The fire is almost harmless since it's hardly used on anything expect but detonation of bombs and lighting cigaretters when you don't have a lighter.

    Description: User bites own thumb and repeats two first handseals of summoning jutsu while someone else is using summoning jutsu. Once that is done user will distrupt the flow of chakra from the summoner, causing the creature/weapon that opponent's about to summon to be summoned outside of the spot in different place. This jutsu can also be stored into scroll by having kanji written on it and once it's opened the user must stomp on the scroll or tap it with limb. This jutsu is mainly used to distrupt the appearing place of other's summoning(s) and relocate them. The width of the relocating is max 50 meters - 350 meters depending on size of the summoning ( like Gamabunta or Manda ) and user's rank.
    Note:
    - Can only be used twice
    - Works max on one ninja at time
    - Three turns interval between each usage
    - User cannot have summon on field while using this jutsu.

    Description: User bites own thumb and makes Boar, Dog and Bird handseals ( the first three handseals of summoning jutsu ) and releases chakra. Once that is done the user will distrupt flow of chakra sent from other opponent(s) using summoning jutsu(s), allowing the user to change the desired spot where the other(s)'s summoning would appear. The width depends on user's rank and the size of the creature/weapon. Small summons like Weapons, puppets and other summon creatures/weapons are easiest and fastest to distrupt, allowing the user to relocate them in distance of almost 100 meters. Unlike big summons such as Manda and Gamabunta take longer time to relocate but they can be transported further - up to 350 meters distance to orginal place where they were supposed to be summoned. This jutsu can also be used from a scroll that doesn't need blood to work. The scroll has Kanji written on it 輸 ( transport ) along with other marks and lines. The scroll is mainly used by user sending chakra into it and rolling it open ( this saves the user from spending time on handseals ). Other ways to operate it is by tapping open scroll with foot or some other limb.
    Note:
    - Can only be used twice per battle
    - Works on any summon
    - The width of relocating mainly is from 50 to 350 meters.
    - Requires atleast two turns interval before using again
    - User cannot have summons on field when used
    - Requires extremely good chakra control to use. Sannin ranked ninjas need medical ninja training inorder to use this but Kage and up ranked ninjas can use this even without training.

    Description: Once the user has come to short range with the opponent, he makes one handseal, and releases chakra from his mouth, which flows through the nose and ears of the opponent, directly in his brains. Unlike other Illusions, which work with glares, etc, this works with a direct transfer of chakra in the opponents brains.
    This chakra then enters the opponents mind & reflex cells, and corrupts their DNK. The effect of this Illusion Art, is that the opponent brains transfer data to the body slower, or at least this is what the opponent thinks. As every part of the body depends on the brains, this jutsu puts the opponent in slow motion. This way, even when entering the EIG, the opponent can move at maximum speed of an S-Class ninja.
    Although, the chakra transfered is very dense, and leaves the user inable to use any other genjutsu or non-elemental ninjutsu.

    And I request that the Sage Mode Jutsu, shown in the manga untill now, are created, and added to the jutsu list.
    You don't need to "request", it's already been under construction for a month or so. Furthermore, if you want anything take it up with Kaito and stop posting it oon this thread like some sort of a prophet crying that the world will end
    You don't need to be harsh, just because I tried to remember about those jutsu. I just pointed it out because they were shown quiet some time ago, and because I had a feeling that they would not be included in the list, just like many other jutsu that are still missing. That's why I say that list is very missing.

    This is my resubmission for next week. Please, ignore it until then, I posted it now because I won't have time next week to come online. Thank you.

    Think of those guys that 'control' the snakes playing the flute. This will work almost the same way but without the flute. Or just like you could make ropes float on the air and you could control them, but instead it's not ropes but raw chakra.

    Description: The user summons a giant stone Chamber that is shaped like a Giant statue of Susanoo. The statue is summoned with its mouth opened. as soon as the user jumps in the mouth closes. Inside the user channels all of his or her chakra into the statue.The user has to focus for 2 turns to put all of thier hakra into the statue. WHen all the rest of thier chakra is in the staute(which results to the users death), the statue explodes and destroys the surrounding terrain.
    Chakra Cost-Damage ratio:
    10 Chakra- 20 Damage
    20 Chakra- 40 Damage
    30 Chakra- 60 Damage
    40 Chakra- 80 Damage
    50 Chakra- 100 Damage

    Damage: 120 (-20 to the user, -20 more if kept a second turn)
    Decription: The user preforms a series of hand signs and then focuses a massive amount of chakra into a large source of water and create a huge sixty foot long serpent of water. The leviathan can be controlled at will by the user and as long as it is in contact with a water source it can be regenerated. This creature can leave the water source but cannot regenerate if it does. The user can use this beast to defend against incoming attacks, devour the opponent, or do both at the same time. While the leviathan is being controlled the user cannot use any other jutsu and it will last a maximum of two turns. Because of the amount of chakra needed the user will lose an extra 30 chakra if the leviathan is kept for an extra turn. The use of such massive amounts of chakra also damages the user.

    ~No water techniques can be used for the next two turns.

    Decription: The user preforms a series of hand signs and then focuses a massive amount of chakra into a large source of water and create a huge sixty foot long serpent of water. The leviathan can be controlled at will by the user and as long as it is in contact with a water source it can be regenerated. This creature can leave the water source but cannot regenerate if it does. The user can use this beast to defend against incoming attacks, devour the opponent, or do both at the same time. While the leviathan is being controlled the user cannot use any other jutsu and it will last a maximum of two turns. Because of the amount of chakra needed the user will lose an extra 30 chakra if the leviathan is kept for an extra turn. The use of such massive amounts of chakra also damages the user.
    ~Can only be used once per battle.
    ~No water techniques can be used for the next three turns.
    ~Does -20 damage to the user, -40 if kept out for an extra turn.
    ~Costs an extra 30 chakra to be kept out an extra turn.
    ~Can regenerate if in contact with a large water source up to two times.

    Description: The user channels a large amount of chakra into a water source and manipulates it to remove the ions. Conductivity stems from the existance of these ions in which an electical current will run through. By removing these ions a person can render a water source non-conductive to electricity. This process takes careful and exact chakra control to manipulate the ions which takes a toll on the user. This process happens very quickly, almost instantaneously around the spot of the user, then spreads throughout the source of water. After completion the water source will no longer conduct electricty and will remain like this for three turns.
    ~Can only be used twice per battle.
    ~Can't be used again for five turns.
    ~Does 10 damage to the user due to the high level of chakra control required.
    ~Must be taught by Bahamut.


    Water Style: Swelling Oceans
    (Suiton: Fukuramumi)
    Type: Supplementary

    Description: The user slams their hands onto a large water source and inserts a large amount of their chakra. This causes the water to become very rough with large swells as high as twenty feet, similar to the effects a storm would have on the open ocean. The opponent can easily stay afloat using chakra on their feet, but the constant rising and falling of the water levels make it very difficult to create complex hand seals for techniques S-rank and higher. The drawback of this technique is that it affects the user as well and also causes the the opponents to lose sight of each other periodically throughout the duration of the technique when swells come between them. The swelling oceans lasts for two turns once used.

    description: the user jabs his fingers into the ground and profusely pours chakra into it. the user conforms the earth in the area into a pliable and soft clay. the clay can then be used for detonations, but only in small locations (approximately 3 meters in radius). the clay is approximately 7 Feet deep. and when explosions are made they start from the bottom. leaving a crater that gradually begins to fill in with slow moving clay. ultimately leaving the under-earth exposed after the vast majority of the clay has been used.

It holds the power to make the user have pin-point accuracy and grants more speed . Also when the user holds this blade , he can use any Fuuton tip jutsu without handseals .

So now if the user was to do battle with a fire jutsu of the same rank the X-gloves would easily overpower the other jutsus. Water jutsus used against fire jutsus with the ring on will become least effected, meaning that if the user uses a fire jutsu a rank higher than a water jutsu the fire should still beat it but if they are the same rank they will both cancel out.
    notes:
    The rings can only stay fusion with the X-gloves for 3 turns
    Only can be used with X-gloves
    Once the three turns are up the X-gloves will be unable to use any fire jutsu for 1 turns
    Can only be used Once fight
    Only can but used by Mato~kun

    Description: Shadow partner is a special move based upon the shadow clone jutsu with allows it greater capability with major differences between the two but the same basic usage. The shadow partner is a being that is formed from the users shadow and stands behind the user at a diagonal angle. This "partner" is a exact copy of the user except they will only be a silhouette, like a shadow. This shadow mimics everything the user does, making doing a single basic jutsu turn into two jutsu, theoretically increasing the damage a user can do in an amount of time. Hitting the shadow partner will result in it fading away, then reforming itself in seconds. For each turn the shadow partner is activated, the user will lose a some amount of chakra.
    ~The Shadow Partner lasts for four turns.

How this works is that while a ninja is jumping, they will force chakra out of their feel, forming a purple seal underneath them that look like a circle with 6 points like a star beneath them. From there they will have a split second to dash in any direction with the exception of up. This can be used once per jump from the ground and the dash is as fast as the second gate and can be used to dodge an attack.
