    ±± Declined ±± I think you don't understand genjutsu or in a btter sense, exactly how genjutsu works. By synchronizing your chakra flows as one you don't become immune to genjutsu. Genjutsu is triggered by the disturbance set upon a chakra flow. So, if you both have synchronized your chakras, you will simply be both put under a genjutsu. Also, if you want immunity to genjutsu b-rank and bellow i won't allow this summon to be on the field more than 4 turns and it needs to be summoned. If it is to be your personal summon and be with you at all times then you need to tone this ability down. Explain the second part better. Duration? how come?

    I know this ability may not seem too entirely useful, as there aren't too many techniques out there that meet the specifications to be affected by this ability, but I have an idea for a technique to be used with this ability that I may submit, should Excalibur be approved.

    Description: The concept of this style is supported by the laws of momentum, though supported with chakra in order to mold it's molecular structure in such shape, that it will allow energy and momentum of collisions to be conserved (negleting loss of energy by sound and heat). The user will channel chakra through his sword, giving two results: A coat of chakra that will work as the "bounce" mechanism, and the other small increments between the molecules of the sword, making the sword a little bigger and the mass a little lighter (as it will have a larger volume). By combining both enhancements together, the user is able to produce much more efficient and dangerous slashes. The secret behind the technique is the recoil of the exchange of clashes between the user's sword and the enemy's. The sword, being lighter, will gain more velocity from each slash in order to balance out the momentum gain and lost, thus making each strike accelerate even faster. The more the enemy defends against a slash, the slashes will hold much more force and speed. The user will also channel chakra through the arm (s) in which he is using the sword in order to prevent the wasting of the fiber muscle produced by the intense speed of this strikes. Restrictions: ~Usable by Samurai and Shinobi.
    ~Once this technique is activated, the technique is able to sustain itself unless the user stops administrating chakra into the sword or the user releases the chakra somehow (such as a wave for example).
    ~This technique is only an enhament, though is able to defend against other sword enhancements of similar rank and below. User cannot defend against ninjutsu with this technique.
    ~Though elastic collisions occur when hitting a hard surface such an opponent's sword, the infused chakra will be able to cut through a person's flesh.

    Description: The user after activating the Dashing Recoil Enhancement will create a series of random slashes (maximum eight), releasing chakra waves containing the enhancement at fast speeds. The enhancement of the waves makes grants them with highly bounce-able properties, though it will eradicate any sign of cutting power from them. When a wave comes in contact with a solid object an elastic collision will occur, conserving the momentum and energy of the wave. Every wave will initially contain a proportional amount of damage depending on the amount of wave released and the rank (If eight waves are released, each one of them will be able to inflict 10 damage points). The trick of the technique comes in play in the next matter: the waves will continue to bounce randomly over the place, though if the user hits one wave with the sword enhanced, the user will be able to redirect the wave toward the opponent at double the speed and also with double the damage points (as extra force will be added). If a wave hits the opponent, it will not cut them, but hit them bluntly (the force of the hit will be dependable of the momentum gained and waves released).
    -Can only be used twice per battle.
    -The waves once released can only stay in the battlefield for three turns. After the third turn the waves will dissolve in the air.
    -After the technique is done, the user needs to wait two turns before using it again.
    -The jutsu can be used by samurai and shinnobi alike.

    ±± Declined ±± The concept is amazing however think about it for a second and imagine this in battle. Describing for 3 turns were the waves are bouncing off of, were they are traveling and better yet, imagine how your enemy would be able to defend against it. Try making it a single turn move and limit the bouncings.

    Description: After several years of training, the samurai were able to unlock partially the secrets involving the Samurai Sabre Technique (SST), and were able to deduce a way to work on the technique on it's maximum. In order for this technique to work properly, the user must have his sword or any utensil with already channeled SST. The trick of the technique involves the chakra used on the SST. By using the constantly transmitted chakra, the user will transmit a certain amount of chakra through out his body in order to create a slightly-tick coat of samurai sabre armor in a specific area of the body, such as the hand, chest, etc, though the coat will not be able to cover the totality of the body. The maximum area that can be protected is approximately an open hand (a 7.5 centimeter radius of a circle, though the circle will take the shape of the body like a stamp for example). The technique is able to defend against kenjutsu, taijutsu and concentrated ninjutsu (elemental also applies) of the same rank and lower (Though it depends in the technique is being defended against, as this technique can only protect a small specific area).
    -Can only be used three times per battle.
    -The use of the technique will deactivate Samurai Sabre Technique.

    Description: The user will throw a torrent kunai/knives at random directions simultaneously, spreading the kunai/knives in all ranges that the user wishes (within consideration). Every kunai/knives will have wire connected to their end (a single wire can contain a kunai/knives in each end), making it look like a complex spider web. When the kunai get stuck in a surface, the wire will become extremely tight. The user can continue to pour chakra into the wires in order to make them resistant to non-enhanced cuts. The main purpose of this technique is not to attack the opponent with the knives, but to set up the spider web for the predator, in this case, the user. By channeling chakra through his feet in order to enlighten his movement, the opponent is able to move from wire to wire at great speed in a random though strategic manner in order to confuse the opponent. The user is able to move at will from each wire to wire, attacking in quick succession. The wires aren't sticky, so the opponent cannot be entrapped on them, though if tensed enough, it can cut the opponent.
    -When the kunai are first thrown, the wires are undetectable until they have become tense.
    -The user can set up flash grenades, explosive tags or inclusive wires on the webs in order to create greater pressure in the opponent (Though it will be easier for the opponent to locate the position of wires).
    -In order to recover the amount of nets in the battlefield, the user is able to throw more, though this will count as another jutsu.
    -The user can replenish the settings only three times per battle.
    -Though the user is able to move as many times in the wire in order to attack the opponent, the user can only use this maneuver three times in order to escape danger (within consideration).
    -Wires are difficult to pinpoint for lower ranked ninjas but can be easily seen by experienced ninjas or Dojuutsu users.
    -The speed of the user in the webs depends on the user's rank
    -This technique can be used by samurai and ninja
    -Can only be taught by Gin-San

Lets start by one thing: you throw the kunais and then you jump on the net....to one end of the wires is held bu the kunais and were they are stuck...but what about the other end? Magically floating in the air? Also, this web...it spread on the floor? a few inches above? clarify that a bit. some resctritions are off. Using this to dodge attacks? only once its set up. Also, undetectable? not really. Its just wires so they would be visible. barely, but visible. Great idea ^^

    Ok people i would like to remind something that might have been either misunderstood or forgotten. However, we decided upon the following:

    -You are not allowed to submit customs without proper training for the area and rank you are posting.

    Example:

    User has training in Earth up to B-Rank (doesn't matter if its one technique or the whole B-Ranks) so he can only submit up to B-Rank earth techniques.
    -This fact is regardless of user rank.

    Example:

    If user is Sage Rank but has training in Water only up to C-Rank he will only be able to submit up to C-Rank Water Techniques.
    -Only exception are submitting D-Ranks of elemental ninjutsu. These can be submitted without training.

    -This rules becomes effective immediately for all unchecked submissions.

    Breaking this rule will lead to punishment. If you are submitting a CJ that you can't use you are basically wasting our time and making the thread slower and more cramped for those who actually fulfill the requirements. For the CJ thread to be as fast and accurate as possible everyone has to help by doing their part.

    ±± Declined ±± I'm ok with him using all genjutsu up to S-Rank the user knows except those he logically can't use. I'm ok with that S-Rank genjutsu he can cast once per battle but range in this genjutsu? Also, take the part about the huge amount of pain and etc etc. Its not up to you or your genjutsu. Genjutsu is released through pain but needing to hack your hand off is simply too much and i won't accept that. Take that part out completely.

    Description:The user bites their thumb, and begins to slams both of their hands onto the ground to call forth Raijin the boss of the Blue Jays. Raijin is pretty large for a normal Blue Jay, hes around half the size of Gamabunta but a little taller then his younger brother Suijin. Raijin's personality is quite rude similar to Gamabunta's, he doesn't aknowledge or obey anyone unless they are stronger than him, and at any time if the summoner shows a little weakness he will attack trying to kill him. Raijin looks are a lot similar to his younger brother Suijin, but the differance they have is Raijin's blue is darker, and he carries a Thunderbolt figure on his chest. The symbol was there since the day he was born, the Blue Bird Sage believes it to be a sign that Raijin will be the next lightning god.
    Raijin's is known for his incredible manipulation of the lightning element. He can perform up to S-rank Lightning technique without any hand seals, effortlessly. His special ability is that his feathers are known to be special, and act as lightning rods, and are able to conduct electricity, and Raijin is thus completely impervious to lightning techniques B-rank and below.
    when the opponent attacks Raijin with an B-rank Lightning and below technique, Raijin has the ability to absorb the lightning technique, not just being unaffected by it. Raijin can convert the lightning attack, using his natural ability to being resistant to lightning, and cover his entire body in a glaring shade of lightning, thus forming a electric field around his body.
    The electric field formed by the absorption of the lightning attack can enhance Raijin's powers. Using the natural characteristics of lightning, when Raijin is bathed in the lightning chakra, for that turn, and only that turn, his speed|power|damage| is increased by 1x, making him more powerful by making use of lightning. After that turn, the effect wears away, unless the opponent shoots another lightning attack towards Raijin, and Raijin absorbs it, increasing his abilities again by another 1x. Therefore, if the opponent continuously shoot attacks and Raijin absorbs them, Raijin can become a menacing and powerful foe to deal with. With the abilities granted by the lightning field around Raijin, he can fly at faster speeds, and cause devastating damage upon impact

    - Can only be summoned once per battle
    - Stays on the field for 4 turns
    -Raijin absorbs the lightning tech on that turn, and can use the ability in the next turn, thus he can only use it for a max of two times
    -The absorbing ability doesn't increase that power of the jutsu he casts.

Don't make it more powerful at each submission. Also, the puppet can fly...but not with you on it. I'll allow you one dragon puppet that can fly with you. Not all.

After Dragon Knight’s use(5 turns) the armor becomes unusable and falls off the user but the wings can later be merged into a smaller (5ft) bladed puppet(C-rank last until destroyed) called Blade (can also be used before DK’s end).

The genjutsu is that he sees you throw a kunai back, but his hits yours at a certain angle that makes him think it knocked yours away and killed you. Because he sees that happening in the genjutsu.

    - Must be used in mid range only to allow enough time for the two handseals.

    Description: This style reflects sasukes style of fighting. Due to Orochimaru's training, Sasuke's already impressive speed saw a huge leap, allowing him to move huge distances in the blink of an eye as if by teleportation. Likewise he was able to evade attacks from extremely fast shinobi such as Killer B's Lariat, and A's Elbow, though he credited the evasion to his Sharingan reading the linear moves. He also greatly increased his speed at making hand seals, being able to do many in a blur and launch an enormous amount of weapons just as quickly, as seen during his fight with Itachi. His speed increase is not due to his sharingan because it has been said in the anime and manga that sharingan doesn't make you faster, you have to be able to keep up with the speed you can predict. That being said, this is not a sharingan style of fighting, sharingan is separate from this style of fighting tho it does help improve this style as far as reaction time/reflexes go as it would to regular Taijutsu. After Orochimaru's training, Sasuke seemed more calm during fights, he used swift relaxed movements which makes him perfect for Jeet kun Do's fighting style as it requires you to be calm, keeping water like movement when fighting. Jeet Kun Do is not about strength or power, it requires the user to be fluid, like water. Most opponents are more tense (naruto for example) while sasuke is calm. The opponent applies excessive force and through jeet jun do, the user controls that force through fluid motion. Relaxing the whole body so it can react instantly without resistance, with little thought. Through Sasuke's abilities this can show off Jeet Kun Do's abilities. This style will grant the ability to concentrate on Sasuke's imperfections, while building Advanced Jeet Kun Do taijutsu techniques based around Sasuke's actual fighting style that improves his fighting.

    Notes:

    - The user must know Jeet Kun Do.
    - This style and the techniques created from it can only be used with sasuke bio's.


    I figured this would be a lot easier than just placing Jeet Kun Do on a sasuke bio as I want to focus on his style of fighting as well to improve him over all. I love meh sasuke bio and have had it for 11 months so I want to improve it as I've done nothing with it =/

    Description: An essential skill/technique that all fan users must know, The "Hayai Wake Ginou", the act of opening a fan which many masters spend their lives perfecting. It involves the user swiftly drawing/opening their fan to deal a quick strike/slash to the target. This technique can be considered analogous to Kenjutsu's Iaidō which is used to prevent the opponent from using ninjutsu (handseals) however, it differs greatly (this technique is inferior to Iaidō) in it's execution, speed and damage. In comparison, this technique is slightly faster however is more difficult to perform and deals less damage. The exact strength of the wrist, precision of movements, needed accuracy and hand eye coordination are all essential components of this technique. And by using these components in conjunction with the weight of the fan and chakra flow, the user is capable of dealing strikes/slashes that can easily disarm the opponent, dealing decent (yet not fatal) damage. This skill focuses on dealing a quick and precise blow to a specific area on the opponent's body in attempt to quickly disarm/hurt him. That is, this technique sacrifices damage for a much more concentrated attack akin to when you compare a senbon to a kunai. Being an imperative skill to tessenjutsu users, a student is required to master this technique before they are allowed to progress to more advanced techniques.

    Description of Tessenjutsu:
    Tessenjutsu (literally meaning “War Fan Technique”) pertains to techniques that entail the use of war fans, whether the user is a shinobi or samurai. This martial art was created by McKnockout after his visit to the Land of Iron (he was undertaking Kenjutsu training there at the time), where he observed the way of life of the samurai. He found that the samurai were often disarmed, such as when performing domestic chores, at leisure or meeting with superiors. If visiting another’s home, for example, a warrior was generally required to leave one or both swords with an attendant. Armed with a Tessen, though, the samurai was never completely unarmed. He could easily defend himself in an emergency with what appeared to be a common, everyday object.

    It was from these observations, from which McKnockout took this basic concept of self defence and modified and adapted it to become a formidable art. Much like kenjutsu, tessenjutsu can be used in combination with taijutsu, ninjutsu and/or chakra flow in order to achieve more devastating techniques – that is, tessenjutsu is more than just using a war fan to strike an opponent but rather an array of hybrid combatant skills which utilises the concepts from various disciplines i.e. combining it with taijutsu, ninjutsu, genjutsu and fuinjutsu. What makes tessenjutsu different to kenjutsu however, is its element of surprise and speed due to the usage of such seemingly small, harmless objects. Unfortunately while being in this trance, the user fully discards all of humanity and loses his moral code i.e. the user can not discern friend from foe, causing any and all living beings near the user to become targets. As such, this technique is somewhat used as a last-resort, reserved for moments where the user is either outnumbered greatly or in a traumatic situation - grief stuck state is necessary. As soon as the genjutsu is induced, the user begins to position himself in a very aggressive stance releasing a massive amount of dense, pure chakra all over his body (to the point where it is easily visible). This huge output/flow of chakra throughout and surrounding the user empowers him, allowing the user to become physically stronger and also being able to withstand certain attacks. The user's element of natural affinity gains +15 damage and also gives the user a +10 damage to taijutsu and kenjutsu. The defensive capabilities of this trance allows the user to withstand attacks of their affinity up to B-rank (all other elements only up to C-rank). It is possible for the opponent to overcome/deactivate this genjutsu by usage of a doujutsu such as the Sharingan, in which this trance is counteracted by a powerful genjutsu of equal or higher rank (i.e. the opponent induces a S-rank or higher genjutsu on the user). As mentioned earlier, this jutsu is used as a last resort because the usage of this jutsu damages the user by 25 per turn due to the chakra and mental strain on the user.

The entire process happens so fast that the attack looks as if it originally came from The curse.

And modes (which is what this is) are currently very very unapprovable as they all exist in excess. Try toning this down, making it S-Rank and more approvable.

    Description: The user forms the snake hand seal and holds it while stomping on the ground twice releasing water chakra into the ground across the battlefield. For the next 3 turns the ground one foot below the surface begins turning into water, breaking down all the earth resulting in a muddy ocean a foot under the surface. After the end of the 3rd turn the pressure of the huge amount of water will crack the ground and result in several geysers at all ranges which begin flooding the field. If the surface is opened before the 3rd turn by an earth technique that creates holes (hiding like a mole for example) the user of it will be thrown back above ground by a geyser. The water can only be used as a water source for other water jutsu by the user because it is filled with his chakra.

    Hozuki Taijutsu: Flowing River of Death.
    This is a style of fighting developed within the Hozuki Clan that allows those that have mastered the Hydrification Technique and Taijutsu to combine both, letting the users fight as if their body had no limits by turning their joints and muscles to water on the inside, letting them stretch their arms to connect with punches and kicks or dodge blows in ways that would be impossible for a normal ninja (such as bending backwards in half by turning the spine and muscles into water for a few seconds, or turning a knee into water to drop to the side quickly). The blows from the Hozuki clansman are also slightly enhanced by quickly and carefully concentrating moisture into the muscles,enlarging and strengthing the main muscles in their attacks just moments before they are thrown.
    This style also grants the user extra stamina by diluting the acid that build up in the muscles with extra water, Masters of the Flowing River of Death have been said to fight each other for over a week straight, neither fighter landing a blow or showing signs of fatigue.
    The downside of this technique is due to the total concentration on both their Water Chakra and Taijutsu the user will be very slow to react using any of the other 4 basic elements while using this type of taijutsu.

    Explanation for the first Bold Part:
    The chains when they are made, they are disconnected from the users body but using chakra manipulation the user can call the chains to become active and if he does not do so in two turns the chains will disappear. By active i mean the true attack which is to shock opponent by wrapping around their legs.


    ±± Declined ±± This still doesn't work out. You call upon (in a manner of speaking) chains underground however you keep them inactive...why? Why not make it so that when you call upon them they are used? Because if you want to let them be dormant when you activate them they'll need to count as one of your techniques on the turn you activate it. This will make this technique count as 2 techniques if you want to use it and also, even if they are underground inactive, your enemy can still use earth jutsu. Remember that. Many lose ends still. My advice: make it simpler.

By doing this he triggers an illusion were the enemy will suddenly feel as if water is gushing inside his mouth, both bursting and flowing out of his mouth but also into his air ways, drowning him from the inside. The water gushes and flows with increased volume and speed as time passes, quickly overflowing his air ways, lungs, gastric tract, stomach and also his ears, leaving the enemy in a state of desperation as he struggles to breathe and gain balance within this demonic overflow of water. As the human reflex in a drowning situation is to gasp for air, the enemy will eventually start, in reality, to hyperventilate (without noticing) which will lead progressively to him fainting. Of course, all of what the enemy experiences is but an illusion and his lost of conscience is due to his own hyperventilating panic.

    Note: Enemy has to release the gen in his immediate counter or he'll lose conscience the beginning of the users following turn

    (this genjutsu essentially is used to inspire sheer terror in the opponent, making them too distracted to be able to defend from the next attack)

    Note: Usable once per battle
    Note: Dojutsu such as the byakugan, rinnegan and 3 tomoe or higher sharingan can see through this illusion

    ±± Approved ±± Took out the damage. It binds the opponent...not damaging him. Also, I reduced the range, otherwise its oped. And added a restriction. Edited a bit further.

    ±± Declined ±± You can't know if your opponent will run or feel fear by seeing that bunny. You can create a situation through Genjutsu (basically something they feel, see or hear) but you can't in any way predict how your opponent will react to it. You can't make him feel emotions or manipulate his emotions. You can only manipulate things regarding his senses and automatic reflexes. Also, this shouldn't, in any way, be a S-rank.

    Description: Zetsu's appetite gets the better of his patience and he decides he doesnt want to wait till the opponent is dead before devouring them. Zetsu clasps his hands together and using mokuton restrains the opponents arms, legs, and mouth, and binds them onto a table made of mokuton with multiple spikes protruding from it, complete with a drainage system for the blood to be collected for later use.
    Once the opponent is bound to the table, 2 white zetsu clones sprout from the table and begin the preparation of the meal (Do I have to go into detail here? ). Once the meal is prepared a chair of mokuton is formed at the head of the table for the original body to sit and enjoy the feast.
    Note:
    - Usable once per battle
    - No mokuton above b rank the same and following turn after this technique
    - No earth or water jutsu above a-rank for the same and next turn.
    - User may not use mayfly next turn
    - Only usable with a zetsu bio
    - Counts as 2 moves out of the possible 3 per turn.


    ±± Approved ±± but changed the type of the technique since this is using 2 techniques...the mokuton binding one and the zetsu clone one.

    Description : By concentrating wind chakra around the user's body, he will be able to materialize wind around him. The user will manipulate the wind to first spiral around the user's body and when it comes in contact with a fire or water-based technique, the fire or water will follow the wind and go in a circle around the user's body. The wind layer would be below the water or fire layer. After that, the user will concentrate on the wind's direction and will be able to deflect fire or water techniques up to A-rank by changing its course of direction. The user will look like he has been engulfed in flames hence acts as a deceptive technique. Also works on projectiles such as kunais, shurikens, etc.

    Note : Can only be used three times per battle
    Note : Can only be used or taught by -Yusuke-
    Note : Enemy fire techniques maintain the same damage when it is deflected
    Note : User can also use a fire technique in conjunction with this technique


    ±± Declined ±± First of all, an A-Rank Wind technique can't counter an A-Rank Fire. Respect the elemental table. Then, this would also be effective against enemy ninja weapons (shurikens, kunais, etc) and would be very effective against lightning. As for your last note, nope. If you use a fire jutsu while engulfed in air, you'd basically turn yourself into a torch. And if you say your chakra is controlled and used in a way that prevents you from taking damage, then you need to up the rank.

    - Can be easily dispersed by strong enough wind based attacks

    ±± All Declined ±± they aren't OP. However, if Magnetic release didn't exist, this wouldn't be a problem. However, since it exists, this concept is not approvable. Also, there already exists a sword levitation cannon technique.
