    - Can only levitate 20 feet (long range) from enemy
    - Can be easily dispersed by strong enough wind based attacks
    - Must be stationary while using this technique

    ±± All Declined ±± they aren't OP. However, if Magnetic release didn't exist, this wouldn't be a problem. However, since it exists, this concept is not approvable. Also, there already exists a sword levitation cannon technique.

After this technique, Nidaime can only use jutsus up to A-rank because of the power drained from the jutsu. The technique only lasts for two turns. During the technique, the user can only use Suiton and Taijutsu. After the jutsu is finished, the user cannot use Suiton and Taijutsu the whole duration of the battle.
    Note: Joki Boy must already be summoned.

    Description: This is a special sword made up of various rare metals that allow this sword to be able to fuse with any elemental chakra each giving it a special power.

    Wind Chakra: When fused with wind chakra the swords sharpness increases making it do 80 damage points, another thing is that when wind chakra is fused with the sword the sword loses it's conductivity making it safer if fighting a lightning element user.

    Lightning Chakra: When fused with lightning the sword gains slight orbs of electricity around it increasing the damage point and slightly paralyzing the opponent in the same time damage point increase to 70

    Earth element: When eathu element is fused to the sword the sword becomes more to wield making the swings of the user easier it does not contribute to increase damage points it remains 60

    Water Element: When water element is fused with the sword the sword will be surrounded by a shield of water which allow the sword to be able to stop fire jutsu's up to B rank.

    Fire element: When fire element is fused to the sword the sword will be able to burn his opponent on contact increasing the damage point to 75 and if wind element is used by either the user or opponent the swords size will increase.

    Restrictions.
    -Each Element can only be used two times.
    -The same Element can not be used in the next turn.
    -A Jutsu of the same element of the one being used on the sword can not be used(If sword is fused with wind element no wind jutsus are allowed fir the same turn and so on for the other elements)
    -Only one jutsu can be used when the sword is fused with an element.

    Description: The user smears blood on his Otter tattoo and then they slam their hand on the ground which summons Ryūjin the water otter. Ryūjin is 4ft tall and is 10ft long. Although most otters can move with great speed on land and water Ryūjin tends to be quicker in water. Having a Natural affinity to water he is able to do Suiton jutsu up to B rank without hand seals. When summoned Ryūjin will stay around until he is no longer able to continue, he will also allow his summoner to ride on his back if they are on water.

    ~Every technique used by Ryūjin counts to the user 3 moves a turn

    Description: While standing on a water source user focuses his/her chakra in their body. Then while doing a 360 spin the chakra is released causing a dome of water to come up from below and cover the user completely. The dome is strong enough to stop incoming attacks but is extremely susceptible to lightning jutsu's. This technique is similar to the Aburame clan's (Mushi Kame no Jutsu) - Insect Jar Technique.

    Restrictions:
    ~Can only be used by the Otters of the Giant Otter contract with permission from hawaiianmike.
    ~Otter must have water affinity to use.
    ~This counts as one of the 3 moves each turn.

    ~Must be in water source

    ±± Declined ±±If this is something that your summonings use you need to work on the description as it seems you are the one who is using it. You can use it yourself if you want, but such a technique would be best at an A-Rank level.

Also, the "at least kage rank" resctriction is just there to make up for the lack of drawbacks from this technique. Althought Swift can increase your movement speed (movement of your body in general), 100 punches in the time you need to perform 1 would be 100 in about 1.5 seconds which is simply abusive. It would mean that an EIG master wouldn't be able to even react nor would a sharingan user. Make it more "friendly" otherwise its oped.[/I][/color]

    (Kuchiyose: Sekkou Buntai Arufa) Summoning: Scout Squad Alpha
    Type: Supplementary

    Range: Short

    Description: The user draws blood and performs one hand seal (Bird) with ample pressure and chakra control he summons four small Kites deemed Scout Squad Alpha. They are elite squad of four Kites each are small in size being about 4 feet in height with a wing span of 2 and a half feet. They each fly at fast speeds great for relying messages around vast distances. They have a strong sense of sight able to see small prey such as rabbits and other small game from heights of 60 ft in the air. Their sight is so great they can keep track of the prey with ease, relying that location to the summoner. Each of the 4 condors act and scout differently. Alpha is the leader and he scouts on his own using his sight to find the opponent and rely the message through the network of Kites who usually range from Long Range to Short Range. He is usually found in Long Range. Beta and Omega work as a team scouting in Mid range they are able to see things a whole range away so if they are in mid depending on the way they look they can see both Long and Short ranges respectively. Lastly is Gamma he is a loner he has the worst sense of sight so he usually stays close to the summoner for quick response in short range attacks. They are not to strong when it comes to battle but if they attack an opponent they will most likely go for the eyes pecking and gouging them out and then either returning to their range or returning to the summoner. They are able to swarm and attack the opponent moving at incredible speeds they can swap positions making it seem like there is more than just four.
    Notes:
    -Each can speak english
    -Can only be summoned for 5 turns
    -Cannot summon a Kite the turn before
    -Cannot summon another Kite the same turn
    -Gamma can sense an opponent in the same range as him. He is usually found in short range.
    -Beta and Omega can sense someone one range away via Sight
    -Alpha can only sense what is in his range usually Long

    (Sono Niiro Ontou Te) The Red Right Hand
    Type: Weapon
    Rank: S
    Range: Short
    Chakra Cost: 40
    Damage Points: 80
    Description: This weapon is mainly for defensive and offensive purposes in Short Range combat. It's a multi-plated arm guard that runs up the side of the wielder's arm leaving no visible skin it is form fitting to the arm thus able to block thrown objects such as Kunai and Shuriken quite easily but if they are connected to an Explosive tag of some sort the user must still deal with that as the Guard won't block the explosion or flash. The Guard surrounds the arm and is made of two special types of metal both are quite malleable and versitile the metal has a special propety; the metal is able absorb the wielder's chakra storing it then infusing their punches with the chakra much to the same extent Sakura and Tsunade do but the user doesn't need to focus on the chakra level like Sakura and Tsunade, the Arm Guard does it for the wielder maintaining chakra flow from the user to the Guard. The punches are enough to crack bones and bruise and batter the body. The stored chakra can also be focused into one massive punch deemed "La Muerte" in which the chakra gathers at the top of the arm guard in a mass of blueish chakra that powers down through the arm guard and into the wielder's punch/hand the chakra in no way forms a blast but absorbs into the Arm Guard and then into the user's hand. The punch is not so much driven by muscle power but by the chakra that is infused into the punch. The user must make contact with the opponent for the punch to effect the opponent if done so the punch is enough to shatter bones and bruise and bash internal organs. La Muerte is easily able to break multiple ribs in one shot and bruise and bash internal organs such as the lungs, heart, and stomach depending on where the punch lands if used properly this can make breathing much harder and put excess pressure on the internal organs making quick movements painful and in some cases almost impossible. La Muerte is comparable to an A rank attack as that is how much chakra is focused into the punch. The Arm Guard can also be used defensively to block Basic Taijutsu attacks up to B rank but can only be done 3 times per battle. La Muerte kind of resembles Jugo's CM punches in a way as well as Tsunade and Sakura's chakra infused punches. The blades on the guard are sharp enough to easily cut flesh and defend against sword strikes as well as kunai and other bladed weapons.
    Notes:
    -While activated the user cannot perform jutsu that require handseals
    -La Muerte counts as a jutsu and can only be used 3 times never in the same turn
    -Punches while wielding this weapon can easily break bones
    -Blocking of Taijutsu attacks counts as a jutsu as only a jutsu can block a jutsu
    -Can only be wielded by Howard
    -Can be activated only once during the battle and deactivated once during the battle when deactivated the user can perform Hand Seals again
    -Can only be activated for a span of 6 turns

    The Arm Guard


    The following is a custom jutsu for the Custom Weapon above.

    (Sono Houkou) El Directo
    Type: Attack
    Rank: S
    Range: Short-Mid
    Chakra Cost: 40
    Damage Points: 80
    Description: The user gathers a large mass of chakra at the top of The Red Right Hand and then releases it while charging the chakra looks somewhat like the flaming exhaust from a car engine. Once released it makes it's way down the arm guard and instead of combining with the user's fist like La Muerta it is sent out as a blast of compressed Chakra. The Chakra blast explodes out on contact to any surface and is strong enough to demolish large walls. The chakra can be compressed down to the size of a basket ball when compressed it has more force and can easily throw the opponent back while breaking bones and rupturing internal organs. As it is just raw chakra the blast can be nullified with Elemental Jutsu one rank lower(A-Rank Elemental Ninjutsu that is formed into large blasts comparable in size to the raw Chaka blast or walls made of elements) or over powered by Elemental Ninjutsu of the same rank(S-Rank Elemental Ninjutsu that is formed into large blasts comparable in size to the raw Chakra blast or walls). This jutsu's power comes into play when used in Short Range making a devastating punch from The Red Right Hand much stronger. If the blast makes contact with the chest it can crush the opponent's ribs making movement almost impossible due to the pressure put on the internal organs.
    Notes:
    -Can be overpowered by Elemental Jutsu of the same rank
    -Can be taken out by A rank Elemental Jutsu
    -Must be wielding The Red Right hand and it must be active
    -Cannot be used in the same turn as La Muerta
    -Can only be performed 3 times and never in the same turn
    -After the third use the Guard is deactivated(Even if the 6 turn limit isn't up)

A hole will be created in the the sky, this hole will be the "eye", the point of focus. 100 crows will emerge from this hole in the violent weather, the wind currents aid them, as they rotate around the opponent, the sight is a tornado of Crows, with the opponent in the middle. The Crows will then charge onto the opponent, ripping his flesh, feeding on him. The jutsu must be casted mid/long range from the user, this way, the user himself escapes the wrath, the brutality of this technique.
    Note: Can only be used once per battle.
    Note: No S rank techniques for the next 2 turns.
    Note: Weather cannot produce Kirin.

It can take A-Rank attacks with little damage...you you'll take damage on yourself if you use it to defend against one. Its a gauntlet. Remember that. Also, the weapons and needles...usage limit? why is this summonable? Its a weapon, no need for that. And remember that if you grab your enemy with a metal gauntlet and he uses nagashi you're done for basically. However, its up to you.

By sending Raiton chakra from the body to the hand the user manipulates it and turns it into a sphere of lightning. He then releases it and as soon as it leaves the palm it begins to expand from short range up to mid range. It looks some what like a clear sphere. As it expands it draws in anything within range except for the user into the center of it and begins to shock them violently. If it comes into contact with you it paralizes the person for 1 turn. This move can also be used for defense as the lightning sphere will draw in any jutsus that are B-rank and under protecting him from any harm.

    The user gathers up a lot of raiton chakra into their body and then raise both hands up into the sky. Once raised they will release the chakra they have gathered into the sky, and it will start to become a tornado. This is not an ordinary tornado but a plasma one, instead of being made of wind and clouds this on is made of lightning. The tornado will touch down on to the ground and will shoot out lightning bolts. Also, do to its high speed rotation it can draw in in oppenet and other jutsus B-rank and lower. The plasma tornado may spin at a high speed but it moves somewhat slow about 5-8mph. Even though it may move slow its width is about 15 meters making it hard to dodge if very close to it. If the oppenet comes into contact with it he/she will be drawn in by its rotation and shocked, not only that they will be tossed out onto the ground causing even more damage. It will also cause paralysis.
    Note:Can only be used and taught by AlbelTheWicked
    Note: If the oppenet is caught in the tornado or hit by the bolts of lightning they will be paralized for 1 turn.
    Note: Can only be used twice per battle.
    Note: The user can not use any Raiton jutsus for the next 2 turns.

    Summoning Technique: (Ichijin Hanshoku) Aiolos

    Description- The user cuts his palm till blood drips. Once that he then does 5 hand seals and palms the ground. Once the user slams his palm the ground Aiolos appears in mid air above me. Aiolos specialises in A rank Wind jutsu. Aiolos can travel at high speeds and Rush Straight into the oppenent with its Beak Causing major damage. This summon can multiply by releasing a feather, that feather then turns into a clone of itself, however for each clone Aiolos creates the rank of the jutsu that all of the birds can perform drops by one level. For example if Aiolos has no clones he can perform A rank wind jutsu, but when he creates one clone he and the clone can only perform B rank wind techniques. Aiolos is the same size as Phaze (the boss summon) who is around the same size as sasukes hawk so easy rideable. This summon can also talk, so just in case a situation happen.

    - Stays on the field for 4 turns
    - The power of the jutsu he can perform drops with amount of clones he creates
    - The user cannot perform any wind jutsu while Aiolos is on the battlefield
    - Can only be summoned once
    - All techniques used by Aiolos counts towards the users three moves including making clones

    ±± Declined ±± You still haven't labeled this as a Weapon when its clearly one. If its a weapon, why the limit in uses? If its an attack, were is this weapon? Define as either one or the other. This way i won't approve it. Its not clear what it is. Because, as you know, a weapon is carried with you at all times. Only its abilities are limited.

    Feel free to edit minor things and I don't mind you editing my techniques, like the number of turns the effect lasts ^_^

    Description: The user focuses chakra in both of their palms, and then, rotating and whirling the chakra in their hands. The user would then form an extremely over sized spoon made of wind, that stretches as far as mid range. It is grasped in your hands at the center of the spoon, and the spoon in total is 20 meters long, easily reaching mid-range. Half of the spoon would be able to reach mid-range, both backwards and forward. The user would then rotate the spoon, and the spoon possesses extremely sharp and powerful cutting powers. It can slice through thick flesh and armor without much effort, able to pierce through and kill people easily. With the spoon constantly rotating around ones body, using the body as the center point for the circular motion the spoon is spinning. The spoon can act as an armor if used properly, defending back attacks since the spoon can reach up to 10 meters behind. It can slice through almost any solid, and when swung violently, it can injure people coming into close-range surprisingly.

    Genjutsu: Souzoubutsu Joushou Tora no Jutsu (Illusionary Technique: Manifest Rising Tiger Technique)

    Damage: 60 (At the end of the 2 turns)
    Description: After preforming the necessary seals (Hare → Boar → Dog → Tiger) The caster creates the illusion of four large bangle tigers rising from the ground below their opponent. The tigers will then proceed in a formation formation to pin down the opponent, sinking their claws and teeth into the legs, and upper body of their opponent (tigers may attack by biting into the lower ribs and kidney areas, the pectoral, arm and/or shoulder regions...will be specified by caster). The victim experiences several hundred lbs of force applied to them not to mention a powerful jaw strength, pinning them to the ground. The victim will naturally topple over in the real world from the illusion and the perceived force applied to him.

The victim of the genjutsu is unable to move in the real only in the illusion are they able to move. The tigers will move in accordance to their victim, constantly trying to attack and subdue him, while the caster, still free to move, has the ability to attack freely, while the tigers are in constant simultaneous attack. If caught by any of the tigers appropriate sense confusion occurs (example: if the tiger rams it's body into the shinobi, they feel the collision of about 500lbs of force, and if they bite down on the shinobi and/or place their weight on top of theirs it's the equivalent to the weight of an actual tiger's bite force and body weight being applied and they are restricted to a degree).

What this technique does is cast the simple illusion of pain onto the the victim, they layer this technique on top of the affects they already feel or notice from. The user of this technique will receive the sensation of breaking or dislocating an arm, being stabbed, etc. The affects of this technique cause the sensation of physical trauma enough to release them from their opponent's genjutsu.
    ~This jutsu causes the illusion of physical pain, which does hinder the user of this technique after this jutsu is released.
    ~Can be used 2 times in a match
    ~For release of genjutsu of S-class, more pain and more chakra is required

    New week of submissions starting today 20th February and ending at the 26th of February.

    I would like to remind people of the following:

    -No submission that uses font or formatting alterations such as underline, bold, allignement, color, size, spoilers, etc will be checked. The only exception is that you are allowed to Bold or underline the title of each technique you submitt and you can use spoilers for videos or images you need to post for references.

    -An exception to the above rule is the requirement to bold the alterations on re-submissions. Its required that every altered or add part is bolded. If you simply take out something, write beneath the jutsu stating "I took out the part were...".

    -You can only submitt 3 techniques per cycle. As decided by Izuna before and agreed upon me and the other RP mods, Fightning Styles, be they Taijutsu styles or Weapon Fighting Styles, count as a technique. So, if you submitt a custom style, you can only submitt 2 other techniques.

    -You cannot chat on this thread. If someone submitted a similar technique to one of yours, VM me with the link to your technique and the one you consider similar to yours. If someone spammed the thread, report it through the report button. All other posts that aren't submissions of custom techniques will be considered spamming and thus will be delt with.

    -The red rule exists and you should check it if you don't know what it is. Bugging any RP mod regarding CJs that were declined and to which you weren't required to contact the given mod, is a breaking of said rule. The techniques are declined for a reason which is most of the times explained even if we are not required to do so. This is never respected but i urge you to start taking this seriously.

    -From this point forward any technique deemed DNR (Do Not Resubmit) that is resubmited without proof of gaining permission from an RP mod to do so leads to 1 week banning from the CJ thread. If repeated may lead to additional punishment.

    -Markers are strickly forbidden. However, you can post a technique and edit the post until the time its checked. After its checked, you cannot edit the post.

    -All techniques that were approved should be posted in your own cj thread. If you can't make one, ask one of the mods to make one for you.

    -When submitting a summon you are required to post the link to the signing or owning of the contract. The same when you are dropping a cj for another, you need to link the former one.

    -I would also like to remember members that bluntly copying from other members techniques will not be tolerated.

    -You are not allowed to submit customs without proper training for the area and rank you are posting.

    Example:

    User has training in Earth up to B-Rank (doesn't matter if its one technique or the whole B-Ranks) so he can only submit up to B-Rank earth techniques.
    -This fact is regardless of user rank.

    Example:

    If user is Sage Rank but has training in Water only up to C-Rank he will only be able to submit up to C-Rank Water Techniques.
    -Only exception are submitting D-Ranks of elemental ninjutsu. These can be submitted without training.

    -This rules becomes effective immediately for all unchecked submissions.

    Breaking this rule will lead to punishment. If you are submitting a CJ that you can't use you are basically wasting our time and making the thread slower and more cramped for those who actually fulfill the requirements. For the CJ thread to be as fast and accurate as possible everyone has to help by doing their part.

    These are only reminders of existing rules and guidelines. Please, be sure to fullfill them so that our job is both made easier and faster which is in your best interest also. Thank you ^^

    Reworked it again. The clay cord is possible, as shown in the anime, so I dont see why it should be declined for that reason.

To be able to produce a string of clay capable of enduring that it would mean a thick string, not a thin one which would also make the kunai travel slower...much slower.

This taijutsu style uses a closed fist, or any position that increases the surface area of a hit to stimulate bruising and paralyzing effects. Vibration Fist is executed by performing a single main strike, with multiple vibrating hits that are placed at various points around the initial strike. When the practitioner strikes an enemy, the practitioner will rapidly vibrate their limb in order to inflict multiple strikes. However, due to the arduous training required to successfully execute the movements of Vibration Fist, the vibrating strikes are not perceived to take any longer than a normal single strike. The practitioner of this fighting style is capable of stimulating their Type IIx muscle tissue, the fastest tissue in the human body with moderate surges of raition chakra. This type of tissue combined with raiton chakra allows the practitioner incredibly fast bursts of agility. When delivering contact blows with opponents, stimulating the muscle groups in such a way allows high amounts of friction to take place as the initial strike is made which causes severe burns, numb limbs, and varying degrees of bruising. The practitioner activates these muscles with raiton chakra in order to execute not only fluent agility when executing close range combat, but to deliver undetectable strikes originating from the initial contact of the first blow. When the practitioner is defending, the objective is clear. However for this technique instead of using the chakra for offensive purposes, you use the chakra to create a hollow circular space where the user can stand it, in order to be protect from all angles (apart from the top). The user creates this hollow circular space by pointing their blade to the sky and concentrating their chakra at the tip of their blade, once they do this they make a circular shape with their sword which immediately creates this hollow space of chakra. That hollow space of chakra then falls downwards, protecting the users body. This can be used as a way to defend against ninjutsu ranked S and lower and any projectiles the opponent might throw.

The "junsei mizu Benihisago" is a giant white colored gourd with a dark cyan cloth around it.The Gourd is filled with water which the user carries around with them in their arms. The Water inside the gourd is already infused with the user's chakra. The Water inside the gourd can be used as a medium for water source needed techniques and can be used to drink whenever the user is thirsty. Due to the fact that this water is already infused with the users chakr the user can control and manipulate it almost at anytime. The Gourd itself is already infused with the user's chakra and refills it self by absorbing the user's chakra and materializing water out of it.

Because the weapon is made out of Sand, the shape can be whatever the user wants. This allows the user to create the best weapon for the fight, by taking into account the opponent's abilities and the surrounding environment.
    Giant Spear: by forming the Sand into a triangular, spindle-shaped object (much like a pyramid) and tapering it into a sharp point at one end, the user creates a giant spear. The pyramid can also spin like a giant top.
    Giant Hammer: by forming the Sand into a large rectangular shape, the area of contact is increased greatly, creating a giant hammer.

If the technique is used by someone who has mastered water nature transformation, the blast can hit a vast range, inflicting massive damage on both the target and their surroundings. if combined with wind release : pressure damage the user can create a massive hurricane.

As soon as the sand is created the user raises water from nearby water sources or underground flowing water to rise up and mix with the sand. The user sets the water so it cannot escape, creating liquefied soil that cannot support weight.

The user can also apply this lime to certain techniques such as Earth Release: Earth Fists to enhance the power and effectiveness by moltenising the earth.

Another defensive measure with this technique is that the user can use it to absorb water techniques up to B rank and cause the material itself to materialize into a large solid block, much like when water is frozen to create a large block of ice effectively neutralizing an opponents water technique.

    Description: After drawing out some blood, the user will touch his summoning seal to call forth Icarus, a hardheaded, smart-mouthed liger pup with a dangerous curiosity streak. Raised by the Hunter Ligers, Icarus stands at the height of a small bear cub, with the ability to stand bipedally, or on his hind legs just like all his other liger companions. For better support and to ensure he doesn't fall, Icarus allows his chakra to attach to the user, keeping him on the user's back through means of a type of chakra adhesive also giving him the passive ability to feel the user's chakra flow. As fiery as his temper, Icarus has an affinity towards Fire, being able to use fireball and stream related techniques up to the user's rank without hand seals. Being raised by Hunter Ligers, Icarus has a very advanced and heightened sense of smell, being able to pinpoint enemy locations and transfer it telepathically to the summoner, a trait of Ligers. Using his fire mastery to the absolute limits, Icarus is able to dig his claws inside his summoner's body and channel fire chakra to burn the wounds shut. Similar to Achilles, Icarus is able to place his paws together in a hand seal manner and transform into a set of nearly indestructible bladed knucklers named White Fangs that I placed on top of the user's hands. The way the knuckles are placed won't interrupt the user from performing hand seals. Similar to Enma but not in the same scale, the three blades of each knuckles which are eight inches long can extend up to a distance of ten more inches. Due to the chakra of Icaurs himself resonating from the knuckles and the Ligers known taijutsu expertise, the chakra will flow into the user, increasing his taijutsu strength by ten.

    Description:The breastplate of this armor is small and is composed of feather-shaped plates pointing upwards, which cover only the users breasts, revealing a fair amount of there cleavage and sporting a large metal flower on the front, extending down along there hips, exposing her stomach. There biceps are covered by straps seemingly made of metal, and her very large plated gauntlets sport feather-shaped plates at the edges.The metal of this armor is there sharp and hurt when come in direct contact.It also comes with a pair of duel swords.
