Making him either pass out from the mental pain of being Castrated or from the feeling of not being a man anymore

    ~Declined~ The damage doesn't make any sense. If each droplets give 1 damage then how did you manage to inflict 60 damage in the first place? I'm sorry but every time I read this technique there's something wrong with it.

    ~Declined~ Seriously now...No coating, similar technique already exist just for that. Also, how would you breath if you were coated from head to toe in water? Lasting 4 turns 3 times a match? So you'd have a flying elemental animal for 12 turns in a row? Make it 2 turns max and limit the amount of jutsu it can used while being on the field. Honestly, I don't like this technique, and I'll be strict in the next re-submission so try and restrict it well and be careful not to stack too many abilities.

    Description: This is a pre-made and pre-applied seal, which is placed on any of the user's weapons. This seal adds an enormous amount of weight to the weapon it is placed on, as a mean of training, in order for the user to get complete mastery over his own weapon.
    By focusing some chakra around the seal, the respective amount of weight disappears and the weapon becomes much lighter. Since the user is already used to manipulate his weapon with this added weight, the fact that it suddenly disappears, increases the user's ability with it several times, being able to deal stronger and much faster strikes.

    Seal Level 1 [A-rank]
    30 chakra - Half of the added weight is released, making the movements the user performs with his weapon become faster. It can be compared with the speed Rock Lee gets when he releases his weights. Opponents with an inferior rank than the user will have difficult keeping up against the attacks performed with this weapon.

    Seal Level 2 [S-rank]
    40 chakra - All the added weight is released, making the movements the user performs with his weapon become much faster. A slash is immediately made from the point where the user holds his sword, thus, making this technique even faster than other drawing techniques. Also, the massive flow of chakra running through the blade of the sword, adds to its cutting power, making it at the same time, a strong technique.

    Koe Chūdō | The Way of the Voice

    Description: Koe Chūdō is the ability to use sounds and words to regulate one’s own chakra, creating an effect similar to regular hand seals. By using the principles of hand seals and transferring them to words and sounds, Koe Chūdō enables the user to replace all hand seals with words and sounds. While regulating and controlling one’s chakra-flow with one’s voice box is indeed harder than using the standardized hand seals, the chakra spill is actually much smaller than one would believe. There are no specific words or sounds representing each seal, but each word must be at least one syllable long. Furthermore, there are simply some techniques that cannot be used with the voice alone without damaging the throat, due to the chakra concentration that occurs when an advanced technique is used.

    Description: Fusenken is a Taijutsu technique that allows the user to implement the sticky properties of chakra into his fighting style. As it has been proven in the Manga and Anime, it is possible to carry one’s own bodyweight vertically upwards, simply by focusing chakra into ones feet. Fusenken takes these sticky properties of chakra to a new level. By consciously focusing on making his chakra sticky, the user is able to create a glue-like effect anywhere on his body. Because of the conscious effort and extra chakra used on creating this sticky effect, it requires incredible strength to break free from these sticky points. The sticky chakra can be controlled at will, enabling the user to trap and free the targets limbs at will. Furthermore, by focusing this sticky chakra into his sweat, the user is able to create a sticky, transparent substance that can be stretched to short range and used to fool a target into believing that he has escaped.

    ~Declined~ Not only do I find it completely over the top that you'd be able to use your sweat to such an extant, but the ability in general is misused. It's clearly stated in the description of the Tree Climbing Practice that if there's too much chakra, they won't be able to climb:

    "If it is too strong, the user will be pushed away from the tree, causing the bark of the tree to break around the point of contact and the user to fall."

    If there was such a thing as "using sticky chakra" they would never be repelled from the tree. The whole concept behind this exercise is vague and I'd only be ready to accept certain variants of the technique, this is not one of them.


    Enajīribāsu | Reverse Energy

    Description: Enajīribāsu is an advanced Taijutsu technique that is used to defend against an attack and subsequently counter-attack. By using his many years of experience in Taijutsu alongside several breathing techniques and concentration exercises, the user will mirror an opponent’s Taijutsu-attack as it happens. As the two attacks collide, equally strong, the user utilizes his chakra and muscles to transfer the kinetic energy and power from the attacks into another limb. Already in motion as the two attacks collides, the combined force from the attacks colliding will strengthen the counter-attack with such an amount that it will be a mere blur to the opponent, even if he is a Taijutsu Master, and send him flying back with great force. The impact of the counter-attack will carry enough concussive force and chakra to cause a small pulse of power to explode from the limb as it connects with the target.

    (Ketsueki Fainda) Blood Seeker

    Description : This ninjutsu (developed only for use with Hidan) is similiar to (Fukumi Hari) - Hidden Needles, but instead of gathering chakra in the mouth this involves Hidan gathering that same chakra into his hands. Due to the skin obstructing the exit of the needles they stick out of the bottom and top of both hands (2cm long). This means any contact with an opponent will leave them with cuts and the enemies blood on Hidans hands.
    ~For use only with Hidan and my permission
    ~To remove the Needles, Hidan must spend one move of the next turn pulling them out
    ~Can only be used 3 times per match
    ~Hidan can not form any handseals while the needles are there.

    (Gai Kousaku Kansei) Scythe Cable Entrapment

    Description : Using Hidans scythe, Hiden will throw the Scthye forward and manipulate the cable by rotating the arm, which puts the scythe and the cable into a spin (imagine a skipping rope spinning but moving forward at the same time). This looks like a normal throwing of the scythe but by doing this it allows Hidan to manipulate the extra cable to wrap around and bind an opponent if they block the attack within short range of themselves. They will bindded from waist to neck trapping both arms (both arms down by their side). Once bindded Hiden can retract the cable which will pull him forward towards the opponent.
    ~Can only be used by Hiden using his Scythe and with my permission.
    ~Can only be used 3 times per match
    ~Opponent has to have blocked the scythe within short range i.e. Used a sword or kunai etc

    (Fuwafuwa Mira Kiri) Light Reflection Mist.

    Description: This justu begins with the user building and molding their Suiton chakra and then slowly allowing this to leave there body as a mist, visible to the naked eye as a light greyish colour for the first few seconds. After the few few seconds the mist becomes invisible to the naked eye. This mist is make of thin, sharpened Suiton chakra droplets and surrounds the user like an oval cacoon. Using Light Reflection, all of the tiny water droplets are angled like mirrors and reflect the light from behind the line of sight where the user is stood, meaning when you look at the user, the light from behind the user is reflected infront making the user seem invisible. When used, the user will appear to merge with the background. *Desciption below* Anyone using a Doujutsu will see an oval blur of were the user is stood, meaning they can not make out any features such as posture, handseals, chakra being channeled etc, as all they can see is the Suiton chakra surrounding the user. When the user moves, the mist is still emitted from their body so is effective at any angle but any movement faster then a run (made by the user) will mean the wind resitance acting against the body will be to high and the mist would be blown back faster then it can be produced making the user visible again. Where a Doujutsu user will see the mist moving (still as a blur) it will leave a trail of Suiton charka for where the user once was, (much like a plane does when flying. This however disapates after a minute or two). If the user performs any other jutsu while using this then after the handseals are formed, the jutsus own chakra will push apart the mist, bringing the user back into vision momenterally. As long as the user has paid the chakra cost for that turn however then the mist will continue to flow out of the body and simply forms around the user again in a couple of seconds.

    ~Must have Mastered water and have a bio with a water affinity.
    ~Lasts 3 turns (unless released earlier) and can only be used 2 times per match (while waiting 3 turns from when it was last used).

    Using the image above, the light from behind the user is bounced around the user and then into the eye of the opponent. This give the user the appearence of being invisible when in fact the user hasnt moved and the no change to any phycial matter has taken place. Visibility depends on the eyes of the observer and/or the instruments used. Thus an object can be classified as "invisible to" a person, animal, instrument, etc.

    ~Declined~ First of all, no need to make such a long jutsu for something that is obvious. Just saying you create a city in which the opponent was completely submerged would've been enough. Secondly, the abilities of this technique are ignoring the fundamentals of a genjutsu (check the part I bolded). Since you're not wielding a Mangekyo Sharingan or don't have an advance doujutsu bio (Second Mizukage for example)(correct me if I'm wrong btw), then there's no way for you to create such a genjutsu that defies the normal rules. The rest of the jutsu was fine.

    ~Declined~ Simply OP. You didn't precise anything about the actual position of the cubes, hence being vague enough to place them to your advantage on the field. Even if your opponent tries to evade or counter you can simply say he forgot one or two behind him. This is ridiculous. Also, for you to keep so much lightning chakra within the earth cubes goes against the very principle of strength and weaknesses of the elements. Lastly, it's impossible for you to mold two chakra at once if you didn't receive yin yang training.

    Description: The user changes their weight by flooding their muscles with chakra and gathering their Wind Nature chakra for boost around their entire body to give the user a weightless effect focusing it the most at the feet to walk on thin air, tho it doesn't changes the users speed. The user seems to glide over the ground and air, stepping so lightly that there is no sound generated nor enough pressure to set off most traps or leave a trace of their movement. So due to the immens pressure pust on the legs with the wind chakra it grants the user to walk over thin air by, focusing your chakra into the feet this jutsu is similiar in a way to the basics of the ninja like walking on water infused with chakra into the feet. So the user is consantly focusing there chakra into both legs. This, jutsu can be used for a long period if the, user adds +5 chakra every turn to keep it active. This requires little chakra to maintain but prolonged use will begin to cause fatigue due to the strain put on both legs. When deployed masterfully air step can be used to push off of air with enough strength to launch themselves, into the air with full control tho not to evade attacks.

    An example of Air Step when used:
    ♦ Note: Can only be used two, times per battle.
    ♦ Note: The user must have, mastered wind and also specialize in it.
    ♦ Note: The user cannot use any fire technique as long as this jutsu is active.
    ♦ Note: Can only be taught by Strawberry.
    ♦ Note: After this jutsu is deactivated the user seems to move slow motion (like matrix) for two turns.

    Description: After performing the required hand seals Snake → Horse → Boar the user will, focus a large amount of katon chakra into both hands creating two small balls (the size of a smoke bomb) and then the user starts moving his/her hands at rapid speed spinning them all over and while doing that he user will start gathering fūton chakra around the ball covering it like a coat, making it slightly bigger then the rasengan. And after a few seconds the user will push them away at the opponent(s) while on their way the crimson balls will absorb more oxygen and eventually they'll merge with each other, making them just as big as a normal TBB but with an crimson color. As it reaches short range of the opponent, it will absorb the coated wind chakra and expand giving the user the chance to form the snake handseal doing that the ball will explode eating away all the oxygen in shot range severly burning the opponent(s) and also blowing every object back with the released explosion power.

    Description: Benihime is a special blade forged in the Iwagakure village with sacred methods which allowed the blade to look black because they forged it out of many vulcano diamonds that is why it is black. The blade itself is indestructible, making it quite effective in blocking and deflecting incoming attacks from basic weapons. Anything above a B-Rank attacks would hit the sword out of the users hand but, it can't block it. If, benihime is unsheated it will cover itself with lava. This only works when the sword is in one of the users hands and they state that they are doing so. The user is able to focus their charka into the sword surrounding it with lava charka, though this lava turns to black due to the sword's effect. This black lava increases the damage of basic kenjutsu by +10 damage. This lasts for up to 5 turns and can be used once per battle.
    The abilities of this sword are quite simple, The user can release a small Shockwave of magma (which is the highest form of lava and the hottest coated in fumes and, hot gasses) from the blade but doing so they will need to add +10 more chakra but this move can only be used 3 times per battle.
    The wave it self is a S-Ranked jutsu, and it can be fired at Short to Long range.

    .Note: The user must have mastered Fire/Earth/Lava inorder to use this wepon.
    .Note: Only Karyuu can use this sword.
    .Note: The user must be at Sage rank to use this sword.
    .Note: This sword can only be used if your bio has the lava KG.

To use this jutsu, the user must prepare some things beforehand: Dance of the Young Ferns must have been used beforehand, and the Bone Flower must be used on himself to protect himself from this technique. Before using the Bone Flower, the user releases a large amount of chakra into the atmosphere, which he sends into the large bone spikes from the Dance of the Young Ferns technique. As it is sent into the bone spikes, the chakra compresses itself in each of the bone spike and the user quickly uses Bone Flower to protect himself and then uses this technique to detonate the bone spikes. All of the bone spikes shatter into a billion pieces flying at high speeds in all directions. The aftermath of this jutsu is nothing else than bone shards everywhere, and a lone bone flower in the middle of it all, the user cancels his Bone Flower technique after the "explosion" ends.     Removed the part about disrupting handseals. That can not be done.

After spending over twenty years on discovering and mastering abilities of the weapon he possessed, he systematically assassinated key people in the rule over northern districts while at the same time activating himself in the field of politics. Soon enough, he ensured himself and his bloodline a constant seat of power in rule over north. Weapon then passed from father to son and one of them was foolish enough to write down abilities on his deathbed because he didn't want his son to spend years on mastering abilities on his own. Not long after father's death, son was killed in his cradle and weapon was stolen where it's every traces is lost. Now, after all these centuries and decades, rumors has it that a lone ninja got his hands on it and secrets to its abilites...


    User can, by using his chakra, create any weapon, shield or armor on any place on his body through use of special bracer. While they don't possess any special abilities they can be imbued with elemental chakra in order to increase their effectiveness. Although they can be thrown or shot, they will dissolve into thin air in a short time after hitting the target as they got too far from bracer. Whatever is created doesn't count as jutsu.

    That would be it (sry for history) :D There are no restrictions as I don't think that weapons is too strong. It's merely taijutsu amplifier - you can make a shield to block the sword and then form it into knife in order to attack, but that is as far as it goes - no additional damage to anything, no less handseal thing, nothing. I may make jutsus for the weapon if it gets approved...

The seven style's are named after Seven wind god's, Fūjin, the Japanese wind god, Shu, Egyptian god of the wind and air, Tāwhirimātea, Māori god of weather, Enlil, the Mesopotamian/Sumerian god of air and wind, Anemoi, the Greek wind god, Vayu, the Hindu God of Wind, and Feng Bo, the Chinese wind god. These styles are devestating to tell the least, and very few, if any, have been able to stop this technique.
    Style's:

    ♦ Fūjin: This technique mainly focuses on speed and accuracy. The speed gained by using the secret of this technique is devastating, and almost completely unavoidable. The user releases plenty set's of multiple quick strikes at one time, and never misses due to gained awareness and focus on the enemy.

    ♦ Shu: This specific are in specialization mainly focuses on defense alone. The user completely set's focus on any incoming attack, and counter's it completely using a blade alone. The strength barrier cannot be broken.

    ♦ Feng Bo: This is a special technique. Which enables the user to easily, and quickly counter strike in incoming blade by dodging and slicing. Only a great samurai could avoid this technique.

    ♦ Sequence Must only be used once per-battle.
    ♦ The techniques last as long as the user need's them to.

She is very mature and understanding toward all things both battle ready and non battle ready. She has on both Talons a sharp metal cleat type apparatus which can be used to do a considerable amount of damage she can channel her Katon nature into them giving them a massive cutting ability and burning. She is to small to carry anyone on her back but she makes up for her inability by being a keen fighter. She can use any katon jutsu up to A rank that the user knows as they have trained together for a long time working together on timing and jutsu. Together Apollo and Artemis make one of the best Kite summoning combos Apollo able to use Wind that powers up his sisters fire making for devastating combo attacks. She has a sharp sense of both sound and sight but has the ability to tune out unnecessary noise. She can easily spot an opponent from a range away. Around one of her Talons she has a band that has the Heno Heno Moheji as a way to show that she is a favorite summon of my Kakashi bio.

Apollo is a White-tailed Kite he is large enough to carry one person on his back and can fly at fast speeds with a rider. He is the only brother of another Kite named Artemis he and his sister Artemis were born from the same mother the same day and are twins. Apollo is a few minutes older than Artemis but it doesn't show much he has a immature personality in stark contrast to his sister who has a mature personality understanding of nature as well as her brother's lack of maturity. Apollo has trained with the summoner and has learned all he can in his affinity for Fuuton he can use any Fuuton jutsu the user knows up to S rank. His beak and talons are razor sharp and can clutch onto prey. His Talons are large enough to hold a human and strong enough to break bones like twigs. He can screech at an incredibly high pitch by using his Fuuton chakra to aid in the screech. It is enough to deafen the opponent 1 turn and leave his ears ringing the next turn. Anyone on the field is effected even the summoner if he doesn't prepare by covering his ears. From this pillar sprouts out chains made of the same material as the pillar itself they wrap around the opponent's arms, legs, waist, and neck holding him firmly in place. Once bound to the pillar/stake he is violently shocked for about 15 seconds with a current of electricity. The shock is enough to stun the opponent and paralyze parts of his body but not enough to kill him. The chains also restrict the persons movement making it so he can't place his hands together to form hand seals. Once he is firmly bound in place and the current has subsided a bird summon will swoop in and begin to tear into the person's gut eating his internal organs unless stopped.
    Note:
    -Once the electric current Subsides the user's part in the jutsu is finished and he is able to attack further.
    -Can only be used once per battle
    -Must have a bird summon on the field at the time of the jutsu, Jutsu does not summon the bird for you.
    -Must be the only Raiton jutsu used this turn by the user of the jutsu
    -Must know 16 Pillar Bind and have mastered Raiton Release to use

    Description: The user bites his thumb drawing blood he then claps his hands and summons Apollo. Apollo is a White-tailed Kite he is large enough to carry one person on his back and can fly at fast speeds with a rider. He is the only brother of another Kite named Artemis he and his sister Artemis were born from the same mother the same day and are twins. Apollo is a few minutes older than Artemis but it doesn't show much he has a immature personality in stark contrast to his sister who has a mature understanding of nature as well as her brother's lack of maturity. Apollo has trained with the summoner and has learned all he can in his affinity for Fuuton he can use any Fuuton jutsu the user knows up to S rank. His beak and talons are razor sharp and can clutch onto prey. His Talons are large enough to hold a human and strong enough to break bones like twigs. Apollo's wing span is enough to form a gust of wind comparable to an A rank wind jutsu. It looks alot like Wind Release: Pressure Damage but is only aimed forward toward the opponent instead of exploding outward in all directions. Around one of his Talons he has a band that has the Heno Heno Moheji as a way to show that he is a favorite summon of my Kakashi bio.

    -Any Jutsu used counts to the three jutsu
    -Wind gust counts as a jutsu and can only be used 3 times in battle

    Description: The user closes his fingers making a fist and charges Raiton chakra into the palm of his hand. He gathers a decent amount but keeps his fist clenched only releasing a little of the Raiton out of the top of his hand making static bolts appear from his knuckles. The stored electricity can be released when the user puches the opponent sending him back as well as paralyzing the corresponding part of the body. This jutsu can be aimed at the core muscles to make movement near imposible for 1 turn if standing the opponent is knocked to the ground from the force unless properly countered
    Notes
    -Can only be used twice and not in the same move
    -No S rank lightning the same turn due to the focus needed
    -Paralasis lasts one turn(The current turn) unless defended against
    -This Jutsu doesn't kill
