If held into the fist the lightning begins to release from the fist forming small lightning bolts they do nothing but look cool. The lightning will get a tiny bit weaker with each hit but the first three hits have enough force to numb the part of the body hit for 1 turn. The lightning blast is about the size of a fist.

    Description: This sword is the second of two swords passed down from Lord Sendo. Named "Sendo's Pride" because of it's slick and slender beauty. This sword was always in Sendo's possession since he first obtained it from the Condor Elders long ago. He shared his chakra with it just as he did the other, so it too has the ability to rank up Raiton jutsu if the user so wishes it. It still feeds on the users chakra just as it did with Sendo taking in their Raiton chakra and making it it's own. The chakra absobed by the sword from the user can be sent out as a blast of lightning that can be used as a Short-Mid range attack. It can only be used a total of three times per battle. It's final ability is gained due to the fact that the sword has absorbed both the user's and Sendo's Raiton chakra. The sword can absorb C Raiton jutsu and below it then nullifies the attack this can be done 3 times as well.

    Abilities:

    + 1 Rank to Raiton jutsu
    Lightning blast(3 times per battle and counts as one of the users moves)
    Absobtion of C rank and below jutsu Raiton jutsu (3 times per battle and counts as one of the users moves)

    Notes:

    ~Has to be summoned within the first 3 turns~
    ~Cannot be summoned if any summon was used this battle beforehand~
    ~Doesn't need to be summoned if it is in the user's bio~
    ~Can only be summoned by those who have signed the Condor contract~
    ~When the user uses his 3 lightning blasts he loses the other perks of the sword~
    ~Can only be used for 6 turns then the user loses the perks and it becomes a regular sword~

    ~Declined~ No absorption of jutsu or elemental blast will be accepted anymore when it comes to CW.

    -For steel to be liquid it needs to be greatly heated, meaning you'd die from the shear heat of it around you.

    - -60 to taijutsu? Please change that.
    -Immune to all earth and wind? Please change that.
    -You are forbidden to make references to the speed chart (as stated on the speed chart thread).

    Description: The user condenses his Iron Sand into a large cone, the first spear. The spear is then shot at the opponent. While travelling, the spear breaks up into many more spears of smaller volume. The end result is a few hundred spreading spears that are launched.

    ~Declined~ Check the bold part. Make it a fixed number of spear and make it reasonable. If you want to have a spear big and strong enough to pierce your opponent, I'd say the original can only divide into 4 smaller spears.

Travelling through the spikes leaves the user extremely vulnerable to lightning as Gold is a very good conductor.

    The staff of Gaia, goddess protector of Earth, stolen by a special human for whom se had fell in love. The staff is covered in several ancient Kanji inscriptions and is about 1.7m long, 4 cms thick and made of sacred wood and a special unknown metal which makes it indestructible. The staff itself can channel Katon, Doton and Mokuton chakras and is a formidable hand to hand weapon. As the weapon of a God, no human can grasp its powers fully but the staff is known to have responded to some unique jutsu, a fact that has been related to the kanji inscriptions but is yet to be fully explained.

    Abilities:
    -Indestructible
    -Doton: Domu | Earth Release: Iron Skin jutsu gets 2 Ranks in strength when used, making one almost indestructible to physical attacks.
    -Katon: Karyu Endan | Fire Style: Dragon Flame Bomb jutsu gets 2 Ranks in strength when used, outputting a higher amount of fire.
    -Kyousei Mokuton No Jutsu | Greater Wood Style Technique can be made out of the Staff's wood.
    -Staff can dispel a Katon jutsu, disrupt a Doton jutsu or stop a Mokuton jutsu up to B-Rank 2 times per battle (this is done by the user channeling his Katon, Doton or Mokuton chakra into the staff and hitting the jutsu with it, which disrupts, dispels or stops the jutsu) and/or dispel/disrupt/stop 1 complete A-Rank Katon, Doton or Mokuton jutsu once per battle (with the same principle).

    Resctrictions:
    -All abilities of the staff count towards the move count and don't require hand seals if the user is holding the staff on his hands.
    -The kanji's on the staff glow when chakra is channeled into it or its abilities used.
    -If user is hit by lightning while holding the staff in his hands he'll receive a +20 damage penalty due to the staffs inherent Earth and Wood affinities.
    -When used to counter 1 B-Rank technique it can only be used again to counter another B-Rank.
    -While holding the staff in his hands, the user can't channel lightning jutsu.
    -To wield the staffs abilities the user must have it with him either in hand or strapped to his back.
    -Requires Wood Training and Bio to use the Wood Ability but not to wield the staff.

    I mention that you don't need handsigns for Dragon Flame, Iron Skin and the Greater Wood when you hold the staff on your hands because when you hold the staff, as a two handed weapon you can't actually use hand seals lol. But when the staff is stapped to ones back you still need to do them. If this needs to be added, i'll resubmitt ^^

    Reduced the added damage from 15 to 10, completely removed any part about the light making it hard to follow the blade. Removed the ability to activate and deactivate numerous times, making it so its activated once and lasts a certain amount of turns. Since once activated you're stuck with it until it wears off I increased the turn duration from four to five.

    ~Declined~ This jutsu doesn't make sense when you consider what we know of chakra infused weapon. There is already chakra inside the weapon when you normally infuse it with an element,. However, it's the way you mold it (elemental manipulation) that gives you weapon an extra boost. You can re-read Naruto's training with Asuma if you want more info on it.

    Added that the user can't preform other techniques during the duration of the genjutsu. Reduced damage from 20 to 10 since the damage aspect isn't the main purpose of this technique. Not really sure how else to change it without killing it.

    ~Declined~ Change the way it's cast on your opponent. Scratching yourself? Even Itachi had to point a finger at his opponent while having his Sharingan activated. Make hand seals and make it so you need a direct contact with your opponent.

    Adjusted the logic behind it. Rather than focusing large amounts of chakra within the blade, it takes the chakra thats formed around the blade and compresses it using shape manipulation. So by increasing the density and thinness of the chakra it becomes stronger and sharper.

    ~Declined~ I know what you're trying to do here, but this is nothing more then infusing chakra into your sword. You're really overextending the abilities of this technique. There shouldn't even be a boost to Kenjutsu considering we don't had a boost when regularly adding elemental chakra to our swords. Also, check the bold part. If you next re-submission isn't drastically different, I will decline it for good.

    Changed how its initiated, but I'd reeeeally like to avoid needing direct contact. In our RP getting that close to the opponent is no easy task and if I do get that close I'd rather do other things. >.<

    Last three were unchanged as they were most likely declined for being useable only in Drunken Monkey Mode and as it was declined, it lead to all jutsu being based on it to be declined as well.

    Description: Holly sword is one legendary sword, people have said that is very, very light and is really strong that only the chosen one's are able to use it, if you are not a chosen one and you used the sword the sword itself will absorb your chakra till death and kill you little by little without you noticing. This sword took act with a guy name 'Peace' that guy is known as the "Best swordman of the whole world" no one really know's about Peace pass story, about his childhood but their has been rumors around the whole Naruto system that his father was a guy name 'Monkey D. Luffy' the most wanted criminal on the whole world, no one know's if is true or false thought it may be. Madara wanted Peace to join his force known as 'Akatsuki' by those times Akatsuki wasn't so big and if Peace would join Madara would make him co-leader but Peace refuse to join his force. One fine morning the fearless Peace read the newspaper and saw that Madara declared war to Konohagakure which is Peace homeland even thought he left, it and became Missing-ninja he still love Konoha and couldn't accept this. When the war was about to start which was the next, day Peace got prepared to beat Madara but Peace didn't know Madara plans so before the war started Peace went to talk to Madara to get information but Madara didn't gave him information. Finally, the war started everybody on Konoha is ready for Madara fearless force which is Akatsuki. Peace came after, the Hokage which is Izuna came out to fight and as soon as Peace came he wanted to finish the war as soon as possible but he couldn't find Madara on that same war Naruto was born that's why Madara wanted the war that day. As soon as Peace found out his plan it was too late, Madara already summon Kyuui also, known as the 'Nine tails fox' Peace ran to the Nine tails fox with all his speed and mighty to fight, with his sword on his left hand as soon as the Nine tails fox kill's Minato which is Naruto father Peace cut's six tails out of the Nine tails fox which was amazing and incredible no one has ever done that before. While Peace is fighting the Nine tails fox Izuna is taking care of Madara but Izuna seen's to fail because Madara found out what happen to the Nine tails fox so he use his Eternal Sharingan to go to the Nine tails fox, Izuna couldn't do anything about it as soon as Madara got to the Nine tails fox he surprised attacked Peace by stabbing him on the back but before, Peace die's he did a forbidden jutsu which would make a great explosion and summon the sword to a hidden place, this explosion crash the whole Konoha but Peace wanted to stop the war not destroy Konoha when the sword was summon to the hidden spot Peace last words was 'Take care of my son, Izuna' and Izuna answer was 'I will'. No one ever knew that Peace had a son, only Izuna knew his son name is Miles "Ichigo". Izuna talked to Miles about his father, and Miles was really proud of his father when Miles found out of the sword he wanted his father legacy so he went to travel and look for it. On a research on Konoha he found the sword hidden under Peace homeland which is Konoha. Miles was scared to take it so he didn't took it the first, day but when he got into a fight and loose the fight Miles decided to get stronger so he went back to get the sword and didn't tell anyone about it. Miles began to train with it on a hidden place on Konoha. Miles master the sword power within three years and talked to Izuna about it and Izuna talked to him about how to use it properly. He then, was known as the 'Peace legacy'. One of the sword power is speed. The user first, will point the sword at the opponent straight up and focus a larger amount of swift chakra which would make the user speed increase amazingly good. The second, power is to increase the user five senses to the maximum increasing the user five senses rapidly fast an amazingly good. The third, and only power is to release a chakra wave from the sword that is call "Wave of chakra" for the user to do this the user, first, need to focus chakra on the sword.

    -The five senses can only last, up to three turns and can only be use twice per battle
    -The user speed can last, six rounds if the user last, more than that the sword will start to absorb the user chakra

    Back to business. This is simply unacceptable. There are many things wrong, and I will cite a few:

    -No chakra waves. We have enough sword that do that already. Plus, your restrictions are almost useless considering the amount of time you can use it.

    -If anyone touch it/hold it they'll die from chakra exhaustion? Auto-decline.

    -Your five sense enhancement is a rip off of one of my jutsu.

    -Boosting your speed was just the cherry on top lol.

    Description: The user forms 13 handseals while molding a huge amount of fire chakra into his lungs as he inhales a specific amount of air and shoot out a highly compressed stream of fire while using shape manipulation to form the stream of fire into 5 highly compressed fireballs that each are in the shape of a crow that's the size of the water bullet Gamabunta used on Shukaku, each crow using the fire's high velocity and compression will race at the direction of the opponent at high speeds and upon reaching the position of the opponent each crow will cause an explosion that covers a wide area due to being highly compressed thus anyone that's in mid range of the opponent will suffer damage of the explosion including the user as one explosion of the crows is equivalent to kill a massive summoning like gamabunta.

    - This technique takes a large amount of chakra and is considered two jutsus out of the user's techniques per turn.
    - Due to the immense exhaustion the user can't use more than 2 techniques the following turn.
    - No fire techniques at all for 3 turns after the turn this technique is used in.
    - The user becomes extremely exhausted after this technique is used with the slightest movements being putting a large strain on his muscles due to the extremely high amount of chakra that's drawn from his body.

    Range: Short-Long
    Chakra Cost: 40 ( 50 If charges for 2 moves)
    Damage Points: 80 (90 If charged for 2 moves)
    Description: The user will make one handseal charging their raiton chakra and then forms another handseal which then releases a massive amount of electricity from their body. The amount of electricity that's released is based on how much raiton chakra they have charged. For instance, if the user charges it using enough chakra for two moves then the user can only use one more jutsu for that turn. But, will gain an extra rank in power. If Charged with enough chakra for two moves, this jutsu will release a massive amount of non focused electricity from the users body into the air and ground capable of destroying everything on the field and leaving a small crater in the ground around the user. The amount of chakra doesn't take more than a few seconds to charge since it's almost forced from the users body. If only charged for one move then it will release non focused electricity into the air and ground around around the user and opponent and will reach out to mid range.

    Notes:

    -No Raiton for the next turn if charged for Forbidden Rank.
    -No A rank Raiton for the next turn if charged for only S rank.
    -If charged for forbidden rank the user takes 20 damage due to the strain on the users body.
    -No ninjutsu on the next turn just elemental jutsu.

The wind is forced from them making the user have to stand completely still (leaving them open for attack) and their body starts feeling great pain from the strain of this. If only charged for one move then it will release a great amount of S rank wind from the users body that reaches out to mid range and leaves a great impact on anything it hits and requires a single handseal.

    Notes:

    -No S rank on the next turn if charged for Forbidden rank.
    -Must not have used fuuton of B rank in the last turn.
    -No wind for the next 2 turns if charged for Forbidden Rank.
    -No wind for the next turn if charged for only S rank.

    By "moves" it basically means like charging double the amount of chakra you would for the S rank version to equal F rank. That's also why it counts as 2 moves for the F rank version..and possibly the most restrictions I've ever placed on a jutsu 0_0

What comes out is not mud nor a lid but a huge stone that falls from the rift and crashes down onto the opponent (see picture for the size of said stone). The stone is created several meters above the opponent, leaving enough time to react.
    - Can only be used twice per match.
    - Must have mastered at least A rank earth.

    After filling the ground with raiton chakra no one can use earth based techniques unless the earth technique is created from their own chakra (Tsuchikages "Rock Hardening Technique" is an example).
    - Lasts only 2 turns.
    - User can't use any other raiton techniques in the same turn.
    - Can only be used once per battle.
    - must have mastered lightning with AACT's.
    - Both user and opponent are unable to use earth techniques for 2 turns.

    ~Declined~ This jutsu doesn't make sense whatsoever. The reason why we say someone can't take his opponent's jutsu over with his own chakra is because of the amount of chakra found in that very jutsu. However, here you're charging the whole field with it (since it goes to long-range), you'd basically die from chakra exhaustion if you were to infuse enough chakra into the ground to keep your opponent from using it. Furthermore, it's the lightning element that negates earth, not the chakra in itself. Once you mold your chakra into lightning it takes all physical particularities of lightning, which are strong to earth.

These walls are capable of stopping 1 elemental Forbidden rank attack With the exception of lightning techniques but would bring the lightning technique down to S rank. The walls are both filled with earth chakra to make them even more durable to achieve a good defense and they make a loud rumbling sound when rising from the ground, the sound doesn't do anything to the opponent, this is just a detail. This technique really shows the defensive power the earth element has.
