    Description: The user lowers the ground in the surrounding area at high speeds, by focusing large quantities of earthen chakra into the ground allowing the user to manipulate the surrounding meaning he or she can lower the desired area on the field, allowing to create trenches on the field, this is quite effective when used in combo with an water jutsu. But only lower the user can not raise the ground.

    This is similair to the moving earth core technique but it is performed on a whole other way, meaning the user focuses more of his chakra on the lowering part not raising so to the point that it's not a rip-off (I got this idea from avatar the legend of aang and from Naruto Pedia ).

Gabriel has the ability to change the shape of his wings to anything he wishes or that the user wishes. From his birth he was training to master his abilities and become more accustomed to it. Therefore he can manipulate the shape of his wings to change them into whatever he whishes or duplicate them.

    Description: The art of this technique comes from quick flick movements in order to release wires at great speeds toward the opponent, entrapping them. The user, having wire on their hands (previously wrapped around their hands and risks), will hold the end of the wires with their index and middle finger against the thumb. With a quick flick of the fingers and by moving the arm downward at great speed, the user will release ninja wire at great speeds toward the desired target (The threads can be send directly or they can race through the ground).
    If there is ninja wire wrapped around the user's legs, the user is able to use the wire with the same skill as if he is using it with his hands. The user will make a quick small rotation, untangling the wire, then by using proper body motion will send the ninja wire the same way as if he had send it with his hands.
    The user can channel invisible chakra though the wires in order to make them stronger, making them capable of cutting through solid rock. When it reaches the opponent (in front of him or on his sides) the user will make a swift motion with his arms, wrapping the opponent at great speed, entrapping them. The user can further more pull the strings backward, cutting the opponent.
    -Wires are difficult to pinpoint for lower ranked ninjas but can be easily seen by experienced ninjas or Dojuutsu users.
    -The user is able to make handseals after capturing the enemy, though is incapable of doing so when the wires are racing through the ground as it requires great concentration to control the direction of the technique.
    -The user cannot use wires from his hands and from his legs simultaneously, as it requires strong concentration.
    -This technique cannot defend against elemental ninjutsu, though is able to cut through B-ranked and below Earth.

    @ review:
    • The spectral form is only a description of its appearance, not its actual form.
    • About its indestructibility, most weapons submitted nowadays seems to have this ability, so I said why not to myself :shrug: it's just to make sure that it will last more than one match and nobody will come claiming they destroy it... I see it a lot on most weapons being submitted, i.e. either people claim their weapon can cut through anything or is strong enough to endure anything... so I did it too.
    • About the non-conductibility to opponents chakras such as lightning and fire and cold, I already explained it... it's because the chain is already imbued with my own chakra.
    • I also mentioned that the ways I will use it will be submitted as separate submissions, so I believe there is no real need for restrictions at this stage, although I did add some by saying that it's wielders must be at least kage rank, and that activating the chain counts as a move that can only be done after a fight has started.

This effect, however, only happens in the turn after the use of this jutsu, so in actuality, the user must wait 4 turns.

    Description: The Reaper Art of Dracova is a special art based on the belief that the scythe should not be used as a weapon you attack with but as a weapon you protect yourself and perform fast chakra palm strikes to the enemy. The scythe unlike other fighting styles is used with one hand. This style was practiced and created by Shade Dracova soon after he found his signature scythe named "The Forgotten Reaper". Dracova believed that the final blow should always be by ones own hands not their jutsu nor their weapon. The Reaper Art also consist of chakra being embedded into the scythe to enlarge it's reach or change its appeaance of the blade. In other words chakra would be rapped around the blade of the scythe to increase it's size making it easier to aim your slices. Not all scythes can be used with this art because of the massive chakra amounts surging through the scythe at all times. It must be a scythe of "The Reaper" caliber. The scythe when needed for defense is usual spun at high speeds to block an incoming weapon parrying it or deflecting an incoming projectile. The Reaper Art was praticed by many others and has different versions by different people who practiced it.

    ~Declined~ Using feathers as chakra receivers to perform earth techniques tells me you didn't understand how jutsus are performed. You need to mold your chakra with hand seals in order to perform a technique. Even if you send you chakra to the feather, please explain to me how it will mold it to perform earth techniques?

    New week of submissions starting today 13th February and ending at the 19th of February.

    I would like to remind people of the following:

    -No submission that uses font or formatting alterations such as underline, bold, allignement, color, size, spoilers, etc will be checked. The only exception is that you are allowed to Bold or underline the title of each technique you submitt and you can use spoilers for videos or images you need to post for references.

    -An exception to the above rule is the requirement to bold the alterations on re-submissions. Its required that every altered or add part is bolded. If you simply take out something, write beneath the jutsu stating "I took out the part were...".

    -You can only submitt 3 techniques per cycle. As decided by Izuna before and agreed upon me and the other RP mods, Fightning Styles, be they Taijutsu styles or Weapon Fighting Styles, count as a technique. So, if you submitt a custom style, you can only submitt 2 other techniques.

    -You cannot chat on this thread. If someone submitted a similar technique to one of yours, VM me with the link to your technique and the one you consider similar to yours. If someone spammed the thread, report it through the report button. All other posts that aren't submissions of custom techniques will be considered spamming and thus will be delt with.

    -The red rule exists and you should check it if you don't know what it is. Bugging any RP mod regarding CJs that were declined and to which you weren't required to contact the given mod, is a breaking of said rule. The techniques are declined for a reason which is most of the times explained even if we are not required to do so. This is never respected but i urge you to start taking this seriously.

    -From this point forward any technique deemed DNR (Do Not Resubmit) that is resubmited without proof of gaining permission from an RP mod to do so leads to 1 week banning from the CJ thread. If repeated may lead to additional punishment.

    -Markers are strickly forbidden. However, you can post a technique and edit the post until the time its checked. After its checked, you cannot edit the post.

    -All techniques that were approved should be posted in your own cj thread. If you can't make one, ask one of the mods to make one for you.

    -When submitting a summon you are required to post the link to the signing or owning of the contract. The same when you are dropping a cj for another, you need to link the former one.

    -I would also like to remember members that bluntly copying from other members techniques will not be tolerated.

The Water inside the gourd is already infused with the user's chakra. The Water inside the gourd can be used as a medium for water source needed techniques and can be used to drink whenever the user is thirsty. Due to the fact that this water is already infused with the users chakr the user can control and manipulate it almost at anytime. The Gourd itself is already infused with the user's chakra and refills it self by absorbing the user's chakra and materializing water out of it.
    Note: can only refill 3 times

Each senbon can extend from the mid range to the long range and break out of the spear.

This is a fairly fast technique.

Then the user when hit there the limb turns into lightning and then reforms a second after. This technique, similar to the hydrification technique is a lot weaker however. Only certain parts can be flickered for instance the chest area and throat and head cannot be flickered with lightning any other body part can. If this technique is used when a wind attack is used the body part has trouble reforming.
    ~Can only be used Once per battle
    ~Cannot use lighting techniques the turn after
    ~Can only be used by those who have mastered lightning
    ~When hit by a wind technique you must use this technique again to reform thus using 2 moves for the turn

    Description: This is a deadly technique utilized through the combination of the wind release technique, first the user releases his earth release chakra underneath the target causing the earth to split apart creating a large hole underneath the target onto the ground that's as the same size as the earth fissure technique, after that happens the user utilizes a single handseal of "Ox" and releases his wind chakra into the earth fissure forming a large vortex of wind that's created into the fissure underneath the opponent, however the vortex doesn't head at the opponent's direction but it blows backwards, sucking the opponent into the earth fissure with a mighty force causing him to fall onto the earth fissure, the wind vortex sucks anything through Short range of the place where the fissure formed including the user himself making this a downside of the technique.
    - Can only be used once per battle.
    - The user can't use above A-rank Wind/Earth techniques the next turn.

    ±± Declined ±± This not restricted accordingly. Also, you are not simply using wind chakra after creating an earth jutsu. You are using two jutsu. So, this must count as 2 techniques from your 3 per turn. If you were to create a slab of earth and infuse it with wind afterwards, then i would accept it being one. But creating a fissure and doing one more hand seal to create a vortex of wind is using 2 techniques.

    Description: This techniques serves multiple purposes when it's made, After the usage of 2 handseals (Ox → Ram) and summons 4 Crows around the target, forming an "X" pattern each 5 meters away from the target, the Crows are each half the size of Gamabunta, The crows as soon as they are summoned spiral inward around themselves as the user concentrates wind chakra around the Crows, The Crows achieve an outstanding speed when circling around the target in which they form a large tornado of wind around the target trapping them into the tornado of wind that assumes the same movement pattern of the crows that are spiraling around the target and delivering slicing damage to the opponent when he's inside the tornado due to the wind element's thin and extremely sharp chakra, The user can use this technique instead to form a barrier of wind around himself in order to counter incoming techniques however he will suffer some damage and will receive several minor cuts on the skin, when the wind vortex is formed around the user he's extremely vulnerable to fire techniques, the wind tornado takes 2 seconds to form from the point of the Crows circling around the opponent.

    Description: After performing the Ram → Horse → Dragon → Ox → Rabbit hand seals the user will clap his hands. Thereafter a portal will open up in the sky anywhere between medium and long range following the same principles as Dropping Lid & Sticky Earth Drop. From the portal there will be ten human sized earth boulders that will drop down in a 25ft radius from where the portal was opened. As the boulders are dropping the user will perform the Dragon hand seal to active the seals within each individual boulder. This will cause A-Ranked katon chakra to be released(So A-ranked Fuuin as the limit for regular users) from the seals and turn the rocks molten. Upon collision with the ground, the molten rocks will leave small craters due to the sheer momentum in which they dropped. On impact the meteors will explode in a fiery explosion that covers the area in molten rock. If the user pleases, with the use of a single hand seal he will focus wind chakra on the air around two falling meteors and manipulate the wind to move them towards the target should they choose to leave airborne.

    Notes:
    - Can only be used once per battle
    - Must know Fuuinjutsu
    - Due to the magnitude of this technique the user will receive 50 damage from the excessive chakra usage.
    - No Earth or Fuuinjutsu the next turn

    Description: Ame Kussetsu is a very simple technique in which the user bends the rain drops together to create small waves, shields, blades, pillars, arrows, kunais or even spikes made out of Rain water. To successfully create pillars, waves, and spikes there must be rain water already percent on the ground from the falling rain being collected over time. If used on a natural rain source the user will have to spread his chakra to the selected rain drops and thus create a small delay in the techniques.

    - Can only be taught by Mathias

    There is no cannon version to this, most of the rain cannon techniques are all blades or spears of rain water.

    Description: Ichi Hyaku Fi-dingu Karasu is an advanced technique, It is said to bring great wrath upon the opponent. The user performs the Tiger, Dog, Rat, Ox and snake handseals. He will then clasp his hands together, releasing his chakra. Once this is done, the clouds begin to darken, the wind becomes violent. Once the first stage is completed, Fate is sealed. The chakra needed is already released, and so, even if the user is interrupted, the jutsu will still continue. A hole will be created in the the sky, this hole will be the "eye", the point of focus. 100 crows will emerge from this hole in the violent weather, the wind currents aid them, as they rotate around the opponent, the sight is a tornado of Crows, with the opponent in the middle. The Crows will then charge onto the opponent, ripping his flesh, feeding on him. The jutsu must be casted mid/long range from the user, this way, the user himself escapes the wrath, the brutality of this technique.
    Note: Can only be used once per battle.
    Note: Weather cannot produce Kirin.

    he abilities of the Nekura center on the summoning and control of this foul chakra of the Juubi's, that the clan calls "Keigoku".
    The chakra is warped from the moon by a clansman opening the dimesional portal, through which the chakra enters the battlefield. This is much like a Summoning jutsu, which brings objects from a different place through dimensions. The portals can be opened anywhere on the battlefield. However, note that they cannot be used for transporting the user, opponent etc. over dimensions. Only Keigoku can transport itself through the portals. The portals are silent and do not actually count as a jutsu, however the release of a Keigoku technique from them is a jutsu; furthermore, it's not as if the portals possess any use outside of transporting Keigoku anyway.

    The power of the Keigoku, however, is not to directly affect physical objects. The Keigoku is so corrupted, that it causes searing pain to an opponent's mind if they have been touched with the energy. Much like how prolonged exposure to a fire can cause extreme burns, prolonged exposure to high-rank Keigoku techniques can cause a complete shattering of the mind and possibly a vegetative state. This also lets the Keigoku pass through physical substances without minds, such as earth, water or trees to reach a target behind it, since it loses none of its powers on the non-sentient object. Should the Keigoku touch a Summoning, it will turn them against its master.
    Skilled users of Keigoku have been rumored to shift its focus from merely shattering minds to bending them or manipulating them with even direct eye contact initiating a transfer of Keigoku between people. However, this can only be done by extremely high-level Nekura and requires special training from the Clan Head.

    Similarly, skilled Nekura above a certain rank possess one of the most useful powers. The Drain. Once one of their Keigoku attacks have connected with the opponent, istead of letting their Keigoku dissipate, the Nekura bring the Keigoku back to them and pour the stolen strength from the opponent's mind into theirs. This firms up their mind, and even if they have injuries makes their mind pretend it isn't there and force the body to function as it normall would. Since this isn't really a cure, after the battle the Nekura will feel their injuries again plus an extra 25 damage points due to the strain of forcing their body. As many damage points as the opponent is hit with, that many damage points the user may force their mind to believe it isn't affecting their body.

    Another side-effect of wielding the Keigoku is that any Bijuu, whether incompletely or fully transformed, believe the Nekura to be one of "them" since the Nekura wield the same chakra that the Bijuu were made of - just not in the same amounts. The Bijuu therefore refuse to attack the Nekura. Each Nekura is given a cloak strong enough to keep out normal weapons strikes.

    An unwanted ability is that of the Nekura's bodies, after or during a battle, being so filled with Keigoku that they reject any foreign chakra from entering their body, and stop it instantly. This means that medical ninjutsu have to force harder to overcome the natural resistance, making Nekura extremely hard to heal, roughly three times that of a normal patient.

    Description: A member of the Nekura clan uses his abilities to open a portal 5 meters above his head. This portal is then used to summon chakra of the Juubi. At the duration of about 10 seconds, the chakra begins to form a cloak around the user, the cloak gains a purple color, and has 10 tails of chakra behind the user. This cloak of massive chakra adds +20 to ninjutsu and + 15 to taijutsu techniques. In this state, the user is unable to perform genjutsu, and gains speed equal to Naruto in the sixth tail form. At the end of use, the user falls to the ground due to chakra exhaust and the stress of manipulating such power. He is unable to make sudden/fast movements.
    Note: Cloak lasts for only 3 turns.

    Description: The user shoots out a customized arrow which has a big arrow head as compared to a normal arrow. The arrow head has a circular base on the outside and grows bigger in size when you look it from the front, it also has two holes on it which can the air can go through instead of pushing against it and slowing it down. Due to the arrow heads size and because it’s made out of metal it has enough power to break bones if it connects. Despite its tremendous power it also has faster speed than a average arrow due to the weight of the arrow head making it even more difficult to deal with

    I took out the ''Has enough power to break bones if it connects'' bit.

    For these two techniques, Zen had approved them with the last note added but later got rid of it and vmed me saying that in order for the arrows to go at doujutsu speed, chakra has to be applied, so that's why I'm resubmitting these with chakra involved.

    Description: The Fire blade looks like an ordinary blade, with leather straps surrounding the area where the user holds it from, the leather is not ordinary leather as it is - for an unknown reason it is not able to burn. It has a sharp tip which is useful against opponents at close range. The blade also has the ability to deflect small fire jutsus ranked A and lower without difficulty. Furthermore due to its sharp tip the sword is able to cut through Earth jutsus ranked B and lower.

    Descrition: The ‘Clone blade’ is a blade which has a unique ability of being able to create a perfect clone of itself in the users other hand (depending on which hand he is holding it on) at any time the user requires her too. This enables the user to switch from a one sword fighting style to a dual sword fighting style and can also be used perform a surprise attack on his opponents. Furthermore the wielder can clone the blade whilst it’s moving, giving it the same momentum when its cloned on the other hand, making it harder to dodge attacks.
    Note: Can only be wielded by RockLeeGreenBeast and those he allows.

    • Once the user is quite close to the target, more notably their ear, they will take in a deep breath, and breathe out. This breath is infused with chakra, which upon reaching the ears parses through the drum and into the canals, messing with the target's chakra causing distortion to them, making them feel dizzy and off-balance. From this the target feels like their sight is being distorted and they can't see things straight. The closer the user is to the target's ear, the more effective the illusion is to them.
    Notes:
    • Can only be performed 4 times a battle.
    • This can only be performed when the user is really close to the target.
    • Because the chakra is inserted through the ear, it's considered to be sound-based.

    ±± Declined ±± If you want it to affect the vision you need to make changes in the description. Also, add that it requires at least 2 hand seals.


    (Bifū Tōfū) - Doll Fatality
    • This is a fighting style used primarily by puppet users. The style is based on the theory that Dolls have a mind of their own, or having somewhat of a personality. The puppeteer trains day and night to be able to synchronize with their puppets, being able to momentarily control them without the need for puppet strings. The art of Bifū Tōfū is a puppet style of fighting where the user cuts off the puppet strings to perform moves which one generally couldn't perform with the use of puppet strings. This mostly includes random acts which can be partially controlled such as spinning at high speeds, and wild flailing of limbs and so on. This is mostly used as a Taijutsu/Kenjutsu style for usage with puppets, so getting them close-range with the target is ideal for these techniques. This is a highly advanced fighting style for puppeteers, so mastery over standard puppetry is required beforehand.

    • Biyorigō is a puppet which is based on an ancient build of puppetry, and was created by a man called Shikizaki Kiki. He preferred to instead call his puppet a doll, as it would maintain somewhat of a personality when fighting. Biyorigō is also considered to be a sword itself. It was originally built to guard him whenever he was working, and it could defend from intruders flawlessly. Somehow it fell into the hands of a puppeteer, who has learnt to master how to use the Biyorigō and how it works. The doll's design is based on Chinese culture, a woman with a golden comb in her hair, and buns. It wears a standard kimono, and is built with four arms, two hidden inside the kimono. In each hand the doll holds a lengthy sword, a broadsword almost, but not quite. It's also got four legs, which are quite sturdy and are said to be as hard as diamond, but there's no confirmation on this fact. They're able to extend out like a cross and used for blunt force attacks. Within it's hair hides 8 small daggers, four on each side similar to a retractable knife. It also carries a small blade in it's mouth, seeped in poison. The puppet's entire body is able to move around, with all sorts of joints capable of spinning, twirling and other assorted movements. Biyorigō is the first doll to ever have been able to master the Doll Fatality style. Upon all these abilities, Biyorigō is capable of using all basic puppetry techniques. The doll is kept in a big scroll which has the Kanji (人形) written on it, meaning Doll.
    Notes:
    • Mastery over Puppetry is required to use the Biyorigō.
    • Can only be used by Alternative and those whom he allows.
