Yes i have scarys premission to give him his bio back the way i'm about to do it

After a week long torture sessions done by each village member to kenshins bio the barely living bio is left in his cell chained up, Haku walks into the cell carrying the very kanata i used to cut him with his sword he was carrying when he captured him, Haku walks up to him and b*tch slaps him.

Haku: Your lucky konoha is merciful i wanted to cut your head off and send just that but hokage sama seems to have something just as painful

Taking the blade I proceed to Cut both hands off to prevent ninjutsu use, altough it was already impossable for him to do so as we have him drained of chakra haku does this for the sheer sport and because of his blood lust, freezeing the blood at the tips of his arms to stop the bleeding his feet still chained his face ends up smacking against the wall haku does the same with his feet The ninja still barely awake cry's in pain. Haku then brands his forehead with the konoha symbol and below it says "we are KONOHA" Haku then proceeds to crate a shadow clone who ties the ninja in rope his blood coming out is frozen preventing him from bleeding out, real haku places the hands in feet in a freezer for the dogs to eat later on the clone proceeds to carry the hand and feetless naked bio to kumo. real haku sends a hawk ahead of his clone with the message

"Dear kumo ninja ythat reads this my clone will be arriving in your village with one of your ninja after which my clone will reurn to me good day" -Haku

the bio i have is kenshin kenshin not kakahsi unless you meant dante..

Still weak torture, its supposed to be descriptive and graphic, that just came across as rookie torture lol.
The idea is to inflict mental and physical pain, not just degrade the guy, thats just low, it's fine to have fun with it but this just seems offensive to Kenshin, while not even in the least bit funny to me, don't know about other readers, maybe i just have different tastes. lol
