    I'm remembering this because this electricity, flames or this water will all be weaker than chakra powered ninjutsu of their counterparts. Elemental Jutsu > Raw element. Also, you need to state clearly if they can fly or not.

If you are summoning a ball of pure lightning then its a no no. You can summon objects or living things or matter. Not energy. I would accept you summoning a large boulder or a large amount of water. However, pure lightning energy isn't possible.

    ±± Declined ±± A thin "string" of clay? Thats taking it a bit too far as we haven't seen clay do anything like that so far. And in all honesty it would need to be a thick string to be able to keep itself attached to the kunai without breaking and it would make the kunai travel very very slowly.

This functions as a sort of piston, increasing the force behind an attack. Flash Cry increases the user's strength, speed, and reflexes. The users strength when using is equivalent to a chakra punch from Tsunade at her full might. The users speed and reflexes are increased by 1.25x. For short range the user has to land a hit directly on the opponent, or the ground within 5 feet from the opponent to cause any type of damage.

    i know the concept of "forbidden rank jutsu = self-damaging" but i've never seen a f-ranked defense (nor can i imagine how it would harm one's self...), however, though this technique doesn't outright harm the user, there is a self-damaging aspect if the user fails to preform properly.

    ±± Declined ±± Hum, were to start. For once, if this is a forbidden rank were are the drawbacks and damage done upon yourself? Also, you need to follow proper template. Forbidden rank cjs are 50-100. And this needs both simplification and also some sort of ritual to activate. Also, were are the restrictions? The ones that truly matter? For this one and in a one shot chance, VM me so we can discuss this better as the idea is simply genius.

    (ZX Basutā) ZX Buster: ZX Buster is style of Taijutsu created by Keotsu after observing both the Gentle Fist and the Strong Fist; both the extremes of the spectrum. The Gentle Fist is a chakra based, “Internal” and “Soft” style, where as the Strong Fist is an “External” and “Hard” Style based on pure physical strength. As such, Keotsu desired to create a style that had both “External” and “Internal” and “Hard” and “Soft” qualities to it, knowing full well that if he mixed the best qualities of both, it wouldn’t excel in each area as the respective extremes did. Other inspiration comes from the concepts of Shape Manipulation and Chakra flow, which is highly evident once the style is seen in action.

    Requiring small pieces of chakra metal on the tips of each knuckle and palm, a special type of glove made of chakra metal is generally used to perform this style; this mechanism is often built into the practioners shoes as well, to allow the use of their feet in this style or interesting and unique movements and attacks. The chakra metal helps direct the flow of chakra for this style.

    Based upon a concept of utilizing the momentum of a strike, and the fact that those with large chakra reserves have a sort of “aura” around them from natural leakage, this channels that chakra into their movements, creating shapes and items to assist with their attacking; the use of shape manipulation allows for unorthodox techniques to be preformed via this style as well, though these are generally very unique, and detailed jutsu in their own right.

    The most common aspect of this style, the free-form fighting, is simply referred to as “Zero Knuckle” or “X Fist,” depending on the practioner. Before impact, the user will gather the chakra and accelerate their chakra flow in the direction the strike is moving, causing masses of chakra to gather which is released as a large burst upon impact with each blow; this results and in a physical blow and a spiritual (chakra) blow striking the enemy at the same time – two strikes in one instance. Unlike the Gentle Fist, this chakra collision doesn’t have any effect on the chakra pathway - it simply penetrates into the enemy’s body, ensuring that some form of damage is received. As such, it was noted that this style was good against those who used Nagashi or Earth Spear as defensive measures to Taijutsu.

    The concept of the “One-inch Punch” is built into the style; while the damage from an attack is supposed to be composed of 50% physical damage and 50% chakra, it is possible to change the ratio in vast margins; however, again, this is a jutsu in its own right, and has no adverse effect on the chakra pathway.

    Not requiring as large an amount of strength as the Strong Fist, or as Precise chakra control as the Gentle Fist (as this is used to expel moderate, rather than precise amounts of chakra through chakra flow), this style offers a good middle ground, and does still require a user who is strong in body, and skilled in chakra control, as in the high-speed combat that comes with Close-range fighting, being able to manipulate their energies for this style must be second nature. It should be noted, though, that as the physical strength of a practioner increases, the momentum of a blow increases, and thus so does the size and strength of the chakra discharge.

    ±± I'll say no. Simple matter is that the description and general proposition of the Style is not a technique. Its a ground reference for the techniques you will build upon it. A definition. And, being a definition, it can't count towards the 35 technique limit. Same reasoning applies for the contract ^^ ±±

One side of the shingles is the typical wooden plating used for most puppets, however the other side is plated with a very shiny metal which has the appearance of diamond when light shines off of it. At any time the puppeteer can flip these shingles exposing their defensive side. These shingles are capable of defending against a limited number of A-rank attacks, and is impervious to B-rank and below attacks. The front chest of the puppet also folds up exposing a moderate sized open window for the puppeteer to see from (can be seen in pic as the greenish chest plate area). This windowed area doesn't contain the metallic shingles and is a point of weakness for the puppet and is vulnerable to all attacks. The typical entrance/exit for this puppet is its back which can be used to quickly abandon it if needed.
    -Metal Plating crumbles away after taking one A-ranked attack. S/Forbidden attacks instantly destroy both the armor and the puppet.

The hatred built inside the halberd combined with the power of fire, and lightning in Companion creates a huge and powerful ball of swirling anger, lightning and fire which homes in on the opponent and follows them so long as the user has seen them prior to firing.
    -Must master fire and lightning for this
    -User is unable to use any fire and lightning elements for 5 turns
    -To begin chanelling the chakra into Companion takes one of the users three turns
    -Charging must go uninterrupted(Companion cannot be stricken nor seperrated from the user) to work successfully
    -If interrupted the opponent chooses between Fire and Lightning that element cant be used for 3 turns

    ±± Declined ±± The idea is quite interesting but you need to make sure the tiny earth particles are somewhat visible. At that size they aren't. And, you wouldn't need Blood to trrack someone. Only something with the enemy's smell.

    Description:This jutsu's power is how easily it's made. By itself it needs no hand-seals and requires bare minimum focus on the user's part. The effect of the jutsu is simple too. It makes the users eyes glow bright allowing the user to fire a chakra laser from them. This chakra laser is weak and potentially harmless. It can make small burns as much as a lighter. It is hard to pinpoint at the beginning so the user has to start his laser around the opponent but quickly after the user can control and pinpoint the laser with high accuracy.. It can be used to leave markings for allies or other bodies. However it's main purpose is to be a distraction. Because of the simple nature of the technique it can be used in conjunction with almost any other jutsu.(all except forbidden rank and super powerful S-rank such as FRS, susanoo etc) If used with an other jutsu the user does the required amount of hand-seals for the other jutsu. Afterwards the user gathers the required chakra for the other jutsu and then uses the other jutsu while shooting the laser from his eye. The opponent can still see the other jutsu if it's visible. Therefore this jutsu is best used to set hard to detect traps and not make the opponent suspicious with the hand-seals and the chakra gathering.

    *can't be used along side doijutsu or any other jutsu that has something to do with the eye
    *the user can't use doijutsu for 3 turns after this

Lines of lightning come and race through the ground. It expands forming multiple branches from each line. Soon after smaller branches come from the big branches until the lightning covers the entire battlefield. The lightning looks like the roots of a gigantic tree. Upon impact the lightning paralyses the opponent and damages them slightly. Then a small lightning bullet shoots at the sky from where the opponent was hit alerting the user of the opponents location.(the can understand how deep the opponent is in the earth by the size of the bullet{weaker the bullet the deeper the opponent is since the bullet would lose power as it went through more earth)

    *can't be used on the same turn as another lightning jutsu

Also, if the enemy is too close, they can get get shocked by the lightning, while the shock isn't lethal, it can still cause numbness and temporary paralysis to opponents who are too close. Due to the speed of the technique, the user has a hard time seeing where they will land, and can be hurt by not knowing when they will land, causing them to crash hard, or possibly falling victim to some kind of counter. The speed is so great, user needs at least a 2T Sharingan to see the movement to prevent themselves from crashing.

This summon can also talkk, so just incase a situation happen.

The user then directs the Earth pebbles using his chakra and aim them at the opponent. The pebbles go at a very fast pace so its hard enough to pierce the opponent. The pebbles don't all break off at the same time , So it last about 3-4 Seconds.

    Kyotōryū taijutsu (Kyotōryū Martial Arts): Kyotōryū is a style of Martial Arts in which the practitioner trains for many years in order to harden their body to be like that of a sword. Sometimes referred to as "Swordless Kenjutsu" the practitioner relies on extremely fast, and strong strikes, which can literally, cut the opponent. The practitioner, through his training, learned how to use basic energy, Chakra and wind resistance (Not wind chakra), to do the maximum amount of damage to the opponent. The practitioner tries to gain a large amount of momentum extremely quickly, even in extremely closed situations. The practitioner also uses chakra, in order to gain more momentum, and add force to his strikes. It could be considered in the middle of the spectrum between the gentle fist, and the strong fist. The gentle fist utilizes 100% technique, while the strong fist utilizes 100% raw strength. This combines principles from both, using chakra to attack the opponent, while also putting extreme amounts of force, effectively utilizing 50% technique, and 50% raw power. One could call it the "Medium fist" as well.

I've stated before: no useless illogical restrictions just to get the technique approved. Also, the bolded part isn't right. Remember that the things the enemy's sees and experiences are illusions. So, once the genjutsu is released, nothing is left. The person's chakra is reset to normal and the effects of the illusion disperse.

After gathering up enough chakra, the user focuses it all towards the hands and releases the chakra in one of two forms; The first being a powerful ray of lightning shot away at a single location from the hands resulting in a small electrical explosion as the lightning overwhelms its target. The second variation is when the user releases the energy in the form of a reverberating wave of energy and powerful electrical waves that severely damage anything caught within range (This variation extends only up to Mid Range). Both variations are extremely powerful, and on contact can fry an opponent to the bone. The sound waves that are released by the technique can be manipulated to sound somewhat like a "musical beat" in order to lull the opponent into a secondary sound based Genjutsu. In this Genjutsu the opponent imagines being sat down and bound to a wooden chair waiting for their execution. Soon after before they can escape the the illusion, they are shocked full of lightning simulating their death in the electric chair.     Description; This technique was actually done by raiden in modern combat who was the God of lightning this jutsu try to reenact it and make it more plausible .The jutsu user channels his lightning chakra across his body distributing it equally to all parts as if it were an armor ,he then channels more of his lightning chakra into his two palms and dives forward in a frontal position to the opponent with his arms, which have been infused with pure lightning chakra toward the enemy, upon meet the user will slam his palms on the opponent chest slamming and pushing him backwards with great force. This jutsu is also a fast one and one which has speed due to the lightning chakra which has been channeled in the opponent body, to dodge this technique one will need to have fast reflexes and a good speed so as to respond to it in time and act according and in a proper response.

    Note: Can only be used twice in a battle

    Note: Must wait three turns to re use jutsu.

    ±± Declined ±± What is this energy you speak of? raw chakra? How does it return? wire? can it simply fly back to your hand? explain that a bit better. Also, the resctriction I bolded isn't a jutsu resctriction. Its a restriction you put onto the ones you allow to your your technique. To the jutsu itself, its pointless. And, don't forget, you still need to decide if this is an attack using that lance (which in that case means the lance should be submitted as a CW) or if this is the CW in itself.

    ±± Declined ±± You still haven't labeled this as a Weapon when its clearly one. If its a weapon, why the limit in uses? If its an attack, were is this weapon? Define as either one or the other. This way i won't approve it. Its not clear what it is. Because, as you know, a weapon is carried with you at all times. Only its abilities are limited.

    Description: The user builds up his raiton chakra, they then slam their palms upon the ground releasing lightning into the ground, using the ground as a conductor for the lightning, the lightning travels at a fairly fast speed, then on the users command the lightning rises up from the ground in the form of a pillar like beam that shoots straight up into the sky, while the beam rises from the ground, it paralyses and electrocutes anything in its path,the beam also radiates a large amount of light to blind the opponent. If you activate this technique to rise up into the sky before it reaches the opponent, then it can only blind the opponent, since it rises vertically upwards in a 180 degrees motion, therefore, only if you make the lightning rise directly beneath the opponent, will it damage him/her. The beam of lightning is about 3 feet in radius.

    Description: The user would release his shadow chakra into the shadows all around from short-mid range. This takes about 1-2 seconds of mental concentration, thus creating a small opening. Then, with their chakra infused with the shadows within range, the shadow would then act as voids or dimensions for objects to travel through. However, your opponent's shadow cannot be used, and objects can only be thrown into your own shadow, and travel through other shadows. In this jutsu, the shadows all around the atmosphere is connected to your shadow by imaginary chakra, and therefore, objects can travel from one shadow to another.

    The most important function of this jutsu, as mentioned above, is its ability to act as a portal for objects. For example, you throw a kunai downwards, straight into your shadow, parallel to it, and the kunai would simply disappear into the shadow, and appear through whichever shadow with your chakra infused with it, within range, and using the shadow as a portal, the kunai would exit and travel towards your last known opponent's location. If you do not know where your opponent is, than your kunai can only travel to the last known location. Due to the fact that the shadows and the portal is full of shadow chakra, when you throw an object through it, it will become infused with shadow chakra, therefore, when it successfully hits the opponent, he/she would be under the effects of Shadow Imitation. During the course of this technique's effect, you can continuously throw kunais into your shadow 'portal', however, you can only throw 3 kunais per turn.

    Description: The user lowers the ground in the surrounding area at high speeds, by focusing large quantities of earthen chakra into the ground allowing the user to manipulate the surrounding meaning he or she can lower the desired area on the field, allowing to create trenches on the field, this is quite effective when used in combo with an water jutsu. But only lower the user can not raise the ground.

    This is similair to the moving earth core technique but it is performed on a whole other way, meaning the user focuses more of his chakra on the lowering part not raising so to the point that it's not a rip-off (I got this idea from avatar the legend of aang and from Naruto Pedia ).

The reason this jutsu is called soul inferno is because the user focuses so much katon chakra and concentrates on it with all his anger from within his/her soul, feeding the fire as fire is aggressive.

    Description: The user bites his thumb and wipes blood over a tattoo placed on the back of his hand and slams his hands on the ground to call forth Gabriel, the teenage bat is a extremly small bat and is able to carry only a single person but not on his back, he is the exact same size as a human what makes him special than other bats is that he is able to sink his dracula like teeth into the users neck and suck out +5 chakra evey turn, allowing the user to take control of Gabriel meaning he/she can use his wings as his own with Gabriel grabing the user from behind so looking like a bag with wings, he has two wings and each are one meter wide and two meters long and they are extremly thin and razor sharp they are able to cut trew flesh like a knife trew butter, it has a unique structure that its solid and very light at the same time. Gabriel has the ability to change the shape of his wings to anything he wishes or that the user wishes. From his birth he was training to master his abilities and become more accustomed to it. Therefore he can manipulate the shape of his wings to change them into whatever he whishes or duplicate them.

The chakra wave will not be released directly at the opponent, but it will be released in such way, that the wave will need to curve to hit the opponent. The user is able to modify how curved the wave should be in order to reach the opponent in different angles.

The wind spin at a half speed of rasengan, and by the observer, it will look like an aeral whirpool (but the size of the technique is around 1.5 X 1.5 feet).     -This technique drags everything with a mass below 10kgs that sits short range from the center of it.
    -An enemy can see the wind concentrating in a place before activation

    Wire Arts: Wrath of Gods | Waia Gigei: Doki no Kamigami

    Description: The art of this technique comes from quick flick movements in order to release wires at great speeds toward the opponent, entrapping them. The user, having wire on their hands (previously wrapped around their hands and risks), will hold the end of the wires with their index and middle finger against the thumb. With a quick flick of the fingers and by moving the arm downward at great speed, the user will release ninja wire at great speeds toward the desired target (The threads can be send directly or they can race through the ground).
    If there is ninja wire wrapped around the user's legs, the user is able to use the wire with the same skill as if he is using it with his hands. The user will make a quick small rotation, untangling the wire, then by using proper body motion will send the ninja wire the same way as if he had send it with his hands.
    The user can channel invisible chakra though the wires in order to make them stronger, making them capable of cutting through solid rock. When it reaches the opponent (in front of him or on his sides) the user will make a swift motion with his arms, wrapping the opponent at great speed, entrapping them. The user can further more pull the strings backward, cutting the opponent.
    -Wires are difficult to pinpoint for lower ranked ninjas but can be easily seen by experienced ninjas or Dojuutsu users.
    -The user is able to make handseals after capturing the enemy, though is incapable of doing so when the wires are racing through the ground as it requires great concentration to control the direction of the technique.
    -The user cannot use wires from his hands and from his legs simultaneously, as it requires strong concentration.
    -This technique cannot defend against elemental ninjutsu, though is able to cut through B-ranked and below Earth.
    -Can only be taught by Gin-San
