Where in the us does it snow quite alot but not like antartica?

New York, Chicago, Maryland a bit, though it didn't snow here last year. You could get some snow in DC.

Montana, Michigan, Virginia, Alaska, Colorado, Maryland, Tennessee, New York, etc... There are tons of US states that snow but not like antartica.
