    Description: Similar to (Hakke Shinten Kuushou) - 8 Trigrams 4 Heavenly Empty Palm, where you excert one giant empty palm, in this jutsu it will be multiple empty palms. The user will bring up both of his hands onto the level of his lower chest, then brings forth his dominant hand while excerting chakra, then pulls it back out while brings forth his other hand excerting chakra, then brings it back while brings his other hand forth again. This process goes in a very fast space, as the hyuuga user is able to cover a wide area if he wants to, kind a acting like a machine gun.
    Note:
    ~Can be taught by Dr. House
    ~Needs to be at least Sannin cause of the high chakra usage
    ~Won't be able to use S-ranked Jyuuken or higher in the same turn.

    Description: The hyuuga bloodline user will concentrate his chakra onto both of his hands while bringing both of his hands up to his chest level, making his finger pose in his hands, both using the technique of continuous streaming chakra and the arts of empty palm, the user will push out both of his hands infront of him while multiple chakra hands will emerge from both of his palms. The pose of these chakra hands will depend on how the user's hands are posed, so if the user's hands in a vertical palm position, or either it's a finger strike position, it will look just like that. The user will be able to control these chakra hands, due to the continuos streaming of chakra from user's hands. If used tactically, it can be also used to stack each chakra palm ontop of each other, creating defense for the user. When defended against an S-ranked attack, the user can choose to stream the hands again from hands, but only if the 4 turns are not up.
    Notes:
    ~Must master Jyuuken
    ~Be a Sannin or higher
    ~If user wishes, it can be continuously streamed for 4 turns, but -10 chakra each turn.
    ~While this technique is active, the user won't be able to perform any other techniques.

    Description: The blade is long and wide, the sword's handle runs through its guard, continuing on through a hollow space at the base of its blade.This part of the handle allows the user to attack opponents at closer ranges.The colour of the sword is White with gold parts.The blade itself is indestructible, making it quite effective in blocking and deflecting incoming attacks from basic weapons.Upon touching this sword the user undergoes a little costume change which will create some bones on the outside of the users body. Cross of scaffold is a special and rare blade forged in a mysterious village with sacred and divine methods that allow the sword to be inscrutable.Also due to the precious metal used in the blade,the user can easily send his chakra into the sword much faster than other ninjas.This only works when the sword is in one of the users hands.Due to it's scared and rare properties,tony once using his awesome skills broke into the village and stole the sword and then disappeared but due to his heavy dislike against the village he wiped it out entirely so that such a blade won't be forged ever again...While doing that he realised the natural ability for the sword towards fire chakra so upon sending his chakra into the blade the blade turns red and thus adding +20 to fire attacks.

If he does not declare that, he continues to take 20 damage at every move, for the rest of his turn. (40 basic +3x20). The target can only use one offensive jutsu the turn he/she is under the influence of "Kaosu-en"
    → The user cannot do any other move the turn it is used, since it uses the user's 100% focus
    → This jutsu cannot be blocked
    → The user cannot block any jutsus the next turn he uses this genjutsu.

    ~Declined~ The description of this technique is a real mess. Drop the arrows and keep yourself to a simple description. Do not limit your opponent (look at the bold part). Saying:"this jutsu cannot be blocked" is an instant decline in my book. Never use that again if you want your customs approved.

These balls can be used to attack the target in several ways or prevent him moving or using hand seals. The balls automatically react to the enemy’s chakra and attack him while performing jutsus, but only 1 at the same time. Meaning, if the target use 3 jutsus, he will be attacked with 3 balls total. Every unused balls disappear at the end of the turn and new ones come into being. While the balls are existing, the target’s jutsus will be interrupted depending on the number of the balls. The user can also direct the balls and attack the target, but the damage and effect depend on the number of the balls.
    - 1 ball: prevent the target to use jutsus with more than 4 hand seals and make him lose balance.
    - 2 balls: prevent the target to use jutsus with more than 3 hand seals, make him lose balance and cause minor injuries.
    - 3 balls: prevent the target to use jutsus with more than 1 hand seal, knock him down and cause advanced injuries.
    - 4 balls: prevent the target to use jutsus with hand seals, knock him out for 1 turn and cause severe injuries.
    Restrictions:
    - can only be used 3 times in a battle

In Kea Mode, the user gains a speed boost comparable to rock lee without weights, though not close to gates. The user will also gain stronger reflexes, comparable to Minato's. The user is unable to get caught in genjutsu B-rank and below because of the Kea chakra flowing in his body.
    -The user has to have recolected chakra in the previous turn, meaning he can only do two moves in the turn prior of activation.
    -Can only be used by those who have sign the Kea contract

    I decided to edit because I think the restrictions I had were just too much. I took out restrictions about the fire and wind on the end, and added -5 on general ninjutsu for two turns. I took out the speed boost comparable to rock lee without gates and just added that the user's movement becomes more fluid. I also took the part out of being exhausted. If you think this was not enough, you can take out being able to resist genjutsu up to B-rank.

    Description: From years of experience, a sagacious swordsman was able to combine the art of the sword with illusionary arts, giving birth to one of the most versatile but romantic way to combat. The user will hold his sword with his predominant hand and hold it in an X-axis direction in front of him. With the opposite hand, he will make a one handed handseal, then continue by placing his index finger on the flat surface area of the blade, pointing toward the opponent. The moment the user places his index finger on the blade, the enemy will be sumerged in a genjutsu in which chains will emerge from under the opponent, binding his arms and legs as he is pulled downward; the opponent will also believe that some chains emerge from the user's sides, making him believe as if the chains were an offensive mechanism. The user will notice that the opponent has been caught in genjutsu when he notices the opponent struggling with the illusionary chains. In the next step, the user will charge his sword with chakra (not at the same level as samurai's Samurai Sabre Technique) and quickly step forward, slashing the opponent two times across the chest, marking the opponent's chest with a "X", then to finish off, with the momentum that the user's body is moving from the last strike, will stab the opponent on the sternum (or if the user wishes, use the hilt of the sword to push the opponent back).
    -In order for the genjutsu to be cast, the user requires visual contact (not eye contact with the enemy) and to pinpoint his location with his index finger.
    -The genjutsu can be cast from mid-range, but it requires the user to run to short range in order to perform the kenjutsu technique.
    -It can only be used twice per battle.
    -After using this technique, the user is unable to perform genjutsu for the rest of the battle.
    -The user is unable to use kenjutsu related techniques for two turn.
    -Because of chakra charge, the user is only able to do 2 moves the next turn in order to recover.

    ~Declined~ This is very similar to Scorps taijutsu/genjutsu style. The only way I could approve this is if the genjutsu was submitted independently to the kenjutsu and that your kenjutsu (submitted separately) would include the genjutsu in the technique, making it count as 2 moves.

    Description: User releases enormous amount of pure chakra from his body in the sky and right after that releases doton chakra which start creating a big mokujin like structure around himself which is made up of very large no. of small mokujins, which is even greater than the size of gamabunta and its whole body is wrapped in giant flames of fire, which keeps everyone far from him. The mokujins are made up of very hardened earth, so they would not be damaged too easily. The user passes his chakra to mokujin and connects himself with the mokujin so that his senses gets connected to him and any move which user performs will be performed by mokujin instead of the user. Because of such large size of mokujin, its jutsus becomes more powerful and large in size and thus gives a +20 boost to all elemental ninjutsu and +50 to all physical attacks. As this big mokujin is made up of large no. of small mokujins, so after being partially destroyed it can regenerate that part again on its own by creating appropriate no. of small mokujins.

    Note: ~While user releases enormous amount of chakra, it is impossible for anyone to come near him or they will be pushed back by taking huge and severe injury.
    ~If anyone even comes near the mokujin, he will start feeling the tremendous amount of heat and in no time or in couple of moments, he will catch the fire.
    ~Its one punch is strong enough to break madara's susanoo final form's ribs and bones completely.
    ~Regenrating counts as a move.
    ~To extinguish fire from mokujin's body, the opponent has to extinguish every bit of fire from his body, or else it will again catch fire on his body.
    ~It is vulnerable to strong lightning.
    ~After the technique ends, user can't even move from his place for the whole remaining battle due to excess amount of chakra used in the technique.
    ~And also he can't use any technique above B-Rank for the whole remaining battle.

    Hakabakashii has the speed of kisame fused with Samahada under the water and the same resistance to attacks (again while under water). Hakabakashii has the same bite force of a Great white 1500lb which is more then enough to remove limbs if bitten. Hakabakashii can not form any hand seals so obviously can not perform any jutsus but can fire water from his mouth upto mid range. Hakabakashii can only survive two of the users turns without coming up for air (on the second turn must state he comes up to breath) and 2 turns out of water (end of the second turn he has not returned to water).

Also, I'm sorry for the trouble but I'll go against the other mod who checked this technique, make it S-rank. Lastly, I think the whole concept and effects are exaggerated. We get to see ourselves get older and then you cut the thread...how is that supposed to shock us and cause mental damage to the point where we're unable to fight? (If you intended this jutsu to make the opponent feel as if he was caught in the genjutsu for something that he felt to be as long as his whole life then it's no point re-submitting. It's too similar to Tsukuyomi (and even more powerful) and hence is an instant decline).

Do this: make it so it can't absorb earth and can only defeat F-rank earth while being stopped by it. An S-rank earth would greatly weaken it but you don't need to mention it as it's part of our understanding of the RP. Take out the explosive part at the end. I don't want this thing to be a giant bomb. Lastly, you need to make it count as two moves since you're basically mixing two different technique (unless you have Yin-Yang training in which case you can mold 2 chakra at once).

    Description: The user simply concentrates his chakra into his shoulders en gathers some earth from the ground and form about 3 wings on each shoulders. So making it a total of six wings, and then form the 'dragon handseal' to make the edges of the wings razor sharp so it is able to cut your opponent if fighting a close ranged battle. These wings are like a extension of the user they have a very unique structure that makes it so the earth is very light but its still solid and so is able to allow the user to take flight in battle, but only allowing them to fly 10 meters above the ground. It can also, block simple wepons like: Kunais, Shurikens, Giant Shurikens Etc.

    Description: This technique is one of the most devastating techniques of the Lava release, similar to the swamp of the underworld technique, after the usage of 3 handseals [Horse → Monkey → Tiger] the user channels his Lava elemental chakra into the ground underneath his opponent's direction, causing a large lake of Lava to form underneath the opponent but instead of sucking the opponent underneath the Lake of lava causes very severe burns to the opponent whenever he comes in contact with them, as the Lake of lava forms with the usage of one additional handseal of "Ram" the user can cause 4 large hands of lava rise up out of the Lake of Lava grabbing the opponent's legs and bringing him back to the Lava if he tries to escape, the hands are visible once they are rising out of the lake of lava due to their size, as one of the hands are at the size of one of the Pillars of the "lightning release: 16 pillar bind" technique, making them hard to avoid.

    Description: This is a sensing technique that's used by the usage of the Lava release, after the usage of 5 handseals (Tiger → Monkey → Hare → Rat → Bird) the user gathers a fairly good amount of Lava release chakra and focuses it into the ground throughout the battlefield, using the lava chakra the user increases the earth's heat greatly deep within the ground turning it into Lava causing very small cracks to form onto the ground as transparent steam waves rise out of the cracks that are made onto the ground, the steam is transparent and almost can't be seen with the normal eye, this steam is infused with the user's chakra whenever an object or person that contains chakra comes in contact with the chakra infused steam, that object or person's location become known to the user and the user can track them through the steam, although it's steam it doesn't have enough heat to harm an opponent, instead it will make the opponent sweat slowly as time goes by.
    Note: Can only be used by a Kurotsuchi, Rōshi, Dodai or Mei Terumi biography.

    Kusarigama Geijutsu (Kusarigama Arts) Kusarigama Geijutsu is simmilar to Kenjutsu in that the user performs various techniques with the use of their Kusarigama. The user utilizes the sharp scythe-like end for close attacks and disarmments, and the wieghted end attached by a chain for more ranged attacks and disarmments.
