Amaterasu + Tsukuyomi = Susano'o

I know people solved it many times but i can't find it.

MS user must has Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi to unlock Susano'o or it doesn't relate to it?

People have been thinking this due to different translations in the Manga. But then again the databook says different.
But I base my opinion on what Sasuke said here:

Not to mention that in the jappanese mythology, susanno, amaterasu and tsukyomi are siblings...

it's kinda obvious imo the three are related in naruto as well

Sasuke, the guy who literally just got his mangekyou, knows almost nothing of it, and how it came about....no one told him anything about that.. he came to that conclusion himself...

Sasuke has used a genjutsu with his MS power in the right eye. But he has also used his right eye to control and manipulate amaterasu.
This is proven since Sasuke take his hands to his eye after using his MS jutsu, as it causes pain to the eye.

Tsukuyomi is a ninjutsu, or so the databook says. But obviously it's also a genjutsu. So in fact, tsukuyomi isn't the genjutsu Itachi uses. Tsukuyomi is the power to manipulate time and substance. Whether you do it in a genjutsu or on amaterasu, it could give same effects.

So IMO, Sasuke has tsukuyomi, his blaze release is the result of developing jutsu.

I'm going to go ahead and guess that it is Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu since the Third Databook was made after the scan with Sasuke talking about the double Mangekyo.
