    ~Pending~ I seem to be missing the point of this technique. You emit a razor sharp chakra stream that reach you opponent and cut him? If yes, then it's been done many times before so it'd be declined.

    Description: Hyuuga member will concentrate on his chakra control, and once he has done that, he'll slam his hands onto the ground, then fine, razor sharp constant stream of chakra will be emited from the bottom of his feet and from his hands, (That's 4 chakra streams, cause each hand is able to make up to 4) enabling the user to sneak up on his opponent with the jutsu form the ground, then once he reached his target, the chakra stream will emerge from the ground, possibly impailing the target or ensnare him. It may split into multiple chakra streams to attack separate targets individually.
    -Can be used 4x
    -Since it needs great chakra control, only sannin and masters of jyuuken will be able to perform it, who has battle experience with gentle fist.
    -The user has to be standing on the ground, in order to keep on channeling the chakra stream.

It has a sharp tip which is useful against opponents at close range. The blade also has the ability to deflect small fire jutsus ranked A and lower without difficulty. Furthermore due to its sharp tip the sword is able to cut through Earth jutsus ranked B and lower.
    Note: Fire deflection counts as one of the users move.

If the users hands are not touching the ground, the panthers will simply attack the opponent whenever they see him/her.

    Note: Lions must be destroyed with an approperate jutsu.
    Note: Lions disperse after3 turns if they are not destroyed.

    Description: After summoning the Giant Clam, the user holds his palms on to the clam's shell and focus his Yin chakra into it allowing it to exude a powerful mist from its siphons with a stronger chakra concentration than its mirage technique. The genjutsu generated through this stronger mist is capable of wiping both the Clam and the user and any clones of the user from the target's five senses completely, instead of replacing them with mirages, effectively making it seem as if all of them no longer exist. It controls the five senses to the point that it can make the target misinterpret another person's form, shape, mass, feel and smell to be that of the enemy. If the enemies are able to touch the user or Giant Clam they will be able to dispel the genjutsu, this technique however is strong enough to fool average sensor ninjas but not exceptionally skilled ones such as Muu or Karin.

    Description: This weapon was created by the founding members of the Hozuki clan in the days before the 5 great village system and lost during war until the 2nd Mizukage found where it had been sealed away by the 1st hokage at the bottom of the ocean. The weapon itself has no one true form as it was forged to work with Hozuki lords it can be turned into water at will or shaped into any size or shape, when solidified the weapons metal takes on the form of steel with a blue tint and its cloth or wood will be dark blue. The unique powers imbued in Poseidon also allows Hozuki users of Sannin rank and above to use C rank water techniques without hand seals as long as Poseidon is in the users possesstion. If hit by lightning or fire of high enough power (B rank and above)Poseidon will becomes mist for a short time ( 2 turns) before reforming, making it impossible to destroy for good. Poseidon can also be merged into its master's body at will for safekeeping and surprise attacks.
    - Can be turned into any basic weapon the user can think of and use (counts as one of the 3 turns)
    - If the user has been knocked out Poseidon will retreat inside of their jelly like body and revive them with its chakra( once per battle)

    ~Declined~ OP. You took several existing weapons and mixed them (whether it was conscious or not isn't important). The fact that it can turn into anything you want is a no go. With that simple description you could turn it into a spear that reach as far as you wish. Reviving the user is also OP.

Once Frenimes has put a seal on the opponent the user can use the seal for fuuinjutsu even thought the user didn't put it on the enemy, which give's Frenimes a unique attack. This raven is extremely small, even smaller than the smalles toad.

    • It last five turns
    • When the Raven puts a seal on the opponent it counts as a move
    • Must sign the Raven contract
    • Can only be taught by Pain.. or -Ace-

    Description: The user will focus a large amount of fire chakra on his/her index finger while at the same time he will make the finger face the opponent, once the user is done a laser made out of fire will appear on the user Index finger, this laser is controllable at any will but at the same time the user could also, send another laser made out of fire which will be shoot with the user left hand and instead of using the index finger the user will use his pinky, but this version is a lot stronger but it cannot be controllable, this version explode when the user wishes, when the user adds a little bit more chakra onto the pinky the fire laser will explode which would burn everything on it's path at high will, the user could make the laser explode just by making a heavy step. Both of the lasers are sharp and if they come in contact with a body they will burn the opponent organs.

    • The user could use both of them as one move but when used at the same time it counts as two moves
    • When the pinky laser explodes it takes up to four yard of explosion
    • Only usable once per battle

    Description: The Millennium Puzzle was an item given to Yugi for a specific purpose. After completing the Puzzle, the soul of Atem, Yugi's Souma No Ku twin, was released into Yugi's body. Now Yugi wears the Puzzle all the time, slowly unlocking it's abilities, the first of which was separating into two Puzzles whenever the twins split into two people. They then found that by focusing chakra into the Puzzle, they could communicate telepathically with whoever was wearing the other Puzzle no matter how far away they were. The Puzzle also allowes them to know where the other is in relation to themselves, and allows them to sense what kind of chakra the other was moulding while separated. The Puzzle also allows Souma No Ku users to switch the dormant bodies so if the main body is severely injured, they can rest. They later discovered that the Puzzles abilities work with clones, as well as with Souma No Ku users, with the exception of the changing dormant bodies. Once per battle, the Puzzle can emmit a bright light that blocks the targets vision.

Haki is separated into three categories, or "colors": Kenbunshoku Haki, which grants users a sixth sense of the world around them and limited precognitive abilities Busoshoku Haki, which allows the user to use their spirit as armor to defend against attacks or to make their own attacks more potent; and Haoshoku Haki, a rare type of Haki only one in a million can use which grants the user the ability to overpower the will of others. The user however may not activate any of the three together at any given time due to the concentration required for using one.

    Kenbunshou Haki - Color of Observation
    a form of Haki that allows the user to sense the presence of others, even if they are concealed from view or too far to see naturally. With enough skill, one can use this haki to predict an opponent's moves shortly before they make them, thereby making the attack that much easier to evade. This prediction appears to the user as an image or brief "premonition" of what the opponent will do in the user's mind's eye, and the damage the user will take if the attack actually "hits". It appears that the more killing intent the enemy has, the easier they are to predict. This form of Haki is the weakest of the three and can't predict random movements. Chakra sensory abilities and others are greatly enhanced when in use. Lastly, it requires the user to have immense concentration meaning only 2 techniques for every turn this is active. Once concentration is broken, the technique ends and can't be activated again.

    Busoshoku Haki - Color of Armaments
    The second form of Haki, Busoshoku Haki allows the user to create a force similar to an invisible armor around themselves with the use of chakra. This allows the user to defend against attacks that would otherwise cause them harm. Only significant physical force can overcome this defense meaning a technique of A- rank or higher can break through the defense, and once this happens the technique falters and ends and the technique continues on to attack the user. Naturally this invisible armor can be used as a weapon with to strike others. It can be used to augment the user's own taijutsu or weapon attacks, projected ahead of the user as pure brute force, or imbued in weapons to increase their effectiveness. Any attack enhanced by Busoshoku Haki hits immensely harder than it would normally without it.

    Haoshoku Haki - Color of the Conquering King
    The last and most powerful form of Haki, This type of Haki grants the user the ability to dominate the wills of others. The most common usage is knocking those with weak wills unconscious meaning anybody of one rank lower will be subjected to nervousness only allowing the usage of two moves a turn, two ranks lower will cause them to fall unconsious.

While not the strongest flyer, he is capable of carrying up to three people on his back. His elemental affinity is wind which he can use up to A-rank by releasing the techniques from his wings. He has a special ability which he calls "Le Baile de Los Rey" or "The Dance of the King". Using his long legs and graceful movements he is able to avoid reasonable techniques by dancing out of their way. An unreasonable technique would be something that consumes the whole battlefield or a large portion of it. A reasonable technique would be something like a directional blast. During the dance he extends his wings and fires A ranked feathers at the opponent.

    Description: Diamond Jozu is a very large humanoid puppet with an empty chest cavity that can hold a puppeteer similar to Sasori's Hiruko. The defensive ability of this puppet comes from it's shingle like armor. One side of the shingles is the typical wooden plating used for most puppets, however the other side is plated with a very shiny metal which has the appearance of diamond when light shines off of it. At any time the puppeteer can flip these shingles exposing their defensive side. These shingles are capable of defending against A-rank and below attacks. The front chest of the puppet also folds up exposing a moderate sized open window for the puppeteer to see from (can be seen in pic as the greenish chest plate area). This windowed area doesn't contain the metallic shingles and is a point of weakness for the puppet and is vulnerable to all attacks. The typical entrance/exit for this puppet is its back which can be used to quickly abandon it if needed.
    -Metal Plating crumbles away after taking two A-ranked attacks or the equivalent from B,C or D ranked attacks (120 damage total). S/Forbidden overpower the defense regardless of damage.

The spiraling wind can be thrown to the opponent at great speed, and is strong enough to slash through granite boulders. Anything that touches the slashing wind, bounces as if it hit a spring (after the slashing effect).

    I changed the summoning requirements so the summoning of weapons would be a different tech that goes along with the weapon it sefl but in regards to your statement I did say that everything else but the summoning of weapons counted as a move so it's already there about the cutting of earth.

    Bolding this would fill the entire area, to explain better, what I did was remove everything that involves kenjutsu. It maintains using a single handseal with a single hand, but if you oppose this you can make it two handed handseal.

    Description: Lake Toya is a katana with a wooden scabbard. The legend goes that the first hokage, after growing a fascination for kenjutsu, created a katana with his wood release, but the weapon was lost in time after his death. The wood used is of the highest caliber, being able to resist huge amount of strain, and highly reistant against sharp edged objects, these not being able to lay a single scratch in the wood.
    The user is able to use the katana as a bokuto, landing strong blunt attacks at the opponent, or unsheat it in order to use a sharp edge. The user is also able to use both the scabbard and the sword in order to make blash-slash combinations.
    The sword has some strange power up though. After being with the current user for a long time, the katana and the user will grow an unorthodox bond with each other, as many kenjutsu masters believe that swords have their own souls. The user, by channeling chakra into the sword (regardless of being sheated or not), he/she gains +10 boost in kenjutsu and taijutsu, but the user most maintain adding chakra into the sword in order to work. The reason of this strange boost, is becuase when the chakra channelizes into the sword, the sword makes the chakra richer and transmits it into the user's muscles and other areas in the body, making the user stronger and faster, and also sharpening his/her reflexes.
    -This sword can only be used by Gin-San

    Description: After years of training and meditation, an old samurai master was able to furtherly develop the samurai sabre technique, being able to not only channelize chakra into the weapons, but also into the user's body. He came into the conclusion that both the sword and the user are a single being, thus the chakra from the Samurai Sabre Technique could be able to be channelized over the entire body. By concentrating a large amount of chakra in the blade and spreading it, the user is able to coat himself with the finest chakra armor, creating an armor two inches in width, though because of it's intangible form it does not affect the user's movements. The sword loses the propieties that it initally gains by Samurai Sabre Technique and its transfered onto the user, but the user cannot furtherly control the chakra to make it offensive in anyway.
    -In order to use this technique, the user most have Samurai Sabre Techinique activated beforehand.
    -It can only be used two times per battle
    -The user is able to defend himself against S-rank ninjutsu and below
    -The user cannot defend against kenjutsu/taijutsu attacks with this armor, the attacks most solely be chakra based with not physical body in order to be defend (Cannot defend against earth and water).
    -This technique can defend against F-rank ninjutsu depending on the type of attack. For example, unfocused attacks will not attack the armor in a single point, but all over the body. The user is able to defend against the attack, but his armor will be deactivated automatically. The user will receive half of the damage possible and will lose balance for one turn.
    -In order to use this, the user requires a sword or any object in which he can channelize chakra through.
    -Because of the difficulty of this technique, the user requires to be Sannin and above in order to use this jutsu.
    -After this technique is used, the user cannot use higher than S-rank for two turns.
    -This can only be used by samurais
    -Can only be taught by Gin-San

    ~Declined~ Similar technique already exist. No matter how you word it, it doesn't change the fact that the raw principle behind this technique already exist.

    Description: To summon him, one must perform the summoning ritual. Alder is one of the few great moles left. He has hidden from the humans for over 100 years. He has since gained great wisdom in all aspects from watching ninjas fight. He is adept in knowing how to both attack and defend against attacks. During that time, he has even learnt how to speak English, although not perfect, it is enough to hold a conversation. Because he is a mole, he has gained the ability to use earth techniques in battle. Also, because of the type of mole he is, he naturally produces a toxin in his saliva. Once he bites something, the saliva will start to take affect, slowly paralyzing his opponent where he was bitten though this can only be used once per battle counting as a turn. He can also bury underground to avoid attacks, though this counts as one of the three moves a turn. Helping him avoid the opponent and provide a counter attack with his sharp claws and teeth. This was used to help him defeat his prey. He is the size of gamabunta.
    Note: Once he is summoned, he can only stay on the field 4 turns, and can only be summoned once a battle.
    Note: He can use up to A rank earth jutsu, though it counts as 1 of your 3 moves.

It's not because it's being emanated from your nails that it's not identical to chidori.     The Mushi Jizõ was forged by Kurotsuchi Mayuri during his absence, it's a specially made sword with the blade shaped in a trident-form with a buddha face at the bottom, the Mushi Jizõ has several openings in the blade, there are tiny holes on each of the three tips and small gaps in both eyes of the buddha's face. This sword is primarily used to store Kikaichu bugs inside of it, allowing the wielder to release the bugs at will for a special attack. Once the wielder stabs his opponent he releases several A-Rank bugs from the tips which enter the opponents body as they begin sucking them dry of chakra from the inside, damaging their organs. Also, if the opponent narrowly evades a slash from the Mushi Jizõ, the wielder can release several B-Rank bugs from the eyes of the blade which then cling onto the opponent's skin, sucking out their chakra. If bugs are stored in the sword they will attack anyone other then the owner who wields the Mushi Jizõ.

    Sense of Touch/Feeling:The genjutsu alters the opponent's sense of touch also, this being, for example, if he touches a building, his hand would react to being on a solid, he wouldn't just phase [slip] through. If the opponent somehow happens to be injured in the genjutsu [for example, he trip and fell on a rock] He would feel the actual pain as if this is reality.

    Sense of Smell:The genjutsu affects the sense of smell, as in a city, there will be different scents, eg. passing a bakery, the user will be able to smell this scent.

    Sense of TasteThis is another sense affected by the genjutsu, for example. If the opponent is tempted enough and actually gets something to eat, his sense of taste will cooperate to make him experience tasting/ eating.

    With those senses altered, the Opponent is trapped in a virtual world which seems realistic. Common sense of the opponent can give hints to how this is a genjutsu, leading them to be able to escape. The user is also projected in this genjutsu as well as the opponent, they can both perform ninjutsu. If the user is hurt enough, the genjutsu ends. The genjutsu works by responding to the opponent's mind, meaning, If the opponent asks strangers questions, they will most likely answer depending on the questions. If trapped in the genjutsu, the opponent cannot just stab himself to test if it is a genjutsu or not, his/her mind needs solid proof that it is a genjutsu so that his response may break him free. If the opponent is killed in the genjutsu [such as being murdered by a robber], the mental state is disrupted, enough to release him from the technique, though, the opponent will be in great shock, this will trigger dizziness for an entire turn [of the opponent]

    ~Declined~ First of all, no need to make such a long jutsu for something that is obvious. Just saying you create a city in which the opponent was completely submerged would've been enough. Secondly, the abilities of this technique are ignoring the fundamentals of a genjutsu (check the part I bolded). Since you're not wielding a Mangekyo Sharingan or don't have an advance doujutsu bio (Second Mizukage for example)(correct me if I'm wrong btw), then there's no way for you to create such a genjutsu that defies the normal rules. The rest of the jutsu was fine.

    ~Declined~ Simply OP. You didn't precise anything about the actual position of the cubes, hence being vague enough to place them to your advantage on the field. Even if your opponent tries to evade or counter you can simply say he forgot one or two behind him. This is ridiculous. Also, for you to keep so much lightning chakra within the earth cubes goes against the very principle of strength and weaknesses of the elements. Lastly, it's impossible for you to mold two chakra at once if you didn't receive yin yang training.

    ~Declined~ Using feathers as chakra receivers to perform earth techniques tells me you didn't understand how jutsus are performed. You need to mold your chakra with hand seals in order to perform a technique. Even if you send you chakra to the feather, please explain to me how it will mold it to perform earth techniques?

    Declined, black ice isnt actually unnoticable to someone, it can be seen with a keen eye, the way iit catches people of guard is their carelessness
    Resubmitting - I pretty much I took out the unnoticable part and added what Zen Suggested, as well as instead of making it last for three turns, changing it to the usage of 2 Earth and 2 Ice techniques.

This snow material renders the earth under the opponent completely useless, as earth would be incapable of clumping together and becoming solid enough to form weapons, pillars or other solid structures. The snow material will also travel up any material that is touching it.
    *If the opponent stays standing in that spot for more than two turns, they will receive frostbite in their feet resulting in pain and decreased speed of One Rank (Sage – Kage, Kage – Sannin, etc).
    *If the opponents bare skin (hands, arms, face, legs, etc) touches the ground while PermaFrost is activated will get frostbite. Their hands will become frostbitten in their next turn, resulting in pain and decreased handseal speed due to shakiness (1 handseal will take the time of 3, 2 will take the time of 4, etc).
    Note: PermaFrost lasts for 3 turns.
    Note: Can only be done once every 4 turns.

    ~Declined~ Saying the earth is useless because it's clumped up is just nonsense. The properties of the earth will change, but in no way will it be useless. It may make it impractical for techniques that require mud, since the earth would mix the water initially.
