    Description: Diamond Jozu is a very large humanoid puppet with an empty chest cavity that can hold a puppeteer similar to Sasori's Hiruko. The defensive ability of this puppet comes from it's shingle like armor. One side of the shingles is the typical wooden plating used for most puppets, however the other side is plated with a very shiny metal which has the appearance of diamond when light shines off of it. At any time the puppeteer can flip these shingles exposing their defensive side. These shingles are capable of defending against a limited number of A-rank attacks, and is impervious to B-rank and below attacks. The front chest of the puppet also folds up exposing a moderate sized open window for the puppeteer to see from (can be seen in pic as the greenish chest plate area). This windowed area doesn't contain the metallic shingles and is a point of weakness for the puppet and is vulnerable to all attacks. The typical entrance/exit for this puppet is its back which can be used to quickly abandon it if needed.
    -Metal Plating crumbles away after taking one A-ranked attack. S/Forbidden attacks instantly destroy both the armor and the puppet.

    Description: Lord Canti is a puppet developed by Doflamingo as an offensive compliment to the defensive Diamond Jozu. Lord Canti is a red robotic-humanoid looking puppet that stands slightly taller than most people. Its base weapon is a red guitar with bladed edges which is used for direct melee combat. It also has the capability to use the basic puppetry attacks by releasing kunai, senbon, smoke bombs, etc. from its arms, including the basic chakra shield which opens up from his right arm. Canti can release a strong stream of fire from its grill-like mouth that reaches mid range and is A-rank in power. Canti's most powerful attack is a specialized chakra cannon used to devastate the opponent (submitted as a separate technique).

This can only be used twice per battle due to the strain it puts on the body of the puppet. Due to the structural stress put on the puppet, after the second use it becomes unable to use puppetry techniques above C-rank.

    ±± Declined ±± define the bolded part a bit better. Other than that, although a chakra Canon-like ninjutsu exists, its possible in the logic of the puppets and puppet techniques so rest seems fine.

    ~Declined~ Very interesting technique. I just have a few things to be added: How many (hence you'd need to state their exact location when placing them in the water)? If you can control them, how can I be sure you won't simply direct them at your opponent off the bat? I really need you to efficiently spread them, otherwise you could simply stack them all under your opponent and have yourself a blast (if you don't mind the pun ).

    ±± Pending ±± Just a few remarks: If it causes damage to yourself (which apparently it does), its not an S-Rank. Also, the description needs to be a bit more clear regarding the 3 pentagons. Is their range (short, mid, long) in relation to you or to the enemy? Also, the word you are looking for is "lack of pressure" :D Contact me through Vm with the replies to this and i'll recheck.


    2. (Water Style/Sword Style: Poseidon's Restraint) ♆ Suiton/Kenjutsu: Poseidon's Seisai

    Description: The user channels chakra into his sword to split the sword into several smaller kunais, resembling the sword's appearance (appearance only, doesn't gain abilities of the sword). The user then channels water chakra into the several kunai's and turns the kunais into water, that he sends at the enemy. As the several small bodies of water approach the enemy, the water turns back into several kunais that pierce the enemy. The user can also use this jutsu to restrain the target by directing the kunais at the target's limbs, pinning him either to a wall, ground, or other solid object. The user can also use this jutsu with wire between the kunais. When the kunais are turned to water, the wire stays connected through means of chakra. After two turns the kunais turn back to water and at the end of the following turn (three turns after usage), the kunais regroup to form the sword again, which travels to the user with great speed.

    ±± Declined ±± Too many stacked abilities. Work on the description a bit better. Restrictions are ok as is the general idea. Just make it so that its simpler as what you are basically making are small kunais of water that you send to attack your enemy and pierce him while having the ability to have wires attached to them. However, i'm a bit sceptical of how the wires stay connected through chakra. Explain that part a bit better ^^

These threads stay in the ground until the user manipulates them to tear the ground, coming out instantly as lightning chains and wrapping both legs of the opponent to shock them or restrict their motion. An additional chain could be manipulated to stab the opponent when he/she is fully tied up. These chains could be called between 3 turns. If they are not manipulated within 3 turns the chakra connection with the chains is lost and the chains die without even inflicting any harm.
    Note:
    ~ This jutsu lasts for 3 turns before activation.
    ~ Can be used 3 times per battle.

    ±± Declined ±± Although i have a similar technique in essence, my main concern is the bolded part. It can happen as a normal attack through the ground but staying there for 3 turns so you can use is too much. Besides, were are the restrictions? If this is an S-Rank, restrict accordingly.

He can then use this cloak to protect him from other jutsus by wrapping it around him or the jutsu. This cloak is super effective against earth style technique which are A-Rank or below, It can tear the earth into molecular level but it disappears after it is used once.
    Note:
    ~ Can defend the user from A-Rank or below Earth jutsus which are of reasonable size, not huge boulder but rocks, spikes, small earth weapons.
    ~ Can be destroyed by B-Rank Wind Jutsu.
    ~ Will disappear after used once.

    • After the user has puppet strings connected to their puppet, they will perform 3 hand seals (Ox → Snake → Hare). Once that's done, the user channels lightning chakra through to their puppet using the chakra threads as guides. The puppet becomes infused with the lightning jutsu, becoming an electric entity of sorts. They are infused with the lightning like any old weapon would be, but stays with the puppet. For three turns, the puppet's movements become much faster than usual, nowhere near the level of opening Gates. It's movement speed from using this technique is approximately twice the speed of the average human. The speed also affects jutsu the puppet uses, increasing the speed of it's weapons, making them harder to avoid.
    Notes:
    • Must know Puppet jutsu
    • Cannot be used with puppets such as Hiruko, Sasori (as Sasori) etc.
    • For keeping the puppet's integrity together, this can only be used three times a match.

    • This is a greater version of the Chakra Shield technique. The user controls their puppet to seperate the entire body, and mechanically form the shape of a target, or some other shape to cover a wide area. From there, the user forces chakra into the puppet, forming a shield using the full body of the puppet. The shield itself is made up of completely pure chakra, and can withstand any and all ninjutsu, or elemental attacks up to S-Rank. The shield can also protect the user from any physical blows up to B-Rank.
    Notes:
    • Must know Puppet Jutsu
    • Because of it's intensity, can only be used twice a battle, but only once per puppet.
    • The puppet starts to fall apart from the force of the move, and can only last one turns after this technique is used. After the one turn, the puppet cannot be used for the remainder of the match.
    • Can only be used by Alternative and those he allows.

    ±± Declined ±± As Izuna has stated many times before, normal chakra (unless highly condensed and shape manipulated in advanced forms, which isn't the case of a puppets chakra shield) is weaker than Elemental Chakra of the same rank. So this would block only A-Rank elemental techniques unless you can make it so that the form its shapped is very very advanced and dense enough to do so. However, that isn't the shield of a puppet.

And, don't forget, you still need to decide if this is an attack using that lance (which in that case means the lance should be submitted as a CW) or if this is the CW in itself.

With a single hand seal, namely Horse, the user can control the electrons in the sphere to seperate and quickly, in a split second, form a web of lightning that has a large span over a wide arc. The web of lightning is rather big and wide, and has small little patches between the whole web. The holes are not too big, so even rather small attacks might not be able to slip past it. The web is strong enough to withstand an A-rank attack, or 2 B-rank attack, or 4 C-rank attack and or 6 D-rank attacks. However, minuscule attacks can slip past the web with little to no damage.

    Description: The user places there hand on the ground, preforming the summoning jutsu to summon a giant pot. The pot is very large with the love kanji in red on the front and the back. It has a white rope near the top which can be used to carry the sand pot. the pot is made out of sand, but those without a dojutsu could not see this as it has close resemblance to the Kohaku no Jōhei. The pot is filled with a large quantity of sand that is already infused with the users chakra. The sand in this gourd much faster than regular sand carried in a regular sand gourd. Whenever sand is needed the gourd automatically activates. Due to this sand already being infused with the users chakra, they can control and manipulate it almost instantly to suit their needs. Though, this sand doesn't have kaurura's love so the shield of sand isn't automatic with this sand.

The magnetic energy will then react to the opponent electrons in their body very harshly. Causing the electrons in the opponent body to spin rapidly out of control causing the electrons in the opponent body to to explode and stop overall. Making the opponent not able to send messages to the brain. Meaning the opponent can not move nor react to a jutsu. NOTE. This is NOT a genjutsu

    -Cant Use any Genjutsu throughout the whole battle if this is used-
    -Cant Use Any Ninjutsu for 3turns-
    -After The use of this. User cant use any Magnetism For 2turns-

    ±± Declined ±± I can't believe this is the first time i'm going to actually said this but overpowered and unrealistic. To create such a magnetic field would be practically impossible. And, if your stop the electrons in the enemies body, thats not what happens... Its more like, you know...BOOM? Dematerialization? One more chance to make this work although its not salvageable in my opinion. And one more time...use proper template.

    Description: This jutsu is actually a Fire-Water combo. The user makes about 15 hand-seals while he shoots a colorful, blazing, gigantic flame into the air. When the hand-seals are complete oil starts to rain from the sky like a large scale (Suiton: Kokuun) - Water Style: Black Clouds these oil droplets mix with the fire the user is sending up to the sky. This makes it rain fire drops effecting the entire field except for the source of the fire and short range around it.(so basically the area around the user is unaffected) This jutsu is even more deadly around grassy/forest/jungle terrain as it can cause additional fires. To keep the rain going the user has to keep shooting the giant flame to the sky which puts great strain on the body dealing 15 damage to the user once the jutsu ends.
    *The user can keep the rain for a total of 3 turns(so its ends at the end of the opponents 3rd turn, after this jutsu is used)
    *The user can't use any jutsu while the rain is happening as he has to keep the flame
    *The user and clones/bodies can't use Forbidden rank jutsu and S-rank fire jutsu for 3 turns after the rain ends
    *the user can end the rain at any time during the 3 turns
    *The user and clones/bodies can't use any fire rank jutsu while the rain is in effect
    *can only be used once per battle

    ±± Declined ±± Firstly and foremost, its severely overpowered. Second, why is this a forbidden rank technique? its been said many times before that you need to have physical damage and consequences when using a forbidden rank technique. Having 15 damage to the user is meaningless in the rp. Also, look at the word i bolded. If you are channeling 2 elemental chakras at the same time then you need yin/yang mastery. To make this work you need to reword the description in a way that you are first using Water Chakra for the oil and then Fire Chakra to ignite it. In two different stages. And by doing so and keeping the idea of it being forbidden it will count as 2 moves on your turn. This needs a lot of work. The reason i didn't DNR it is only because i want to give you one chance to make it work.


    Fire style: Godly Protection(katon: Keiken'na hogo)

    Description: The user does the tiger hand-seal and gathers immense amounts of flame chakra in his dominant hand. Then the user covers his body with a layer of chakra and slams his hand with the fire chakra to the ground. Instantly a orange-yellow fire comes out of the ground burning the area up to the users head. It burns anything up to 45cm away from the user in all directions (except above). The user is protected by the layer of chakra he created. The fire increases the temp of the area around the user greatly, because of that the fire can only be kept for 3 turn. During the 3 turns the user is protected from any A-rank or below wind jutsu and any B-rank or below Ice jutsu from all directions except above.
    *the user can still see and spew things from his mouth inside the fire(it burns up to his face)
    *The user can't use wind or Ice jutsu while the fire is active
    *If the user uses any water type jutsu it will cancel out the fire(also the power of the water jutsu will be decreased by 2 ranks)

    ±± Declined ±± Severely overpowered for even an S-Rank technique. This one needs a lot of work. You need to figure out what you want for it exactly.

    Description: The user does 3 hand-seals and slams his hand into the ground. His chakra quickly travels through the surface of the earth and covers the entire field. Then the user makes small pieces of earth come out of the ground(4mm^3). One attacks the opponent making a small flesh wound on his/her skin(deals as little damage as a bee sting). Then the small piece of earth with the opponents blood comes back to the user's hand. The user can create multiple earth pieces come and hit multiple opponents, no more then 1 piece can hit 1 target. The user can make pieces all around the opponent to hit him/her if he/she tries to escape. The main reason for this attack would be to draw out blood and get a sample so a summon with a sensitive nose can track the opponent.
    *Can only be used 3 times per battle
    *The attack doesn't disperse clones
    *Hidan bios and bios with blood CE can't use this jutsu

    ±± Declined ±± The idea is quite interesting but you need to make sure the tiny earth particles are somewhat visible. At that size they aren't. And, you wouldn't need Blood to trrack someone. Only something with the enemy's smell.

    Description: The queen of lightning is a blade which was forged on the highest mountains of kumogakure, and during its time in the mountains it was said to have been struck my lightning multiple times and due to this it has high amounts of lightning channeled within it and is constantly at that state. (much like this jutsu (Chō Biburāto Raitontō) - Super Vibrating Lightning Release Sword). The blade is able to cut any A ranked earth objects with ease, due to its natural affinity to lighting. A feature the blade had is that it has a considerably long hilt, and on the hilt it has 2 considerably large holes at the base and another 2 at each side of the hilt so 8 holes overall not including the 2 at the base. (near the bottom area, so the users hand are not covering the holes), nobody knew why the holes were and most people thought it was only due to the old age of the blade, however when the user requires her too, The queen of lightning is able to release boosts of normal chakra out from those holes. The chakra that comes out is nor harmful to anyone and if it does connect with the opponent it merely pushes them back with blunt force and nothing more, however the chakra release is able to speed the swing of the blade. For example the user could be swinging the blade from high up in the air downwards, the blade then releases chakra from the two holes at the top of the hilt and push the blade downwards so the blade comes with even more speed and force then it might have normally come down with.
    Note: The chakra boost to increase the users speed can be used as many times as you like but you have to wait 2 turns after using it each time.
    Note: Can only be wielded by RockLeeGreenBeast.
    Note: You can cut through Earth jutsus ranked A 2 times.
    Note: You can cut through Earth jutsus ranked B and C 4 times.
    Note: Chakra boost increases the swing of the sword to the speed of Rock Lees movements without his leg weights.

If so, you need to submit this with a link to the contract and tons of rewording from the description. The "The Lion of Foundation", a giant 8 by 10 meter wide lion head will erupt from the ground under the enemy. " needs to be reworded. Its not a real lion is it? Soooo, its a lion of what? chakra, water, wind?

    Description: Similar to (Jūho Sōshiken) – Gentle Step Twin Lion Fists, the user forms two large lion-shaped shrouds of chakra around their hands, then thrusts them forwards at the opponent in a spinning motion to confuse and throw off the opponents aim before striking them. As the user has thrusted forward both of his fist (making a foward striking move) the shrouds or chakra will exponentially increase in size as its reaching into mid-range. As it has reached into mid-range, the two large shaped shrouds of chakra had expended as much as 4 by 5 meters each.

    Note for checker: Basically the texture of the jutsu will look like this. As you see a barrier here, imagine this barrier to be shaped of a wall or a head of a lion, made of that texture.

I took your suggestion, and I won't make it into a taijutsu based style, but more what I had described within the description. I tried to make it as clear as possible that the jutsus that I'm planning to branch off from this can be both offensive, but it was meant for really to be defensive.     Custom style:

    (Chakurasutorīmu) Chakra Stream Techniques

    Description: This jutsu is basically the same concept as "Protection of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms" as it is made up of the same ability, but it for example could take shape of a Lion, or even a wall made of constant excertion of chakra stream. From years of training, the user had came to master the flexibility of the arms and as the user is emiting a constant stream of chakra from his palm, the user is able to reach at any point around himself. As because of the user's hand movement is extremely fast (his movements becomes a blur), with extreme precise, the user will be able to create a figure like lion, or even a simple wall in a matter of seconds. The creation of techniques are extremely fast, and the technique itself may be extremely fast, as we can see how fast hinata is able to move with the technique, in order to accomplish her goals. The proof is starting at 1:17 as how fast is really are the setting up of the chakra lines. The setting up of the jutsu can be done in matter of seconds, but actually getting to maneuver techniques which becomes figures into certain directions isn't as extreme fast, but as in a blink of an eye it will be capable of reaching on range.

The texture if you haven't seen a technique being made out of chakra streams it will look like that. In the picture, it looks like a simple barrier connected with chakra lines, but in the reality, it is because the user are channeling and handling the chakra line so fast, it looks like that to the naked eye. In reality, the jutsu in the picture is a fully covered barrier, enabling the user to cover even liquid or solid based jutsus. The jutsu is not invisible, only parts like how the barrier above is visible for the naked eye.

    ±± Declined ±± Your hand leaves a beam behind...so the beam is shaped in the movement your hand just made. This leaves your concept of making intricate figures by that process invalid if you really think about it. Also, this is a variation of Gentle Fist but its still gentle fist. Thus, it should be submitted as a jutsu of Gentle Fist. A custom style is something completely new. This is Gentle Fist not a new style. Submit this as a jutsu but bare in mind that if its too much based on Hinata's technique it won't be approved.
