As for the post-timeskip, in my opinion, even though we haven't seen Sanji's full power yet perhaps it could be his Hell Memories cause think about, he remebering the painful time he spent at the Kamabakka Kingdom for the past two years and his putting all of that hate into this one powerful kick that sets his opponents completely on fire:

All of Sanji's kicks do loads of damage and are essentially the same, the stronger ones are the ones with diable jamble.

Diable Jambe was actually made during the pre-timeskip.
It's tough. As the person above me said, kicks are essentially kicks and depending on Sanjis' attitude, they will do the same damage.
