before the explosion. Non-doujutsu users can see the string, but not very clear.

The chakra turns to lightning and creates a spherical area around the user (short range) that protects the user from any Doton attack. The Chakra will then instantly return right around the users body (it looks like it disappears, but a very small layer stays around the users body) and shoot out in all directions, blowing lightning everywhere over the ground on the battle field. Due to the speed of the lightning, only a 3 tomoe sharingan can see the speed of the lightning and correspondingly defend from it.
    Note: Can only be taught by Wesobi;
    Note: The user is left extremely exhausted after using this attack due to the strain which comes over the body when the chakra goes lightning goes back over the users’ body, meaning that he can't use any Raiton Jutsus above B-rank for the rest of the battle.
    Note: The user cannot use lightning based attacks for 3 turns after this.

    ~Declined: there's no reason for this technique to be Forbidden rank. Also, how long will that sphere be on the field? Cause from what I read, it sounded as if you could keep it for the rest of the match while being able to open it to attack your opponent. So, it's OP in that sense, fix the description of your jutsu and the restrictions~

Long ago Manda and Gatagata fought for the thrown to rule over the snakes. the battle was fearsome and both snakes showed the ability to shed skin in a manner similar to the Body Replacement Technique or Body Shedding, which has been seen during the battle with Manda, Gamabunta and Katsuyu. Gatagata is also able to move underground. His scales are stronger then that of Manda's and sturdy enough to take on strong attacks, and remain intact, while providing as an safe shelter for anyone to hide inside his mouth. because of his Heavy red and black Scales he is very slow. Manda was able to take advantage of this and win there battle. he is able to shake his tell making a fine sound that throws off the equilibrium of the opponent consing them to lose balance, this proves as an excellent hunting tool.

    Note. Clones can't use Wolverine Mode, but they wil appear in Wolverine Mode if used while the user is in it.

After 1 of the opponents turns passes the opponent's muscles of the chest and abdomen aids the airflow to move down when the opponent inhales, and then up when exhales, causing the opponent to have hiccups and limits the user to use jutsus that are blown directly from the opponent's gut or mouth since the opponent has hiccups, the jutsus will get stuck in the mouth or trachea and damage them greatly, but jutsus like the Fireball Jutsu who only need a little blow of air and don't make contact with the mouth or gut so the opponent is safe but the jutsu will loose 10 Damage points since the hiccups will interrupt it's performance.

    Description: Two blades crafted by a swordsmith who wanted to create an exact double of an already made sword of his, but each with a different pommel, one with a dragon and other with masked man with flaming hair. Their both of average lenght and made from high carbon chakra steel, a tsuba made of copper and the hilt is made of hardwood with wrapped in a pitched black cloth. These katanas are both kept inside a hardwood scabbard (each) strapped to a sword belt on the user.
    Although as much as they seem normal, these swords posses a set of special abilities when used in Shinobi battles:

    • They react to the user chakra and gain a layer of fire around the blade that doens't hurt the user but it will harm an opponent. If the user's chakra flow becomes irregular (genjutsu, jyuuken etc) the swords will release flare of fire around the user before burning the user for a brief moment (50 Damage Points), dealting enough pain to be release out of an illusion.


    • The katanas can be use as a medium to perform fire jutsus, eliminating the use of the mouth, thus making the interval time between the use of jutsus very small. The time this takes is the same as performing the hand seals for each jutsu though this isn't much of a problem if the user has a fire affinity.


    • When the user chanells fire chakra directly into them, the blades can output flames as a blast to either attack, defend or to propel himself through the air at high speeds with great maneuverability. The force of the blast are the same as a B-rank technique with a long range. However if this in use, the user can only use 2 jutsus per turn.


    Note: Fire, Kenjutsu and any jutsu based on these swords gain 10 damage points.
    Note: The user can't summon anything else a turn before using these swords and 3 turns after starting using them.
    Note: The user must stop using these swords after 5 turns and wait 5 turn before using them again, but with double the Chakra Cost.



    Declined. The genjutsu release needs a restriction on it regarding the rank it can be released and the amount of times it can be used.

    Description: Black Hollow is one of the sword that has made history of swords due to the damage that this sword did to the Nine Tails Fox during the attack of Madara Uchiha. This sword cut four tails of the Kyuubi during the old times of the attack that Madara Uchiha did to the Hidden Leaf Village. The sword use to belong to a rare guy named Kyuui (Peace) he used to be an Uchiha but he betrayed the Uchiha clan and he turn into a missing ninja he started to travel for over four years. When Madara Uchiha took the eye of his brother he knew about Kyuui and he went to look for him it took him over three months because kyuui was hiding. When Madara Uchiha finally found him they both made a plan to attack the Leaf Village but Kyuui found out what Madara Uchiha did so when he summon the Nine Tails Fox Demon kyuui cut four of the Demon tails because that wasn't part of the plan after the battle kept going the demon killed kyuui. Then, a missing ninja name Uchiha Sasuke found the sword on the battlefield it was under the leaf village before kyuui die he did a Forbidden jutsu that when he die the sword would be summon on a hiding spot and this spot was under the leaf village when Uchiha Sasuke found it during a research on the leaf village he start to understand what it was made for. he sword itself was made for peace. After a few months Uchiha Sasuke started to understand the sword power the sword have two different level of power one is speed and another one is basic sense. When the first, level is release the user speed increase four times faster making the sword and the user itself have a great amazing speed. Basic sense make the user incread their ear-lisining, eye-view and smell-sense making them three times better than, the user original basic sense.

    NOTE: Only -Pain- is able to use it and it can't be stolen.
    NOTE: Once level two is release the sword start to suck the user chakra little by little.

Rafael is an Altorio average sized white cockatoo with a green mohawk (thus significantly larger than Nico), that wields 2 katanas and wears a typical samurai armor of brown color.
    Both Nico and Rafael do not call themselves Samurai Masters, for they are the self proclaimed Karaoke masters. Though everyone in Altorio begs to differ, they just don't tell them in their faces.

    Description: This techniques stands as the parrots ability to lay eggs and let them hit their opponents, as as especial eggs that can either be extremely thick and heavy like dumbbells, explosive or plain normal. Depending on the size, chakra reservations and overall characteristics of the user, this technique can have lesser or greater damage. A Parrot summoner can create eggs on their hands and then throw them, as if they are projectiles. The smaller parrots will lay 5-10 eggs of about 5kg, or have the explosion abilities of a paper bomb. Normal parrots and human summoners have 3-6 eggs of about 15 kg or 5-7 paper bombs. The larger parrots (laying only 1) would follow the same line, the biggest eggs, from parrots about the size of Gamabunta would weight about two humans ( about 160 kg ) or explode with the equivalent power of Deidara's C3 bomb.

This move is so sudden that, by the time the opponent reacts to it, he is already launched in the air. And if he doesn’t escape the bind he is assured a freefall crash to the ground, where he will be knocked out.

    Declined. Different opponents have different reaction times which can be amplified by using certain techniques, so you cannot force a condition like that. Please re-phrase the bolded part in order to make a more generalized assesment of its speed.

    Description: Aphrodite and Eros are twin swords that belonged to a Master swordsman who originated from Kirigakure. They were forged by a master blacksmith before the Second Ninja War in Land of Iron from a metal unknown to ninja nations. Still, as they were forged for a swordsman from Kirigakure, they share abilities that consume user's chakra. Both blades are 118 centimeters ( 3.87139 feet ) long with 100 centimeter blade and 18 centimeter handle. Even though they are two different swords, they share a special scabbard that allows user to carry both of them in it.

    The blades look identical but Aphrodite is lighter and white, almost mirror like sword where you can see your reflection from as Eros is darker, almost black colored and two ounces heavier. The blades share abilities that most common swords doesn't. They're indestructible and they cannot be used without user possessing both of the swords. Aphrodite can be infused with Wind chakra, granting longer reach for the sword and making it sharper as Eros can be infused with lightning chakra which will make electricity crackle around it. Though they favor these elements, they can still be infused with any type of chakra.

Then, user can kick water to the direction he/she wants and repeat this four times. Second variation is called Sky walk and using it will give user chance of jumping five times mid air. Upon jumping, user concentrates Wind chakra to their feet and kicks it down in form of air, lifting user up.

    • Only five jumps can be made with this technique.

    Changed name to reflect the move's real name, increased damage by 10 in order to maintain a 2:1 Damage:Chakra ratio, minor rewriting of the description to better suit my fighting style, and the mention that this move happens at 3rd Gate speeds. In a battle between Akiza and Lord Danzo (while he was in possession of a Tailed-Beast biography), Akiza used this move against Lord Danzo. Due to confusion, Akiza, Lord Danzo, myself, and Ragnaroc all conversed over MSN and concluded that the attack happens at the previously mentioned speed due to the way it works. I have no photographic proof of this, but Akiza and myself have stated that verdict every time after that battle, when the move has been used. Lord Danzo also says he recalls the conversation as well. I also replaced the amv, and updated who could teach it.

I also included the fact that this jutsu occurs at 4th Gate Speeds, citing the reason mentioned in Addition's explanation - I increased the speed of this jutsu by one Gate due to it's much stricter drawbacks of use - however, if it needs to be reduced to 3rd gate like Addition to be approved, I will do so.

This user will take the nessecary stance and unleash the wind chakra to gain a burst of speed towards the direction he or she is facing compared to the speed of lee's 2nd gate. User will then aim to slash at the opponent at general areas since this attack is so hard to control and is inaccurate for striking vitals. While traveling towards the target there will be a trail of wind behind the user following him or her for the 2nd part of the attack. The user will slice the opponent and then the gale behind the user will blow the opponent away from short to mid range. The slice does all the damage and the gale is for protection and does no damage. The gale is in case something goes wrong since this is such a abrupt attack. This attack is strong, but not fatal since it's inaccurate to kill someone. This is to purely damage a limb or dewind the opponent. On another note due to the heavy abrupt force behind the user since wind is used to make him burst towards the opponent the user will sustain muscle damage. The force is too strong to do multiple times without a consequence and the body will show signs of damage. He or she will have a harder time with wind jutsu [ all reduced by one rank ] since he used a lot of chakra at the time.

Taking the necessary stance, the user will release the wind chakra as they bolt forward, gaining a tremendous bolt of speed, moving at about 5x there previous speed. As they are moving, the user will swing their sword forward as the Fuuton chakra coats their body, creating a large movement of slicing wind due to the sheer speed that the air is being displaced by the user’s body and sword. While moving towards the opponent, this trail of wind created is the second part of the attack – the user will slice the opponent and the gale following will blow the opponent away from short to mid range. The strike from the sword does the majority of the damage, with the gale doing relatively little, being mainly for protection. The gale is a sort of countermeasure for anomalies, due to the abrupt nature of this attack. Due to the heavy force of the attack, from the tremendous output from the user’s muscles and the tailwind boosting their speed, the user suffers a sort of backlash and their body is damaged from the use of this technique – using this attack more than once causes intense strain on the body, almost preventing the user from being able to stand. The swords will start to rotate at mid speeds (you can still define each blade, like a fan going in low but slower), and then all of them in a single second all of them will stop and will be attracted to the target in the center of them, impaling the target. The blades will follow the opponent until the blades stop moving to attack the target.

    By pulling his hand backwards, the user shots a bullet made of gold dust. The user can continue this action and he will keep shooting bullets until the user stops. The bullets have a caliber close to .32 and will rotate within themselves to produce a much stronger penetrative force. The speed of the bullets are comparable with Bee throwing a lightning influenced pencil.

    Declined. when you say this soaks up water like a sponge it makes me think that If I spit out a lakes forth of water that this technique will soak it up. Is that what it does? All A-ranked earth barriers should be able to block S-ranked water so I fail to see what special purpose this serves. please give more detail as to what this jutsu does.

    Description: This Genjutsu is unique in its useage that the user will cast the technique upon the target the moment they make a technique. The initial genjutsu itself causes the user to believe they have successfully completed their attack as they watch the technique strike their opponent. However this is not the case in the real realm as the use cancels the real technique and thus also breaks them out of the genjutsu and then realisation soon strikes as they see the caster of the genjutsu is unharmed. The technique itself is merely a method to force the enemy to cancel their technique and sparing the user from harm.(This technique can only be countered if the target themselves has occular powers and can see the change in their chakra.)

    Declined. Needs a restriction of total uses. Also, I get your concept but try to switch up explination, because if a person fires a jutsu they dont need to "cancel" it after it hits. It either hits or it doesnt.

    (Mugen: Kagami Gazō no Jutsu) - Demonic Illusion: Mirror Image Technique

    Description: Once the genjutsu has been initiated the illusion traps the victim in a white empty room like space, once there a mirror will appear in front of the victim and then the victim looks at the reflection of his own image in the mirror, then suddenly the victim is then trapped inside the mirror. The user will then appear in this white room and with a snap of his finger the mirror will shatter pieces along with the victim. The victim will feel the sensation of their entire body being broken into hundreds of pieces, the purpose of this jutsu is to weaken a targets defense as well as to render their vision slightly so that they are unable to battle properly.
    Note: Can only use every two turns and no genjutsu useage the following turn.
