    Description: Final Spark is a double edged lightning release jutsu. It begins with user drawing all his/her lightning chakra out and by using it user can release the chakra in form of thunder and travel on it. The jutsu can be used to released five straight lightning bolts that user can travel with opponent, pummeling him/her through various obstacles that they might encounter and shock him/her while at it. After using this jutsu the user and opponent will stop on ground while user's body releases steam/smoke and he/she suffers a shock similar to Kirin. The speed of the traveling on lightning bolt is 1/4 of the natural lightning's speed and both user + opponent suffer damage from it. Moving on straight lightning bolts is simple; User must release a bolt towards the direction where he/she wants to travel.

    Description: The user combines the ideas and practices of a Futae No Kiwami (Mastery of the Two Layers) and Toa-a-tae (Double Layer Limit) and stomps on the ground. This creates a 360 degree crater around the point of impact that destroys the earth and anything in it around the user up to mid range. The earth turns to dust, and should a person be underground in range he will be left will all his bones broken. This jutsu is highly dangerous to the user as well however as this amount of power being transferred through the users leg causes it to break as well. This can also be done with a punch, with the same results and breaking the users arm. The punch is even more dangerous however as it will be difficult for the user to make handsigns.
    *Only HiddenShadowNinja's bios can use/teach this jutsu
    *This jutsu can only be used up to four times per battle (once per leg and once per arm)
    *If done with a leg speed will be reduced by 1 rank, and any high-speed movements will cause the user an additional 20 damage.

Matsu can also be used in conjunction with the Hidden Shadow Snake Hands/ Multiple Hidden Shadow Snake Hands jutsu for quick striking and blending in with the other snakes.

    *Must be able to summon snakes
    *Lasts up to 6 turns and only 5 can be summoned at once.
    *Only 1 body part can be numbed at a time,no matter how many places are bitten, and the numbing affect only lasts 1 turn each time.

Even though it isn't genjutsu, this venom has almost a genjutsu type effect on people. Once infected by the venom the targets mind is affected by this lure (because of the venom-tainted blood flowing to the brain) and they won't be able to get out of short-range of the user as they will be unknowingly drawn to the source of the poison that infected them.

The summoning scroll can also be used to summon an opponents weapon(s) to his hand, just by touch whatever seal has the name of the weapon that is being thrown at him. This doesn't apply to special or custom weapons.

    Note to the mod who is checking this. This contract is my personal weapons summoning and the restrictions for summoning say I can make one weapons summoning contract and this is the contract that I will be summoning weapons with expect my custom sword at the bottom which will be on my hip.
    ~ Kindly ask a mod before you assume some crap like this. One weapons summoning means one custom weapon. It does not mean having random scrolls. Remove either one of these two and resubmit ~

    Description: Dog Clay is a katana sword. The swpord hilt is shaped into a dog and the color of the handle is white like Deidara's clay with four black diamonds on each side. On the blade it has the Uchiha crest on each side. The user wears the sword on his right hip. The sword can channel their lightning chakra through the blade, Ths user can also channel Chidori and Lightning Fang through the blade. This sword was only made for Deidara Nara and the sword will return to him by the him whistling.

    -When the user channels Chidori it will cost the same amount of chakra but with a added 25.
    -When channeling Lightning Fang through the blade it will be the same amount of chakra but with a added 20.
    -When ever the user channels one of this attacks the user can't channel their lightning chakra through the blade for 4 turns.
    -When the user channels their lightning chakra their the blade the amount of chakra is 15.

    Description: Unlike other Kenjutsu Shockwaves which are generally large, Mirage Blade is a small shockwave that’s size is the same as the blade length of the sword used to launch it. Sacrificing power for speed and quantity, Mirage Blade travels at a speed traceable only by 2 Tome Sharingan users and above – experienced Shinobi can also track this attack without a Doujutsu. A large amount of chakra is focused inside the blade in a massive wave. Though the chakra should pour out of the user’s sword, a shell of chakra formed around the blade causes the chakra to rebound infinitely inside the actual blade of the sword. When the user slashes their blade it releases some of this chakra in a white, rippling shockwave; thus the name Mirage Blade. This attack passes through physical objects (such as steel or buildings), but is stopped by energy attacks (such as fire, lightning, or chakra). If this attack hits the opponent, they will feel the physical impact of the attack, despite the shockwave being pure chakra.
    *Three shockwaves can be fired per use.
    *This attack does 40 damage to the opponent’s health and the other 20 points is subtracted from their chakra total.
    *Useable three times per battle, though if the user does not launch all three shockwaves in one turn the shockwaves can be launched at a later time; no more than 9 shockwaves via this technique may be used in a battle.

    (Kamei Gigei: Hazumi Danmaku) Command Art: Ricochet Barrage

    Description: At first appearing as a larger, visible Mirage Blade, Ricochet Blade fires a powerful chakra wave with each swing of the user’s sword. The shockwaves from this attack do not dissipate on contact and actually rebound to their point of origin (the user) once they make contact with a solid object. The true power of this technique comes out after a few shockwaves have started to rebound: by striking the shockwaves with their sword the user can cause the shockwaves to rebound off the sword and back outward as an attack again. By doing this, they have strengthen the shockwave because slashing to reflect the shockwave has added another shockwave to it. If the user can pull off this technique long enough, it is possible to have hundreds of shockwaves flying through the air. The more a shockwave returns to the user and is reflected, the more powerful it becomes, equating to a more difficult shockwave for not only the enemy to block but for the user to rebound.
    *Note: The damage inflicted upon the user from this technique occurs because once the waves have high numbers it would be impossible for the user to reflect them all.
    *Note: If the user uses a second blade with this technique the damage to him/herself is reduced by 20 points.

    Description: This is a technique generally taught to aspiring swordsman and could be considered the opposite of using wind chakra to lengthen and sharpen a blade. Usually, a Swordmaster or other instructor would use their own chakra to create a small “U” shape around the edges or point of a weapon. The chakra acts as an invisible scabbard on the blade, allowing the students to spar without killing each other or wounding each other past minor bruises and aches caused by the blunt force of the “scabbard” blade making contact. The user activates this technique by extending their hand along a ridge and just letting a small amount of chakra out. This technique is very simple and quick.

    Description: This technique utilizes the power of the elements to create a formidable defensive art for the user. While defending to guard against an attack, the user will focus Doton chakra throughout their body, creating a powerful, strong stance that reinforces the user, allowing them to take forces that they would not normally be able to endure. In addition to this, the user runs Suiton chakra through their body at the same time. Using the Doton chakra does allow for a rigidity and strength not accessible through normal means, but the rigidness of the ability would also cause incredible pressure damage upon the weaker points of the user’s stance – the joints. By using the Suiton chakra, they allow their movements to “flow”, like water. This allows the user to use their joints (specifically the knees, shoulders, elbows, not the wrists) as shock absorbers. An example of this would be that if the opponent came falling down from the sky at terminal velocity with an overhead strike, the user would not be able to stand up to this attack normally. By using the Doton chakra, the user creates a firm stance that allows them to guard against the attack provided their blade can stand up to the abuse. The Suiton chakra allows the knees, elbows, and shoulders to bend slighty, compressing, acting almost like hydraulic hinges. When this technique is active, the user is engulfed in a white aura, which gives the user the ability to guard even against intangible (such as Fire, Lightning, or other energies) forms of attack.
    Note: The user can keep this technique active as long as they want, but they cannot move from their current position (excluding small movements to change stances).
    Note: Cannot be used on consecutive turns.
    Note: The user may choose to add Raition chakra to the mix, after absorbing the blow. On the “bounce back” caused by the user returning to their original position (as if the hydraulic hinges were returning to their original positions after the application of pressure is ceased), causing electricity to flow through the user and their sword into the opponent, briefly stunning them and making them susceptible to counterattacks. If the user does this, an additional 20 chakra is added to this jutsu’s cost.

    Description: The user activates this sound based Genjutsu by playing a melody by any means, whether it is by an instrument or by clapping to create a rhythm. As soon as the first beat or note of the rhythm is heard, the opponent(s) are captured in this Genjutsu. Unlike other Genjutsu which affect the brain via the senses to cause illusions, this Genjutsu affects the brain via the senses to rid the opponent of one of their five basic senses: Touch. When caught in this jutsu those captured cannot feel anything. This may seem useless, but it is very useful in that people use touch more than any other sense – pain caused in the feet in addition to the fluid located in the ears helps the human body retain balance while in motion, while the feeling of heat creates the zone of which a human can approach fire, and no farther go in, lest they get burned. Without the sense of touch, these examples and several other things caused by the feeling of touch disappear. This in no way affects those caught in this Genjutsu’s affects ability to use jutsu, but can cause recklessness, disorientation, and a “disconnected” feeling that could make otherwise “harmless” things dangerous – such as clicking your teeth too soon when using Fire Style: Ash Combustion Cloud, as they would be unable to feel the ash being expelled or their teeth clicking together.
    The user must constantly play this melody or rhythm for it to remain in effect and it only lasts one turn. After one turn, the user must pay an additional 20 chakra per turn that they wish to keep the affects of this jutsu active.
    Note: The user cannot move while using this jutsu.

    (Suiton: Suruito ken Suberidai) Water Release: Slip ‘n Slide

    Description: The user focuses a large amount of Suiton chakra and then releases it in a burst from their body, mainly the feet. This burst of chakra from the feet allows the Suiton chakra to move along the ground where it forms one inch of water that is supersaturated with the user’s chakra. This keeps anyone but the user from standing on the water, as since the water is already past its maximum concentration of chakra, it rejects all other attempts for chakra to be imbedded into it. The user can stand on the water by simply manipulating the existing chakra in the water, instead of using more chakra to stand upon it. The water retains its depth, because in the same way a Shinobi uses their chakra to create a barrier and makes their chakra flow with the water to stand upon it, the supersaturation of chakra inside this body of water gives it a type of “surface tension” to help it retain form.

    The main function of this jutsu its that it causes anyone who is moving faster than “normal” speed (Normal being defined as equal terms for both shinobi before a battle begins, when things such as special modes, chakras, or the Eight Inner Gates are factored in) to hydroplane, and thus lose control of their movements and launch in a straight line until they are either launched off the body of water (in which they still have to handle their momentum), or run into something, causing damage. The user is not unaffected by this jutsu, though they do have much more control since they can manipulate the chakra in the water – the user will still hydroplane, but have a way to “slam the breaks”, when they do, to slow them down.


    (Kouryuu/Chokuryuu) AC/DC

    Description: While a Shinobi’s chakra normally runs in a fluid, direct current throughout their entire body much like there blood does, by using the Tiger handseal as a focus point, the user can channel and direct their chakra to alter their chakra flow from a regular flow (Direct Current) to a “burst” flow (Alternating Current), in which the users chakra flows to it’s maximum output, back to minimum output, back to maximum, and etc., though this phenomenon occurs very quickly once this jutsu is activated – several times a second. Switching between AC and DC holds various advantages.

    AC: In alternating current form, the user’s chakra control and efficiency is raised to the absolute max for their rank. Because the chakra does not come in one continuous stream, when creating handseals or using a jutsu there is no lost chakra, as there is no chakra to “leak” out during the time that chakra is being channeled, but not shaped into anything specific. The problem with this, is, that Direct Current is a more “powerful” form of flow and also the natural, powerful flow of chakra inside the body. While in AC form, all jutsu require 10 less chakra, but do 10 less damage, both values (the decrease in chakra cost and the decrease in damage dealt by a jutsu) decreases by 5 each rank (Jutsu require 20 less chakra for Sages, but they also do 20 less damage). Besides this, AC current has many other practical uses, so long as the user understands how AC current works with what they are intending to use it for.

    DC: Direct current form is the “default” form for chakra control in the chakra system. No increase or decrease happens while in this form, and the user is also started out in this form in battle. 25 chakra may be expended to revert back to DC form at any time.

    Note: This jutsu requires only the Tiger handseal for a focal point, but requires several seconds to actually activate so that the change can take place – an instantaneous change in chakra flow would kill the user; either the chakra would go past “maximum output” and destroy the users chakra system, or it would dip below “zero output”, which would kill the user. Therefore, this jutsu is not instanteous, and goes as follows:

    Sannin require 10 seconds to convert their chakra current.
    Kage require 7 seconds to convert their chakra current.
    Sages require only 5 seconds to convert their chakra current.

    Note: This justu cannot be used by anyone under Sannin rank.
    Note: While in AC form, no clones can be created, do to the “pulse” nature of the current making it almost impossible to gauge and capture your chakra in equal amounts to disperse to your clones. Clones made before this technique is used remain unaffected.


    About the jutsu directly about "Besides this, AC current has many other practical uses, so long as the user understands how AC current works with what they are intending to use it for.", I do have a few other ideas about how this jutsu can be used, but I'd like to keep them to myself for now. If you would like me to explain in private, I'd be more than willing to do so.

    This weapon is said to be forged with a metal that was created from a rock on where the Juubi once stood before it was sealed away by the Sage of six paths, the rock was filled with the dark aura of it and turned into a metal of which was never named. The blade is pitch black and reflects light in a dark purple color. The unordinary metal, fused with the user's chakra can change it's shape and size, so this Blade can turn into a different weapon than just a sword. However it's primary state is a regular blade, so in the end of the battle it will always retake it's shape of a sword. The metal is aswell extremely light, but is hard as diamond. The handle is made of the same metal, and is decorated with gold ornaments. It's sheath is made from the same metal and is decorated by japanese letters made of solid gold, each letter represents each tailed beast's name's first letter from the 1 tails to the 9 tails. Once the blade's handle comes in contact to it's wielder, a tattoo apears on the wielder's arm, using the tattoo, the wielder can summon the blade back to him using the regular summoning technique.

Every creature with lungs except zetsu will breathe in the spores without even feeling them in air and the spores will stay within their lungs and will not be removed. The spores will slowly fill up the opponent's lungs leaving no room for oxygen to enter and the opponent will die due to loss of oxygen if he does not win the battle within three turns, before his lungs get fully filled.

    Description: Legend says this sword was created during the first great ninja war and has wiped out several platoons of ninja, after the war the sword was said to be lost but was later found in a cave located in Iwagakure. The Sword has the appearance of a katana with the body of a dragon as the guard then the tail of the dragon extending out becoming the hilt its connected to the scabbard by a chain, see pic for further appearance details.
    While in the scabbard the sword takes the appearance of a normal katana but once drawn from the scabbard its length extends to 7 feet, the chain that connects the blade to the scabbard is normally 3 feet long but can extend up to 10 feet if the user inputs chakra into it, the chain that connects the scabbard and the blade can't be severed from either the scabbard and or sword unless the user wishes for it to disconnect.

    The swords blade is forged from obsidian giving it a very sharp edge.Normal weapons/Non Custom weapons dont have the strength to block this weapon and will be easily cut through by this sword.This sword has enough cutting power to cut through B Rank harden materials but can cut through up to 2 A rank harden materials but after that the user can only cut through C rank harden materials jutsu. The swords scabbard has the ability to transform into a large circular shield that can block c rank and lower jutsu. The Scabbard can be used as a blunt weapon and can block other weapons due to its true form being a shield.The shield can only block 2 Jutsu a battle or it will break but can block and infinite amount of simple weapon attacks such as Kunai,non custom weapons. If anyone other then the user touchs the blade they will see a genjutsu where they are being ate by a dragon

When the user uses the sotroed lightning chakra his speed increases to rivale that of the First gate: Kaimon (Gate of opening). Also when the user attivates it his lightning chakra uses are -5 chakra for every lightning justsu used in battle.

    Note: speed and lightning chakra effect only last 5 turns per battle

One half of the blade's guard is compromised of what seems to be a demonic wing, whilst the other seems to be an angelic counterpart.     ~About the bolded part are you talking about all jutsu's or only ice jutsu's? Also about the cut = freeze thing I can agree that it happens around the wound, but not that encases the entire opponent. I also changed the no handseals to barely any handseals as no handseals is something from the 7SM even though ice isn't one of them~

Ice jutsu carried out through the blade will be one rank more powerful. The blade is unique to Riku, so any time the blade is out of his hand, it will return to his hand at his will.     Highlighted parts in the ice wings taken out, and I edited slightly (because I took out the part where the wind blasts forward, I had to make clear what exactly was freezing people when they got to close while the wings were moving, as in my original version I made a reference to the blast to explain that). Btw, Cali said that he wasn't very used to approving summonings so my crow customs are still chilling on page seventeen.

    Cleared up the part about what jutsu it enhances here, and removed the freezing part entirely (making it only be able to partially freeze someone seemed sort of pointless unless I manage to attack at their arms or legs, which would be almost impossible for them NOT to dodge in even a normal kenjutsu spar).

While in the mode the user can send a shock wave of wind chakra capable of slicing through a boulder at the opponent.(the shockwave takes a 360 degree radius but the opponent has to be in close range to get hit by it. Also the user can charge a massive amount of chakra in to the legs so they can ram the opponent sending them flying back)

    Description: The Imperial Scroll is a powerfull Weapon Summoning Scroll, which allows the bearer to guard several Special Weapons. The weapons I'm speaking of are Custom Made Weapons, which have had their owner killed by the bearer of this scroll. The scroll can only seal Weapons that have been marked by it's previous owner's blood (This can be done manually, shortly after the person's been killed or admitted deafeat). Inside the scroll, the weapon will be infused by both chakras (The old owner's chakra, and the new owner's chakra), allowing the new owner to use the sword and it's abilities in battle, hence stealing the weapon.
    *Can steal all Weapons but the 7 Mist Swords of NB*
    *Can only steal a weapon after the battle*
    *The user can only summon 3 different swords per battle, each lasts 3 turns max, before vanishing back to the scroll*

    Description: The user will preform one handseal and focus for one second. Afterwise, she is able to quickly change the temperature of both the air around the opponent and the surface of it's body. In a matter of seconds, the targeted areas will acquire the constant temperature of 25ºC. The temperature isn't enough to injure the person directly, thus this jutsu has no damage, but he will feel the effects of the said temperature, both physically and chakra-wise. The user will lose water and minerals more quickly than normal, and will suffer from fever, tiredness and headaches after 3 turns. Wind jutsus and Jutsus that rely on cold temperatures are harder to make and less effective.
    This jutsu uses Elemental Chakra, in this case Fire Chakra, and lasts 4 turns top (The user can stop the jutsu or be forced to stop it). The usages of other Heat/Fire based Elements (CE) will extend the temperature achieved, and will burn the skin gradually, though it last only 2 turns top (at the end of which, cause generalized minor degree burns, and some cases of higher burns).
    If the user utilizes Fire Chakra, then it can no longer use CE for this jutsu. If the user utilizes a CE, it can no longer use this jutsu, even with Fire Chakra.
    The user can't preform any chakra based techniques while this jutsu's active. As soon as the jutsu ends, the user will be unable to focus the Elemental Chakra used for 2 turns. In case it's a CE, in addition to that, the user won't be able to focus Fire Chakra for 1 turn.

Once per battle he can release a very unpleasent smell through all the field making the opponent dizzy or just try to not breathe the smell wich could be deadly but this doesn't affect him or his summoner. He also has a very sharp sense of smell and hearing wich can help him locate the enemys and the summoner.
    Note: Can only be summon twice per battle.
    Note: 6 turns of the user must pass between each summoning.

    Description: By having advanced knowledge of how root systems work the user is able to form an artificial chakra network. Unlike Gate mode, which expells chakra in massive bursts, this circular network allows the user to recycle the chakra in a circular fashion, without expelling it through the chakra points. The new network constantly circulates chakra through the muscles resulting in speed and power increases similar to that of the 8 inner gates, however, since the chakra is being recycled instead of expelled the user has a much needed chakra reserve once the jutsu expires.
    Restrictions:
    Can only be used 2 times per battles. [up to 5th gate equivelent-S level]
    Can only go up to 6th gate equivelant once per battle. [Forbidden level]
    Forbidden Rank stresses the body to the point where the user can barely walk after the time limit has exired.
    This jutsu Lasts 3 [max total] turns for S-rank/2 for forbidden.
