Anyone here watch supernatural??
A character named Dean went to hell, and when an angel bought him back all of his battle scars had gone.
Maybe Kakashi has been given a "reset" on his body, so maybe he can use his sharingan better-maybe.
Just throwing an idea out there, it seems strange he'd make an art mistake TWICE in the SAME chapter.
