    • Indestructible (though it can't cut through anything)
    • “Wind Release: Wind Spinning Blade Barrage Technique” gets 1 Rank in strength when used.
    • “Wind Release: Severe Hurricane Wall” gets 2 Ranks in strength when used.
    • The engraved kanji inscriptions are in fact summoning seals and when chakra is channelled into them allows the user to summon various things.
    • By channelling wind chakra into it, the user can dispel up to B-rank lightning jutsu by hitting into the jutsu or releasing an appropriate gust of wind (two times per battle). And an A-rank lightning jutsu using the same method (once per battle).

    Restrictions:
    Note: Must have mastered Wind element.
    Note: Can only be wielded by McKnockout.
    Note: All abilities count towards the user’s jutsu count.
    Note: To use the fan’s abilities, the user must have it in his hands or strapped to his back.
    Note: The user can not use an ability twice in the same turn.
    Note: Due to the strain of handling such a big weapon, the user must have mastered taijutsu to use this weapon.

    Note: The user is more vulnerable to fire jutsu when he is holding the fan in his hands and receives +10 damage.

    Description: An essential skill/technique that all fan users must know, The "Hayai Wake Ginou", the act of opening a fan which many masters spend their lives perfecting. It involves the user swiftly drawing/opening their fan to deal a quick strike/slash to the target. This technique can be considered analogous to Kenjutsu's Iaidō which is used to prevent the opponent from using ninjutsu (handseals) however, it differs greatly (this technique is inferior to Iaidō) in it's execution, speed and damage. In comparison, this technique is slightly faster however is more difficult to perform and deals less damage. The exact strength of the wrist, precision of movements, needed accuracy and hand eye coordination are all essential components of this technique. And by using these components in conjunction with the weight of the fan and chakra flow, the user is capable of dealing strikes/slashes that can easily disarm the opponent, dealing decent (yet not fatal) damage. This skill focuses on dealing a quick and precise blow to a specific area on the opponent's body in attempt to quickly disarm/hurt him. That is, this technique sacrifices damage for a much more concentrated attack akin to when you compare a senbon to a kunai. Being an imperative skill to tessenjutsu users, a student is required to master this technique before they are allowed to progress to more advanced techniques.

    Description of Tessenjutsu:
    Tessenjutsu (literally meaning “War Fan Technique”) pertains to techniques that entail the use of war fans, whether the user is a shinobi or samurai. This martial art was created by McKnockout after his visit to the Land of Iron (he was undertaking Kenjutsu training there at the time), where he observed the way of life of the samurai. He found that the samurai were often disarmed, such as when performing domestic chores, at leisure or meeting with superiors. If visiting another’s home, for example, a warrior was generally required to leave one or both swords with an attendant. Armed with a Tessen, though, the samurai was never completely unarmed. He could easily defend himself in an emergency with what appeared to be a common, everyday object.

    It was from these observations, from which McKnockout took this basic concept of self defence and modified and adapted it to become a formidable art. Much like kenjutsu, tessenjutsu can be used in combination with taijutsu, ninjutsu and/or chakra flow in order to achieve more devastating techniques – that is, tessenjutsu is more than just using a war fan to strike an opponent but rather an array of hybrid combatant skills which utilises the concepts from various disciplines i.e. combining it with taijutsu, ninjutsu, genjutsu and fuinjutsu. What makes tessenjutsu different to kenjutsu however, is its element of surprise and speed due to the usage of such seemingly small, harmless objects. Despite its name, tessenjutsu is not restricted to the use of tessen but rather any type of fan.

    Tessenjutsu can be used to fend against basic, “physical” threats such as incoming arrows, shuriken or kunais; and users can become skilled enough that they are able to even defend themselves against an opponent using a sword. However, the value of tessenjutsu lies in its integration with ninjutsu such as those pertaining to wind techniques. Much like Temari, user’s of tessenjutsu use their fan as a medium to channel a specific chakra nature into, from which allows them to create elemental techniques from. However, tessenjutsu is not restricted to just the wind element (although that is the most common types of techniques used) - skilled users can perform other element-based techniques as well. Tessenjutsu users are able to use generic projectile-like elemental jutsus (i.e. from NB's jutsulist) by using their fan as a medium to release the technique; if this is the case, then the said technique requires 1 less handseal to perform.

    (Kakou Tame Banteki) - Descent into Savagery

    Description: A powerful, self-induced genjutsu that temporarily nullifies the brain's ability to create all emotions except fury and places the user under an instinct-fueled, animalistic trance. It essentially nullifies everything within the user's mind except for the "fight" notion of the "fight or flight" response prominent in human beings and animals. Unfortunately while being in this trance, the user fully discards all of humanity and loses his moral code i.e. the user can not discern friend from foe, causing any and all living beings near the user to become targets. As such, this technique is somewhat used as a last-resort, reserved for moments where the user is either outnumbered greatly or in a traumatic situation - grief stuck state is necessary. As soon as the genjutsu is induced, the user begins to position himself in a very aggressive stance releasing a massive amount of dense, pure chakra all over his body (to the point where it is easily visible). This huge output/flow of chakra throughout and surrounding the user empowers him, allowing the user to become physically stronger and also being able to withstand certain attacks. The user's element of natural affinity gains +15 damage and also gives the user a +10 damage to taijutsu and kenjutsu. The defensive capabilities of this trance allows the user to withstand attacks of their affinity up to B-rank (all other elements only up to C-rank). It is possible for the opponent to overcome/deactivate this genjutsu by usage of a doujutsu such as the Sharingan, in which this trance is counteracted by a powerful genjutsu of equal or higher rank (i.e. the opponent induces a S-rank or higher genjutsu on the user). As mentioned earlier, this jutsu is used as a last resort because the usage of this jutsu damages the user by 25 per turn due to the chakra and mental strain on the user.

    I made it S-rank instead of F-rank to make it easier for the opponent to counter/deactivate, genjutsu-wise. I tried to restrict this jutsu as though it were an F-rank.

Mink is a really giant mink which carry's a Giant katana which is same sized just same a mink. The katana he carry's cannot be picked or carried around by any other creature or human. He is special because outside his body is filled with little spikes which can damage if touched without caution. he can carry maximum 5 people on him on top of his head there are no spikes so people can get on him safely. he is really fat he is really thick so he can jump really high probably higher then a new york building >_<. From his birth he was always training to master the the earth element, he hasn't fully mastered it yet but he can easily use earth up to B-ranks. he is not really friendly to other except to his owner.

This can be stopped with a stronger wind attack since wind is +1 advantage against lightning but it can destroy anything it touches and keep the user safe and sound inside the Round and Sharp Defense Igloo house. It can also release lightning bolts if the user uses more and more chakra to make it stronger but the bolts wont be too strong they are kinda same as the D-Ranked bolts. this can still be destroyed by same ranked jutsu or higher.

    Description: The curse was known to be a war type weapon. The people in great shinobi war used this katana to fight off strong opponents, generations have passed and this sword have kept on getting passed to many users. the curse are two weapons normal sized katana and they have a locket type of rope wrapped with each other and this katana has the ability to absorb an opponent's attacks chakra through the left sword and directs the attack through the connecting rope where the five charms on the rope strengthens and accelerates the attack faster than it was originally fired and reverses its original course firing the same attack from the right sword, making it much more difficult for the opponent to dodge. The entire process happens so fast that the attack looks as if it originally came from The curse.


    • Note: Must have mastered Lightning element.
    • Note: Can only be wielded by Yagura Yondaime.

However, because it is essential to properly control the moisture balance inside the body, this technique's degree of difficulty is very high.This jutsu gives the user slightly enhanced speed the user is also then capable of crushing both rock walls (c rank and below) and making large dents in steel doors with a single kick.
    Note: Must use Hydration Technique before hand and be a member of the Hozuki Clan.

    Lasts 3 turns.

However, because it is essential to properly control the moisture balance inside the body, this technique's degree of difficulty is extremly high even more so because of enhancing the entire body. This jutsu gives the user superhuman strength and speed,capable of smashing through Earth jutsu of B rank and below with their fists and C rank and below with their legs, dent earth based elements and obtain enhanced speed.
    However due to the body and chakra strain and intense control of Water while fighting the user is left exhausted after this technique.
    Note: Must use Hydration Technique before hand and have a Hozuki bio.

    ±± Declined ±± Its a water jutsu...why do you only refer that it will enable you to overcome earth? It escapes the basic nature of the technique. Also, the beneficts are too big. And modes (which is what this is) are currently very very unapprovable as they all exist in excess. Try toning this down, making it S-Rank and more approvable.

After the end of the 3rd turn the pressure of the huge amount of water will crack the ground and result in several geysers at all ranges which begin flooding the field. If the surface is opened before the 3rd turn by an earth technique that creates holes (hiding like a mole for example) the user of it will be thrown back above ground by a geyser. The water can only be used as a water source for other water jutsu by the user because it is filled with his chakra.

    Hozuki Taijutsu: Flowing River of Death.
    This is a style of fighting developed within the Hozuki Clan that allows those that have mastered the Hydrification Technique and Taijutsu to combine both, letting the users fight as if their body had no limits by turning their joints and muscles to water on the inside, letting them stretch their arms to connect with punches and kicks or dodge blows in ways that would be impossible for a normal ninja (such as bending backwards in half by turning the spine and muscles into water for a few seconds, or turning a knee into water to drop to the side quickly). The blows from the Hozuki clansman are also slightly enhanced by quickly and carefully concentrating moisture into the muscles,enlarging and strengthing the main muscles in their attacks just moments before they are thrown.
    This style also grants the user extra stamina by diluting the acid that build up in the muscles with extra water, Masters of the Flowing River of Death have been said to fight each other for over a week straight, neither fighter landing a blow or showing signs of fatigue.
    The downside of this technique is due to the total concentration on both their Water Chakra and Taijutsu the user will be very slow to react using any of the other 4 basic elements while using this type of taijutsu.

    Explanation for the first Bold Part:
    The chains when they are made, they are disconnected from the users body but using chakra manipulation the user can call the chains to become active and if he does not do so in two turns the chains will disappear. By active i mean the true attack which is to shock opponent by wrapping around their legs.


    ±± Declined ±± This still doesn't work out. You call upon (in a manner of speaking) chains underground however you keep them inactive...why? Why not make it so that when you call upon them they are used? Because if you want to let them be dormant when you activate them they'll need to count as one of your techniques on the turn you activate it. This will make this technique count as 2 techniques if you want to use it and also, even if they are underground inactive, your enemy can still use earth jutsu. Remember that. Many lose ends still. My advice: make it simpler.

By doing this he triggers an illusion were the enemy will suddenly feel as if water is gushing inside his mouth, both bursting and flowing out of his mouth but also into his air ways, drowning him from the inside. The water gushes and flows with increased volume and speed as time passes, quickly overflowing his air ways, lungs, gastric tract, stomach and also his ears, leaving the enemy in a state of desperation as he struggles to breathe and gain balance within this demonic overflow of water. As the human reflex in a drowning situation is to gasp for air, the enemy will eventually start, in reality, to hyperventilate (without noticing) which will lead progressively to him fainting. Of course, all of what the enemy experiences is but an illusion and his lost of conscience is due to his own hyperventilating panic.

    Note: Enemy has to release the gen in his immediate counter or he'll lose conscience the beginning of the users following turn

Zetsu clasps his hands together and using mokuton restrains the opponents arms, legs, and mouth, and binds them onto a table made of mokuton with multiple spikes protruding from it, complete with a drainage system for the blood to be collected for later use.
    Once the opponent is bound to the table, 2 white zetsu clones sprout from the table and begin the preparation of the meal (Do I have to go into detail here? ). Once the meal is prepared a chair of mokuton is formed at the head of the table for the original body to sit and enjoy the feast.
    Note:
    - Usable once per battle
    - No mokuton above b rank the same and following turn after this technique
    - No earth or water jutsu above a-rank for the same and next turn.
    - User may not use mayfly next turn
    - Only usable with a zetsu bio
    - Counts as 2 moves out of the possible 3 per turn.

After that, the user will concentrate on the wind's direction and will be able to deflect fire or water techniques up to A-rank by changing its course of direction.     ±± Declined ±± First of all, an A-Rank Wind technique can't counter an A-Rank Fire. Respect the elemental table. Then, this would also be effective against enemy ninja weapons (shurikens, kunais, etc) and would be very effective against lightning. As for your last note, nope. If you use a fire jutsu while engulfed in air, you'd basically turn yourself into a torch. And if you say your chakra is controlled and used in a way that prevents you from taking damage, then you need to up the rank.

After this technique, Nidaime can only use jutsus up to A-rank because of the power drained from the jutsu. The technique only lasts for two turns. During the technique, the user can only use Suiton and Taijutsu. After the jutsu is finished, the user cannot use Suiton and Taijutsu the whole duration of the battle.

    Wind Chakra: When fused with wind chakra the swords sharpness increases making it do 80 damage points, another thing is that when wind chakra is fused with the sword the sword loses it's conductivity making it safer if fighting a lightning element user.

    Lightning Chakra: When fused with lightning the sword gains slight orbs of electricity around it increasing the damage point and slightly paralyzing the opponent in the same time damage point increase to 70

    Earth element: When eathu element is fused to the sword the sword becomes more to wield making the swings of the user easier it does not contribute to increase damage points it remains 60

    Water Element: When water element is fused with the sword the sword will be surrounded by a shield of water which allow the sword to be able to stop fire jutsu's up to B rank.

    Fire element: When fire element is fused to the sword the sword will be able to burn his opponent on contact increasing the damage point to 75 and if wind element is used by either the user or opponent the swords size will increase.

    Restrictions.
    -Each Element can only be used two times.
    -The same Element can not be used in the next turn.
    -A Jutsu of the same element of the one being used on the sword can not be used(If sword is fused with wind element no wind jutsus are allowed fir the same turn and so on for the other elements)
    -Only one jutsu can be used when the sword is fused with an element.

    Description: The user smears blood on his Otter tattoo and then they slam their hand on the ground which summons Ryūjin the water otter. Ryūjin is 4ft tall and is 10ft long. Although most otters can move with great speed on land and water Ryūjin tends to be quicker in water. Having a Natural affinity to water he is able to do Suiton jutsu up to B rank without hand seals. When summoned Ryūjin will stay around until he is no longer able to continue, he will also allow his summoner to ride on his back if they are on water.

    ~Only signers of the Otter contract may use him
    ~Every technique used by Ryūjin counts to the user 3 moves a turn

Then while doing a 360 spin the chakra is released causing a dome of water to come up from below and cover the user completely. The dome is strong enough to stop incoming attacks but is extremely susceptible to lightning jutsu's. This technique is similar to the Aburame clan's (Mushi Kame no Jutsu) - Insect Jar Technique.

    Restrictions:
    ~Can only be used by the Otters of the Giant Otter contract with permission from hawaiianmike.
    ~Otter must have water affinity to use.
    ~This counts as one of the 3 moves each turn.

    ~Must be in water source

    ±± Declined ±±If this is something that your summonings use you need to work on the description as it seems you are the one who is using it. You can use it yourself if you want, but such a technique would be best at an A-Rank level.

Also, the "at least kage rank" resctriction is just there to make up for the lack of drawbacks from this technique. Althought Swift can increase your movement speed (movement of your body in general), 100 punches in the time you need to perform 1 would be 100 in about 1.5 seconds which is simply abusive. It would mean that an EIG master wouldn't be able to even react nor would a sharingan user. Make it more "friendly" otherwise its oped.[/I][/color]

    Description: The user draws blood and performs one hand seal (Bird) with ample pressure and chakra control he summons four small Kites deemed Scout Squad Alpha. They are elite squad of four Kites each are small in size being about 4 feet in height with a wing span of 2 and a half feet. They each fly at fast speeds great for relying messages around vast distances. They have a strong sense of sight able to see small prey such as rabbits and other small game from heights of 60 ft in the air. Their sight is so great they can keep track of the prey with ease, relying that location to the summoner. Each of the 4 condors act and scout differently. Alpha is the leader and he scouts on his own using his sight to find the opponent and rely the message through the network of Kites who usually range from Long Range to Short Range. He is usually found in Long Range. Beta and Omega work as a team scouting in Mid range they are able to see things a whole range away so if they are in mid depending on the way they look they can see both Long and Short ranges respectively. Lastly is Gamma he is a loner he has the worst sense of sight so he usually stays close to the summoner for quick response in short range attacks. They are not to strong when it comes to battle but if they attack an opponent they will most likely go for the eyes pecking and gouging them out and then either returning to their range or returning to the summoner. They are able to swarm and attack the opponent moving at incredible speeds they can swap positions making it seem like there is more than just four.
    Notes:
    -Each can speak english
    -Can only be summoned for 5 turns
    -Cannot summon a Kite the turn before
    -Cannot summon another Kite the same turn
    -Gamma can sense an opponent in the same range as him. He is usually found in short range.

    (Sono Niiro Ontou Te) The Red Right Hand
    Type: Weapon
    Rank: S
    Range: Short
    Chakra Cost: 40

    Description: This weapon is mainly for defensive and offensive purposes in Short Range combat. It's a multi-plated arm guard that runs up the side of the wielder's arm leaving no visible skin it is form fitting to the arm thus able to block thrown objects such as Kunai and Shuriken quite easily but if they are connected to an Explosive tag of some sort the user must still deal with that as the Guard won't block the explosion or flash. The Guard surrounds the arm and is made of two special types of metal both are quite malleable and versitile the metal has a special propety; the metal is able absorb the wielder's chakra storing it then infusing their punches with the chakra much to the same extent Sakura and Tsunade do but the user doesn't need to focus on the chakra level like Sakura and Tsunade, the Arm Guard does it for the wielder maintaining chakra flow from the user to the Guard. The punches are enough to crack bones and bruise and batter the body. The stored chakra can also be focused into one massive punch deemed "La Muerte" in which the chakra gathers at the top of the arm guard in a mass of blueish chakra that powers down through the arm guard and into the wielder's punch/hand the chakra in no way forms a blast but absorbs into the Arm Guard and then into the user's hand. The punch is not so much driven by muscle power but by the chakra that is infused into the punch. The user must make contact with the opponent for the punch to effect the opponent if done so the punch is enough to shatter bones and bruise and bash internal organs. La Muerte is easily able to break multiple ribs in one shot and bruise and bash internal organs such as the lungs, heart, and stomach depending on where the punch lands if used properly this can make breathing much harder and put excess pressure on the internal organs making quick movements painful and in some cases almost impossible. La Muerte is comparable to an A rank attack as that is how much chakra is focused into the punch. The Arm Guard can also be used defensively to block Basic Taijutsu attacks up to B rank but can only be done 3 times per battle. La Muerte kind of resembles Jugo's CM punches in a way as well as Tsunade and Sakura's chakra infused punches. The blades on the guard are sharp enough to easily cut flesh and defend against sword strikes as well as kunai and other bladed weapons.
    Notes:
    -While activated the user cannot perform jutsu that require handseals
    -La Muerte counts as a jutsu and can only be used 3 times never in the same turn
    -Punches while wielding this weapon can easily break bones
    -Blocking of Taijutsu attacks counts as a jutsu as only a jutsu can block a jutsu
    -Can only be wielded by Howard
    -Can be activated only once during the battle and deactivated once during the battle when deactivated the user can perform Hand Seals again
    -Can only be activated for a span of 6 turns

    The Arm Guard


    The following is a custom jutsu for the Custom Weapon above.

    (Sono Houkou) El Directo
    Type: Attack
    Rank: S
    Range: Short-Mid
    Chakra Cost: 40
    Damage Points: 80
    Description: The user gathers a large mass of chakra at the top of The Red Right Hand and then releases it while charging the chakra looks somewhat like the flaming exhaust from a car engine. Once released it makes it's way down the arm guard and instead of combining with the user's fist like La Muerta it is sent out as a blast of compressed Chakra. The Chakra blast explodes out on contact to any surface and is strong enough to demolish large walls. The chakra can be compressed down to the size of a basket ball when compressed it has more force and can easily throw the opponent back while breaking bones and rupturing internal organs. As it is just raw chakra the blast can be nullified with Elemental Jutsu one rank lower(A-Rank Elemental Ninjutsu that is formed into large blasts comparable in size to the raw Chaka blast or walls made of elements) or over powered by Elemental Ninjutsu of the same rank(S-Rank Elemental Ninjutsu that is formed into large blasts comparable in size to the raw Chakra blast or walls). This jutsu's power comes into play when used in Short Range making a devastating punch from The Red Right Hand much stronger. If the blast makes contact with the chest it can crush the opponent's ribs making movement almost impossible due to the pressure put on the internal organs.
    Notes:
    -Can be overpowered by Elemental Jutsu of the same rank
    -Can be taken out by A rank Elemental Jutsu
    -Must be wielding The Red Right hand and it must be active
    -Cannot be used in the same turn as La Muerta
    -Can only be performed 3 times and never in the same turn
    -After the third use the Guard is deactivated(Even if the 6 turn limit isn't up)
