    -Must be the only Raiton jutsu used this turn by the user of the jutsu
    -Must know 16 Pillar Bind and have mastered Raiton Release to use

    Description: The user bites his thumb drawing blood he then opens his hands wide and summons Artemis. she is the younger sister of Apollo. She is very mature and understanding toward all things both battle ready and non battle ready. She has on both Talons a sharp metal cleat type apparatus which can be used to do a considerable amount of damage she can channel her Katon nature into them giving them a massive cutting ability and burning. She is to small to carry anyone on her back but she makes up for her inability by being a keen fighter. She can use any katon jutsu up to A rank that the user knows as they have trained together for a long time working together on timing and jutsu. Together Apollo and Artemis make one of the best Kite summoning combos Apollo able to use Wind that powers up his sisters fire making for devastating combo attacks. She has a sharp sense of both sound and sight but has the ability to tune out unnecessary noise. She can easily spot an opponent from a range away. Around one of her Talons she has a band that has the Heno Heno Moheji as a way to show that she is a favorite summon of my Kakashi bio.

    Description: This technique was designed to counter act other uses of the Gentle Fist fighting style by removing their ability to inflict internal damage to one's vital organs and tenketsu. By using the Byakugan and own knowledge of the Gentle Fist the user analyzes his opponents angle of attack and can predict where his opponent is targeting on there own body. Once the user knows where the blow will land he will expels a stream of concentrated chakra directly into the path of the oncoming attack. The stream of chakra interferes and disrupts the chakra the opponent has built in their finger-tips. So once the two forces meet they cancel one another would, leaving only the physical attack which inflicts minimal damage.

Karura is little Buzzard, but she is incredibly powerful in just one element, but she is master of it, it is Wind and she is able to use all S-rank and below ones, she most of the time stays on summoner's head or shoulder. She herself has special wind technique which creates armor of wind around itself and the person she is touching (pic on the bottom). She can use Wind Jutsus that have hand seals if user makes them for her. She can speak English easily and she can actually talk by telepathy with the one who summoned her.

This technique can be also used for Mid and Long Range and that is when user has chakra in his hand, he thrusts his hand forward and releases all chakra at once to hit his opponent with beam of pure chakra which can make hole in opponent's body.

    Description: This jutsu is a similair to the gentle step twin lion fists jutsu but more advanced, the user emits chakra from all the tenketsu in their body, using the released chakra the user manipulates it to form the head of a dragon which he is able to control freely by using both hands and is able to attack an enemy upto mid-range, while the dragon head is active the user keeps gradually releasing chakra shrouding themself, providing a small protective aura due to the inability to use handseals while this jutsu is active. When the dragon is directed for an attack it spins towards the opponent, confusing them and throwing off the opponent's aim before striking.
    • The user can freely manipulate the movements of the dragon
    • Manipulating the dragon's movement counts as one out of the three moves per turn
    • This jutsu stays active for upto two turns
    • This jutsu can only be used once per battle
    • The user has to keep both hands focused on controlling the dragon, disabling the ability to use handseals or anything else which requires the user's hands while this technique is active

    The Mushi Jizõ was forged by Kurotsuchi Mayuri during his absence, it's a specially made sword with the blade shaped in a trident-form with a buddha face at the bottom, the Mushi Jizõ has several openings in the blade, there are tiny holes on each of the three tips and small gaps in both eyes of the buddha's face. This sword is primarily used to store Kikaichu bugs inside of it, allowing the wielder to release the bugs at will for a special attack. Once the wielder stabs his opponent he releases several A-Rank bugs from the tips which enter the opponents body as they begin sucking them dry of chakra from the inside, damaging their organs. Also, if the opponent narrowly evades a slash from the Mushi Jizõ, but the sword comes in such a short distance that the bugs can jump to the opponent, the wielder can release several B-Rank bugs from the eyes of the blade which then cling onto the opponent's skin, sucking out their chakra. If bugs are stored in the sword they will attack anyone other then the owner who wields the Mushi Jizõ.

    Description: The origin of this technique is the derivative of a simple stab and lunge. Swordsman, after noticing that stab movements left them open for an interval of a second to be attacked, designed the idea of an effective way to make the stab motion much more deadly. The user, holding the sword, will begin to channel chakra in it's sword, though the chakra by the normal eye will be invisible. Then, as the user stabs, the user will slighly channel chakra in it's feet to impulse him forward in order to cut distance between the user and the enemy. At the same time, the user will cause the chakra in the sword to vibrate rapidly, making it hard for any opponent to see the final trajectory of the sword and it's tip. The difficulty of defending against this technique isn't the sudden burst toward the opponent, but the sword motion itself.

    Description: The user smears blood on his Otter Tatoo and then they slam their hand on the ground which summons Raikou the otter. Raikou is 4ft tall and is 10ft long and is very strong. But do to his length and strength his speed is not that good. His tail is the source of his strength and can knock a grown man out cold when it is swung. He has an affinity to the lightning element and can preform Lightning C-rank and below if the user creates the hand seals needed.
    Once every two turns Raikou can Fire a lightning bolt from his tail that is equivilant to a B-rank Lightning attack.

    ~Only signers of the Otter contract may use him
    ~Every technique used by Raikou counts to the user 3 moves a turn
    ~Raikou stays on the field for 4 turns before returning to the secret palace in the seas of Amegakure

So with the use of one hand seal, the user will create a massive gust of icy wind in front of them that heads toward the opponent rapidly, turning all in its path to ice.

The user can merge with the mirrors and travel at high speeds that only sharingan of 3t can track. The user can use the mirrors to attack from them or use them as a distraction to escape, since his reflection would be all over the place.
    Note: The user can channel chakra to repair any damage made on the mirrors but it counts as a single move.

After one turn of doing this it will begin to become a freezeing blizzard which can give any man frost bite. after 2 turns of doing this the winds will pick up even faster and will form a whilring tonardo of snow which will surround the user until the end of the jutsu, but will not be able to damage anyone. the blizzard will still continue even with the tornado. at the foruth turn the snow tornado will form into a gaint made of ice and snow ( the ice god) it will be infront the user. the gaint will rise its arms to the sky snow will go back upwards untill it gains a thick layer like that of snow hail. the wind god will then spin his arms around making the snow hails spin around aswell into a ring of snow. the gaint will then grab this as a weapon and place it infront of him. finally the ice god ( gaint) will blow a gaint amount of cold wind though the ring and a large wave of snow,ice and cold wind strong enough to level the field and cold enough to be an ice age level of coldness, will come busting out towards mid range leveling everything in its path, finally the wind god will stop the wave with a wave of his arm and force it upwards then the ice god will slam the wave onto the ground making a shockwave of ice ,snow and cold wind go flying in mutiple directions withen long range. the ice god will then return to snow and ice and will fall to the ground.
    note: takes a total of 4 turns to use jutsu ( thus it counts as a jutsu for each turn it takes to use it)
    note: user cannot seperate hands while useing the jutsu or the jutsu will end.
    note: user can move while useing this jutsu but can't do much else.
    note: after use user will fall down and won't be able to get up for some amount of time ( 15 seconds) and will be be near death.
    note: no water,wind or ice jutsus for the rest of the battle
    note: can only be used by haku yuki
    note: if jutsu is stoped before it is complated user will just be tired and won't be able to use any ice jutsu for 3 turns

    Description: The Oak and the Sapling are the signature swords of Tokugawa Ieyasu. The Oak, a longsword, and The Sapling, a short sword, are wielded simultaneously, one in each hand. The Oak is a three and a half foot longsword, while The Sapling is a two foot short-sword. At the beginning of a battle, Tokugawa places The Oak straight ahead, and then wipes The Sapling over the flat of the blade. This sharpens the blade, giving it +10 damage to Kenjutsu attacks, as well as increased sharpness and speed. The process can also be done in reverse. The Oak and The Sapling have the special ability to have chakra channeled through them as well. When the user does this, both The Oak and The Sapling grows two visible yoku (prongs), similar to the shape of a sai, except the prongs extend to the tip of a blade. These chakra prongs last for four turns. This can be used to defend against basic weapons, such as kunai, shuriken, swords, etc, and can also be utilized in close combat.     Description: A variant form of Iaido where the user takes a reverse hand to draw their katana at quick speeds. The form doesnt have quite the reach as standard Iaido but its perfect for close and tight situations. The user when using the reverse quick draw form they will bend their knees and they draw the katana with their back hand facing down and when fully unsheaved switched to the back hand facing up and by finishing the attack the user springs up to add extra speed to the deliverance of the attack. (Note on the difference of the two: standard Iaido is a wide draw method with the elbow facing outwards so the range is also longer, where as reverse hand iaido has a shorter draw arc as the elbow is closer to the body and facing down giving the draw a almost parallel line to the body allowing for better use in close range however the reach is short).
    Note: Must have first been taught Iaido and have a samurai biography.

The initial movement requires the user to first bend their knees lowering their stance and by swiviling their left foot forwards and then rotating on the heel they then turn into a swirling motion where they move onto the right foot's heel repeating the same movement and thus they move under an attack effectively evading. This technique can be used to dodge out the range of specific ninjutsu but wide scaled ninjutsu would still make contact. This techniques primary use is for close combat against weapon or taijutsu users.

The user may see inside the dome though inside the dome the trapped target/s only see a white room and cant properly judge the exact size of the room because of the light giving off a misjudgement of bigger space. The only way to break out of the dome is to use a large scaled attack covering all the walls. (Barrier Lasts for 3 turns costing +10 chakra each turn to keep active)

This can only sense the opponent directly meaning it only allows the user to fully react to physical based techniques such as taijutsu and kenjutsu and but cannot allow the user to feel elemental ninjutsu.

These Trendrils can go up to mid range,and since the user controls the trendrils they will continue to follow the opponent on the users command and direction. The Trendrils also move quite fast.Once the trendrils have dragged the opponent into the fissure,the fissure snaps shut tight crushing the opponent.

    This justu serves well as a suprise attack,channeling the justu through the ground and making the trendrils rise from behind the opponent and ensare them,or combining it with a water justu,and at the last moment disengaging some of the trendrils from the water making them reach the opponent faster or slower or form a different angle than anticipated.

    ~Pending~ I like the general concept, though I wouldn't extend it to a taijutsu style. First of all, why does this technique do 80 damages? It's originally meant to be a defensive technique and can push back an enemy when he hit it directly, but it shouldn't be considered as strong as an offensive jutsu. I'm ready to accept the 80 damage if you explain why in the resubmission.

As because of the user's hand movement is extremely fast (his movements becomes a blur), with extreme precise, the user will be able to create a figure like lion, or even a simple wall in a matter of seconds. The creation of techniques are extremely fast, and the technique itself may be extremely fast, as we can see how fast hinata is able to move with the technique, in order to accomplish her goals. The proof is starting at 1:17 as how fast is really the chakra lines, and how fast is the user is able to maneuver it.



    If the opponent comes in contact with any of the techniques from this style, it will tear him apart because of the movements of the chakra streams being extremely fast and accurate. The user will be able to control the size of the chakra beam, allowing her to create larger, arc-shaped chakra beams that may spread out across the user's entire attack range. The proof of how fast are the types of techniques in this style is how Hinata is able to create a huge barrier with just only one chakra line streaming from each hand. The chakra streams that these techniques are made up are extremely sharp, as taking the proof when Hinata is emiting the chakra streams when she's defending herself from the bees, as we notice how easily was he cutting the bees like a knife going through butter. The texture if you haven't seen a technique being made out of chakra streams it will look like that.

I took your suggestion, and I won't make it into a taijutsu based style, but more what I had described within the description. I tried to make it as clear as possible that the jutsus that I'm planning to branch off from this can be both offensive, but it was meant for really to be defensive. Thank You Izuna for giving me the idea.

    Trap☆Star is a technique used by Black☆Star and Tsubaki in her Chain Scythe Weapon form.Tsubaki's Chain Scythe form coils around Black Star before extending outwards, forming the shape of a five-point star slightly above the ground so that anything that enters the area will be instantly sensed by Black Star and bound in the chains before they can escape. His ability to sense an opponent even extends to the area underground, by using the vibrations traveling on Tsubaki's Weapon form to sense his opponent's movements underground. Lower rank opponents will be trapped regardless of what they do. Same ranking opponents will be trapped but can easily break free. Higher ranking opponents will sense the trap and can easily avoid it or counter it. Once the trap has been set Black star can not move or use any jutsu standing in the center of the star. He can cancel the jutsu and continue fighting though.

    Restrictions
    - He can not make any movements inside the star
    - Higher ranking opponents can easily sense the trap and counter it
    - He's not allowed to use any jutsu inside the circle
    - Trap can only be activated for 2 turns
    - Can only be used 3 times per battle

Once they reach the opponent, the user does a hand seal that lets the packed lightning loose, causing a massive explosion of lightning, covered with the fire around it.

There is also an arrow holster that remains on the users back at all time, packed with a high amount of arrows. These arrows are special Chakra arrows, which allows the user to insert any kind of chakra in them. Last, this attack has two special attack, that can be used twice. The user focuses a big amount of chakra into the arrow he will shoot, and will then shoot off the arrow with the said "pure chakra", increasing it's speed enormously (two times the normal speed). the second special ability to this bow, is that the bow can absorb 2 attack up to S rank. The first attack will be absorbed in the upper gems, and the second attack in the lower gems. The user can choose to launch the chakra from both absorbed attacks at once, or separately.
    Note: Can only be wielded by Wesobi

    Description: Scout Squd Alpha is an elite squad of four Kites each are small in size being about 4 feet in height with a wing span of 2 and a half feet. Fast enough to only be tracable by 2t and higher They have a strong sence of sight able to see small prey such as rabbits and small game from heights of 60 ft in the air.They can scan the ground from extreme hights finding the the opponent's location and then releying that location to the summoner. Each of the 4 Kites act and scout differently. Alpha is the leader and he scouts on his own using his sight to find the opponent and rely the message. Beta and Omega work as a team. These two have the best sense sight of the group able to see something as fine as an ant on the ground their range of sight can traverse one range(If in mid they can see to long r short depending on which way they are looking). Lastly is Gamma he is a loner he has a lower sense sight so he usually stays close to the summoner for quick response in short range attacks. They are not to strong when it comes to battle but if they attack an opponent they will most likely go for the eyes pecking and gouging them out and then either returning to their range or returning to the summoner.

    Description: The user does the nessecary handseals for the summoning (Rabbit-Snake) and summons Winged Kuriboh. It is a relitively small summon being only 2 feet tall and 2 feet wide but he has a massive chakra supply that of a much larger summon. He is covered in thick brown feathers that are dense he is mostly brown except for his Wind which are off white. He looks almost like a puff ball brown puff ball with wings. He can use any Earth jutsu that the user knows up to A rank but has to maintain contact with the ground for the jutsu to work. His feathers have a special property they can be imbued with his Earth chakra and then sent out toward the opponent. The Earth chakra make the feathers much denser and able to stab into the opponent's flesh about 1 to 2 inches deep, doing about the same amount of damage as a thrown Shuriken. As the feathers are a medium Kuriboh doesn't need to be on the ground to use them.
    ~Can only be in play for 5-turns.
    ~Can only be Summoned by someone with the Kite Contract.
    ~Can only be Summoned once per battle.
    ~Feather attack counts as a Jutsu and can only reach to Mid Range from Kuriboh

    Description: Xiphos; The Blade of Discipline is a tanto and chain that has the ability to release chakra from the hilt that will improve the user's earth and lightning jutsu. The tanto is a small short sword made with indestructible metals with no collar and a chain attached to the end of it that can be quickly detached and held that way. The chain is detached and reattached by the user's chakra so that the weapon can be used with the chain or without it depending on the situation. The tanto is normally worn on the back of the user and the chain wraps around their waist but doesn't restrict their motion due to position of the chain while wrapped around the user. The weapon itself due to the chain can be used much like a kusarigma and used for techniques similar to it. The chain extends to about mid-range, the chain is made up of chakra reactive metal that is the same as the balde itself so it can easily conduct the user's abilities to it allowing the user to use the sword's abilities while they are touching the chain. The blade of the tanto allows the user to release their chakra through it to perform jutsu that require a blade to use. The blade also has the unique ability to allow the user to enhance the power of an Earth Release: Antlion Technique up to S-Rank (Strength) and increase the size of the Antlion's grasp (Ability). It can also increase the abilities of Earth Release: Moving Earth Core up to S-Rank (Strength) and all the user to use the technique without having to touch the ground with their hand while they hold the blade in their hand or through the chain (Ability). (Still have to have some sort of contact with the ground) The blade can also increase the strength of Lightning Release: Lightning Strike Armor up to A-Rank and cause it to also envelop the chain but not the blade.
    Restrictions:
    ~Increasing Earth Release: Antlion Technique and Earth Release: Moving Earth Core's ability is only usable twice for both.
    ~If the user increases the ability of Earth Release: Antlion Technique, they can't use the increase in strength again.
    ~If the user increases the ability of Earth Release: Moving Earth Core, they can't use the increase in strength again.
    ~Increasing the effects and strength of Lightning Release: Lightning Strike Armor's can only be used twice.

    Description: The user will perform three hand seals and cause ice that they have previously created to separate into two pieces, one larger piece and one smaller piece. The separation is always in a straight line form. (For example, one wouldn't be able to break off a piece of ice so that it has a curved or jagged edge. The user will also use their chakra to propel the smaller piece in away from the larger piece. The direction in which the smaller piece is propelled is dependent on the positioning of the separation line. The smaller piece will always be sent in a direction so that it's movement is perpendicular to that of the separation line. This increases the speed and may change the direction of the smaller piece, but keeps the speed and direction of the larger piece the same.
    Note: Can only be used thrice per battle.
    Note: Only ice users are capable of using this.
    Note: Can only be taught by Inch.

    I removed the first restriction, as I feel like the bolded part at the bottom makes it far less powerful. Feel free to edit any numbers/specifications on this if you think they're off. :\

    ~Declined~ I have one last problem with this technique...it's basically a one hit K.O if you don't have a doujutsu. It's fast, impossible to see, and let's face it, it won't make a whole lot of sound. You need to either take away that part or alter it (very hard to see, impossible to see when slightly dark outside...etc).
