    ~Declined~ First of all, you're overextending your summons ability to hear. He's not a sound specialist so take it all out. You're allowed to have a summon with good hearing, but this one is actually ripping off Mugi's inner sonar skills. Your summon can only use up to S-rank. Make it +5 when standing on top of you and only for jutsu up to S-rank.

    ~Declined~ While I like the general idea, there's no way you can hide such big wheels in the shadow of the first one. The idea with the Windmill shuriken is that it was flying a little bit lower then the first one, however your wheels are bound to be at the same height and in a line. It simply doesn't work.

    ~Declined~ First of all, calling them rocks doesn't change the fact that they'll be round projectiles and we already have several jutsu for that. Secondly, you didn't precise the amount of projectiles, which is unacceptable since you could say you fired a thousand B-rank bullets. The more you have, the lower the rank of each water bullet.

    ~Declined~ Same as above: how many? In fact, for this technique, just make it one water ball. The only reason I'm considering accepting this one is because it's actually different from any water projectile that was ever submitted. Keep the core of this technique (your Shadow chakra hidden in the sphere) and just make it a simply attack toward your opponent.

    Description: After performing a set of handseals [Horse → Ram → Bird → Monkey] The user gathers a large amount of Hyōton chakra in the center core of his body as he releases it outwards through all of the user's pores throughout the whole battlefield the user drastically decreases the air's temperature throughout the battlefield using the proprieties of the Hyōton chakra to the point where the user and the opponent can see their breath clearly, this colder air causes the water to become really cold, and the wind techniques used through it will be contain very cold air instead of the regular ones, the wind technique's that are transparent in the regular cases won't be transparent anymore though it's the only effect that's related to the wind and water techniques, it doesn't change any proprieties of earth techniques but it has drastic changes to both the Ice and Fire elemental techniques, when a fire technique is used by either the user or the opponent, the cold hair gathers around the fire technique decreasing it's temperature and making it less powerful than it originally was, this takes out 10 damage points out of the user and the opponent's fire techniques, and this techniques relation to the Ice techniques is the complete opposite to the fire release techniques, whenever the user or the opponent utilize an Ice technique the cold air gathers around the Ice technique decreasing it's temperature even further and making any Ice technique more powerful and boosting it's power by +10 damage points, this technique has a major drawback to the user, as he has to constantly release Hyōton chakra throughout the battle and restricting the user to the usage of his elements, making him only use the the Ice release and the elements that the Ice release consists of which are the water and wind elements.
    Note: Can only be used once per battle
    Note: Lasts for 4 turns
    Note: Can only use Ice, Water and Wind elemental techniques while this technique is active.

    Description: This technique is an advanced Hyōton technique that's used like Sai's ink ninjutsu techniques but with the usage of the Hyōton chakra, by changing the moist in the air or adding Hyōton chakra to form transparent animals made out of the structures of the Ice release, the user can form the shape of various animals of Ice and have them to perform tasks like animals that crawl and wrap around the opponent binding them, flying animals that can be used to fly on top of it, large structured animals that can be used to defend from incoming attacks, or powerful animals that can cause blunt damage to the opponent. these animals are transparent and the user can see through them but not a clear vision, due to the Ice's structure the user's vision is distored when he's looking through them, the user is able to manipulate the animals movements through the usage of his chakra but he can't manipulate and change their shape once he finished forming them.

You still mention death, it's still strong defensively (defending form an S-rank why being an offensive technique is exactly what I warned you about in your previous submission), and the description is still a mess. He hit it in such a way focusing on internal damage that he tears the muscle in the enemy's arm causing soaring arm pain. If the attack is successful the enemy is unable to use that arm for a turn.     I would like to make a reference to the mod that checks these customs: I know it mind look as if it's impossible to have a lot of chakra compressed and then expand (1st and 3rd jutsu), but I just wanted to say that I followed the same logic as with Fuuton: Rasenshuriken when Naruto used it against Kakuzu. It was compact as well, and expanded on impact. Hope this clears it up a little.




    (Katon/Raiton: Hitoshirenu Hinote no Raikou) Fire/Lightning Release: Hidden Flames of Lightning)

Once this is done, the user shoots of the bullets at the enemy. Due to the combination of the fire and the lightning, and both being highly compressed, the bullets travel at an enormously rapid speed (only a 3 Tomoe sharingan or Byakugan can follow this speed, though it would be hard to react accordingly if they are distracted by something else). Once they reach the opponent, the user does a hand seal that lets the packed lightning loose, causing a massive explosion of lightning, covered with the fire around it.

This Bow is can not be destroyed by any means, and if someone else than the use touches it or tries to steal it, it weighs over 10 000kg. There is also an arrow holster that remains on the users back at all time, packed with a high amount of arrows. These arrows are special Chakra arrows, which allows the user to insert any kind of chakra in them. Last, this attack has two special attack, that can be used twice. The user focuses a big amount of chakra into the arrow he will shoot, and will then shoot off the arrow with the said "pure chakra", increasing it's speed enormously (two times the normal speed). the second special ability to this bow, is that the bow can absorb 2 attack up to S rank. The first attack will be absorbed in the upper gems, and the second attack in the lower gems. The user can choose to launch the chakra from both absorbed attacks at once, or separately.
    Note: Can only be wielded by Wesobi

    Explanations you wanted/reasons for the above:
    First is the note about every jutsu the clone using counting against my turn limit: I omitted Kougenjin from this rule for the fact that it would break the rule instantly. Kougenjin fires three shockwaves (costing me one jutsu to activate the technique), but since each shock-wave would count as a move-per-turn, in simply using the technique, four jutsu would be used in that turn, and this is assuming I did nothing else in that turn. The point of this technique is that I can't just get a clone to do it. To me, this seems much more tactical than the regular clone jutsu (being that it's tied to whatever moves I make), and it's another tool for me in my quest to be able to fight Ninjutsu completely with Kenjutsu; since I can move the clone around, it allows me to keep another fighter in position to pressure the enemy, whether it be with slashes or a double-angle shock-wave assault.

    As for the movement aspect, it's like this: say the doppelganger has been active for three turns, and can now move away from me up-to mid-range. If I'm in the middle of a circle who's radius is medium-range, the doppelganger can be "r" or less than "r" away from me; meaning, he can be anywhere inside the circle. I can change the direction he's facing, or how great the distance between he and myself, but it can't exceed "r". A simpler example would be that he's attached to me by a leash that I can control how long or short it is; as time goes on, the leash has the ability to go longer.

    Oh, and clones of any kind can be used only up to three times a match, per Battle Arena rules, thus that change.

    Description: The user will gather a large amount of chakra in their body. The user will then spread it into 5 points around them that would control a specific element. The chakra is split into portions that are released into the user's mouth, the ground below, a near water source, the air around them, and into thunderclouds above. This jutsu is sought after by the best elemental users. This move grants you the ability simultaeously control the elements around you. Each element has a function. This move requires a large amount of chakra meaning that depending on your rank you can control x amount of the 5 elements. Once the chakra is settled around you can release large amounts of chakra around your body to summon that element around you. This works as an aura meaning the elements are around you at all times.

    Fire-The user will breathe out a giant amount of fire from their mouth which condenses and make a ring around their body. The fire can be used to send condensed A rank fire blast towards you enemy up to mid range at any given moment and retract giving you a unlimited supply of fire unless you opponent uses a jutsu to counter the fire. When used this counts as a A rank fire technique.

    Earth-The user breaks small earth pellets from the ground which come together and rotate around him like a ring. These pellets can be indivisually launched at the opponent at high speeds to impact the body head on or can be manipulated into hundreds of spikes that are launched at the oponent rapidly. The spikes can be remotely controlled to hit the opponent but the pellets are just by aim.

    Wind-The user concentrates the air around them to make a wind orb. This grants them flight throughout the usuage of the jutsu. It also acts as a shield to protect you from B rank and lower techniques. The wind orb can also protect you from A rank lightning.

    Lightning-The user calls upon lightning from the sky which wraps around their body under the wind orb. This acts as a defribillator to give them an adrenaline rush to continuously stay in this mode without fainting to soon. This also sharpens their senses alot how the Raikages Lightning Armor does.

    Water-The user will call upon a large mass of water a condense it into a single spinning ring that rotates around him. This can be used to call forth a large mass of water to release towards the opponent or drench out different moves.


    Note:Can only be used once
    Notenly lasts for three turns
    Note:The rank depends on how many elements you use simultaneously:
    5 elements=Forbidden
    4 elements=S-Class Ninja

    ~Declined~ Let's make this clear, you can force your opponent to see things, hear things, smell things...etc, but you can't force them to feel a certain way. Genjutsu affects the senses, nothing more. Also, your technique sounds a lot like Shishui's unique ability to make people think they're taking a decision while it's the user who's controlling them (check the bold part).

Kaze was born on the desert he had no parents he was by himself and so he had to hunt other animals by himself which was extremely crazy for such a young Raven. Once Kaze was old enough he practice Wind element and he seem to master it up to s-rank. Kaze can not do wind jutsus that required hand seals of course the user does it for Kaze also, the user need to be on top of Kaze for the jutsu to work. Kaze is a normal Raven that now lives with other Ravens in the dark ravens world. Kaze feathers are extremely different than other which makes Kaze unique his feathers color is white only and his peak is black, Kaze peak is as hard as steel and is like a sword is really sharp and is able to cut through a lot. Kaze size is the half size of the well known Gama from the toad contract.

Mookie is only able to do his own personal technique that he made because the Sage of Water told him that he can't really control his water chakra well and so his only able to do one technique. The technique that Mookie is able to do is call 'Reborn'. Reborn is one of the strongest technique on all Ravens technique; Mookie first has to focus a large amount of water chakra on his legs once done he will rise his peak as soon as the peak has been up he will make it clap with the underneath peak once done a large amount of water will rise from Mookie legs that water is able to be controlable but not only that when the water touches the Mookie peak the peak will rise and get larger every time 'Reborn' touches Mookie peak.

No-ki specialize in speed and so over the pass three years this male raven has been practicing for an amazing technique and so he has completed the technique successfully. No-ki special technique is known as 'Colors', to be use No-ki first has to get on the user elbow once done No-ki will fly around the user hand at high speed after a few seconds the user hand will have a look-like wind around his hand, but is not a wind technique is No-Ki and so if the opponent touches the user hand No-Ki will be able to cut the opponent with his peak and if necessary even stab the opponent which counts towards one the users moves and equals B rank.

Frosty has two yellow stripe around his neck giving him a unique awesome look. Frosty has large nails and a really large peak, Frosty nails are extremely sharp they are like swords and if you get cut by it, it would make a deep would not only that if you get stab by it, it could mean death. Frosty is mainly known for his special technique, this technique was named after Frosty has finish his training which took him exactly two years to finish, the technique name is 'Akuna'. This technique is a lightning base technique and is a S-rank too, is as fast as Nagashi and it spreads all around like Nagashi but because Frosty has train a lot to master this technique his able to use shape manipulation on the lightning changing the Akuna shape it could be three shapes, the first shape is like Nagashi which spreads around but it could be control, the second shape is a shape himself which is a Raven and the third shape is a sword shape which could be use by the user, this technique is so intense that all of them could kill the opponent if they get hit by it. Frosty has great senses and Frosty is half size as Gamabunta.

    • Frosty can only be summon once per battle and once summon it last four turns
    • Frosty technique known as 'Akuna' counts as a move
    • The shape manipulation can be done twice and once done again it counts as a move

Panties don't have any special techniques but she carries over a hundred tag bombs with her and if the user wants he/she could donate Panties life and making a great explosion to kill his/her opponent and with this explosion the opponent will surely die.

    • Once Panties life has been donated she dies and so this jutsu has to be drop
    • Can only be summon twice per battle and once summon she last four turns the second time summon she last two turns

Never refer to death, since our system is based on damage points, there a no techniques that should cause death (even though we know it's not the case). Your restriction put in bold is simply impossible for me to keep track of, find something else. How can she be summoned twice if she used her kamikaze attack?

This illusion is extremely dangerous, once the opponent has been trap on the illusion the opponent will see a endless battle, the opponent will see all kind of battles on the past such as war and stuff alike not only that the opponent will also see that he has been stab on the heart and his also being hurt with all kind of pain, the thing that make's this genjutsu so tricky and a s-rank is that the opponent cannot fully control his chakra while being trap on it and the opponent will either think is a Ninjutsu or a Genjutsu and to be able to break the genjutsu the user need great concentration.

    • The Raven have to keep flapping his wings so the opponent don't control his chakra fully
    • Only once per battle
    • Only can be use by a Raven and while the genjutsu is being active the user has to keep giving chakra to the Raven
    • The genjutsu last three turn

    Description: Kibō no kirā is a simple looking slingshot. It was forged out of the strongest metal so that it won't break and the string is made out of a strong material wich is strong enough so that the string won't snap and can shoot upto long-range. The weapon is specially treatened so that only Mattobi's chakra will be able to go into the slingshot, wich allows him to use it. If someone else would use it, it would only be able to shoot upto short-range and the shot would be completely harmless. The projectiles that the owner uses are small pellets of metal, those are always enwrapped with explosive tags.

    Note: Only Mattobi may use the slingshot.

The maze is so huge that the enemies can search the way out for hours. The mirrors are 10m tall and even the floor is made of mirrors preventing the enemy to escape from underground. The user can merge with the mirrors and travel at high speeds that only sharingan of 3t can track. The user can use the mirrors to attack from them or use them as a distraction to escape, since his reflection would be all over the place.
    Note: The user can channel chakra to repair any damage made on the mirrors but it counts as a single move.
    Note: Can only be taught by Akisha
    Note: Only once per battle.
    Note: Due to the large chakra requiring for this jutsu at the 3rd turn the user’s movements and reactions are quite slow and can be tracked by any normal ninja.
    Note: The mirrors last for 4 turns and can only be repaired through chakra twice per battle
    Note: While merged, the user can not use any techniques, meaning if he wants to use ninjutsu whatsoever he will have to re-emerge.
