    Decription:The user smears their blood on their PUMA Tatoo and slams theyre palm on the ground while injecting a medium amount of chakra causing Kakuru the Puma to be summoned
    Karuku is about 5 ft tall from paw to shoulder and roughly 7 ft long from base shoulder to base tail he is extremely agile and due to his size can move at both great speeds and deal damaging blows to a enemy. Karuku can go from 0 to 27 Mph in less than three Bounds and can easily reach speeds of up to 47 Mph
    He has large hefty paws that could do great damage to an enemy and has rather large fangs that can always be seen whether or not his mouth is open or close
    He has a affinity to the fire nature and can preform fire technique's C rank and below with the user creating the handseals if needed.
    Once every two turns Karuku can Emit a Large fire ball from his mouth that is a equivaliant to a B rank fire attack
    Karuku can take Two B rank attacks before being sent back to Mount Fang

    Description: The user bites his thumb and wipes blood over a tattoo placed on the back of his hand and slams his hands on the ground to call forth the legendary Mizuryuu, the female water bat is a average sized bat and is able to carry two people on her back, she is slightly larger than, gamatatsu and what makes her special then other bats is her fur, she has no fur at all leaving her naked with out fur but it gives this bat the unique ability to turn her body to water when hit by a solid object a object that could harm her. Mizuryuu has the manipulation of the Water affinity, therefore she can turn her wings razor sharp by manupulating the water, with her suiton chakra so she is able to slice like butter trew steel. From her birth she was training to master the water element and becomes more accustomed to it, therefore she can use the Water element up to S-rank techniques without the use of handseals in order to perform the Water techniques, she is very unique type of bat amongst all the bats as mentioned earlyer and Mizuryuu can be very friendly bat as well.

    Declined, if you want this approved then make the following edits, firstly the ability to turn to water when attacked is the water substitution technique and therefore is limited to the substitution so make that apparent if you want the technique, then the water that is razor sharp cannot cut through steel water concentrated doesnt have that capability at best it would be able to cut through at least B rank earth techniques not steel and as for using water element without handseals no, you must perform the hand seals for the techniques requiring them

(yes he was a blind uchiha) before he died he put a seal on the bow to whomever tried to touch it shall be cursed. From rumors out of 6people who touched it. 5 of them died. and 1 is gravley sick. Only one person who craves perfection and sees perfection in his work will be able to hone it. One day somebody came to it one day disregarding life wanting to die, then lifted up the bow.. to his suprise he was the person the bow wanted.. thus the seal was broken. After he realiize that, he felt accomplished so he kept the bow. and once he died he passed it on. to some1 who will cherish it.

    Abilities: This Bow carrys 20arrows with it. and depending on the rank how fast it can go. Chunnin--30, S-Class Ninja-40, Jounin 50, S Class 60, Sannin 70. etc. the bows have the abilities to follow you and reduce the size. As small as a Needle are As big as a Rock Staff (Of course if its needle size the damage isnt that great. and big as a rock staff isnt going to be that fast) the edge is very sharp making it able to break cement. It cant be infused with lightning if the user so wishes so

    -Cant use any lightning with any turn you use these bow and arrows
    -Can only shoot 2 arrows a turn
    -Can only be wielded by Ten-Zero

    (Edit,Add,Or take out anything. those are the only restrictions i can come up with since the weapon isnt so Op)

    Description: The user slams their hands onto the ground releasing a large amount of fire chakra into the ground which is sent racing across the battlefield towards the opponents area, Flames then erupt in the targeted area like geysers burning the opponent if they are hit and giving them heat rashes from the intense heat. These flames erruptions are seemingly unpredictable however a Sharingan or Byakugan user could easily predict where the flames will sprout and in what order,this may not always mean they will be able to avoid the eruptions however. The assualt of the eruptions of flames lasts for roughly half a minute.This could be used as a shield making various geysers sprout from infront of the user's creating a wall like effect that can block S rank attacks (following the elemental chart) A rank water attacks and Fobidden earth rank projectiles

    ~After this is used the user finds it harder to mold fire chakra (only B rank and below fire for the next turn)
    ~Can only be used twice
    ~This technique heats up the battlefield over time(Two turns) allowing Kirin use
    ~If this is used on a opponent who is underground the flames will seep into the tunnels that the opponent has dug burning the user before they realise whats going on

    Description: This technique was developed by Mathias himself after carefully studying the properties of the "Iron Skin technique, and Super Light weight technique" He came to the conclusion that if we could insert our chakra into other objects to increase or decrease its weight, why not do the same to coat them with an iron skin for added strength? The user will channel their chakra throughout a selected object, which then hardens the skin to a steel-like quality. This increases their defensive power to the utmost limits. The objects skin also becomes much darker, an almost black colour. The destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great, all purpose technique. The user can not coat an object with greater mass then of a human being, being the advanced version of Iron Skin Technique. However unlike the Iron skin technique, if the user loses physical contact with the said object, it will take a full turn for the chakra to drain out of the object and lose its iron coat. This was based on the Added weight and Light weight techniques. This technique when activated leaves the object vulnerable to lightning based techniques.

    Start of New week seing as we have had the custom submittion thread closed for a while it will start from today

    Note to members regarding a few problems i found,

    - Please remember to follow the template properly regarding japanse names, proper chakra costs
    - Please use proper english and good presentation of techniques
    - Regards to the elemental sensory techniques no more submittions of these techniques will be approved so youl only be wasting your time submitting them.
    - Finally regarding custom human puppets they have to firstly be achieved properly rather than claiming to have won with a sensei or mod declaring that it was fair win and when making them as a custom they only achieve their specialties for example dark user puppet would only attain dark release useage with fire and lightning or lava would have lava and earth and fire

    so i plead you to head these instructions to help us moderators when checking customs

Azure is a highly intelligent Heron, and is the only one able to communicate verbally with the summoner, speaking fluent English. With his naturally increased vision and superb intelligence, he is able to carefully watch and then deduce the hand signs of the opponent, determining what element technique the opponent is preparing to use. He is able to do this due to the fact he has studied, and spent countless hours examining the shinobi jutsu scrolls present in his home tree. Because he is able to speak English, this means he is also able to read script, which allows him to study techniques. This hand seal perception can be used twice per battle.     ~Declined~ It's incredible how sometimes it all comes down to one word: deduce. What to you mean when you say your summon can deduce the hand seals? Can he predict them before they're being done? Can he see them from very far away and know what hand seal the opponent is doing? Can he see, let's say, 3-4 hand seals in a jutsu that requires many hand seals and know instantly what technique will be used? You need to elaborate that part. Also, in the restrictions you say that reading hand seals doesn't count as a move, and in the description you say that "This hand seal perception can be used twice per match". If it's an ability that can only be used a certain number of time per match, it's bound to count as a move.

    Description: The user will perform a string of ten hand seals, and then channel their suiton chakra to their feet. By stomping on the ground, the user will perform nature transformation on their chakra, changing it into water. The stomp on the ground raises a 360 degree ring around the user from underground, which extends up into air just above the user’s height. The ring of water is very thin but does not compromise its strength, which allows the user to easily through it. This can be used to defend against attacks. Once the ring is formed around the user, they have the option of performing another hand seal, which unwraps the ring starting from the back, wrapping it around to the front, forming a straight water wall. The wall will then release hundreds of marble sized bullets of water as it is unwrapping, covering the entire battlefield in front of the user. These bullets can reach up to long range.

Shinrai Kaika is the ability to use all the excess brain capacity to increase the users thought processing and improve his sight drastically, slightly mimicking the Sharingan, though not being as effective. This branch of Shinrai Kaika will allow the user to track objects that would otherwise be untraceable to the naked eye. Furthermore, it allows allowing them to predict any eventual counter-attack from the slightest muscle tension in their opponents body.

    Description: The Elementalists form is one of the only purely chakra based Taijutsu forms that centers around the deflection of elemental techniques. Erementa-Kata requires in-depth understanding of the element you wish to defend against by the usage of this style and as such, if you’re not a user of that particular element, you cannot use Erementa-Kata to defend yourself from it. Erementa-Kata revolves around finding weak points in a jutsu and instead of spending huge amounts of chakra on absorbing or negating the whole technique, which would quickly tire the user out, this style revolves around destabilizing a technique by finding a weak point in it, or simply deflect it by changing its trajectory slightly. Of the two solutions, deflection is the easiest to use. By focusing great amounts of pure chakra into his hands or feet, the user is able to make a thin transparent shield of chakra; there is no limit on what form the shield can have. When a technique collides with the shield, the smooth surface and nature of the shield simply causes the technique to move along the surface of the shield. Depending on what form the shield has, the technique can be directed anywhere, though advanced techniques cannot be guided back towards their original user. Destabilization is a bit trickier and is usually used against larger scaled techniques, which cannot be directed back towards their user. By compressing pure chakra in their hand and using the rotation aspect of the Rasengan, the user is able to send a shockwave of chakra into the targeted technique. The shockwave causes a great destabilization in the opponents chakra inside the technique, which in turn causes the technique to revert back to its original, harmless form.

    ~Declined do not resubmit~ Hear me out, this jutsu looks good on paper and maybe even in the Narutoverse, but it simply can't be accepted for the sake of our RP. You're basically making yourself invincible to anyone who's can't use S-rank or won't use S-rank because he doesn't want to spam powerful techniques. Also, raw chakra is naturally weaker then any elemental chakra. Think about it, there are two manipulation you can do with your chakra; shape manipulation, and elemental manipulation. Hence, an elemental technique which is manipulated to take form will always be stronger then an equally ranked chakra manipulated jutsu.

    Kanjō Kyūsai | Emotional Relief

    Description: Kanjō Kyūsai is a technique based on the principles of killing intention and the ability to exude feelings and emotions. By focusing intensively on a strong emotion and exuding it into the immediate vicinity like normal killing intent, the user is able to induce the feeling or emotion in the target. This is merely the first stage of the technique. When the appropriate emotion or feeling has been chosen, the user focuses a large amount of pure chakra near the targets position. By compress-ing the chakra exponentially, the user causes a large amount of effects to occur. Kanjō Kyūsai gives the target a feeling of being crushed by the users chakra, it forces suicidal thoughts onto the target and induces a feeling of absolute fear and paralysis. If used correctly, Kanjō Kyūsai can give the opponent a feeling of having their very soul and life squeezed by nothing more than the users Ki. By compressing chakra near the opponent to such a level that the chakra becomes almost solid, the user is able to turn the feeling of being crushed and squeezed into reality. The compressed chakra will follow the rhythm of the exuded emotion or feeling while it crushes the target.
    -This is an extremely advanced version of Killing Intent.
    -A-ranked version can only be used tree times per battle. S-ranked can only be used twice.

    Makyo no Gyakuen | The Demonic Mirrors Edge

    Description: The Demonic Mirrors Edge is a gigantic Zanbatō. The sword has the ability as to grow to fit its master. The blade itself will always be as tall as the user and it will be just as broad and the handle will be as long as one of the users arms, from shoulder to fingertip. Makyo no Gyakuen was forged in the flames of music and determination, and as such, it will never break or shatter before its master’s life ends. The blade is sharp like nothing else and has the ability to cut through anything, except other indestructible items. The ability to cut through anything is sadly not able to save the wielder from Ninjutsu, since a thin cut in a fireball or something similar would be all but mockery. To the user, the Makyo no Gyakuen feels extremely light, but it will crash unto an enemy with the force of a thousand hits even with the slightest power behind it. Makyo no Gyakuen can only be wielded by the one it finds worthy, anyone else whom tries to use the blade will be unable to even lift it.

    ~Declined~ What's with those OP submissions. Ability to cut through anything? Take it off, the ability to cut is dependent on both the durability of your sword (which isn't made of diamond so it's breakable) and the strength used when cutting an object. Graphic example; if you drop your sword on the ground, will it cut through it endlessly? (This is an exaggeration to make myself clear). "Crush the enemy with the force of a thousand hits with the slightest power behind it [...]", my precedent example is still valid. While this is narutoverse, some basic physic laws still applies. Btw, your sword sounds like an transformed version of Mjolnir

The only way to escape this technique is to inflict pain in the affected beings ears. The illusion makes the affected firmly believe that they cannot hear anything, it is possible to use this Genjutsu to block out specific sounds. But even though the affected feels as if they cannot hear and even if they actually can't hear, they’re still affected by Melody Art and other sound-based techniques because of this illusion.

But even though the Zanbatō feels light to its wielder, it will still feel as heavy as any other sword of its size to an opponent. Makyo no Gyakuen is forged of a mixture between an extremely durable type of metal that can be infused with chakra, and the bones of a Kaguya clan member. The sword is extremely sharp, much sharper than any ordinary weapon, but it cannot cut through any elemental techniques. By focusing chakra into the blade in a special manner, the user is able to make the blade shine incredibly brightly; the light will not affect the user because of the chakra bond he/she shares with the Zanbatō. The light is activated as a part of a minor Genjutsu, which ensures that as long as the user is able to see a part of the target, the light will affect the target regardless of the circumstances.

    Description: Kōsō is a technique that revolved around the concept of exuding killing intent. By focusing his/her killing intent onto a single point on the targets body, like the concept of focusing the light of the sun with a magnifying glass, the user is able to induce a painful sensation at that specific spot. Normally, killing intent only affects ninjas with a lower rank than that of the user, but since Kōsō focuses on a single spot, it is able to affect anyone regardless of rank. The painful sensation can easily be mistaken for an attack, and although it inflicts no actual damage to the target, the pain can be felt for several minutes after the technique has been used. This technique is designed to interrupt an opponent’s attack, by inflicting a sharp pain that will cause him/her to lose their focus. But the technique is also designed to be used as a diversionary tactic, which can fool the opponent into believing that he has been wounded.

    Description: This bow was made from a blind man at night. it was saiid that a spirit always guided his hands thats why he was able to make such uniqueness in them. this bow was the last weapon he ever made and the most special. the creator of this bow died during the uchiha massacre. (yes he was a blind uchiha) before he died he put a seal on the bow to whomever tried to touch it shall be cursed. From rumors out of 6people who touched it. 5 of them died. and 1 is gravley sick. Only one person who craves perfection and sees perfection in his work will be able to hone it. One day somebody came to it one day disregarding life wanting to die, then lifted up the bow.. to his suprise he was the person the bow wanted.. thus the seal was broken. After he realiize that, he felt accomplished so he kept the bow. and once he died he passed it on. to some1 who will cherish it.

    Abilities: This Bow carrys 20arrows with it. and depending on the rank how fast it can go. Chunnin--30, S-Class Ninja-40, Jounin 50, S Class 60, Sannin 70. etc. the bows have the abilities to follow you and reduce the size. As small as a Needle are As big as a Rock Staff (Of course if its needle size the damage isnt that great. and big as a rock staff isnt going to be that fast) the edge is very sharp making it able to break cement. It cant be infused with lightning if the user so wishes so

    -Cant use any lightning with any turn you use these bow and arrows
    -Can only shoot 2 arrows a turn
    -Can only be wielded by Ten-Zero

    Description: After forming a set of 4 handseals [Horse → Tiger → Ram → Monkey] the user gathers a large amount of fire chakra into the center of his body and releases it outwards through all of his pours, releasing the fire chakra throughout the whole battlefield in all directions, this fire chakra acts to increase the temperature of the air equally throughout the battlefield creating heat waves that are released from the fire chakra into the battlefield, these heat waves have only a simple purpose, which is to increase the temperature of the fire techniques that the user uses, using the heat waves when the fire technique comes into contact with the heated air, the fire technique absorbs the surrounding air to increase in temperature and become much hotter and thus more powerful than standard fire techniques, the fire color changes from the standard orange-red flames to the color of blue flames to the point where the user can cause the fire technique to be slightly transparent and can see through it, which is hotter than the standard fire techniques that the user is capable of using. These heat waves doesn't harm the user or the opponent, their only external effect is causing the user and the opponent's skin to sweat but does not deal any kind of damage to either one. in order to maintain the heat waves present the user has to continuously release his chakra throughout the battlefield and is left for a disadvantage of not being able to use any water techniques while the heat waves are present, due to the negative charges of the fire and water chakra.

    The shockwave is purely built up of chakra and is equal to a A rank non elemental justu it has a cutting edge similar to the swords itself and could easily decapitate an enemy. The user can also Imbue the shockwave with a nature affinity by channeling elemental affinity chakra into the sword instead of normal chakra creating a S rank attack equal to its nature.This cannot however be done with earth chakra.

    ~When used with wind it creates a deadly slicing shockwave that is extremely thin and sharp and can even cut an opponent clean in two and break through rocks
    ~When done with fire it is similar to the normal chakra version except that it schorches its targets as it slices through
    ~When done with lightning it creates a static shockwave that upon impact with its target will shock and paralyse and leave a deep gash in its target

The weapon itself has no one true form as it was forged to work with Hozuki lords it can be turned into water at will or shaped into any size or shape, when solidified the weapons metal takes on the form of steel with a blue tint and its cloth or wood will be dark blue. The unique powers imbued in Poseidon also allows Hozuki users of Sannin rank and above to use C rank water techniques without hand seals as long as Poseidon is in the users possesstion. If hit by lightning or fire of high enough power (B rank and above)Poseidon will becomes mist for a short time ( 2 turns) before reforming, making it impossible to destroy for good. Poseidon can also be merged into its master's body at will for safekeeping and surprise attacks.

This raven is extremely small, even smaller than the smalles toad.

Both of the lasers are sharp and if they come in contact with a body they will burn the opponent organs.

    • The user could use both of them as one move but when used at the same time it counts as two moves
    • When the pinky laser explodes it takes up to four yard of explosion
    • Only usable once per battle

    Description: Haki is a power that lies dormant in all the world's creatures... "Presence", "fighting spirit" and "intimidation". Haki is separated into three categories, or "colors": Kenbunshoku Haki, which grants users a sixth sense of the world around them and limited precognitive abilities Busoshoku Haki, which allows the user to use their spirit as armor to defend against attacks or to make their own attacks more potent; and Haoshoku Haki, a rare type of Haki only one in a million can use which grants the user the ability to overpower the will of others. The user however may not activate any of the three together at any given time due to the concentration required for using one.

    Kenbunshou Haki - Color of Observation
    a form of Haki that allows the user to sense the presence of others, even if they are concealed from view or too far to see naturally. With enough skill, one can use this haki to predict an opponent's moves shortly before they make them, thereby making the attack that much easier to evade. This prediction appears to the user as an image or brief "premonition" of what the opponent will do in the user's mind's eye, and the damage the user will take if the attack actually "hits". It appears that the more killing intent the enemy has, the easier they are to predict. This form of Haki is the weakest of the three and can't predict random movements. Chakra sensory abilities and others are greatly enhanced when in use. Lastly, it requires the user to have immense concentration meaning only 2 techniques for every turn this is active. Once concentration is broken, the technique ends and can't be activated again.

    Busoshoku Haki - Color of Armaments
    The second form of Haki, Busoshoku Haki allows the user to create a force similar to an invisible armor around themselves with the use of chakra. This allows the user to defend against attacks that would otherwise cause them harm. Only significant physical force can overcome this defense meaning a technique of A- rank or higher can break through the defense, and once this happens the technique falters and ends and the technique continues on to attack the user. Naturally this invisible armor can be used as a weapon with to strike others. It can be used to augment the user's own taijutsu or weapon attacks, projected ahead of the user as pure brute force, or imbued in weapons to increase their effectiveness. Any attack enhanced by Busoshoku Haki hits immensely harder than it would normally without it.

    Haoshoku Haki - Color of the Conquering King
    The last and most powerful form of Haki, This type of Haki grants the user the ability to dominate the wills of others. The most common usage is knocking those with weak wills unconscious meaning anybody of one rank lower will be subjected to nervousness only allowing the usage of two moves a turn, two ranks lower will cause them to fall unconsious.

    Description: The user releases a visible field of chakra from his epicenter surrounding him 360 degrees. When something is caught within this field they are instantly caught in the user genjutsu and the user can freely manipulate the opponent's mind to make them believe their body has been cut in numerous pieces, this works well when the user has a sword as the opponent can eventually be forced to think nothing of it and sent into a state of panic at the disfigured body.

    Description: Kirabi puts his finger in his mouth and coats it with ink. Though this amount may seem small, the amount is actually massive. Kirabi points his finger `at his target and it releases after travling a small distance the bellt expands drastically into the 8-tails head, and spews out a large amount of ink. since everything is still moving forward the attack comes at the opponent that much faster.

    Description: Don Juan is the King of the Flamingos and the most suave of them all. He speaks with a thick Spanish accent and moves with a dancer's grace. He stands nearly fifteen feet tall, though his height is deceptive as it mostly comes from his long legs and neck. While not the strongest flyer, he is capable of carrying up to three people on his back. His elemental affinity is wind which he can use up to A-rank by releasing the techniques from his wings. He has a special ability which he calls "Le Baile de Los Rey" or "The Dance of the King". Using his long legs and graceful movements he is able to avoid reasonable techniques by dancing out of their way. An unreasonable technique would be something that consumes the whole battlefield or a large portion of it. A reasonable technique would be something like a directional blast. During the dance he extends his wings and fires A ranked feathers at the opponent.
    -Le Baile de Los Rey can be used twice per battle and counts towards the user's move set.
    -Wind techniques count as a move in the user's turn.
    -Can be summoned once per battle.
    -Remains on the field up to five turns once summoned.

    Description: Diamond Jozu is a very large humanoid puppet with an empty chest cavity that can hold a puppeteer similar to Sasori's Hiruko. The defensive ability of this puppet comes from it's shingle like armor. One side of the shingles is the typical wooden plating used for most puppets, however the other side is plated with a very shiny metal which has the appearance of diamond when light shines off of it. At any time the puppeteer can flip these shingles exposing their defensive side. These shingles are capable of defending against A-rank and below attacks. The front chest of the puppet also folds up exposing a moderate sized open window for the puppeteer to see from (can be seen in pic as the greenish chest plate area). This windowed area doesn't contain the metallic shingles and is a point of weakness for the puppet and is vulnerable to all attacks. The typical entrance/exit for this puppet is its back which can be used to quickly abandon it if needed.
    -Metal Plating crumbles away after taking two A-ranked attacks or the equivalent from B,C or D ranked attacks (120 damage total). S/Forbidden overpower the defense regardless of damage.

    ~Declined~ You can't put a maximum amount of damage that your puppet can withstand simply because techniques greatly vary in size and power. For some techniques, it would be unrealistic if your puppet didn't get instantly destroyed as both collide. Fix that.


    (The name "Pink Secret Technique" is simply my set of puppetry techs like Sasori's "red secret techniques", Chiyo's "White Secret Techniques" or Kankuro's "Black Secret Techniques")

    Description: The user creates a slashing wind around the lower part of his hand (below the elbow). The hand can then be used to block and attack. The slashing wind makes a low-speed spiraling movement around the hand of the user (about 1,5 spins per second). The spiraling wind can be thrown to the opponent at great speed, and is strong enough to slash through granite boulders. Anything that touches the slashing wind, bounces as if it hit a spring (after the slashing effect).
    Restrictions:
    -Can only be taught by Necron.
    Trivia:
    -This jutsu is one of the signature moves of Kazekami Ryuu.
