The Juubi is made of natural chakra that goes around the Earth, so I believe that the Juubi can sense almost everywhere on Earth thanks to this, which led madara to be able to focus the Bijuu bomb on Shikaku's HQ which was extremely far away. Thank you for your time. Good night. :y
